excited. What was the situation that bought about this drawing? Well here
is my own personal thoughts!)


It was the first day of the new school year in Henderson County. All the
boys who were entering their new classes in the county's elementary, middle
and high schools were today filled with much more trepidation and fear than
was usually associated with the uncertainty of a first day of the new
school year.

The reason was that in an endeavour to improve male juvenile behaviour and
lessen male modesty, all boys from K to Grade 12 had by county regulation,
to be naked in school from this day!

Last year Henderson County had reacted to complaints from parents and the
wider community about perceived declining juvenile behaviour standards in
schools and as a result had held detailed consultations with parents,
psychologists, social workers, medical practitioners, educators, juvenile
justice and other relevant authorities. The outcome had been the new naked
in school program.

The last month of school before the summer holidays, teachers and parents
had begun the process of familiarizing all the students with the new
regulations which would come into place when school resumed after the
summer holidays.

During the summer holidays, even the local TV, radio and newspapers, had
been constantly running community advertisements about the implementation
of Henderson County's new naked in school program. Many of the surrounding
counties who also received those same announcements were watching with
great interest how the Henderson county program progressed.

As if the lessons of the last month before summer holidays and the
community advertising campaign were not enough, students found on their
arrival at school that there was a posters everywhere reinforcing the
message that the rules of behavior had changed and that from today boys had
to obey the new rules, or else and that girls were expected to help
teachers and parents enforce the new behavior rules.

From today in Henderson county it was the law that within school, all boys
had be naked and exposed at all times allowing their bad behavior
tendencies and excessive modesty to slowly dissolve away. Without exception
amongst the male juveniles of Henderson County, the new program was seen as
biased against the boys and in favor of the girls! Unfortunately the
juvenile males of Henderson County had no say in the matter and would be
forced if necessary from today to be naked at school.

As well as the posters that had appeared all over the schools, male
students discovered when they arrived for the first day of the new school
year that the doors and even nonstructural parts of walls had been removed
from both the boy's change and wash rooms so that the teachers and the
female students could ensure that the personal hygiene of the boys at the
school was greatly increased by monitoring what the boys did in these
areas!

In private lessons during the month prior to the summer holidays, the
female students had been encouraged and trained by the teaching staff with
the support of their parents to observe and monitor the boys when they
began to use the new exposed facilities and report any behavior breaches to
the teachers who were from today encouraged to use corporal punishment on
any boys breaking the new behavior rules.

The Henderson County naked in school law stated that it did not
discriminate between male and female students, but because the level of
unacceptable attitude, aggressive behavior, and bullying amongst the female
population was low, all female students would remain fully clothed when
they entered school, but they also could also be demoted for bad behavior
to being naked in school and suffer corporal punishment just like the boys!

One of the immediately noticeable effects that this rule change had on
female students, especially those in the middle school grades of 6th, 7th
and 8th grade was that the fear of possibly being naked and exposed in
front of their peers had suddenly made quite a number of girls suffer from
shrinking breast syndrome. Many of the middle school girls who turned up on
the first day of school had removed any padding in their bras and returned
to their natural size. Better it seemed they had decided, to suffer the
humiliation of size reduction now when still covered than later if they
were ever made to strip naked in school!

During the months training before the summer holidays, all the boys had
been instructed to come to school on the first dressed and remain dressed
till allocated to their new classes and homerooms. Their stripping naked
would take place as soon as they were in their respective home rooms! All
the boys had been told that once settled in their new home rooms they would
be instructed by their teacher to strip to just their underpants.

Each boy would then be asked to come up to the front of the class and made
to remove his underpants allowing the teacher, every single one of his

naked in school program was the fundamental change agent that was designed
to bring about the change in male behaviour that was desired.

For thirteen year old Ellis, the first day of 8th grade should have been a
special day. Finally he was in the top grade at his middle school with all
the power and prestige that being an 8th grader carried. However like all
other boys in Henderson County that day, his arrival at school for the
first day of school was instead filled with trepidation and fear!

Imagine yourself being 13 year old Ellis. Imagine the teasing, the
humiliation, and the shame as he stripped off nearly all his clothing apart
from his underpants and blue long school socks along with the other 11 boys
in his class. Worse, imagine being the first boy in the class ordered to
step up and stand on a table in the middle of his new home room with his
teacher and all the female students gathered around whilst the ten other
male students formed a line behind the table awaiting their turn.

teacher and his entire class, desperately wishing he could hide what every

behind him in the line looked only slightly less humiliated and fearful,

Ellis knew already that he would never hear the end of being naked in front
of his class; he just hoped that those boys who would follow him in being
exposed would distract some of the attention away from his shame and
humiliation. Regardless of his hopes he knew he would be teased
