As I walked towards the door, the phone rang again. I turned to answer it. "Hello?" "Hello, is this Sean Perry?" A male voice asked. "Yes, this is him." I said, wondering who this was. "Hi, I'm Reverend Jace and I'm calling about your recent wedding to Nicholas Lachey. I have some bad news." "What is it Rev. Jace, you sound so serious?" I asked, not liking the seriousness in his voice. "Well this is serious and I regret having to tell you this, but the minister who married the two of you was a fraud. You and Nick Lachey are not legally married." I hung up the phone without saying anything else. I could not put into words the emotions that were going through my mind right now. I just froze. I couldn't talk. I couldn't think. I just went blank. Then Everything went black. ******************************************************* JESSICA'S HOTEL ROOM............. Nick knocked on Jessica's door. Within a few seconds, Jessica opened the door, in her bathrobe. Nick gaped. He couldn't help it. "You like what you see?" Jessica smirked, seeing the look on his face. Nick shook himself out of it and blushed. Jessica laughed, seeing his red face. "Come on in, Cutie." Jessica said, stepping aside so he could enter. Nick entered, still a little embarrassed, and turned towards her. "What did you need to see me about, Jess?" Nick asked, as he ran his hand through his hair. It happened to be the hand on which he wore his wedding band. When, Jessica saw it, she gasped. "Nick, why are you wearing a wedding ring?" She asked. Nick looked at his hand and realized that Jessica didn't know about his marriage since she'd been off on her own tour. "Oh, that's right, you don't know." Nick said, smiling. "Sean and I got married a month ago." Jessica looked shocked. but more than that, she looked hurt. "And I'm just hearing about it now?" She asked, hurt obvious in her eyes. "We used to talk to each other about everything." After saying that, she burst into tears. Nick's face crumpled. He didn't like seeing Jessica cry. "Jessica, don't cry." Nick said, as he pulled her into his arms. She buried her face into his chest as she continued to cry. "Please don't cry, or you'll get me started too." Nick said, trying to keep from crying too. Jessica still meant alot to him. If Nick had wanted to marry a woman, It would have been Jessica in a heartbeat. She still held a special place in his heart. "I'm sorry, Nick." Jessica sobbed. I didn't mean that." She wiped at her eyes as she looked up at him. "It just makes what I have to tell you alot harder." She said, a serious look on her face. "Tell me what?" Nick asked, letting her go from their embrace. Jessica looked him in the eyes and said: "I'm pregnant." Nick's eyes widened when he realized what she was telling him. "Oh my god, Jess, are you saying what I think you're saying?" He asked. "Yes, Nick." Jessica said, smiling. "We're going to have a baby. Isn't this incredible?" Jessica threw her arms around Nick hugging him close. All Nick could think about was my reaction when I found out about the baby. *********** CHAPTER 44 *********** Nick was at a loss for words. He didn't know what to say or what to do except stand there, holding Jessica in his arms, letting the news sink in. Jessica let go of him and looked at him, her face all serious. "Nick." She started. "I know the timing isn't exactly perfect right now. I was shocked myself when I found out that I was pregnant, but then after I had time to think about it, I decided that I want to keep this baby. I can't think of any other man than you that I'd want to have a child with. Are you alright with this?" Nick, when the news finally sunk in, looked overjoyed. "Am I alright with this?!" Nick gushed. "Jess, I am ecstatic!" With those words, he pulled her into another hug. "You've just made me the happiest man in the world right now. That's how I feel." Nick said, tears in his eyes. "I'm going to be a daddy?! Oh, Yes!" Nick released her from the hug and impulsively planted a kiss on her lips. Jessica's eyes widened for a moment, but then she returned his kiss. Before he could get caught up in the moment, Nick realized what he was doing and pulled back, slightly dazed. "Jessica, I'm sorry." Nick apologized, running his fingers through his hair. "I shouldn't have done that." Jessica gazed at Nick, her face showing alot of emotions. "I know, Nick." She said. "But I have to admit, it felt wonderful. You still have that effect on me when you kiss me like