(wind_phoenix@hotmail.com) **************************************************************************** I never meant to live... **************************************************************************** "Really?! It's crazy!" said JC "I swear it! I never saw something like this before!" said Lance "Calm down, guys! I try to understand this." Said Kevin as he looked at the book. JC, Justin, Kevin, AJ and Howie were in awe after what Lance had told them. They were all sitting at the table of the entrance. Kevin, with his glasses, was trying to read the book that was discovered. "So... do you understand something?" asked AJ "Yes, a little... but it's still very hard to read..." said Kevin, never leaving his eyes from the book. "I told you that he'll understand Latin..." whispered Chris to Joey. Joey just shrugged and continued to look at the book. "Does it mention the blue sun?" he asked "No, I don't think so... not yet." "This book is amazing. 400 years old and still in good condition!" said Howie. "I wonder if they're a library in the house..." said Kevin "Why?" asked Chris. "Well... maybe that some books will help us to understand this book..." replied Kevin "Like dictionaries and other stuff like that?" said Chris "Yeah... This house is so big... It will help us!" "It's not impossible... but there's a problem..." said Justin. "Which one?" asked both Lance and JC "Well... earlier this morning, I tried to open the different doors that I had found... except the one from the kitchen, there all locked!" "Great..." mumbled Lance. "I know how we can open the door." Said JC "Really? How?" asked Lance. "Easy! We can force them with something in metal or something else..." "It's illegal! This house isn't our one!" said Kevin to him "I know... but we can't go to the office and ask them to give us the keys! They will never do that! Even if they know who we are..." said JC "Alright! We'll see later..." said Kevin as he looked at the book. Everyone stood around and tried to know what the text meant. "You translate several sentences?" asked Chris. "Well... 'nolite arbitrari me... nullum fore'... I think it's... 'don't think that I won't existe'," said Kevin as he read the last sentence of the first page. He then look at the next one. "And... 'erit, erit illud profecto tempus, cum...'... It's... um... 'It'll come... it'll come, I'm sure, this time when...'... Shit! I don't understand what the author wrote after!" Everyone looked at each other, amazing. "What's the hell does that mean? 'Don't think that I won't existe'... what's that?" asked Joey, confused. "Who know Joey, who know..." said JC Meanwhile, upstairs... "Oh yes! Nicky... YES!!!" screamed Brian as he came deep inside Nick. Feeling Brian's warm juice in him was enough to push Nick over the edge. He screamed Brian's name before he came all over Brian's and his chest. After a few seconds, Brian collapsed on top of Nick, exhausted. The two lovers were sweating and painting heavily, as they laid in each other arms. After catching his breath, Brian slipped out of Nick and rolled on his back. The two of them just laid in bed, on their back, staring at the ceiling. "Oh my god... four times..." said Nick, still painting heavily. "Yeah... most that the last time..." said Brian, smiling. Nick turned his head toward Brian, a big grin on his face. "I'm sure we can do many more, baby..." he purred, as he rolled on his left side and put his right arm around Brian's waist. Brian looked at him and kissed him lightly on the lips. "Not now, honey... I feel empty... and I'm hungry." he said while laughing. "So am I..." said Nick as he chuckled. They just laid there for ten minutes before they both go to the shower. They decided not to fool around and just shower, since they were in a hurry to eat. After that, they quickly dried each other and walked in the room. Brian opened his suitcase and took out a pair of white socks, blue boxers, a pair of baggy jeans and a blue tee shirt. Nick did the same thing as Brian but took a white tee shirt instead of a blue one. They dressed each other, exited their bedroom, hand in hand, and went to the room where were the other guys. They came down the stairs and saw Kevin and Howie sitting on a table, talking to each other. "Hey guys!" said Nick to his friends. "Hello, you lovebirds!" said Kevin "You're up late! It's nearly 12:30!" "Sorry, but we were busy..." said Brian as he kissed Nick on the cheek, caused him to blush. Kevin and Howie just rolled their eyes at them. Then Brian saw Kevin holding a big book. "What's that, cuz?" he asked pointing at the book. "Oh..." said Kevin as he looked down at the book."It's a book that found Lance, Chris and Joey