The Reverend Parks was still puzzled about where he had found the missing flannel. He had not expected to find it under Anthony's bed. He had set out on his search with Mrs. Gladys Havering's approval, convinced in his own mind that both Edward and Sean Havering needed to be taken down a peg or two and planning to have, initially at least, Edward humiliated just like he had engineered for Anthony!
He had enjoyed seeing Anthony humiliated and punished. In fact the Reverend Parks had concluded that Anthony's humiliation the second time around was greater than the first time, thanks mainly to Sean's suggestion that Anthony be stripped totally naked before his mouth was washed out with soap. The fact that fourteen-year-old Anthony's genital development was only in the earliest stages of puberty and that he still totally lacked any body hair below his neck line had added to the Reverend's appreciation of Anthony's humiliation and punishment and the total nakedness had sown the seeds in his mind about how he might bring to fruition one of his deepest desires!
To start to bring about the fruition of this desire, the Reverend organised to talk to Anthony's mother Mrs. Hetty Green, the Tuesday straight after Anthony's second punishment and deliberately built up a conversation with her regarding Anthony's habitual desire to expose himself.
The Reverend had often heard Anthony's mother state to whoever would listen that she was a firm believer in the beneficial effects of bare legs, forever telling everyone how healthy it was to let as much sun and fresh air as possible get to her Anthony's body. It had therefore been a relatively easy thing for the Reverend to suggest that the best cure for Anthony's desire to expose himself was to take the concept of healthy exposure to as much fresh air and sun as possible one step further and require Anthony to be naked at all times when at home.
"No hair – it is all right to be bare!" the Reverend had told Anthony's mother, "Besides boys are usually excessively modest and therefore should learn not to be overly modest around their own home." The Reverend had also assured Hetty that even though Anthony seemed to be less modest than a lot of boys his age, clearly having a desire to expose himself, she would soon find that if she adopted his recommendations which were of course based on his extensive dealings with teenage children, that very soon Anthony would be so used to being seen naked by family, friends and neighbours that he would quickly be cured of his desire to expose himself!
Hetty had initially taken the Reverend's naked proposal concerning Anthony with a good deal of shock and disbelief but as their in depth conversation continued she came to realise that the Reverend Parks was very experienced in dealing with teenage issues and if he – an ordained minister – considered nudity for boys around the house morally acceptable then it might well be the right thing to do. She had always believed that the more exposure a boy's body had to fresh air and sun the better, so the Reverend's totally naked proposal began to make good sense after she had time to consider it.
Only last weekend Anthony had thought that anything would be better than his dreadful play-shorts even swim-trunks but after returning home from school Tuesday afternoon to the news that his mother and the Reverend Parks had decided that he should go around his house and backyard naked at all times, Anthony's opinion of his play-shorts took a dramatic turn for the better!
Despite the fact that his mother regularly saw him naked, Anthony was feeling totally humiliated and embarrassed as his mother methodically undressed him till he was stark naked and then sent him off to do his homework. He had pleaded with his mother that he was very happy to wear his play-shorts and would never complain about them again if she let him wear them around the house. He even volunteered to go shirtless so as to expose more air and sunlight to his skin. His mothers only reply was to state that totally naked his skin would soak up even more air and sunlight plus the Reverend Parks had affirmed that total nudity would also cure him of his desire to constantly expose himself!
Anthony felt very ill at ease doing his homework, sitting totally naked at the kitchen table. His mother's instruction that he was to remain naked in the house and backyard even when she had friends over or his relatives called to visit was terrible but the worst aspect was that he would have to remain naked even when his school friends visited, this was a horrific thought!
It was all so unfair. He could just imagine the giggles and comments his cousins Edward and Sean would make when they again saw him naked and found out that he had to stay that way at home at all times. Edward who would turn fourteen in three months and Sean who would turn twelve next month had not been brought up anything like the way Anthony had and now with his mother's new naked at home policy the differences between Anthony and his cousins' rules of conduct had become even more diverse.
Anthony despised both Edward and Sean. They had been allowed long trousers and fashionable clothes from an early age. They could do no wrong in the eyes of both his aunty and his mother and they always made sure that they were well behaved when any grown-ups were about. Last Sunday had in fact been the first time that Anthony had ever seen Edward in particular but also Sean squirming with any uneasiness and looking like they might actually be in trouble. His short held hope that they were to be punished had soon been dashed and now as he sat in the kitchen totally naked, he was already dreading the next time they would visit, as he just knew it would be even more utterly humiliating than ever before!