that." Nick smiled an embarrassed smile. "Thanks, Jessica, I'll take that as a compliment." He said, blushing a bit. "You do that." Jessica said, then added. "Sean is a very lucky man to have you, Nick. I hope he realizes that." "I'm the lucky one, Jessica." Nick said. "When Sean and I split up, I felt so alone. I cried myself to sleep for many nights until I couldn't do it anymore." Nick looked up at Jessica, who was watching him, and smiling. "And you were there for me when I needed a friend most." Nick said. "You helped me through the worst time of my life and I don't regret one second of the time we spent together. Of course I didn't expect for it to go as far as it did." Jessica nodded. "I know, Nick." She said, softly. "I didn't either, but look what we've gotten out of it. A beautiful life that's growing inside of me." Here Jessica took opened her bathrobe to reveal her stomach. As well as a little too much nakedness. "Jessica, you're naked!" Nick said, trying to sound upset, but Jessica knew him too well. "As if it's nothing you haven't seen before." She grinned. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, I get your point." Nick laughed. "How far along are you in your pregnancy?" "Five months." Jessica told him. "Five months?!" Nick gasped, looking at her stomach. "But Jessica, you don't even look pregnant at all." It was true. Jessica didn't look pregnant at all. Her body figure still looked great. Nobody would ever able to tell if she was pregnant or not. "And why didn't you tell me sooner?" Nick said, starting to sound upset a little. "Because I wasn't going to get to see you until today, and I wanted to tell you in person." Jessica explained. Nick nodded, accepting her explanation. "That doesn't matter now." He told her. "All that matters is that I know now." Jessica smiled, showing her beautiful white teeth. "Wait until Drew, Jeff, and Justin find out about this. They're going to freak." She said, excitedly. Nick's happy look vanished. He was now going to have to think about how he was going to tell Sean about this. He needed to get back to him. "Jessica, it's been great seeing you and getting this wonderful news, but I really need to get back to my husband. He's at home with Drew." "Alright, Nick." Jessica said, putting her arms around him, giving him one last hug. "Will you call me when you've told everyone our news?" "I sure will, sweetie." Nick said, kissing her on the cheek this time, before turning around and walking towards the door. Jessica followed him, retying her bathrobe in place to cover herself up. "Goodbye, Jess." Nick said, as he walked out into the hall. "I'll be in touch." "Bye, Nick." Jessica said, as she closed the door. As soon as the door was closed, Jessica walked over to the bed and buried her face in her hands. The tears that she had been fighting back since Nick told her he got married to Sean, finally gave way and she broke down, crying. "Oh God, Nick." She sobbed. "If you only knew how much I still love you." ******************************************************* SEAN AND NICK'S ROOM.......................... "Sean! Sean, wake up! Oh god, what happened?!" I could hear the fright and the emotion in Drew's voice when I came to. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Drew looking down at me. He was crying, obviously upset for some reason. "Drew, what's the matter?" I asked as I looked at him. Drew breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that I was awake. Oh, Sean." Drew said, pulling me up into a sitting position on the bed. "Are you alright?" "Yeah, I'm fine." I told him, then frowned. "What happened?" "Well, I just got out of the shower and I came in to look for you and found you passed out on the floor right here by the bedside table." Drew told me, his eyes full of concern. "Did it have anything to do with the call you got a while ago?" "What call?" I asked, confused. "I heard the phone ringing while I was in the shower and I heard you answer it." Drew said. "Does that call have anything to do with your passing out on the floor?" I then remembered the phone call. Everything was coming back to me. But I managed to keep it out of my face so Drew didn't catch on that anything was bothering me. I couldn't tell him that Nick and I were not legally married. Not yet anyway. I wasn't about to get his hopes up when he'd been disappointed many times before. Hell, I didn't even think I'd be able to face Nick and tell him, either. My head