earlier." "Really? Where?" asked Nick "In a chapel... under the garden." Said Howie. "What?!" said Nick and Brian, confused. "Well... Lance, Chris and Joey went to the garden this morning and they found a trap near a small drained river. They explore it and found that it was a way which lead to a small chapel." explained Kevin. "Whoa! It's crazy!" said Nick. "Yeah, we thought that too." Said Howie. "By the way... where are they? And where are AJ, JC and Justin?" asked Brian, looking around him. "They all went to the chapel. They wanted to see it." Said Kevin. "Why didn't you and Howie go with them?" asked Brian. "We wanted to deal with this." Said Howie, pointing at the book. "What's that book? Is it a bible?" asked Nick "We don't know... we don't know what is it. It's all in Latin, so it's difficult to translate it." Said Kevin "Oh... do you think it's a magic book?" asked Nick, giggling. Brian laughed a little too but Kevin and Howie still had serious faces. "It's possible..." replied Kevin caused Nick's jaw to drop open. "Really?! But... how?" said Brian, very confused. "You see that?" said Kevin, pointing at the blue sun on the cover. "Yes... what about it?" asked Brian "Well, I continued to try to translate the book and, according to the sentences I understood, this is a magic symbol." Said Kevin "Are you sure? It's been a long time since you stop to learn Latin..." replied Brian. "I know, cuz... But occasionally, I read some books which are in Latin..." "And?" said Brian. "There's a part in English which translate it in each books I read." "Oh, okay." Said Brian. "But it's too confused. I must work on this book again." Said Kevin. "Are we going to keep it, Kev?" asked Nick. "No. We must give it to a museum or to a library or show it to a specialist. That's his place. Even if they found it, Lance, Chris and Joey can't keep it. It's not their one. Plus, it's too old and precious..." said Kevin. Nick and Brian just nodded in agreement. "How old is it?" asked Nick "What?" asked Kevin. "How old is the book? Yes said it's old." "Oh... well, according to the date on the front page, this book have 393 years old." Replied Kevin. "What?! 400 years?!" said both Brian and Nick, very surprised. "Yeah, nearly... " Said Howie "But... It doesn't look so old!" said Nick. "Yes, but it's true, look." Said Kevin as he opened the book and showed the date to Nick and Brian. They read 'Marcario, 1607'. "I don't understand too how this book is such in good condition despite all this time..." "Whoa! It's very exciting!" said Nick jumping like a little child. "When the guys will come back?" asked Brian. "Soon, I guess. We must leave to the village for lunch... Mike said that there's a brasserie..." said Kevin. Somewhere in the garden, in the chapel... "Whoa! Unbelievable!" said Justin, looking around him. "You're right guys! It's... amazing!" said AJ. "See? I told you!" said Lance. "I wondered why this chapel is under the garden..." said JC. "Yeah, me too. Perhaps that the book will tell us something... Look, we find it on this altar... precisely on this box." Said Joey pointing at the box. They all walked to the altar and looked at the box. "What was in it?" asked AJ, seeing that it was empty. "Nothing." simply said Chris. "Really? But why this box is here, if there were nothing?" said JC "I don't know..." said Joey. "There was this draft..." said Lance. "Huh?" said JC "There was a draft when we were near the box, but nothing else." Said Chris. "Oh... it's was probably the wind... there are some big holes here..." said JC, looking up at the ceiling. The other guys just nodded and continued to look at the chapel. "You found nothing else?" asked AJ. "No... Except the book, nothing!" said Lance. "Well... you don't mind if we return to the house? It's a bit scary and cold here..." said Justin holding himself. JC walked toward his boyfriend and hugged him in order to give him some comfort. Justin gladly accepted it and kissed JC lightly on the lips. "Yeah, you're right, Just. Let's go." Said Joey as the six guys excited the chapel and returned in the house. Later, in the village... "It's there, guys." Said Kevin as he pointed the brasserie. The ten guys of BSB and N'Sync walked in the restaurant where an old lady welcome them. "Welcome, gentlemen. You want to eat inside or outside?" she asked. "Since the weather is fine, why don't we eat outside?" said Brian The other nine guys nodded and followed the women as she led them to a table for ten and gave them the menu. "They have many sorts of French pancakes there!" said Justin. "I think that it's the speciality in this restaurant." Said Joey. Five minutes later, the women came back, with a pad and a