Author's Comments Chapter 16 wass the last, specific chapter on Gio and Kevin, for now. They will not be forgotten. You might have to review some previous chapters of Unexpected due to the lack of publishing this summer and then the intervening chapters on Gio. However, a quick review. James and Philip met after Colin, James partner, he thought, suddenly announced with no warning, his departure for a new job 100s of kilometres away. James had gone into a slump and a couple of months later, Philip had charmed him into a dance and then an evening together after the dance. They spent their first Christmas together with both their families and celebrated their first New Years. They had a large, successful New Years Party where Gio and Kevin met. Then the renovation of the house began and they lived at Philip's condo. They met Jeremy at the request of Father Gregory and helped him turn his behaviour and academic progress around. Then Jeremy's father had found his son was gay and had physically abused him. Both the guys had come to feel like surrogate parents to this young man who now lived with them. Previously from Unexpected, Chapter 12 I had my arms around him holding him tightly to me but not impeding him at first. It was possession, closeness, a bond. I guess that tonight, I was not only in a passionate frame of mind but in a reflective one as well. After a few minutes of his slow, passionate thrusts. I held my guy very tightly with one around his back and the other hand firmly on his ass stopping him from moving. We lay there and I could feel him in me pulsing slightly. It felt so good to be joined like that. I admit that I squeezed him with my ass. Got a few moans for that. "You are the man that I never knew that I would have; you were only an unfulfilled dream. You charmed me and fascinated me that first night at the club and it has never stopped." I guess my lover was reflective as well. He forced himself slightly up looking at me. "You looked so damn vulnerable, wistful and sexy that night. Little did I know the strength and passion that was the real you. You shocked me that day when you told me that it would make a big difference to you if I didn't tell my family that I was gay. In effect, you told me that you wanted me and wanted to proclaim it to the world. I never knew what it was like to be loved like that before." I finally released my hold on him to let him continue on the mission that I had given him: to make love to me. He was powerful and yet gentle, my Philipo. The kisses never stopped. We finished after many times of edging. Neither of us had wanted it to end but eventually we both reached that point of no return. Our finish was truly climatic and unlike many times, we didn't drift off to sleep. We talked about the last months, our committment to each other and finally of our plans for and our love of Jeremy. We heard the door to the condo open and Jeremy came in and go to bed. Like all good parents, we realized that he was safe and with us. A little, errant thought did flash through my brain, so was my car. We held each other for another few minutes, kissed and drifted off still touching. Present Jeremy was a little quiet at breakfast the next morning. I didn't want to be intrusive but I finally broke down." Jeremy, you are more quiet than usual, a problem?" "You don't miss much. Could we talk tonight? There are just things that I want to talk about. Mom and I talked on the way to my aunt's last night. Just made think." I reached over and gave him a little hug. "Jeremy I think that as long as we talk, we can work anything out." "James, it is OK. I know that. It is just that I have so much to take in and sort in my brain, like the family yesterday. I had a wonderful time. They took in a complete stranger." I could tell that Philipo was getting a little agitated. He joined in. "No, you were not a stranger. You were with us and then you endeared yourself with everyone with your actions. You became part of the family. Always remember that. You became part of the family." Jeremy smiled that wonderful, room filling smile and shrugged. "I would still like to talk this evening. I figured that we had given him even more to think about but he looked reassured. I got to work that day and felt really at ease for the first time in weeks. I reflected for a few minutes on my life. It was hard to believe what my life had become since this time last year. No Colin. That turned out to be the turning point in my life. A good turning point. I had my Philipo. We had remodelled my house and it had become our home. We had met Jeremy who had become so important to us. We had just introduced Jeremy to the family. We had settled some issues with Jennifer, his mother. I had helped and then seen the transformation of Gio into the really outgoing man that he was. I had been so thankful when I saw some of the little interactions between him and Kevin. There was an obvious, strong bond forming between them. Kevin had fitted in