was still reeling from this bombshell and I did not know what to do about it just yet. All I knew was that my whole world had been shattered and I didn't know if I'd ever been able to put the pieces back together again. This bombshell changed everything. If I thought Nicks betrayal was bad enough before, This was ten times worse. I looked up at Drew, who was looking right back at me, waiting for an answer. "No, it's nothing to worry about, Drew." I lied to him. "I remember hanging up the phone and then feeling dizzy a few minutes later. I think I just had a dizzy spell." Drew looked at me, a small frown on his face. He looked like he was trying to read me to see if I was telling the truth or not. "No, Sean." Drew finally said. "That's not it. Something just doesn't feel right to me." I sighed in frustration. Drew knew me almost as well as Nick. He and Nick were not always right, but they were not stupid either. They could tell when something was bothering me. "Why do you say that, Drew?" I aked him. "Well for one thing, I can feel you trembling." Drew said. I noticed then that he had his hands on my arms and that I was indeed trembling. I couldn't tell him, what was really bothering me, but then I remembered something that wasn't really far from the truth, but wasn't actually the truth that was bothering me. "Alright, Drew, I'll tell you what's going on." I said, tears starting to come to my eyes. "Sean, what is it? It must be really serious for you to be crying like this." Drew asked, worry evident in his voice. "It is." I said, wiping at my eyes. "I got a call on my cellphone earlier. Nick's life and possibly mine is in danger." "What?!" Drew asked, starting to look frightened. He then cupped my face and forced me to look at him. "Tell me." He said, the tone in his voice saying no excuses. "Tell me everything." I then told him about the call I got and everything that the eerie voice had said. Drew frowned, but I could tell that he was definitely worried as well. "Well from what you've told me, it sounds more like Nick is the target and not you." Drew said. "The reason I didn't say anything earlier is because it didn't sound to me like it was a real threat." I told Drew. "I thought maybe it was just someone trying to mess with my head." Drew stood up, holding out his hand to me. confused, I took it and he pulled me up into a standing position. As I was standing, he put one arm around my waist, pulling me close to him. I looked down at him, my face just inches away from his. He was looking at me right in the eyes. His eyes were almost hypnotic. "From now on, Sean, please be honest with us all the next time you get anymore calls like that." Drew said, softly. His lips were getting dangerously close to mine. And I really had to resist the urge to want to kiss him. I was not about to do to Nick what he did to me all those months ago. "I couldn't bear it if anything happened to my big brother. Or to you." Drew whispered. I could see his desire for me in his eyes. He wanted me in the worst way. But yet, I could also see a hint of sadness back there. His knowing that he could never have me in that way. He put a hand to my face, stroking my cheek with his thumb. His touch was so gentle and it felt so good. "Damn Lachey boys. Why do they have to be so damn irresistable?" I thought to myself. Drew started inching his face closer to me. I was unable to stop him. It's like I was froze in place and couldn't move or object in any way. Just as our lips were about to touch, I heard the door open downstairs. "Sean?! Drew?! I'm home!" Nick's voice shouted from downstairs. I ran past Drew and down the stairs towards the living room. I saw Nick standing near the door as I was coming down. "Hey sexy." He greeted me, just as I threw my arms around him and hugged him tightly. maybe a little too tightly. "Hey, baby, ease up on the hug, I do need to breathe you know?" Nick gasped out. I quickly let go of him, not wanting to deprive him of anymore air. "Sorry baby." I apologized, looking at him. "That's ok, Sean, you didn't hurt me." Nick said, before pulling me to him and planting his lips on mine. And it was one hell of a kiss! I was almost shocked at his aggressiveness. He must be in a really good mood or something, because he has never kissed me like that. Not even on our wedding day. When he finally pulled back, I was breathless. "Wow." I managed to get out. "That was one hell of a kiss, Muscles. What was that for?" Oh nothing. I'm