Date: Wed, 10 Nov 1999 23:59:59 EST From: Papito6187@aol.com Subject: Rob & Lance 32 Wow! I've actually had a chance to write, and look! The next installment's out in less than a week (I think)! Thank the wonderful gods of time! So, I'll let you get to reading, ON WITH THE SHOW! XXX I woke up to the sound of ringing, it sounded like a fax machine. I looked around Lance's room to find the infernal ringing and make it stop. I looked by the window and saw it. I climbed out of bed trying not to wake Lance up; I was successful. I tore the page off the machine and found out it was for me. "Whoa, it's for me!" I whispered a little too loudly. "What is?" Lance said groggily. "I'm sorry! I woke you!" "No you didn't, the fax did." "You sure?" "Yeah, now what does it say?" "Hold on..." I said while reading it over, "Oh cool!" "What?" "Hold on!" I said going back to reading it, "Yeah man!" "WHAT?!?" "Would you calm down? I'm gonna tell you!" "Then tell me!" "They're setting up a chat room for me in Cyber Venue and work on my web-site is finished and should be up by Monday." "Cool" "There's more." "What?" "My video is debuting on MTV on Friday. The single is at number 5 on this week's charts, and is expected to climb to number one with the release of the video." "Alright! Congratulations!" "Thank you! Oh, but here's the downfall." "Let me guess, a lot of promo stuff that has you going everywhere?" "Yup!" "How did I know?" "Well, they said they're gonna send over my schedule in a couple of minutes." Not two seconds after I said that, the fax was coming through, "There it is!" "Bring it over here." "Hold on." "Ok." "Ok, well, Monday I gotta go into the studio and work with my back-up singers for half of the day, then the other half will be working with my dancers. Tuesday I have some meetings about touring in the late morning, then around 3 I'm gonna do an interview at some Orlando radio station. Wednesday and Thursday I'm in the studio all day. Friday I have a photo-shoot and interview with Teen People." "Looks like you're gonna be busy this week." "Yup." "Well, before everybody wakes up and we have to go get ready, come here!" I walked over to him on the bed and he put his hand on my shoulder and pulled me in for a kiss. "Ooooh!" I said after we parted, "Goose bumps!" "I'll show you goose bumps!" He said while pulling my boxers down and proceeded to stroke my semi hard cock while kissing down my happy trail. "Oh yeah... that'll... um.. yeah." I said drowning in the pleasure. As soon as I was rock hard, he started to tease the head of my cock with his tongue. When he finally did put his mouth down on it I let out a soft but intense moan. "Rob! Rob! I REALLY need to talk to you!! Open up!" Melissa said through the door. "Can it wait about a half-hour?" I asked looking down at Lance who motioned with his hand for more time, "An hour I mean?" he gave me a sign that that was a good time. "Damn it! Fine!" "I LOVE YOU!" "Tell Lance not to choke!" "SHUT UUUUUUHHHH" I wasn't able to finish my sentence cause Lance had grabbed my balls and started to play with them while sucking harder on my cock. That was just to get my attention. Once he had it, he put his hand on my ass and started kneading at my cheeks. Justin was walking through the suite and on his way to Lance's room. He was about to knock on the door when Melissa said, "Don't bother, they're `busy'! They're not gonna open the door." "Shit! I needed to talk to Rob!" "Me too! Join the club!" "It's really important too!" "Mine too!" "Where's Josh?" "In the shower." "What? Is it about him?" "Yeah.." "Aaah.." "Yours about Jay?" "Yeah.." "Aaah.." "How bout you talk to me about yours and I'll talk to you about mine?" "I'll show you mine if you show me yours!" She said while laughing. "Ok! That was...." "Sit down Justin." "Ok." As Lance increased his pace on my ever so needing dick, I couldn't help but start to moan and I grabbed the back of his head and started fucking his mouth. "Oh god! YES!" I yelled, but low enough not to be heard outside. I picked up the pace on fucking his mouth, and he started to finger my ass with one hand while rubbing my ass cheek with the other. I kept going faster and faster until, "UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHH!" I moaned, as I let loose all the sexual frustration I had since the last time I saw him. He tried to swallow as much as he could, but wasn't able to get it all. Some of it dripped out of his mouth and fell on the bed. Spent and weak, I collapsed on the bed. "Shower?" Lance asked. "Yeah, but I think all I can do