In the past Anthony could never understand why, if it was so healthy for him to go bare-legged, why Edward and Sean were not also in short trousers? Now he was being made to go around his own home totally naked exposing to everyone who visited the fact that at fourteen years of age his genitals, though no longer little and boyish, were still perfectly hairless. Edward who would soon be fourteen years of age himself had tormented Anthony unmercifully since he had recently discovered Anthony's secret that he had yet to grow any pubes. The Reverend had quickly realised that if both Hetty and Gladys enthusiastically adopted his Naked at Home Programme then he could very well have later ongoing success in persuading the parents of some of his very cute church choir boys to enrol their sons in the Programme.
The Reverend now regretted his statement to Anthony's mother "No hair – it is all right to be bare!" because Edward who would be his first target was nearly fourteen years of age and undoubtedly had pubic hair. Still, he consoled himself that he could still engineer Edward being naked at least once to establish beyond doubt that Edward did have pubes and so decided very quickly in his own minds that even once naked would be so worth it!
The other thing that still played on the Reverend's mind was Anthony's assertion last Sunday about the flannel, "I wouldn't have left it lying around like that." The Reverend had felt Anthony's statement to be true. Anthony may be immature and submissive for his age but he certainly was not stupid or that naive that he would just have left it there and if it was true then how did the flannel get under Anthony's bed? The Reverend Parks equally felt that Edward was also not that stupid or naive that he would have masturbated into his own flannel and left it to be found under Anthony's bed. So in the Reverend's mind that only left eleven-year-old Sean!
Could Sean have placed the flannel there, yes that was possible the Reverend decided, in fact it was the only logical explanation? The Reverend had long held the belief that Sean like Edward needed to be taken down a peg or two and it was, the Reverend decided, just the sort of thing Sean might do. He was, despite his mother Glady's starry eyed opinion of her younger son, mischievous and he could have deliberately set out to get Anthony and possibly even his brother Edward into trouble!
But where could the still eleven-year-old Sean have gotten the cum to saturate the flannel … unless….
Due to two funerals and a wedding it was Friday before the Reverend Parks could meet up with Mrs. Havering and progress his plans for Edward and Sean.
Mrs. Havering had of course spoken with her sister Hetty a number of times since Monday on the phone about Anthony's new naked at home regime. Unlike her sister she had never believed that exposing growing boys to lots of fresh air were of any use, but when the Reverend visited for tea and sandwiches she found it very difficult to explain her objections about the Programme he had put in place with her sister's approval for Anthony.
Reverend Parks could see that the seed he had planted at the previous afternoon tea session with Gladys Havering was bearing some fruit. Gently he coaxed Mrs. Havering to open up and reveal just how well he had succeeded in cultivating within her, suspicions about Edward.
"Vicar, from what I have observed of Edward based on the things you told me last week to look out for, I do now believe he may we'll be very close to falling into moral degradation. His denial on Sunday that he doesn't … masturbate is undoubtedly true, I have after all brought him and Sean up with a very strong moral grounding. However having observed Edward for the signs you mentioned to look out for, I think that you are correct in your assessment that Edward though he is not yet … masturbating, it is more than likely, due to pressures from outside of our family, for Edward to fall into the grips of that sin very soon.
"It saddens me to have come to this conclusion, but after my discussion with you and also with my sister Hetty, I agree with you, vicar, that if this is not nipped in the bud, Edward will become morally corrupt as well as corrupt his younger brother Sean!"
The Reverend was very pleased with this response and was smart enough to bide his time with Sean who he was convinced was as bad if not worse than his brother and so did not raise his suspicions about Sean with his mother at that time, deciding instead to wait till the right moment presented itself!
Taking his initiative from Mrs. Havering the Reverend replied, "You are correct Gladys, we must act and nip Edward's thoughts and actions in the bud before they can further corrupt him and his brother. You told me last week that I should do whatever I think is necessary, I firmly believe the only course of action is to implement the Naked at Home Programme, just like your sister Hetty has implemented for Anthony."
Only a few days ago Gladys would never have even considered a suggestion that her older boy be made to go around the house naked, but she had discussed Anthony's naked time in depth with her sister and also had to agree with her sister that the Reverend Parks was very experienced in dealing with teenage issues and the fact that he, an ordained minister, considered nudity for boys around the house morally acceptable actually made her at least partially receptive to the idea.
"Usually boys are excessively modest and this I believe is part of the problem. It will greatly help nip growing thoughts and reduce excessive modesty by being naked around the house. As your sister states, the added exposure to fresh air will also help purge mind and body of the sinful thoughts and actions you are concerned about!"