just happy to see my handsome husband." Nick said. But I wasn't buying it. There was a look in his eyes that had me wondering what it was that he was so happy about. "No, baby, I don't think so, There's this look in your eyes." I pointed out, studying him closely. "A look?" Nick asked, with a sexy grin on his face. "Yeah." I said. "Kind of like a kid waking up on Christmas morning. I've never seen you looking this happy since our wedding day." What's it all about?" "Yeah, Nick, I'm wondering the same thing." Nick and I looked to see Drew, standing by the staircase, his arms crossed, watching us. And he wasn't smiling. "Hi Drew." Nick said, flatly. He was still a little upset at how Drew had reacted to us kissing earlier today before the guys left for the beach. Drew walked over towards Nick. I could see that there was something he needed to say to Nick, so I stepped aside for him. Drew stopped in front of Nick and looked into his eyes. Nick looked right back. It was their own brotherly moment where they were reading each other's emotions through one another's eyes. As I watched them, Drew raised his arms and wrapped them around Nick, giving him a hug. "I'm so sorry, Nick, for how I treated you and Sean earlier today." Drew said, the guilt obvious on his face and his voice. "I know, Drew." Nick said, as he continued to hug his little brother. "Sean told me earlier when I called." I just watched, not wanting to interrupt them. This was their moment. "I just feel so damn alone sometimes." Drew said, as a few tears fell down his cheeks. "I don't mean to be hard on you, ok?" Nick ran his hands up and down his brother's back, trying to comfort him as best he could. "I know, buddy." Nick said, softly. "I don't really blame you considering what you've been through lately. With Justin and Kandi getting together, as well as Danny and Jeff, Almost losing Sean and I in the same night after the explosion, and that car hitting me. It's no wonder you're feeling like this." "Can you ever forgive me, Bro?" Drew asked, letting go of Nick and wiping at your eyes. "Yes, Drew, I do forgive you." Nick said, "Sean and I both do. Nick then turned to face me. "Right Sean?" He asked. "Right, Nick." I replied. "I forgive him if you do. "Good, then we're all cool then." Nick said, that grin returning to his face. I couldn't take it anymore. "Alright, Nick, Spill it." I said, the suspense killing me. "it's obvious you want to tell us something." Nick took a deep breath. "I went to see Jessica to find out what she wanted to talk to me about that was so important." He told me. "What was it?" Drew asked him. Nick could not hold back any longer and finally just blurted it out. "I found out that she's pregnant." Nick said. "I'm going to be a Daddy!" That took the wind out of me. Drew looked stunned as well. But as for me, I didn't know what to think or to feel. "So, you're telling me that you're having a baby with HER?" I asked, my voice, surprisingly calm. Nick looked at me, concern written on his face. "Sean, before you freak out, I just want to tell you that I didn't cheat on you again. I promised you that I'd never do that to you again and I meant it." Nick said, trying to soften the impact of his news. "When did this happen, Nick?" I asked him. "It was about a few weeks after you and I had broken up and you'd left the tour." He said. "I see." I said and turned away, trying to fight back the tears that were threatening to fall. This news was alot more than I could take. When I'd found out that my marriage to Nick was a fraud, I didn't think that things could possibly get worse. Now I hear that Nick had been seeing Jessica while we were broken up and now she was pregnant with his baby. This was alot for me to process. "Sean, please try to understand." Nick said. "This happened when we were broken up, so you don't have any reason to be upset with me for this. I know the timing isn't exactly perfect right now, but I thought that you should know about this. I just wanted to be honest with my husband. Please believe me?" But that wasn't the problem. I did believe Nick when he said that he hadn't cheated. But I was still having a hard time with this because I was feeling a little jealous. Jealous of Jessica because she was giving Nick something that I could never give him: A child. But most of all, I was having doubts now. doubts about whether or not, Nick and I should even be together. Not to mention, Drew was still in love with me and It