is shower! I don't have energy for anything else!" "Ok, come on, let's go!" "So you two are in love?!?" Justin asked excitedly. "Yeah...." Melissa said blushing. "Oh my god! I'm so happy for you! Congratulations!" "Thank you!" "Give me a hug!" They hugged each other and Melissa asked, "So what's up with you?" "Well, I just wanted to ask Rob to convince Jay that he should tell his parents about him. Just him now, then later tell them about us." "Well, don't you think that that's Jay's decision?" "Yeah, but he's been really stressing about it." "How?" "He's been wondering how they would take it. He's really scared and nervous about it." "Well, it's not easy!" "I know.. I know! IT was hell getting the balls to tell my mom!" "How did your dad take it?" "Well.. I kinda haven't told him yet.." "Why not?" "Well, telling my mom was easy. well, easier than telling my daddy would be. My mom and I have always had this relationship where I could always tell her anything and she wouldn't judge me. She would let her feelings be known about it, but she wouldn't judge me about anything. So even though I was scared about telling her, I knew she would be ok with it. She even said that she already knew." "Then don't you think your father already knows?" "Well, he probably does, but he's probably trying to convince himself that because I have all these girls fawning over me that I would change. Some bullshit like that." "Well, you really should tell him." "I know... And once Jay tells his parents, I'll tell my daddy." "Then you gotta talk to Rob and Jay about this, cause I'm sure they could give you much better advice, at least Rob could, than I could ever. He's been through it and he was lucky that his parents and brother were very understanding. Or talk to Lance. I'm sure he went through the same thing." "I will, but hey! You've given me great advice!" "I'm sure Rob or Lance would be better at this situation." "They'd probably just say the same thing or something similar. Thank you.. really! I'm glad that I can talk to you. I'm also glad that Josh has someone as caring and beautiful as you!" "If you weren't gay, I'd think you were hitting on my girlfriend Curly!" JC said coming into the living room. "Hey Joshy! Congrats man!" "Thanks!" "Congrats on what?" I asked walking out of Lance's room. "Well, look who's alive! Did Lance wear you out?!?" Melissa said as I slowly walked out of the bathroom. "Shut up! And don't you laugh Curly! Don't make me tell them about yesterday!" "What?! I didn't say anything!" Justin said in defense. "Just making sure!" "So where's loverboy?" Melissa asked. "Doin his hair. He wouldn't let me watch. And besides, you said you wanted to talk to me." "Oh yeah, it's ok. It can wait till later!" "You sure?" "Yeah!" "Oh no! You dragged me out of there on my day off, so you're gonna come in this room right now and tell me!" "Psh... Who are you!??" "I'm Rob!" "So?" "Don't make me...." "What?" "Do this!" I said as I grabbed her up of the couch and threw her over my shoulder. "AAAHH!! PUT ME DOWN! JOSH HELP ME!" "You touch her, and you won't have a cute blonde bass in your group anymore!" "Sorry babe... we kind of need Lance.." JC said backing away and laughing. "Oh! OK!! I see how you are! Don't worry, you'll get yours later!" "That a promise?" "Oh yeah!" "I'd be scared if I were you!" I said. "Oh, I am! I am!" I carried her into the room and threw her on the bed. "Ok, now what?" "That was fun! Let's do it again!" "Idiot! Now what's up?" "Hee hee hee!!" "Ok, you're giddy. Oh my god!" "Uh huh!" "Oh my god!" "Yup!" "When?" "Last night?!?" "Who said it first?" "He did!" "Oh my god!" "I KNOW!!" "What happened?!?" She told me what happened and I was going crazy. Lance walked in halfway through the conversation and just decided that he'd missed something, so he went into the living room, where Josh was telling Justin what happened. "Ok, I missed something here, now can somebody tell me?!?" Lance said loud enough for all of us to hear him. We all laughed and Josh sat him down and told him. While Melissa and I were talking in the room we heard him scream "OH MY GOD!" he then ran into the room, tackled her and gave her a really big hug. We were all laughing at his little display of emotion. It was around 10 and Joey and Chris were just waking up. We had already ordered breakfast and the smell of the food had awoken them. After breakfast, Josh and Melissa told them and they were really happy for them. Joey was making jokes how I she wasn't happy with Josh to go and knock on his door. To which she replied something