immediately. They had brought food with them on Sunday that the two of them had cooked together. Mamma was delighted to have her second son back and it was clear that she really enjoyed Kevin. I had a lot to be thankful for. I smiled to myself and told the boss to bloody well get to work. He did. I sorted through the incoming mail. I saw one very glossy envelope that I almost threw in the trash, obviously advertising but it had caught my eye so I opened it. It was an invitation to a series of seminars in San Francisco about new trends in forensic accounting. I had heard of the organization that was organizing the sessions. Some of them were very interesting. In fact, it opened my mind to some possibilities. My new hire, David, and I could go. It would give me a lot to think about for my plans to build up that side of our firm. It would be good for him to keep up to date and to meet new people. I could make some contacts. Maybe I could get Philipo to come with us and make it into a getaway for us. We had never done anything like that. The dates were perfect, late June. Not too busy for me but it might be for Philipo. Before I did anything, I would have to talk to him and only then to David. Then there would be some work, checking if passports were in order, registration, airline tickets, hotel reservation. Yep a bit of work but I could get my secretary to do some of it. David, my new hire, was an interesting mystery. He was very quiet at work. I had noticed that he had started to interact a bit more with his colleagues but always seemed to be holding back. He appeared to be a little separate from everyone. Yet, when I met with him to discuss clients or to discuss strategies for starting up the forensic side of the firm, he was animated and had a lot of good ideas. In fact, I had given him a client who wanted some forensic work done concerning his firm and he had done an excellent, detailed job and the client was immensely impressed and thankful. He almost mirrored his physical nature which was unassuming at first glance. He was only about 5' 9 may 5'10 and was not a big guy. He was slim, small boned but well proportioned none the less. He was usually neatly and well dressed. He always looked a little nerdy. It was probably his haircut that made him look a bit boyish. He never mentioned his life outside work. Never heard him mention a date or any relationship. A man of mystery. A trip and some new ideas might do him a lot of good. Then, in my mind, Philipo and I in San Francisco, the Castro. This was more than a good idea. This must be my day for daydreaming. I forced myself to get down to work as I had some appointments with clients later in the morning and the afternoon. The day passed quickly after that. I was the first home and could smell the chicken dish that we had thrown in the slow cooker that morning before leaving for work. We were of course making extra big amounts. Today, Jeremy had a team practice after school and he would come home starving. Philipo arrived next. Time for a nice kiss of welcome. "That kiss was very welcoming." He looked at me with a twinkle and a question in his eye. "I have had a busy day but I did do a lot of reflecting on my life at present compared to last year. You are at the centre of it. I was actually thanking Colin for being the bastard that he is. You forced your way into my life and it has been great." "Forced myself into your life? I may have taken the lead but if I remember ... you were not exactly forced and dragged along. Damn, your are so sexy. Come here." The kiss was long and we were obviously oblivious to anything else. There was rather loud clearing of a throat. "Jeez guys, cool off." We both attacked Jeremy at the same time and we ended up tussling his hair and laughing. Neither of us were bothered that he had caught us. We figured that it was good for him to see us that way as role models. He ate a hearty meal. Between mouthfuls, we had all the details of the soccer practice and he had a promise from us to attend the next game after school later in the week. He went off to finish some school work but reminded us of the talk later. I was listening to some music and reading when Jeremy came into the living room. I put my book down and turned down the music. "That is interesting music. What is it?" "Ah, one of my favourites, Stravinski's Historie du soldat. I love its harmonies and rhythms. I first heard it years ago and saw and a production of it two years back." I turned it up a bit and we listened to it for a few minutes together. It was the three dances movement that I enjoyed so much, especially the ragtime, beautiful. I watched Jeremy as his eyes closed and he looked as if he were far away. "We never had music like that at home. It was one of my father's hates. Highfalutin garbage, pretentious, I think were his favourite words." I simply shrugged and muttered that I guessed it is a matter of taste and experience. "So Jeremy, you want to talk. Should I get