was getting really hard to be around him right now. I turned around to face Nick and saw that my silence was killing him. I then decided to give him an out if he chose to take it. "So, what does this mean, Nick?" I asked him. "Are you going to leave me?" Nick face took on a look of shock when I asked him that. "What?!" Nick asked, stunned. "No, Baby, I'm not going to leave you. Where would you get an idea like that?" I just sighed and sat on the couch, burying my face in my hands. But I was not crying. Just exhausted from all these revelations I've had to process. I felt someone come over and sit next to me on the couch. Then I felt his arms around me. I looked up to see that It was Nick. He was looking at me with a look of concern on his face. "I guess I'm just exhausted from everything I've had to process today." I told him. "Well now that you say that, how about we go and meet up with the guys. They're still at the beach." Nick suggested. That sounded great to me right about now. I could use a break to take my mind off of today's events. "Sure, baby." I said, getting up. "I'd love to." "Great." Nick said. "Well since I've still got my swimsuit on, I'll go and get the car ready." I looked down and noticed that Nick did indeed have his swimming trunks on. And they were a nice new pair of red ones that showed off his ass nicely. "Sweetie, I have to say, you've never looked sexier in swimming trunks than you do right now." I asked, checking him out. "Thanks, baby." Nick said. "I bought these new ones for that reason. Also because it makes my ass look good for your eyes." I just laughed. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, Just move it so Drew and I can go and get in our trunks." I said, slapping his ass. "Ok, ok." Nick laughed. "Don't be long." "We won't, Nick." Drew said, just as Nick opened the door and walked out. I was alone with Drew in the house. I turned and saw Drew giving me that look again. But I was not about to get caught up in it this time. "Get your mind out of the gutter, Drew." I said, arching my brow. "Why shame on you, Sean, I wasn't thinking that at all." Drew said, a small smirk on his face. "Yeah, right." I said, turning and walking upstairs to Nick's room, where I pulled open the bottom dresser drawer and pulled out my blue swimming trunks. I slid off my underwear to put on my trunks. As I did, I heard a whistle from the doorway. I turned around to see Drew checking out my ass as I was pulling on my trunks. "Drew!" I exclaimed, blushing. "Stop gawking at my ass and get changed, already!" "Sure, sexybuns." Drew said, with a giggle, as he walked to his room. "Sexybuns?" I asked with a small laugh. "Drew, you are insane, you know that?" "I heard that!" Drew said, popping his head back to the door. I jumped in surprise. "Drew, get your ass into those swimming trunks before I kick it for you." I warned him, trying to look stern about it. "Careful, Sean." Drew flirted. "I might just take you up on that." He smiled and finally walked into his room. I heard the door shut behind him. I rolled my eyes, a smile still on my face. What was I going to do with Drew? Even though he was in love with me, I still managed to find ways to love him even more as a friend. Besides Danny, I couldn't think of anyone else I'd rather have as a friend than Drew. Drew could always keep things interesting. I tied the string of my swimming trunks, tightening the trunks snugly around my waist. I then pulled on a white tank top. Then I decided to look in the mirror to check my appearance. I then noticed how long my hair was getting and I was really starting to like it. I decided that I was going to grow it out even longer. I just hoped that Nick would approve. I decided that I was ready and turned towards the door to go. When I did, I froze in my tracks. Drew was standing in the doorway, dressed in a pair of black swimming trunks and a form fitting muscle shirt, which clung to his torso, showing off his sexy chest and abs. I stared. I couldn't help myself. "If you keep staring at me like that, you're gonna hurt yourself." Drew chuckled. I snapped out of it and shook my head, a smile on my face. "Drew, please, you look hot and you know it." I said. "I wouldn't be human if I didn't notice." "Thanks, man. Drew said, grinning. "That was my plan. I want to make sure I get you to notice me alot now." Drew walked over to me and stood in front of me. He took my hands and set them right on his pecs, which he flexed