"My sister Hetty has always been a firm believer in the beneficial effects of bare legs, always telling me how healthy it would be to let as much sun and fresh air as possible get to Edward and Sean's bodies. Your concept vicar of taking the healthy exposure to as much fresh air and sun as possible one step further and requiring Edward to be naked at all times when at home, certainly now seems to have some merit to me, but Hetty said you also stated that "No hair – it is all right to be bare!" Edward will be fourteen in a few months and whilst I have not seen him naked in years, he behaves in a very nature manner and so I imagine he has got pubic hairs. Would this not mean that it would be morally wrong for him to go around this house naked?"
Reverend Parks had regretted his "No hair – it is all right to be bare!" statement the moment it had left his lips, but he had expected this objection and so he had thought through his answer.
"It is perfectly acceptable Gladys for a teenage boy with body hair to be naked in front of his parents and close family, but you are correct, they should not be seen naked with body hair in front of friends, neighbours and the wider community especially those of the opposite sex. There is however an easy solution, all you need to do is ensure that Edward's body hair is totally removed by the regular use of a razor before his friends or neighbours see him naked around the house. You and I are both now certain that Edward needs to be less modest and have his skin exposed to beneficial air and sun as well as being seen around this house naked by family, friends and neighbours, so that his budding teenage desires and fascination with the functions of the teenage body are extinguished by making nudity in the appropriate setting, the home, an every day non event!"
"Yes Vicar, of course, how simple!"
"No hair – it is all right to be bare!" the Reverend Parks again stated out aloud whilst secretly his mind rejoiced in his success!
"I would propose that we implement this Programme for Edward and Sean on Sunday after church." the Reverend suggested. "Please invite your sister and Anthony over as well, your house is like a second home to them so Anthony should be made to be naked as soon as he is inside in line with the Programme. My thought is that with Anthony being naked it will help you and me to settle your boys into being naked for the first time."
"Sunday yes … but wait … not for Sean, surly you just meant to say just Edward?"
"No Mrs. Havering, I meant both. This is not a punishment. This is a lifestyle change to ensure that the moral teachings you have imparted to both your sons stay untainted. Sean is nearly twelve and whilst I am sure you are correct that he is too young to be concerned with the issues that are challenging Edward and Anthony, he too will benefit greatly from exposure and by the time his teen years arrive, which is only a little over twelve months away, Sean will have no excessive modesty issues and so will be far less likely to fall into temptation!"
"But Sean is so pure. Surely he doesn't need to be … no … no you are right vicar, prevention is better than a later much more difficult cure, this must be prevented from happening to my pure little Sean. Yes … Yes I will agree to what you are proposing as I see clearly now that it is not a punishment but a means of maintaining the purity of both my boys. So … Sunday after church it shall be. I will invite Hetty and Anthony over as well. We must act!"

The choir of the Reverend Parks church practised every Friday evening of school terms and after practice the all boy choir took a few minutes to have a juice and relax. Every one of the boys was between the ages of ten and fourteen. The choir boys were selected by the choir director Mrs. Sangster but with a lot of input from the Reverend Parks, so it was no surprise that they all had the look of young angels especially the fourteen-year-old Head Chorister Charles Cobb. The Reverend could often be heard commenting how their voices were a gift from God, what he didn't utter out aloud was his thought that their bodies were also a gift from God.
Several of the older boys stayed after practise with the Reverend Parks to put out the choir robes and place the Programmes at the doors of the church ready for Sunday.
Charles as the Head Chorister was always the last to leave and walk the half mile to his house with one of his parents. This night it was Charles's father Thomas who was waiting to escort his son home.
The Reverend Parks got along very well with Thomas Cobb who was also Chairman of the Parish Council. Mr. Cobb was ex army and a firm believer in strong discipline for juveniles. The Reverend had long ago realised that any mention to Mr. Cobb of misbehaviour or inattentive performance at choir sessions lead to Charles being punished firmly and swiftly.
The Reverend had first got his ideas about the Naked at Home Programme from the way Mr. Cobb handled his son. Charles was always spanked naked, Mr. Cobb expressing the firm view that humiliation was equally as important as pain in any punishment.
The excitement of his success with Anthony and the imminent upcoming stripping of Edward and Sean Havering had the Reverend very aroused. It was to be Charles on this Friday night who was to suffer due to the Reverend's current state.
A few words to Charles in front of his father about how the Reverend felt Charles had not payed full attention all of the time at choir practise but instead had drifted off into adolescent daydreaming and Mr. Cobb, as the Reverend had expected, acted swiftly.