like, why would she want him when she could have Chris. The guys had to be at the venue by 12. Melissa had a class at one so she left and said she'd be back by 5 to meet me and then we would go to the venue. I went with the guys to the venue and they showed me around, telling me basically how my schedule would be once I went on tour. It was fun, but hectic. I finally understood why they were so warn out by the end of the night. Even though, I couldn't wait till I got to do it for real. They gave them a break at around 2:30. Lance and I went to their dressing room just to chill while the others went to the cafeteria the they had set up for them. While me and Lance were in the room talking, there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" Lance said. "Hey guys! Am I interrupting anything?" Justin asked, peeking his head through the door. "Nah, come on in Jus!" Lance said. "You sure?" "Yeah! What's up Curly?" I asked. "Well, I kind of wanted to ask you guys something." "Sure, pull up a chair and ask away!" "Ok.... yeah.... what he said!" Lance said looking at me weirdly. "I'm intruding! I'm gonna go!" Justin said. "Would you stop?! No you're not! It was just weird the way he said that!" "Are you sure?" "YES!" We both said. "Ok, ok! Well, as you know, Jay's not out to his parents. And I'm not out to my daddy yet. I just wanted to ask Rob if you could possibly talk him into telling his parents. Not about us yet, just about him. I also wanted to ask of how I could go about telling my daddy. I mean, telling my mom was easier cause of the relationship we have, but my daddy has this vision of me being his first born son and that I would carry on his name and all that other macho bullshit! I.. I dunno.. does that sound weird to you?" "How cute. his daddy!" I said, "Nah, seriously though! As far as Jay goes, all I can do is suggest it. It's up to him to get the courage to come out to his parents. I mean, it would probably make him think about it and probably end up doing it, cause that's how it was with me. But, as far as him actually doing it, it's totally up to him in the end." "What do you mean that's how it was with you?" "Well, ok.. this is how it went. When I finally came to the conclusion about my sexuality, I had first told my uncle about it. He thought it was just a phase and that it probably wouldn't last long. He meant well, but I knew that I was what I was. He finally accepted it and he encouraged me to tell my parents. But, I wasn't ready at the time. So, I don't know exactly when, but there was a point where my dad was really worried about me cause he thought that I was having all these problems, which I wasn't but needless to say, he was worried. He had went to my uncle and asked him if there was anything wrong with me, cause he knew that I confided in my uncle a lot, it was then that my uncle told him that I was bi. Now, he went and told my mom and brother and they had this big discussion about it while I was away for the weekend at my friend's house. My brother had told my parents that he had once found a whole bunch of gay porno pictures on the computer. So, about a couple of months later, my brother had wanted to talk to me. I knew that he knew, and deep down, I knew that my parents knew, I was just not ready to tell them, mostly cause of fear. So he talked to me, and it was funny, cause he was really nervous. He was trying to figure out how to talk to me about it. I knew what he was trying to say, so I made it easier on him and told him. We had this long talk and he told me about my parents knowing, and how they found out. I wasn't mad or anything, but it did get me thinking about everything. In the end, that conversation brought me and my brother closer. The next day I went to my uncle's job, this was at the time he was still living in New York, I told him that I knew he told my parents. He then told me what had happened and why he told them. I told him that it was ok and that I wasn't mad, cause they had a right to know. He then said that I should just tell them and ease their worries about everything. The very next night, I told my parents. It was funny cause my dad took my being bi, and me being gay. He said something like, `does that mean I'm not gonna have any grand kids?' It was really funny." They laughed and I continued, "I think.. I know that he kind of felt a little hurt that it wasn't as big of a deal for me as it was for them. I told them that I was ok with everything and that I had accepted it and there was no problem. He kept asking me if I wanted to go seek therapy so I could talk to somebody about it. My mom, who was quiet through most of the whole thing, was like `Pero Robert, he said he's fine!'