Today is our third visit to Mystic in the past three weeks. Justin and Kyle now know the place like the back of their hands. With everything Jake and I have told them I'm sure they could be tour guides. The biggest thing the boys love is the Treworgy Planetarium and Jake and I have been telling the boys all about the stars they will see when we bring the boat home next week. The boys have now seen 6 planetarium shows and as they walk along the streets of Mystic you can hear them telling visitors all about the planetarium show. Mystic should pay them .... Justin greets visitors like this . . . "Hi I'm Justin, do you know about the special planetarium show today it is all about winter stars and the Mariner. You can explore the stars and constellations of the winter night sky, while learning about how mariners navigated the seas guided by the stars and admission is only four dollars." Now you think Kyle is left out, nope he just continues where Justin leaves off with . . . "Yep and I'm Kyle and all the stars and planets are projected overhead onto a 30-foot dome. About 1,200 can be shown. The planets, sun, and moon are projected by individual lights it's bloody amazing and today the other show is Polar Night, Arctic Light it's the night sky in the winter and when the sun doesn't shine up there." All the time Justin and Kyle are lecturing visitors Jake and I are trying to pull them along. Trying to move along is even more difficult when the visitors are telling them how adorable they are and asking them how they learned so much. It's true they are adorable, cute, extremely smart and about as slick a showman you would ever meet. I needed to get to the dock masters office and pay for the boat slip. We get a huge discount if we pay 6 months in advance and that is just what I'm about to take care of. Jake and I wanted to get this done well before the season starts so we could have a slip closest to Mystic town and now we have. The boys were so excited when we walked to where our boat will be. We were so lucky to get a retired slip from last year only about a football field length from the C. W. Morgan. We have a great view for photos as the restoration continues; and the best thing is we have a gate pass to enter the Mystic village anytime we want. This taken care of Kyle and Justin were leading Jake and I back to the planetarium gift shop. We always visit the gift shops, all of them. The boys had spotted a star chart they wanted for the trip from Ft. Lauderdale home to Mystic here in New Haven. Jake and I tried to explain that we had the program Stellarium. It's a planetarium program that shows exactly what you see when you look up at the stars; it's easy to use and the boys already use it. The little lawyers that they are pointed out that Jake and I may not let them use the iPad at night out at sea. Point taken just spend the ten dollars for the night sky chart so we can go home. We were nearly out the door when it was obvious to Jake that one night sky chart was good for one boy, so he just turned around and bought the second one. That was the best idea all day as Jake and I didn't hear another word till Justin said . . . "I gotta pee." Well in fact that was a great idea because we all needed a pee break. Home Jake and I started dinner and the boys were very quiet as they compared the sky charts to the Stellarium program. Dinner tonight was Sheppard's pie the way Liam made it and when it was ready Jake made garlic bread and talked about Peter and how he could eat most of it himself. I thought of all the things Peter and I did and thought how lucky I was Jake didn't know everything. The third time I called Justin and Kyle I just gave up and went to see what they were doing, not a surprise they were quiet, yes they are always quiet when their sleeping. I woke the boys and we sat together for dinner; and we all enjoyed the continuous enthusiastic jabbering of two little Korean boys describing what they thought would be sailing home from Ft. Lauderdale. Our sail home would be under sunny skies with dolphins just off the bow. That is their vision of the adventure. Jake looked at me with this smile and he already knew that the boys were in for an unimaginable sea adventure. Are we looking at calm seas, rough seas, and a storm at sea, or dead flat calm and no wind? The boys' picture was that nice day off Ft. Lauderdale but I think they may be in for a surprise. Jake and I hadn't even cleared the dinner dishes when Kyle and Justin were asking . . . . "Kori are there cookies?" Homemade raisin cookies and vanilla ice-cream put smiles on their faces and hugs around our necks. It was time for homework, TV, showers and bed. Jake and I had discussed a TV for the boys and then that idea went right out the window. We will continue to have family time and watch together or play a board game. The TV was on, it was one of their programs but I don't know why. Justin was all cuddled up to Jake and Kyle was stretched out with me and talk of an adventure voyage never stopped till showers, the TV was just on. What an amazing use of electricity. I'm not sure why but the boys wanted me to wash them. I started the shower, I love this shower it's real big, had the boys in when they asked politely, insisted, and demanded that I get in with them. No big deal we've been there before so I dropped my clothes and stepped in. Here we go with the strawberry shampoo. Kyle and Justin just love the attention top to bottoms to toes and back up. The boys were a little hyper tonight. The jibber-jabbering was non-stop and I know they could have written a book, fiction, about this journey they were on out at sea. I was all finished and went to turn off the spray when I was told I forgot some "things". I was more than a little surprised when Kyle pulled back his foreskin and said it should