I'm psyched for the summer. Here's the next part, hope you continue to enjoy! Rights to this story are held by me, the author. Please don't post it anywhere without asking me first. If you're too young or its illegal for you to read stories involving sex, stop right here. ______________________________________________________________________ I woke up to the sound of drawers opening and closing. I opened my eyes to the sight of Andy's back as he unpacked his bags, putting his clothes in his drawers. He seemed to take no notice that I had opened my eyes and was now awake. I lay there watching him, no particular thoughts coming to mind, just observing his motions. I noticed how he kept running his hand through and pushing his hair back. If you remember, Andy's hair is dark and he has it all one length and pushed back, the length in the back falling just under his ears. And as he moved around, his hair would slowly slide in front of his face and he'd slide it back into place. As I woke up more I remembered that I was in Andy's bed with basically no clothes on but my boxers under his sheets. I was lying on my side and had my typical morning hard on. This could be quite embarrassing. Not only that, but my shirt was balled up with a big load of cum next to his bed. I closed my eyes and pretended to sleep, hoping that in a few minutes Andy would finish unpacking and leave his room. This way, I could get out of bed quickly and throw on my jeans. I don't know what I'd do about a shirt, but I could probably grab a white t-shirt out of one of his drawers that he wouldn't know was his. But after a few minutes of lying there I felt the biggest leak demanding to be let out of my bladder. I tried holding it, but after all the beer I had drank yesterday, I didn't have much control over it. I had to go and go soon. I shifted in the bed hoping that a change of position would help hold it in, but all I achieved is Andy's attention. He turned and looked at me. "Good morning Walsh," Andy said. "Oh, hey Andy, when did you get back?" I asked, pretending that I hadn't noticed him in the room. "A few minutes ago, just unpacking some of my shit. I didn't mean to wake you," he said. "Nah dude, its your room. Hope you don't mind me sleeping in your bed. Adam said it would be cool." I was still a little intimidated around Andy. I hardly got to know him during pledge season, so it wasn't like I crashed in Matt or CJ's bed or anything. "Walsh, we're brothers now. What's mine is yours," he said with a smile and pushing his hair back again. "Thanks Andy," I said back. But it felt weird all of a sudden, me lying in Andy's bed under the covers while the two of us talked. My dick had gone down some and I decided it best to get out of Andy's bed. I fought my embarrassment of sleeping in Andy's bed in only boxers, pulled the sheets off of me and jumped out of his bed. Andy didn't seem shocked or surprised at all that I was only in boxers. That made me feel a little better. I stretched when I was standing. "I got to take a monster leak," I told Andy and headed out of his room. "Yeah, I know the feeling," I heard him respond. The bathroom is down the hall just a little. I stepped up to the toilet and pulled the front of my boxers down to leak. I was semi hard and it took a second for me to go. But when it finally came, I pissed for about two minutes. It was one of those really gratifying pisses, and I just kept going and going. Towards the end I was giggling to myself because I couldn't believe how long and how much I had gone. Finally I finished up, a few shakes and I pulled my boxers back up. I washed my hands in the sink and checked myself out in the mirror. I had put a little bit of weight on in the first semester. Not a lot, maybe 5 pounds, but you could see less of my abs. I never had the washboard abs that Andy has, but my stomach has always been tight with the outline of my abs. I had hardly been to the gym in months with pledging and all. I had to get back into the routine before I became too lazy. I headed back to Andy's room. The rest of the house was dead quiet and everyone's bedroom doors were closed, including Adam's. I wondered what time it was. Andy was still in his room, hanging stuff up in the closet. I looked at the clock next to his bead and it 8:43 AM. Damn, it's fucking early. I grabbed my jeans off the floor and put them on. "So I hear you are the new President, Andy?" "Yup," he said. "Congratulations on that. I didn't get to vote, but I would have voted for you," I said. "Thanks Walsh. I'm sorry to hear about your Grandmother, and I'm sorry I couldn't make it to the funeral or anything. I was thinking of you though." "Thanks. Don't sweat not making it to the funeral. There were so many people there I hardly got to see everyone and thank them for coming." I had my jeans on and took a seat on Andy's bed to put on my sneakers. There was a moment of silence that I broke with, "So how did the Executive Board retreat go?" "It was cool. We set the agenda for the semester and had fun time hanging out," Andy responded. "You guys party it up last night?" "Yeah, we were drinking all day." "A marathon, nice. Who was all hanging out?" I listed a bunch of the guys and said that Michele was here but never came out of Adam's room. Andy laughed and said, "Michele never comes out of Andy's room. So were you treated to the Adam and Michele sex show last night?" I