. It was a kind of load off my mind, but it wasn't that big of a deal, only cause I knew that they already knew. That whole episode wound up bringing my family closer; especially me and my brother. I mean, it was weird for them when I brought Lance home, even though they didn't show it much. But they've gotten used to everything. It just takes time." "So, you think that maybe he already knows cause my mom told him?" "Possibly, you should ask her." "How was it with you again Lance?" "Me? Well, I told my sister first. Well, she kind of actually found out. When I was in high school, I used to fool around with this guy from church. One day while nobody was home, we were at my house fooling around, just making out and stuff like that. We didn't hear her come in through the front door cause we had some music on. She walked into my room and saw us. She didn't say anything, she just closed the door and left. We didn't even notice. Later that week, every time me and her would talk, she would get this strange look on her face like there was something she wanted to tell me, but couldn't find the words. I finally got her to tell what she wanted to say. I was shocked and really embarrassed, but most of all scared out of my mind. She was really understanding about it, I guess from her being older, and even though there weren't and still aren't that many screamingly out people, she had some friends who were gay. I told her that I still liked girls though, and that I was bi. She was really cool about it. Whenever she would bring a guy home, when he left, she would immediately ask me what I thought of him. When I told my parents, it was a totally different story! It was REALLY scary! My mom took it better than my dad did, but they were still shocked. If Stacy wasn't there with me, I would've died. They were a little mad, my dad was furious. He was saying that there was no way that his son was a fag. My mom was crying and praying that I wouldn't go to hell. Stacy was great. She saw that I was starting to cry so she put her arm around me and yelled, `Look at what you're doing to him! He's your son for Christ's sake! What difference does it make if he's gay, straight or bi?!? Who the hell are you to judge him?! What does it matter as long as he's happy?! You're his parents! You're supposed to support him and love him no matter what!' My dad couldn't believe that she was talking to them like that, but it did make them think about it. My dad started to cry too. They apologized and we all talked about it. Things were still pretty awkward but in the end, they started to accept it. I remember going into a relationship with a girl soon after that cause I wanted them to realize that I was bi and not gay. That was the relationship that I told you about. Then, I got called for `N Sync. It's still taken them some time to get used to Rob, but as you know they've accepted it. My mom loves him and my dad and sister can't wait to meet him." "So he could flip out about it?" "Yeah, but he could also be ok with it." I said. "And it's not like he's never suspected. My mom finally admitted to me a little bit after I had told them, that she somehow always knew. She could tell. My dad too, although she told me that too." Lance said. "Yeah, my parents and brother the same thing. Even before my uncle told them, they kind of always knew." "So, he might already know even if my mom didn't tell him?" Justin asked. "Yeah." We both said. "Well, let me ask you something." I said. "Sure." Justin replied. "Who did you come out to first? Them, or the guys?" "The guys! Well, JC first. He said that he kind of always knew since the days of MMC. Then Lance, and you already know what happened. Then, with them in my corner, I told Chris and Joey. They were a little weird about it first, but got used to it." "How did you come out to your mom?" "Lance encouraged me back when we were fooling around. He said that she had the right to know." "Well, how did you go about it?" "I just sat her and dad down in the living room and told them that I wanted to tell them something." "Wait.. I thought you said your dad didn't know!" "No! My real dad doesn't, my step-dad does!" "He calls his real dad `daddy' and his step-dad `dad'." Lance said. "Oh... ok.. continue." "So, I was all nervous and couldn't figure a way to tell them. Luckily for me, Josh decided to come home at that exact moment." "Yeah, it's always easier to tell someone when you have an