Philipo?" He nodded yes. "Guys, I don't know how to put this. What is my position here? I am imposing on you. I watched you kiss when I came in. I must be cramping your style. Don't get me wrong; I love it here with you. I guess I am just confused." Oh shit, he looked so young and vulnerable. Again my heart went out to him. "Remember the first night we met?" "I was so awful that night. I get embarrassed ever time I think about it." "Long time ago, forgotten. I don't know why but you struck a cord with both of us that night. One night, a few weeks later, I suddenly figured out how I felt about you. Our relationship had become like myself and my father; my father and I enjoy each other. Then I realized it was also what I imagined it would be like to have a younger brother and that was the other side of my feelings for you. Then that night with your father. I saw the blood and your injuries and had the feelings that any parent would have. I wanted to protect you and do what I could to help you grow and mature. Those feeling have only grown. "That afternoon at the Metro, I had exactly the same reaction. I knew that I would do anything I could to stand by you. Jeremy, to be selfish, you have added a great new dimension to our lives. You have added to our lives not taken anything away. Did we look upset when you saw us today?" He had a huge smile. "No you didn't look upset. But you sure looked hot as hell. That is kind of relationship that I want to have." "Please don't forget that we have waited a long time for this. It may not come as quickly or as easily as you hope." "How do you know that you can trust me?" "So far you lived up to all your promises and plans. How do you know that you can trust us to behave in your best interests? Trust is a difficult one. I learned that the hard way." He had a look and was poised to ask a question. "That is story for another time. Someday, just use the name, Colin." I looked softly a Philipo. "I guess we all earn trust." "Thanks, I feel better." "Not tonight but we have to talk about university pretty soon and about your upcoming birthday. Would you like a games night here as a party with your friends? Cards, computer games, some food, no alcohol of course. We'd also have to talk about course selection and living arrangements. You know that we would really like you to stay here with us but it is your decision. It is going to be tough going for your mom for quite a while with the sale of the house and their separation. In fact, we would like to set up some times when she drops by for supper with us and the Marchese family." "I know that she would like that. We do miss each other." Jeremy stood up. "Thanks, this has helped." He gave each of us a quick hug. He had some work and assignments to finish so he left us saying goodnight. I looked at Philipo with a sly look. "What! You are up to something!" "I received an interesting piece of mail today. It gave me some fascinating things to think about." I explained the envelope and my thoughts. Well, not all of them at first. "You in San Francisco. You, David. We were just talking about trust. Interesting." "Worried?" I paused raising my eyebrows. Finally, having let him dangle for a bit, "I had some thought that involved you. The dates are the last week of June and the sessions start Thursday and finish Saturday." I smiled at him. "I could get into a lot of trouble in San Francisco ... with you. Could you get some time and come with David and me?" "San Francisco, the Castro with you. I'd quit the company if I had to, to go. It is a busy time of the year but if I get everything set up and in order, they can just get by without me. I guess if there were a big problem, I am only a phone call or an email away. I bet Pops would step in for that time. He still has a good feel for the company. Nah, there won't be a problem." "You are the boss but they can get by without you." He jumped over and hugged me. "It will be our first trip together! You never cease to amaze me. Come here." He sat beside me and the kiss started off softly but ended up more passionate than either of expected. "Maybe we should take this somewhere else. We have given Jeremy enough to observe and think about for one day. You really are a sexy beast Mr. Marchese. I can never tell which part of my body will be the most erotic. This night, Philipo undressed me and I, him. He had guided me to the bed and had me lie on my back. He knelt between my opened legs and lightly ran his hands up and down my thighs lightly stroking and pulling the hair. Occasionally, his fingers would touch my scrotum. The sensations were fantastic. No erotic as hell. I closed my eyes and simply enjoyed the sensations that just built and built. He stopped and I opened my eyes. "Oh, so you didn't fall asleep." I started to chuckle."You bugger. Does that look as if I have fallen asleep? I guided his hand to my swollen cock that was already leaking. "Just thought that I would check. I wouldn't want to be accused of