was kind of surprised at his question. I didn't know how to answer, so I just said "Yeah," and started laughing myself. "Those two really go at it, huh?" he asked. "Yeah, and Michele is quite the moaner," I said, opening up a bit. "No shit. I keep telling your Big that he's got to put a pillow over her mouth or one night I'm going to have to come in there and join them because they get me all horny and I can't sleep without jerking off sometimes." When he said that, it kind of turned me on. Thinking about Andy jerking off to Adam and Michele, as I had done, in the same bed, made my dick go kind of hard. Thank god I had my jeans on already. "What does he say?" I asked Andy. "He gets embarrassed and says that I should move my bed to the opposite side of the room." "Well, with all the girls that you get, I'm sure Adam can hear you as well." "If he does, he never says anything about it. The worst is when they start fucking in the morning and wake me up. What's a guy gonna do when he wakes up with a morning hard on to the sound of sex coming through the wall? I can't help but take matters into my own hand, if you know what I mean. It's annoying at times, but I usually jerk off in the morning anyways, so I guess their audio help makes it a little more...(he searched for a word and then grinned at me)...satisfying." He laughed pretty hard at himself. Two things came immediately to mind. First, I associated with him. In a way, it was comforting to know that it wasn't morbid for me to have jerked off to the sounds of them fucking last night. After all, Andy, Mr. Fraternity and "I get all the girls", just admitted that he did the same thing. Not that I was feeling really guilty about it or anything this morning, but it was cool to know that I wasn't the only one. Second, I was kind of taken aback at how forthcoming Andy was about his jerking off habits and that he sometimes did it to the sounds of his, our, Fraternity Brother in the next room. I wasn't that open about it, but maybe it had something to do with the comforts of Brotherhood and/or living with 30 something guys. I wondered if I'd be like that someday. I couldn't picture it. Andy was finished unpacking and took a seat on a recliner that he has in his room. I had my sneakers on at this point in time and was leaning back on his bed and the wall that Adam and he share. I had no shirt on, and was slightly conscious about it, but it wasn't bothering me too much since Andy made me feel comfortable. We just sat there talking for about a half hour, mostly about what his agenda for the Fraternity was this semester. What I didn't know was that this semester the Fraternity was up for recognition again. We had to re-apply to the Greek Council for our Charter. "Cool. I didn't realize that we were up for recognition again this semester," I said, since we were kept in the dark of all 'fraternal matters' while pledging. "Yeah, well, easier said than done," Andy responded. "What's that supposed to mean? You think it will be difficult to get our charter back?" I asked. "There's some shit brewing in the Greek Council that may make it a little difficult, yeah." "Like what? You know, I don't even know why we lost our charter. As far as I know, none of the pledge class knows why." "We typically wait until the pledge class gets in before sharing the intimate details of The Fraternity's business," Andy said. "Well, now that I'm in, can you tell me?" I asked. Andy looked down at his watch. "This is a long fucking story to tell Walsh. You sure you want to hear it now?" He kind of made a face like he didn't want to get into it. "I got no place to be. If you have the time, I'd love to hear it," I said. I was a little disappointed that it seemed somewhat of a chore to Andy to tell the story of what happened to our, my, Fraternity. "Tell you what. I'm starving, so what do you say I tell you over some breakfast?" I was pretty hungry myself and breakfast sounded real good. "Sounds like a plan to me." "Denny's?" "Nothing like a healthy Grand Slam breakfast to get the day going..." I joked. "Ha ha," Andy laughed a little, "I'll add a half hour to the treadmill this afternoon." "I got to get back to the gym myself," I laughed as I patted my stomach with my right hand. The way I was leaning against the wall, my stomach had a couple of small rolls. "You're in good shape Walsh," Andy said as he looked over my chest. "Well, I used to hit the gym like 4 times a week, but with pledge season, I haven't been to the gym in months." "I used to wok out with Jackson, but since he graduated last year, I've been doing it by myself. Its much better when you work out with someone, so if you want to start working out with me, that would be cool," Andy said. "That sounds awesome, thanks Andy. I can tell already that I'm going to need the motivation to get back into it." "We'll try to work out a schedule later. How about you throw on your shirt and we'll get moving?" he said as he got out of the recliner and made his way over to his closet. I sat up and looked at my shirt, which was next to my feet on the floor. What was I going to do? I thought about it real fast and figured I'd just come out and ask to borrow one. "You have a shirt I could wear Andy?" He moved away from the closet with a hat in his hand, pushed his hair back and slipped on the cap. It was a red hat with the letters embroidered into it. He looked at my