ally." I said. "I'll say! It was a hell of a lot easier with Josh there! At first my mom thought that Josh and I were fooling around, but I told her no. I didn't tell her that me and Lance had something going on till a few days later." "Wait. I thought you said that no one knew about you and Justin fooling around." "My mom and Josh were the only ones who knew. I figured that my mom would feel more at ease if she knew that I was with somebody she trusted, and JC found out by accident." "Yeah.. He kinda walked in on us." Lance said starting to blush. "We all felt that we shouldn't tell Chris and Joey cause they'd feel even more awkward about the whole thing than they already did." "But don't you think that it was wrong of you to keep it from them all this time and them still not knowing?" "Who says that they don't know?" "Huh?" Lance and I said at the same time. "Well, Joey found out, but never said anything until way after we were over. And Chris, well.... when Chris and I became closer, even though it was a little weird, I told him.. everything." "Why didn't you ever tell me? And how come they never said anything!?" Lance said getting a little angry. "Well.. I dunno. I just felt that since it was in the past, why bother to bring it up. And they kinda felt the same way. They knew that at that point, it would've made things really awkward cause we were just starting out and still getting to know each other as a family. It's ok Lance.. nobody held anything against anybody else." "You still should've told me. I had a right to know!" "Ok, baby.. Calm down! It's over and there's nothing you can do about it. Besides, what does that matter when you have me now?" I said. "True.. I just would've like to have known.. that's all." "And now you do. Anyway, continue Jus." "So that was really it." "Well, all I can say is that the next time you see your dad, I mean.. your daddy, tell him. If you want, you know that the 7 of us are here for you if you need us. You've got a lot of people in your corner, don't be afraid to ask them to help." "I've got more than 7, believe me!" "Good! Then use them!" "Thanks guys, you've really helped me!" "And I'll talk to Jay about it next time we speak." "Thanks! You're the greatest!" He gave each of us a hug and was just about to leave the dressing room when Josh walked in. "There you are!!" He said looking a little angry, "I've been lookin for you guys everywhere!" "Why? We've been here the whole time!" Lance said. "Why?!? Do you KNOW what time it is?!" "Uh..." "It's four o'clock!" "OH SHIT!!" We all said. "YEAH! Come on! You two better get your asses on that stage now! And YOU! You better get back to Mel's apartment so you can meet her!" "SIR YES SIR!" We all said standing at attention. "Got me stressin out! Shit... why should you be on stage? I mean, we only have a concert to do tonight!" "Alright Josh!" Justin said. "I'll see y'all before the show! Oh wait! Where do I get my tickets and passes?" I said. "Mel has them." JC said. "Ok. I'll see you then!" "Later!" Justin and Josh said on their way to the stage. "I'll walk you out." Lance said. "Oh no you won't! You got work to do!" I said. "Fine.. But don't say that I'm too busy with work to spend time with you!" "Never!" "See you later!" He said giving me a kiss. "Love you!" "Love you too!" I got back to Melissa's place by a quarter to 5. She had just got in herself and was in the shower. I went into the bathroom and said, "Hey, I'm here!" "Oh hey! I was wondering when you would get here!" "Sorry, me, Lance and Justin had a long talk!" "Oh, about Jay?" "Yes and no..." I said hopping up on the bathroom sink. "What do you mean?" "Jay came up in the conversation, but it was mostly our tales of how we came out to our parents. Justin was confused as to how to tell his dad... I mean.. daddy!" "He already knows." "No, Paul already knows, but his real father doesn't." "Yes he does. Josh told me that Lynn told him." "What?!?" "Yup! His dad suspected it and asked Lynn. She was uneasy about telling him, and he sensed it, so she really didn't have to tell him." "And Josh knows?" "Yeah.. he was there when the phone call took place." "Oooooh, Justin's gonna be a little pissed when he finds that out!" "You can't tell him! He has to find out on his own!" She said sticking her head out of the shower. "I know! I'm not!" "Good! I'm not even supposed to know!" "It's ok.. I won't say anything. Justin's gonna talk to his mom anyway and see if she told his daddy." "Hand me my towel!" "Here!" "Damn girl! You gettin a tan!!" "I know! I love it!" "That would be