taking advantage of a sleeping man." I quickly sat up, grabbed him and had him on his back in an instant. My mouth was on his cock. I sucked him hard all the way down and up. "Do I seem sleepy now?" "You might have to do that again to really prove that you are not just sleep walking. Oh shit that feels even better when you are chuckling. Harder, faster." I didn't mind orders like that. Eventually, he pulled me off and up for a kiss. "69 tonight?" No words were necessary. I climbed over him and took him in my mouth and very quickly, his warm wet, active mouth and tongue were working their magic on me. From the sounds from his throat, I wasn't doing too bad a job either. We knew each others signals so well. Sooner than I imagined, his rhythm became more insistent and his body was tensing. I think I felt him grow in size and I could certainly feel and taste the shots pouring into my mouth. The essence of Philipo. I had to swallow at least once. I followed shortly after his start. I stopped what I was doing just immersing myself in the firing nerves and exquisite feelings that seemed to be all over my body. I quickly turned around and kissed him. He broke the silence. "It is the same and yet completely new every time. You have brought so much to my life." "Ah my love. You have no idea what you do for me." The next day Philipo phoned me from work to tell me that he had arranged time off from the Wednesday up to and including the following Tuesday. Everyone was pleased that he was looking after himself. Later in the day, I asked David to come into my office for a minute. His first words, "Everything OK boss. I don't usually get an invitation like this." I smiled at him and handed him the material from San Francisco. He read it over. At first, his face lit up and then it became a little more sober. "Boss, I can't afford this. I have bought a condo and my money is pretty tight right now." "David, this is for the firm and all your expenses will be paid." His eyes opened wide. "In fact, I am going to go as well. I want to be immersed in the subject matter. I really do want to expand that area of the firm." "That would be great. We could meet people, make contacts, discuss the sessions." Ah, the enthusiastic David back with me. I smiled at him, "Exactly. Oh by the way, I have invited my partner along." "I thought that you were the sole owner of the firm?" "No, no, not that kind of partner. Not a business partner, my partner. " I emphasized the words 'my partner'." "Got you. Just so I don't look too stupid, what's her name." I looked up startled at his question. Then it dawned on me. He had been hired after the Christmas party. He kept himself, apart from the staff. "I hope that it doesn't bother you and make a difference. You obviously joined us after Christmas. You don't know. His name is Philip." His mouth dropped open. No words came out. He was at a loss. I started to laugh. "The best reaction that I have had in a long time. Sorry, I realize now that you wouldn't know. Everyone here does so I just assumed. Philip hosted the Christmas party with me. It is OK?" "Mr. Milner, I am so sorry. You took me by surprise. I would never have guessed. Oh, stupid thing to say." He closed his eyes and he was obviously thinking. He got up and closed the door to my office. "I have stayed separate from the staff so that my story wouldn't get out. I am gay. I had no idea how people here would react if they knew. I love this job and want it to work out so badly. Now I don't want people to think that you hired me because I am gay." "Everyone here can see the very good work that you are doing. You have been an excellent addition to the staff. I really want you to help build up a new side to the business. I would never hire someone just because they were gay. You don't have to tell anyone until you are ready. I certainly would not let anyone know. Will you come?" "Seminars on new trends in forensic accounting, San Francisco, the Castro, expenses paid. Why would I not jump on a plane tomorrow? Yes!" "You sound just like Philipo. He can hardly wait. It will be our first trip together. I shall start to make the arrangements. Passport in order? Most Canadians have one." He nodded yes. "Great. We'll have you over for supper some night in late May to make plans and meet Philipo. You'll like him." I gave my secretary all the information and the arrangements that I wanted. I would register us and she would book our flights and I would give her the hotel that I wanted in the next couple of days. We were going and I phoned Philipo at work. He sounded excited; so was I. After supper, "Jeremy, we have some news for you. Philipo and I are going to San Francisco; I am going to some seminars. Philipo is going to tag along. Our first trip together!" I had knew his dates for graduation and the grad dance. They did not conflict. "Guys, I am so happy. How do we work my being here." "Jeremy, this is your home. You could ask your mother to stay to get a break from