shirt on the floor and looked back up at me with this wry smile on his face. "Do I need to wash the sheets Walsh?" he asked with this knowing look. I think I turned a shade of red, maybe even purple. I was busted. I thought about lying, but figured what the fuck, may as well fess up. "I don't think I got any on the sheets, but better safe than sorry," I said with a smile, hoping Andy would find it amusing. "You're lucky you're not a pledge anymore Walsh, or I'd be having you wash those sheets for a month," he laughed as he went over to his dresser. He pulled open a drawer and grabbed out a t-shirt and tossed it to me. "Another one falls victim to the Adam and Michele sex show..." I caught the shirt and stood up to put the shirt on. I was relieved that he wasn't pissed. I slipped the shirt on and walked to the mirror over his bureau. My hair was a wicked mess. For whatever reason, I always have the craziest bed head in the morning. "You got a hat I can borrow too Andy?" I felt bad for asking, but there was no way I could go in public without a hat. "Jesus fucking Christ Walsh," Andy said as he pulled the hat he was wearing and tossed it at me. "You sleep in my bed, then toss a load in it, borrow a shirt and now a hat? Anything else you want from me?" He tried being serious, like he was really pissed, but then he cracked up a little, and I knew he was joking. I was nervous for a second. "Well, since you're in such a giving mood today, how about you buy me breakfast too?" I quipped as I put his hat on in front of the mirror. "Buy you breakfast? I was thinking you were going to buy me breakfast. You still owe me from our interview, not to mention the use of the bed last night, if you know what I mean." The interview. My mind flashed to Andy standing there in only his boxer briefs, me on my knees, in front of his worked out body. His hand reaching into his boxer briefs, pulling his half hard dick out. I stopped the vision there, shaking it off and pushing it deep into my brain. But my dick had already begun lengthening. "Alright, sounds fair to me." And with that we took off for Denny's. We both ordered our breakfast and I asked Andy about why we got kicked off campus. "Well, if I am going to do this justice, we need to start way at the beginning," Andy begun. I'm going to summarize what Andy told me not in conversation form. If I did that, it would be pages and pages long. This is pretty integral to the overall story, so stay with me. I'll try to keep this as basic as possible so I don't confuse you all. Andy said before we were even a Fraternity, like 12 years ago or something, there was a group of about 40 guys, mostly athletes, who were not satisfied with any of the fraternities on campus, so they decided to start a fraternity on their own. They researched a bunch of the National Fraternities and were undecided between two of them. Most of the guys wanted to go with the Fraternity that became the Fraternity I pledged. So as not to confuse, lets call the Fraternity that is my Fraternity Alpha Beta Gamma (ABG). About 10 of the guys wanted to go what I will call Delta Epsilon (DE). There was a huge argument over it, and the group decided to part ways and start separate fraternities. I mentioned in one chapter that another Fraternity, who happens to be this DE, was our "Sworn Enemies". I thought that was because they had instituted a rule in the Greek Council that any Sorority that mixed with us would be fined $200.00. Maybe just the competitive bullshit between fraternities on all campuses. But from what I just learned from Andy and am about to share with you, the animosity runs much deeper than that. The Greek council recognized both Fraternities that year. For whatever reason, most of the athletes from the original group decided to go with ABG, our Fraternity. As the years went by, our Fraternity became the most popular and known as the "Jock Fraternity." We pretty much had the most influence with the Greek Council, but more importantly, with the sororities. We were always first choice for Sororities to partner with for Homecoming, pretty much won Homecoming every year, the King of Homecoming was always from our Fraternity, and we spanked everyone in Intramurals. Our parties were more popular, and if they had 10 pledges spring semester, we had 20. But the other guys did all right by themselves. They eventually became the second biggest fraternity on campus (though we almost doubled them in size). If I had to categorize this other Fraternity, I'd call them wanna be tough guys. Bottom rung of the "A group" type. There were some jocks in their fraternity, mostly soccer players. Somewhat Guido-ish, if you know what I mean. They weren't "Italian" per se, but had that "I'm too cool" mentality. I don't know, I hope you get the picture. They were always trying to outdo everyone else. So there has always been this real competitive attitude between our fraternities. Well, it's more like they were in competition with us. The Brothers of our Fraternity just did what they did without regard to Delta Epsilon, besides rubbing it in their faces here and there at a Homecoming event or an intramural game when we crushed them. So what's this got to do with getting kicked off? About 5 years ago, an Alumni of Delta Epsilon had become the Dean of Campus Life, and the Greek Council was a part of Campus Life. He'd basically sanction us for everything