a little. "like what you feel, cutie?" Drew whispered. "Drew, cut this out, please?" I begged him. "You're only going to end up humiliating yourself in the long run. I don't want to see you go into another depression again and that's what will happen if you keep wanting something that you will never have." Drew let my hands go and just looked at me like I'd slapped him. "Alright, Sean." He said, sadly. "I'll stop. But don't expect me to just ignore my feelings for you. They're not going to go away overnight." "I know that, Drew." I said, rubbing his arm, sympathetically. "All I ask is that you try to get over me. Do it for me. if not for me, do it for your brother." Drew nodded. "I'll try." He said, still looking glum. "Now come on, let's go. I'm sure Nick is getting impatient by now." "Lead the way, cutie." Drew said, as I walked downstairs with him right behind me. I grabbed my jacket in case it got cold out later and walked out the door and turned back to see Drew grab his keys. He then joined me outside and locked the door. Nick was waiting in the car. I then turned to Drew. "Do you want to sit up front with Nick, Drew?" I asked him. Drew shook his head. "No, Sean, you go ahead." He replied. "I'll sit in the back seat." "Suit yourself, buddy." I said, as I hopped in the car beside Nick. "Hey, what took you two so long?" Nick asked. "Oh, nothing." I told him. "Drew and I were just making sure we both were looking all pretty for going out." Nick turned around and checked out his brother's trunks and muscle shirt. "I think it paid off." He said. "You look great." "Thanks, Nick." Drew told him, looking Nick over as well. "So do you." "Thanks, Bro." Nick said, grinning. "So, are we ready to head on to the beach?" "Hell yes, baby." I said. "Let's go. Nick shifted the car into "Drive" and drove us off to the beach. When we got there, We got out of the car and headed over to where Jeff, Danny, Justin and Kandi were sitting. "Where have you been, Nick?" Justin asked him, as we walked up to the table. "We were almost worried when we saw that you'd left earlier." "Well, for one thing, Jessica called and asked to see me about something, so I had to see what she wanted. Then after I found that out, I went home to see what was keeping Sean and Drew." Kandi looked over at Drew and I. "Did you guys manage to get everything worked out?" She asked us. Drew and I both nodded. "Yes, Kandi, We're cool now." I said, putting my arm around Drew, patting his arm as I did. "Yeah, we are." Drew said. I'm sorry about my outburst earlier. I guess I'm just a little lonely, that's all. Nick and Sean both forgive me. I hope you all can too." "If Sean and Nick forgive you, so do we." Jeff said, from his lounger, beside Danny. Both he and Jeff were shirtless and their bodies looked amazing. They had both bulked up a little more. Noticing that, I was starting to feel a familiar stirring in my trunks. "Ok, guys, I'm going swimming. I said, stripping off my shirt and setting it down on the table. I then started running towards the water before anyone else could see my hardon. "Hey Sean, wait for us!" Nick said, stripping his shirt off too and running after me. "We're coming too!" Danny said, standing up. "Come on, Jeff, I'll race you!" Danny started running before Jeff was even up out of the lounger. "Danny! That's not fair!" Jeff said, running frantically after him to catch up. I dove into the water and started swimming. About a few seconds later, I felt someone grab my leg and pull me towards them. I looked back to see Nick, just as I came in contact with him. "Hey sexy." He panted. "What was that all about?" "I saw Jeff and Danny shirtless and started sporting a hard on, so rather than let them see it and tease me about it, I took action." I said, blushing. "Oh." Nick said. Then a devilish grin crossed his face. Uh oh! He was up to something! "In that case, how about I take care of it for you?" Nick offered, as he reached down my trunks and grasped my dick. Now that caught me off guard. I looked around to see if there was anyone around that might see what we were up to. "Nick!" I exclaimed. "What are you doing?" "What does it feel like I'm doing?" Nick whispered. "I'm giving you an underwater jerk off." I had to admit it felt incredible to have Nick's hand around my dick, but I was still really nervous about it. "Well cut it out." I whispered back. "What if someone sees this?" "Like who?" He asked, still grinning. "You're bad, you know