her sister or you could stay here by yourself. You know the rules and we trust you. Mamma would love to have you on the Sunday. You can use my car for that time." "I don't know what to say." "Try ... great idea. Thanks." As usual, he did better. He came over and gave each of us a hug. "I am so bloody lucky. Thank you. I'll only invite 50 or 60 people over." He smiled as I gave him a shot on the arm. Later that week, I arrived at the football pitch as the teams were warming up. It was a beautiful late April day. I got a big wave from Jeremy when he saw me. Shortly, I saw Philipo striding from the parking lot. There were times when my heart does skip a beat when I see him like this. He was a big man dressed in good jeans with an open neck shirt with a sports coat on. He looked incredible. The jeans moulded to his body. My god but he was a striking looking man. I always wear a suit or cotton, wool pants with a jacket and tie; my firm needed that image. Being in the construction business, he always wore a combination of dress down with a jacket and seldom a tie; he was the boss. His face was always alive, animated. I felt so good as he waved to me and then to Jeremy as he approached. He looked at me. "Jeez, you look so sexy in that suit." "Look in the mirror sometime at yourself. I have to stop myself from ravishing you on the spot." "Hold that thought for later." He winked at me. We were not exactly quiet spectators. Lots of yells and impromptu suggestions of what plays to make. We enjoyed the game. Jeremy was the captain of the team and I could see why. Before the start, he had the guys gather in a circle. He said something that they all laughed at and then he put his hands out and they all placed their hands on each other and shouted a school slogan. He was a striker (a forward for those who are not soccer aficionados) but he was everywhere. He must run kilometres every game. He took one lovely pass and with nimble foot work went around a defender and let loose a strike with a huge amount of pace. The keeper didn't have a chance. 1 - 0 for his team. He had lovely foot work and dribbling skills. He set up one of his players with a beautiful cross into the box for another goal. He was good. They won 3 - 1. They congratulated in the time honoured ways, slaps on the backs, manly hugs and touches on the shoulders. He ran over to us. We were brimming with praise and pride in our guy. He called a couple of guys over including Kent. "Guys these are James and Philip, friends from church. They are players as well. What did you think?" "Guys, great game. I hope ours goes as well on Saturday. You guys have a good team. It has been a pleasure. What position do we play? Me, midfield. Philip, fullback (defender)." We talked a while longer. We went and stood by our cars waiting to give Jeremy a drive home. We had invited Kent back for supper with us. So it was a happy group that arrived back home and a wonderful supper. They relived the game in great detail. We just enjoyed listening to their interplay. Finally, they excused themselves to work on some school work and relax. We had set 9:45 leaving time for Kent and he had phoned his parents before supper and told them the schedule. Jeremy took Kent home. It took just a bit longer than I expected. For once, I shut up, no cute comments. We said our good nights. Inside the bedroom, "You told me before the match to hold a thought. It has been in my mind since then." He looked me and then suddenly remembered. "Haven't been ravished in a long time. Are you sure you are up to it, big guy?" Actions always speak louder than words. I almost tore his clothes off. I pushed him onto the bed. "Stay there. Don't move." It was an order. I undressed slowly in front of him. I was rock hard by the time I finished. "This is for you." I pulled my cock down and released it. It sprung up hitting my stomach. He smiled. "Bring it on you sexy bugger. Or am I supposed to say no, no not that." In my best nasty, manly voice. "Say whatever you want. It won't change a thing." He made a fake cringe and I was on him. There was no holding back. By the time, we finished exhausted, I had scratches on my back. I could see the marks on his shoulders where I had nipped him. I could still feel where he pinched and slapped my ass as I got him off the bed to take him standing up. His nipples were still red and enlarged from being teased and squeezed. There was cum over the floor where he had finished swearing from the onslaught of his orgasm. My legs almost couldn't support me. I turned him around and kissed him gently before leading him back to bed. I turned him on his side with my arms around him from behind. I held him as tightly as I could whispering intimate things in his ear. The next thing I knew, I was awake and he was sucking me in the brightening dawn. "I thought that you didn't do anything to sleeping men." "Only after they ravish me." We didn't get out of bed for quite a while but we did make it to work on time.