that we did, and every other Greek group was doing, but he singled us out. Stupid shit, like having kegs at parties, or having the pledges march around campus, which was considered "hazing". Everyone did the same shit, but he always seemed to "conveniently" catch us and write us up. Andy told me that three years ago (a year before Andy and Adam were freshman and pledged) the Fraternity was having a party. There was a girl at the party who was the girlfriend of one of the Delta Epsilon brothers. Long and short of it was that she wound up getting drunk and sleeping with one of our Brothers. He had gone back to the dorms with her, they fucked, and he left her room and came back to the House. Somehow (probably her friends), it got around to her boyfriend that night that one of our Brothers had fucked her. Late in the night, the party was still going, about 15 Delta Epsilon's showed up at our House demanding that Jason (our Brother who fucked the DE's girlfriend) come out of the House. Jason went outside with about 30 of our Brothers. The DE brother started accusing Jason of raping his girlfriend. They started arguing, pushing turned into shoving and fists were thrown. Next thing you know, there was a total brawl. The cops came and broke it up. Nobody was arrested but they closed down the party and wrote a summons to the House. The following week there was a lot of tension in the air and a bunch of other smaller fights broke out on campus. Later the same week, the President and VP of our Fraternity, along with Jason, were called into the Dean of Student Life's office. The girl had filed a rape complaint against Jason and accused Jason/The Fraternity of spiking her drink with something. Liquid ecstasy was mentioned by the girl and her friends. The Brothers said that was total bullshit, she was drinking (underage), but they had not spiked anything and Jason said that she reciprocated in the sex that they had. Andy wasn't sure of the full details of the proceedings, but after numerous meetings, and a "thorough investigation" by the Dean of Student Life's office, an offer was made by the school. The school said they would not, and the girl agreed; bring this accusation to the local authorities if the Fraternity admitted its wrongdoing and Jason agreed to leave the school voluntarily. By admitting its fault, the Fraternity would be suspended for one year, still be a part of the Greek Council and have the ability to function as a Fraternity, but could not take pledges for that one year. They would also be required to perform a set hours of community service. If they decided not to agree to these terms, the school would have a "Campus Trial" and if found guilty, Jason would be permanently expelled from the college, on the record, and all information would then be passed on to local government prosecutors. And as far as the Fraternity goes, if found guilty, we stood the possibility of losing our Charter. Well, Jason swore up and down that he didn't rape the girl. And the Fraternity knew that they didn't put liquid ecstasy in the punch. They thought this smelled afoul of a set up from Delta Epsilon. Remember, the Dean was a founding brother of Delta Epsilon. The Brothers were certain that Delta Epsilon had convinced this girl that she was raped. So they figured let the truth be known and lets go to trial. They were of course, innocent. And the plea bargain was no bargain at all. It went to a campus trial. No lawyers were allowed on either side. The "jury" was made up of the Dean of Student Life and 4 professors. Otherwise, it proceeded as a trial, the girl would present her testimony and witnesses, and then Jason would. The girl had a bunch of her friends testify that she didn't want to let Jason into her room, that they heard her say she was drunk and needed to go to bed, but that Jason had pretty much forced his way into the room. The girl also claimed that she had bruises between and around her legs. She did not have any pictures as proof, only the testimony from her boyfriend and a girlfriend that they had seen them. The girl stated that she was very drunk, she felt drugged, and that although she could barely remember having sex, she clearly remembers saying "No" a few times. Jason vehemently denied the accusations and called Brothers as witnesses to say that there was nothing in the punch and that from what they observed, the girl was all over Jason the whole party and asked Jason to take her home. Jason said that she was a willing partner in the intercourse that they had. He went into a lot of the details, that she gave him "oral sex" before they had sex and she was engaged in the action and never said no. The verdict? Guilty. The school did take some leniency on Jason. They allowed him to "leave" school on his own accord and not mar his school records. He was permanently banned from campus grounds and if he was caught on campus, the school reserved the right to formally expel him and put it on his record. There was no ability for Jason to appeal the decision, it was final. He thought about suing the college, but didn't want his family to find out about it. The next day, his parents picked him up from his dorm in total disbelief that their son had decided to drop out. The Fraternity was found innocent on the accusation of drugging the punch. There was no proof that anything of the sort was done. But we were found guilty of the serious