that?" I asked, smiling. "That's why you love me, sweetness." Nick said. He started to stroke me off and I melted. "Oh god, Nick." I moaned. I then looked back to notice Danny and Jeff swimming towards us. "Ok sexy." I said, pulling his hand away. "Danny and Jeff are coming up behind us, so you have to stop now." Nick gave me that puppy dog look again, which made me roll my eyes. "Alright if it will make you feel any better, how about we finish this tonight in our bed?" I asked him, with a grin. "Oh, I intend to, cupcake." Nick said, flashing his killer smile. "Cupcake?" I asked, giving him a funny look. Then I grabbed him and dunked him under the water. Then I started swimming as fast as I could towards the shore. I looked back and noticed that Nick was gaining on me, quickly. He was a great swimmer too! I made it to shore. But as I started to run, I felt Nick's arms go around me and he tackled me. I laughed as we both fell into the sand. Then, as I tried to get up, He pinned my arms down. I looked up at him, smiling. Even though he was out of breath, he was smiling too. "You didn't think you were going to get away from me that easily, did you?" Nick panted. "No, sexy, I knew you'd catch me sooner or later." I said, grinning. "Do you know what I could do to you right now?" Nick asked, seductively. "Now, Now, Sexy, Keep yourself under control." I laughed. "And let's get up before people start to talk." Nick let go of me and got up, holding his muscular arm out, offering me a hand. I took it and he pulled me up with him. "Ok." I said. "I'm ready to go sit back in the lounger and relax for awhile." I told him. "Ok, I'll walk you back." Nick said. "But I'm still going to swim for awhile." "Sure, go ahead, Nick." I said, as we walked back to the table, where Justin and Kandi were getting up. "Hey you two." I greeted them. "Are you going back into the water?" "Yep." Justin nodded. "We're going to join Jeff and Danny." "I'll join you guys." Nick said, as I sat back in the lounger, putting on my sunglasses and shutting my eyes. "Drew, are you coming?" Nick asked Drew, who was sitting in the lounger next to me. "No, Nick, you go ahead." I heard him say. "I'll join you guys in a bit." "Alright, bro." Nick said, then I felt him touch my leg, causing me to open my eyes. "I'll see you later, sexy." he whispered. I nodded. "Have fun, Muscles." I whispered back, as he ran up to Justin and Kandi and the three of them started running towards the water. I was alone with Drew once again. I sat back and closed my eyes, letting the sound of the waves and the gentle breeze, totally relax me. As I laid there, I thought about everything that I'd learned today. I was devastated that Nick and I were not legally married. And to find out that he and Jessica were expecting a child was also hard for me to take. A part of me was happy for Nick, but another part of me felt betrayed again, even though I had no reason to feel that way. After all, I was the one who ended it with him. Since then, he was free to see whoever he wanted to. So, I shouldn't have to be feeling betrayed like this again. Maybe it was because Nick had not told me that he was seeing Jessica again while we were broken up. Now, I finally understood why Nick hadn't called or talked to me much and why he was so distant whenever we did. He obviously had been trying to move on with his life. I knew at that moment that I couldn't go on like this anymore. I knew what I had to do.......... I was brought out of my thoughts by a squishing noise from where Drew was sitting. I opened my eyes and turned my head to see that Drew was applying sunscreen to his body. I couldn't help watching. I watched his hands glide up his chest a couple of times, working it in. He must have felt me watching him, because then his hand went slowly down his abs, which he flexed, as he ran the lotion over them. He kept them flexed as he ran his hand up and down them again and again, enjoying the fact that he was making me crazy. He didn't even look my way. I could feel myself getting hard again, but since I was covered up in the towel, It wasn't noticeable yet. I stopped watching him and closed my eyes again, hoping that I could get my mind off of his body, but it was not happening. "Sean, could you put some lotion on my back for me, please?" Drew asked, suddenly. "Huh?" I asked, opening my eyes and taking off my shades to look over at him. "Could you put some of this on my back?" Drew asked, holding out the