Mrs. Sangster and the other boys and their parents had left so they were alone in the church sacristy. Mr. Cobb ordered Charles to him and immediately pulled Charles's polo shirt over his head revealing his hairless armpits. Next he stripped off the boy's joggers and socks then Charles's tight Levis leaving only his black briefs hiding his teenage treasures. With a deliberately slow pull of those protective black briefs down Charles's hairless tanned legs, his very noticeable tan lines appeared, framing his previously most private set of mainly still boyish, fourteen-year-old, totally hairless organs. Before Charles was allowed out of the corner and to dress, Mr. Cobb and Reverend Parks had already made an appointment for the next week to plan an expansion of the Reverends Naked at Home Programme into the choir and the wider parish community. From his naughty corner Charles could already sense that he would in the future be spending a lot more time at home naked than he was currently!

Just like last Sunday, Edward and Sean whined to their mother "Aw, do we have to go?"
The boys had got very used to having Sunday mornings free to play whilst their mother went to church with their aunty. It was only last Sunday that Mrs. Havering had informed them that in the future they would be attending church every Sunday! Mrs. Havering gave a short blunt reply "Yes you do."
"That's not fair." Edward added.
"That's enough. Your cousin Anthony goes to church every Sunday and you two are joining him from now on as well."
"But…" Sean tried to protest
"You are both going to church and that's settled," interjected an annoyed Mrs. Havering who was not at all used to being questioned by her children about her decisions. "After church like last week the Reverend Parks will be paying us a visit and I have also invited Aunt Hetty and Anthony to visit as well."
Momentarily both Edward and Sean wondered why the vicar was calling again but their thoughts soon centred upon whether their cousin Anthony would have to get totally naked at their house. They had heard about the vicar's Naked at Home Programme that Anthony had been put on, but during this first week they had not had the opportunity to visit and see Anthony naked!
It was Sean who asked what both boys wanted to know, "Will Anthony have to get naked once he is in our house?"
"Yes he will, our house is like a second home to him just like Aunt Hetty's is to you. I have already discussed this with your aunt over the phone!"
Both Edward and Sean had to turn away so their mother did not notice the open delight at this prospect on their faces.
Like last Sunday, Edward and Sean presented themselves dressed in their best casual clothes for their mum's inspection.
Gladys Havering looked them both up and down. Both boys were wearing the same light-coloured chinos they'd worn the previous Sunday to church along with their best open-neck shirts and clean shoes. They both looked so mature all dressed up, but unknown to the boys Gladys was trying to ignore a strange feeling of excitement that was building up deep inside her as she imagined her two sons removing those very same clothes and joining Anthony in the vicar's Naked at Home Programme.
Looking to distract her strange thoughts whilst beginning to get her two sons thinking about a life style change in clothing for them she commented, "Anthony wears short trousers all year round, maybe instead of chinos, I should buy you both some nice short trousers to wear to church so that your skin is more exposed to fresh air and light. Your Aunt Hetty swears by the beneficial effects of exposure of a boy's skin to air and sun!"
"Short trousers are for sport and the beach" said Sean.
"I am no longer so sure about that, Sean," Mrs. Havering replied.
"Mom, I am too old to wear shorts, I'm nearly fourteen, I'd die of humiliation and embarrassment if I was ever seen by my friends wearing shorts to church!" Edward asserted.
Gladys Havering smiled ever so briefly and thought to herself that the humiliation and embarrassment of wearing shorts may soon be a minor concern to her son once he has to let those same friends he is worried about, see him totally naked at home.
"Well Anthony is already fourteen and he still wears shorts without a word of complaint, so if I do decide to buy you some short trousers, I will expect you to be compliant like your cousin" stated Mrs. Havering.
Neither Edward nor Sean liked the sound of the way their mum was talking. Both boys hated the very idea of wearing short trousers anywhere except for sport and at the beach!
Mrs. Havering and her sons were delayed as they about to leave for church by Mrs. Webb their next door neighbour who asked if Gladys could mind her daughter Tiffany after they returned from church.
Mrs. Webb had been offered, at late notice, a spare ticket to attend a symphonic concert at the performing arts centre.
Tiffany Webb did not look happy about the prospect of spending another afternoon with Edward and Sean, both of whom she disliked. The feeling from the boys about her was equally mutual!
The boys were confused as to their mothers reluctance to mind twelve-year-old Tiffany, as it was something that had happened many time before over the years. They knew they were staying at home because the Reverend Parks was calling again after church so why the sudden reluctance?