infraction of serving alcohol to a minor that possibly led to rape. And given the past write ups of the Fraternity for like infractions and other hazing activities, the Dean of Student Life decided to revoke the Charter of our Fraternity for a minimum of two years, at which point in time we could re-apply for our charter. Well, the Brothers totally flipped out when they heard the news. They felt that they had been set up and had lost a Brother and their charter because of it. They wanted revenge. That night they went over to DE's house and started yelling for the brothers to come out. Andy said that our whole Fraternity was there, over a 100 guys. The DE brothers were afraid to come out, and our Brothers started throwing rocks at their house and pulled the DE letters off the house. Instead of coming out, they called the cops who showed up and arrested some of our Brothers. Also that night, the girl's door was spray painted with the word "BITCH" and her door egged. On top of that, there were more than a few fire alarms that night that were pulled and the dorms evacuated for a couple of hours. The school came down on the Fraternity hard. They said that if they heard one more incident of a fight or anything happening to the Girl, it would bring the Bothers up on formal charges and start suspending them or expelling them. The school involved the coaches of the varying athletic teams to help calm the Brothers down. The rest of campus, mainly the Greek Organizations, was in disbelief of what had transpired. They knew that the implications and the decision were bullshit. They also knew the girl was a tramp. She had rushed a bunch of the Sororities in the past, and none of them had given her a bid to pledge. But at the same time, everyone distanced themselves from us for a while, afraid that if they stood up for us, they would be next on the Dean's shit list. The Brothers called National and told them what happened and that they had lost their Charter. National representatives were there in a day, meeting with the school and trying to get our charter back. The Dean of Student Life wouldn't budge. He also took the time to reminded our National Reps that, according to our own national rules, if an chapter isn't recognized by the school, that chapter can not act as an off campus entity and use the national fraternity name. Many of the Brothers were pissed at National, and didn't feel that they fought enough for us. They were even more pissed when National told them that until the school recognized us again, we couldn't use our national letters. The Brothers had a decision to make. Not pledging for two years could mean the death of a Fraternity. And what if they followed all the rules that the Dean set, and then didn't grant the Fraternity their charter again two years from then? The livelihood of a fraternity revolves around the pledge season. The converse was possible as well. If they did break the college rules, and took on pledges, they took the chance that the college would never grant them their charter back. A rogue fraternity wouldn't be looked at with favor by the Greek Council or Student Life. And to a lot of Brothers, that was more important than pledges. In the end, after numerous late night debates, the Brothers by a small majority decided that they weren't going to let the school or Delta Epsilon fuck their fraternity. It wasn't the letters that were important, but the soul of the Fraternity, and they didn't need the school or a charter for that. So, the Brothers took on a different Fraternity name, Greek Letters that were derived from the National Fraternity's symbol. They incorporated themselves in the State of Delaware, and were the equivalent of a Knights of Columbus or Elk's club. The constitution and Principles of the Fraternity remained the same, as did the rituals, they just changed the Letters. And when on campus, they wore the Letters of the local Fraternity, but when off campus or in the House, they wore the National Letters. The school tried to put an end to that as well, but the fraternity hired a lawyer. Since they were legally incorporated, there was nothing that the school could do. However, the Fraternity could not do anything formally on campus, like participate in Rush, post bulletins, enter Homecoming, Mix with Sororities or formally meet on Campus. They tried to stop us from playing intramurals as well, but that didn't hold up either. We could play; we just had to play in our local letters, not the National Letters. The following semester, we held our own rushes off campus. It was the fall semester, and although campus fraternities weren't allowed to pledge first semester freshman, we didn't have to follow that rule. Typically the fall class was about 10 pledges in size. That semester, we took 20 pledges. And there was nothing the school could do about it. As Andy was telling me all this, I was in complete and total awe at the history. I was pissed beyond belief at the school and Delta Epsilon. The rage was growing in me and I was ready to kick some DE ass. I was sad at the same time, feeling the same emotions that the Brothers three years ago must have felt. "How come this wasn't told to us when we pledged?" I asked Andy. "Well, see the way your fists are clenched in a fist right now and your knuckles are white?" I looked down at my hands on top of the table and saw that he was right. I was ready to