funny if Josh were to walk in here now! `What the hell are you doing watching my girlfriend take a shower for!?!' I could see the look on his face!" "He knows what kind of relationship we have. I told him that we've seen each other naked a thousand times." "He'd be jealous cause I've seen it and he hasn't!" "Who says he hasn't?!" "What??!?" "You should SEE the look on your face right now!" "If the mirror wasn't so foggy, I would! Now what the hell are you talking about?!?" "Nothing! I was just kidding! We haven't even discussed having sex yet! And besides, you KNOW I'm not a virgin!" "I know, but still! And even though I know every guy you've slept with, this is different!" "How?" "Cause.. Josh is my friend." "So?" "I dunno.. It's just weird!" "How?" "Well, all your other boyfriends I met cause you introduced me. I introduced you to Josh. It's sort of like a kind of big brother thing. It's just weird." "Aww! He's worried!" "Shut up!" "Whatever, anyway, let's get ready! We'll grab something to eat real quick then make our way to the concert!" "Ok, what are you wearing?" "I dunno... I was thinking something sexy, but not slutty!" "That shouldn't be too hard! You always look sexy girl!" "What should I wear?" "Show me what you got!" "If only Josh heard that one!" "You know what I mean!" We went into her room and she tried on some outfits. She finally decided after about the third outfit on what to wear. She picked out a black tube top and a pair of black capris pants. She braided her hair back and while she was putting on her make-up, I went and got an outfit out of my suitcase. I wore a white, V-neck, ribbed, crew T-shirt, with a black button down short sleeved shirt over it, buttoned half way up, and beige cargo pants. By the time Melissa was done with her hair and make-up, I was just about to do my hair. Luckily for me all I had to do was wet it, comb it to the front and put a little gel in it. After I was done, we got a quick bite to eat then made our way to the venue. We got there around a quarter to 7. The show started at 8 so we had a little time to sneak around backstage to be with out men. We were let in with no trouble and escorted to their dressing room. They had just finished hackying and were just relaxing. We helped them get a little more relaxed (JC and Lance especially, if you know what I mean! ). We left there at 5 to 8 so we could get to our front row center seats. It occurred to me on our way there that this was the first time, for both of us, that we had been to one of their concerts. "Do you realize this is the first concert of theirs we have ever been to?" I said as we got to our seats. "Yeah, it's weird!" she said as we sat down. "Well, the first of many more to come!" "Oh yeah!" "I can't wait!" "Me either!" The lights went down at 8 o'clock sharp. The opening acts weren't that bad, but we, as well as every other person there, were waiting for the guys to come out and do their thing. Finally, just before 9, they came out. From beginning to end, the show was off the hook. It had us up dancing and singing our heads off. Of course throughout the whole show, we would get the occasional glances of love from Lance and Josh and the looks of familiar faces from the other guys. The girls surrounding us thought that they were the ones the guys were looking at, but were eating their hearts out when Melissa left and wound up on stage during "For the girl..", the hated her even more when Josh grabbed Melissa's hand and kissed it. It was so sweet, he looked so lovingly into her eyes and she was blushing and returning the look. After the song was over and she returned to her seat, the girls around us gave her evil death stares. Our section was getting a lot of attention for the whole night. It was hilarious, during "Giddy up", Melissa and I did our giddy up dance (It's hard to describe but it's during the "Ride it, ride it, ride it" part, just use your imaginations!). We made Justin mess up. He was saying, "Just ride it, just ride it" and he looked over at us and he couldn't help but start to crack up. The others almost lost it too, but managed to keep it under control. After the kick ass show, we went backstage and were again escorted to their dressing room. After we kissed our respected men, and congratulated the others, we went back to the hotel. TBC... I hope that the issue of coming out to his parents has helped some of you. I know how hard and frustrating it can be. When I wrote that segment, I wrote it hoping that it would help some of you in the decision and planning of coming out to whomever.