pen, ready to take their orders. "Did you choose?" she asked. The ten guys nodded and started to say their orders. "I'll take a Country French pancake, a apple pie for dessert, with a coke to drink." Said JC "Me too." Said Lance, AJ, Howie and Chris. "Got it." Said the women, smiling. "I'll take Three Cheese one, a peach ice cream for dessert, with a Sprite to drink." Said Brian "I'll take a Forest one, a chocolate mousse, and a Sprite to drink." Said Justin. "I'll take a forest one too, a coco ice cream, and a Coke to drink." Said Nick "Alright... and for you?" asked the women to Joey and Kevin. "I'll take a Royal one, a Colonel ice cream, with a 1664 to drink." Said Kevin "Same for me, but with a shandy to drink." Said Joey. "Alright, you'll have that soon." Said the women, smiling as she stepped in the restaurant. "So, Kevin, do you find something new in the book?" asked Joey. "Not really, except the fact that this might be a magic one..." answered Kevin. "Really?! You're sure?" said AJ "I have some difficult to believe that, but the text, or rather what I understood, said that the blue sun drawn on the cover is magic..." Kevin replied. "Well... I wondered if it's good signs..." said Brian. "I'm going to work on it again. Maybe I'll discovered more later..." Kevin said to everyone. "You know, Kev, I'm going to see in the village where we can find a library or a specialist in order to help us with this book." Said JC "I'll go with you." Said Justin. "Alright, I think it will be easy if we find someone for help us." Said Kevin The guys just nodded and then started to change the subject and talked about the concerts and the tour. Twenty minutes later, their food arrived and the guys just continued to talk while they were eating. After they finished and Kevin had paid the bill, they went on their separate ways. JC and Justin went in the village, while the other guys went back at the mansion. In the afternoon... "Watch out, sweetie." Said Brian to Nick. "Don't worry, Brian, I'm careful." Said Nick as he continued to go down the ladder. Nick and Brian had decided, after they went to the house to go to the garden and see the chapel. With Lance's indications, they were arrived here quickly. Nick joined Brian in the small hall and started to walk with him in it. They soon arrived at the chapel and were in awe as they looked at it. "Hey! That's super! And mysterious..." said Nick smiling. "I wondered if there were really some mass here." "I don't know... really..." said Brian as he frowned. Something was wrong in this place. Brian felt really uncomfortable and didn't understand that. "Why do I feel so..." thought Brian as he looked at the chapel. He then starred at the altar, when suddenly he remembered something. His nightmare. This chapel was EXACTLY the same that the one in his dream. Suddenly there was a flash. Brian looked around him and didn't see Nick. He looked one more time at the altar and saw the man from that night standing at a few feet from him. Brian immediately turned away from him. He starred at a statue in one of the corner and saw that it was crying. But it wasn't ordinary tears. It was blood. The statue was crying tears of blood. Brian's eyes widened open as he started to tremble from fear. He turned away from the statue and saw the man standing just in front of him, looking as horrible as he was in his nightmare. "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!" screamed Brian as he put his hands on his face. A second later, he felt somebody shook him lightly. "Brian! What's happened?" Brian pulled back his hands and saw Nick looked at him, a worried look on his face. He was back to reality. Brian immediately hugged him. "Oh god, Nick! Please! I want to leave this place!" "Why? What happened Brian? Why were you screaming?" asked Nick. "Nick... You remember, this morning, when I said I had a nightmare?" asked Brian, trembling. "Yeah... what about it?" asked Nick. "I dreamt of this chapel last night... And I just saw horrible things..." said Brian. "Oh Brian..." said Nick as he tightly hugged his boyfriend."Don't worry. We leave immediately." They quickly went out of the chapel and returned in the garden. "You okay, now?" asked Nick. "Yeah... really better..." said Brian as he took a big breath. Then he looked at Nick. "We must go now." He said. Nick nodded and put his right arm around Brian's waist. Brian put his left arm around Nick's waist and the couple walked out of the garden to the house. "My god... He was so afraid... What the hell is going on here?" thought Nick as he entered in the house with Brian. **************************************************************************** End f the chapter!