throw fists I was so angry. "Yeah, I say that we go over to DE's house tonight and kick some ass." "We felt the same way. When we Adam and I pledged, it was told to us during pledge season. After being told all that I just told you, we were supposed to go on a scavenger hunt. Instead, we took it upon ourselves to go over to a DE party they were having. We didn't have letters on, and since we were just pledging, they didn't recognize us. "So they let us into the party and after a few minutes, we jumped a bunch of their brothers and beat the hell out of a few of them. I don't know, we felt that it was something that we had to do. Even I still get riled thinking about here and now. We took off quickly after it went down, before they had a chance to get everyone together. But I left with a bloody nose and Adam with a black eye. But we felt that we had stood up for a Brotherhood that we weren't even a part of yet, ya know? Like our ritual to the greater part. "Later that night we went back to the House and told the Brothers what we had done, and they were so proud of us. But the next day, the President of the Fraternity was called into the Dean's Office. DE once again had ratted us out. They told the President that if they heard of another incident such as that, they would bring the Executive Board up on charges, one by one, for assault. So pretty much after that, it was decided no to tell incoming pledges the history because we didn't want fights to continue." "That's such a fucked up story. What assholes those guys are," I commented. "Well, you'd think that all this happening just over two years ago, some of the bad blood would be gone, ya know? All the original guys are long graduated, even most of the guys involved with the "rape" debacle. But from what I hear from the Sororities, is that DE is about introduce an amendment in the Greek Council that would put a cap on the number of Greek Organizations at the existing number, which means that we couldn't get our charter back," Andy said. "Ever?" I asked. "Nope, not unless another fraternity or sorority went under or something like that. We'll have to wait and see what they actually put in front of the Greek Council to vote on to be sure." "That will never pass. Most of the Sororities would vote it down for us, no?" "I'd hope so. But a lot of organizations are suffering in numbers because there are so many on campus (there were 32 fraternities and sororities on our campus at the time), so I think more than a few of them would like a cap." "Fuck that. And fuck Delta Epsilon. I don't know how I am ever going to be able to look at those guys again and not want to pounce them." "You get past that. It's the hand that was dealt to us. Besides, is it so bad not being 'recognized'? The only thing that we can't do is homecoming. We're still the biggest and strongest Brotherhood. I didn't pledge for the Letters, I pledged for the people, and charter or no charter, that's what people respect about us." "I guess you're right Andy. I certainly didn't pledge for the Letters, but I'd hate for DE to have won, ya know?" "Dude, as long as you love the Fraternity and the Brothers and do everything that you can to keep it strong, they haven't won nothing. We'll see how it falls, until then, its all speculation." We finished up our breakfast, I paid for it, and we took off. Andy asked if I wanted to go back to the House or back to campus. I decided to go back to the dorms. I was pretty tired still and wanted to take a nap. I also wanted to take some time to think about what Andy had told me. "So you want to meet me at the gym later?" Andy asked as he pulled on campus. "I think I'm going to be pretty useless for the rest of the day after all I drank last night," I responded. "Excuses, excuses Walsh." "I know, but Matt is coming back today so he'll probably want to hang for awhile, then we have the meeting tonight and I have to study a little for my finals that I'm going to have to make up this week." "Dude, that sucks. I didn't think about you not being able to take your finals." "No shit. I haven't open any of my books the whole break, so I have some major catching up to do." "Well, don't fail out on us Walsh." "I'll try not to. I got to look at my schedule for the semester, so maybe tonight after the meeting we can match them up and come up with a work out schedule." "Sounds like a plan," Andy said as I got out of the car. "Eight O'clock, right?" I asked Andy. "That's right. See you then." Andy started to pull away, but then stopped and rolled down his window. "Walsh," he said, "Don't be a hero and start shit with DE, especially if you are alone. Things have been semi cool lately, and if we want to get our charter back, now is not the time to start shit up again. And now that I'm president, I don't want my ass expelled. Ok?" "Ok Andy, I won't," I said. We kept our eyes locked for a few seconds; I guess he wanted to make sure that I was being truthful. I was still pretty angry with DE, but I wasn't going to start fighting with them either. At least not alone. "Cool," Andy said as he broke our stare. "Tell Matt I said hi and I'll see you guys tonight." "Laters," I said as I turned to go back into the dorms. I couldn't wait for Matt to get back and tell him all that I had learned. Matt could be pretty heavy tempered, and when he found out everything, he may not be as calm as I am. To be continued...