bottle of sunscreen. "Sure." I said, shrugging. "Thanks, buddy." Drew said. Then he turned over on his stomach So I could put the lotion on his back. I squeezed some into my hands, which I then worked into his back, letting my hands glide across his silky skin. "That feels good, Sean." Drew whispered. "You have great hands." "Thanks." I whispered back, softly. I could tell he was enjoying this. Maybe a little too much. "Could you do my legs too?" I heard him ask. "Alright, but after that, I'm done, ok?" I said, reluctantly. "Ok." Drew agreed, even though I thought I heard disappointment in his voice too. I put some more lotion on my hands and started spreading it over Drew's thighs. I heard him moan a little at my touch. As, I worked the sunscreen lotion into his legs, I couldn't help but think about the time that Drew and I had almost slept together. Feeling his soft silky skin against mine. I remembered groping his perfect ass and hoticing how good he felt. I got so lost in thought that I didn't notice that I'd stopped running my hands along his thighs. Drew turned over and noticed the dreamy look on my face. "Hello? Earth to Sean?" Drew said. I snapped out of my daydream and caught Drew gazing at me, with a confused look on his face. "I'm sorry, Drew, what did you say?" I asked, apologizing to him for not paying attention. "What were you thinking about just now?" He asked me. "Nothing for you to be concerned about." I said. I got up from the foot of Drew's lounger and got back into my own. I looked out towards the water just in time to see Nick, Jeff, Danny, Justin, and Kandi swimming towards the shore. They were all heading towards us. By now, it was sunset and most of the people there at the beach were packing their belonging together and going home. "Hey you guys." Nick greeted us, when they all finally made it back up to the table. "Hi, Bro." Drew said. "Did you have fun out there?" "Yeah I did." Nick said, "But I have to admit it didn't feel the same without my best friend and my husband to join in." "I'm sorry, Nick." Drew said. "I guess I just didn't feel much like swimming today." I could hear the sadness in Drew's tone. I think Nick picked up on it too because he then asked Drew if he was alright. "I'll be ok, Nick." Drew said. "I just have alot on my mind." "Would It help to talk about it, Drew?" Jeff asked, from his place beside Danny at the table. "No, not right now, Jeff." Drew replied. "I just need to sort out a few things, that's all. I'll let you all know if I need to talk, ok?" "Alright, if you're sure, buddy." Danny said. "I am." Drew insisted, nodding. "Well, guys, I'm beat. How about we all go home now?" Kandi suggestes, combing back her wet hair and pulling it back in a ponytail. "I'm down with that, idea." I agreed. I was ready to go home and finish what my sexy man had started in the water earlier today. "Hey, now that I'm seeing you pull your hair back, Kandi, I just noticed how long Sean's hair is getting." Jeff said, checking me out. Everyone looked at me and noticed that my hair was already long enough to pull back as well. They were surprised at how different I looked with longer hair. "Would you guys be alright with it if I choose to grow it even longer?" I asked everyone. They all looked at each other for a moment, then looked back at me and nodded. "It's your hair, baby." Nick said. "I still think you look sexy with long or short hair. Hell, you'd look sexy even if you shaved your head bald. "I don't know about that, Nick." I laughed. "I can't see myself doing that." We all got engrossed in conversation as we packed up our belongings and headed to our cars. Drew told Nick and I that he was going to ride back with the guys so Nick and I could spend some time alone together. Nick and I got in his car and he started driving us towards home. Justin and the rest of the gang were in front of us in his van. Only this time Drew was driving, giving Jeff, Danny, Justin and Kandi some cuddly time with each other. Nick and I got into the car and he drove the two of us home. TBC............? Well, that's all for this installment. Sorry it took so long for me to get out. I have alot going on in my life right now and barely have time to write as much as I used to. Will Sean and Nick's love survive these latest bombshells? And when Sean learns that Jessica still loves Nick and wants to get him back, what will he do? Will he let her have him? or "Get It On!" (meaning fight to keep his man.)