Then it occurred to Edward that the probable reason for his mother's reluctance was the fact that his cousin Anthony would also be present and he would be naked in keeping with his new Naked at Home Programme. He realised that his mother did not want Tiffany seeing Anthony naked, but he sure did. This would be far better than any tormenting or humiliation he could devise for his cousin.
"Mom, Tiffany is almost like family, she is always welcome to stay." Edward stated deliberately trying to back his mom into a corner.
Edward's statement brought a look of disbelief from both Sean and Tiffany and forced Gladys Havering into explaining with a great deal of unease to Mrs. Webb all about the Reverend Parks' Naked at Home Programme. Finally at the end of the explanation she broached the subject of her nephew Anthony and the reasons why he had been put on the Programme and that Anthony would be naked at their house that afternoon!
Before the shocked Mrs. Webb could respond, the now very eager to stay Tiffany Webb stated: "This will so help me with my school assignments in sex education. I struggle in making sense of the drawings in the text book, but the Reverend Parks' Programme sounds like a wonderful opportunity for me to better visualise and understand what the teachers are on about!"
Neither Mrs. Webb nor Mrs. Havering was in the least bit convinced that it was in Tiffany's better interest that she sees Anthony naked and it was a long hard battle of words before Tiffany with some critical support from Edward who to Sean's surprise actively supported Tiffany's suggestion that at twelve years of age, girls were more mature than boys and needed to be familiar and at ease around naked boys. Tiffany explaining that she hoped to be offering her services as a babysitter in the local community once she turned thirteen and would need to know all about boys.
Mrs. Webb was forced to agree that Tiffany had already spoken with her a number of times about babysitting and dealing with boys, so somewhat reluctantly she came to the conclusion that her daughter was growing up fast and that it would be beneficial for Tiffany to be there!
With Tiffany's attendance now decided, Gladys took Mrs. Webb aside and had a private conversation out of earshot of the boys and Tiffany where she explained that she would also be implementing the Reverend's Naked at Home Programme with her two boys after church. Tiffany would in fact be seeing three boys naked not one!
Mrs. Webb was by now coming to grips with the concept of the Naked at Home Programme and actually felt that having three boys naked would in fact make for a more beneficial learning experience for her daughter, given that the three boys were of different ages and undoubtedly different stages of development. Mrs. Webb promised Gladys that she would instruct Tiffany when she told her about Edward and Sean also being put on the Naked at Home Programme, not to let on or torment the two boys that they were going to be stripped naked when they got home.
Neither of the boys liked the way their mother and Mrs. Webb kept looking over at them and smiling but the boys were happy that the drawn out conversation looked like it would result in them running late for church!
Tiffany was still very surprised that Edward had supported her claims that it would be beneficial to her to see Anthony naked. Edward had for years tormented her at every opportunity he got, always insisting that boys were superior to girls. Now he had actually agreed that girls at her age were far more mature than boys of a similar age.
"So Edward, I was so pleased to hear directly from you that you now accept that at twelve years of age I am much more mature than boys around my age and so it is acceptable for me to see boys as old as fourteen years like Anthony naked. Sooooo … Sean is still eleven and you're only thirteen so I guess that means I am mature enough to see both of you naked too." Tiffany tormented, not yet knowing that after church she was in fact actually going to be allowed to see both Edward and Sean naked!
"Fuck off Tiffany." Edward replied quietly so that he was not heard by the adults, "I only said that to make sure cousin Anthony's visit will be more embarrassing for him. You know what? He's still totally hairless down below where it really matters to a teenager. I might be a bit younger than I but I am much more mature, but perhaps Mom might allow you to see Sean naked."
"Fuck off the both of you." Sean replied just as his mom ordered them to hurry along to church, abruptly ending the conversation with Tiffany.
Despite the fact that Edward's support of Tiffany had resulted in him giving her ammunition to torment them both about her being mature enough to see them naked, both Edward and Sean agreed on the way to church that the fact that Tiffany was coming over straight after church would be a huge source of embarrassment and humiliation for Anthony, the boys therefore agreed not to torment their cousin about his new Naked at Home Programme till they got home, especially as they were not sure if Anthony knew he would have to undress when he got there. Better to enjoy his added embarrassment and humiliation when he had to get naked at their house with Tiffany watching!
As Tiffany returned home with her mother, she said: "Mother, I want to look my very best and as grown up as possible when I go back this afternoon. Everyone there will be in their best Sunday going to church clothes."
Mrs. Webb was proud that her daughter understood these social things. "Yes, Dear, I will help you get dressed properly."