be washed every day and then Justin did the same. I asked . . . "Hey who told you boys that?" Kyle and Justin at the same time said . . . "Aaron at school said that it has to be cleaned every day if you have it but his was cut off and showed us, looks like yours Kori but lots smaller." Seems that sex education has changed a lot and they are in elementary school. Now that I think about it their 9 and I bet there is a lot of "you show me yours I'll show you mine". As I handed the boys baby shampoo I said . . . "I think you need to learn to wash your little "things" by yourself." Justin corrected me and said . . . "penis" . . . . Well I had poured the shampoo in Kyle's hand so he just reached over and washed Justin's penis and there was the obvious reaction and they both giggled. I said . . . "Hey!" and that only caused more giggling. The boys were dry and it was off to bed and no story tonight. Jake and I showered a nice long warm "hot" shower. I do think we were both satisfied as we pulled covers up and it was lights out and, ...... and a little voice saying . . . "Kori there is something outside and it's making a noise." I said . . . "It's Ok Justin probably just the wind and that old tree." Then it was . . . . "But Kyle is afraid." Jake roughly tossed the covers back and went to the boys' room sure enough there was a strange noise. Then I was summoned and asked to bring the big light and there almost at the window sitting on a branch was a small cat with a loud voice. I looked at the boys and said in a very authoritive voice . . . "No cat!" Jake and I took the boys by the hand and went to bed. Now the only way to get some sleep is to wrap our arms around the boys tightly and make sure they go to sleep before relaxing our grip. Why you ask? Because these two little boys have roaming hands that's why; their 9 and not shy about a little adventure in bed. The night dragged on, and on, and on till 4am and I guess Jake and I finally passed out. The rest of the week went fast and Friday noon was here. I had made all the arrangements for the flight. We had taken the boys to the pediatrician for a prescription for seasick pills for Kyle and Justin. Timmy drove us to the airport and Stefan would pick us up in Ft. Lauderdale. As a precaution and to make sure everything was working as it should we hired Stefan to sail with us from Ft. Lauderdale to Jacksonville, Florida, then we would be on our own. The plane ride was perfect and the boys were fine all the way. Stefan was right there to pick us up and Justin and Kyle were all over him with hugs. We went directly to the boat. The first thing I wanted to see was the new name. Jake and I thought about all these great names but we wanted something special for us as a family. There in beautiful Gold Script was her new name ......... Jabbering ........... How appropriate. Stefan showed us all the new appointments, charts, updated navigation system. The shopping list was complete with 2 bottles of fine wine compliments of our handsome skipper. He gave us the keys to the car and said . . . "Six AM sharp" We began to stow away all our belongings and directed the boys to their cabin where they found two big teddy bears dressed in sailor suits for them to hug at night if they needed. Stefan is really sharp. We had everything away and thought to take the boys to the park and then dinner and early to bed. Jake and I had checked everything and thought if the wind stayed right and sea conditions were in our favor then it looks to be about a thirty hour sail with one overnight. The plan for the trip is point to point sailing tie up or moor overnight. With that plan we would start sailing at daybreak. We called the boys ...... we called the boys again, I hope the rest of the trip will be like this, ha-ha, they were snuggled up to the bears asleep. We gently woke Kyle and Justin gave them a few hugs and a kiss here and there and went off to the park. On the way back we stopped at the little fish restaurant right at the marina. Fish and chips all around and they were excellent. Back to the boat we read the boys a story and off to sleep. Five fifteen didn't give us any time and Stefan stepped aboard promptly at 6. All lines were released and we were underway as the sky was turning lighter with an amazing color of light blue and a warm slightly reddish color mixed. We motored out through the inlet till we were about half mile offshore and set sail. The wind was moderate and the temperature was cool so we were in full gear with light jackets. The boys were in their cabin and the movement of the boat continued to gently rock them to sleep. I remained at the wheel while Jake and Stefan continued to check everything out from each block to lines and then all the electronic equipment. It was just past 9am and we were running along at just 7 knots and it was time to check the auto pilot. Part of the update was the new autopilot system. Stefan explained every detail of the new system and engaged it as Jake and I took some quick notes. It was truly amazing and with everything entered into the computer we gained ½ a knot more. Now with Jake and Stefan watching the system I went below to wake Justin and Kyle and start a New England breakfast for everyone. The boys were up and learning to stand at an angle while peeing. I heard Justin laughing and saying . . . "Kyle you got half on the floor, I mean deck." The boys are trying very hard to use all the nautical terms. So bow, stern not front, back, head not bathroom, deck not floor and they are starting to sound like little sailors, leaving out the bad language. Justin and Kyle returned and were promptly sent back to wash their hands. Hands clean they helped make breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, coffee and milk. I had the boys eat first then they ran topside and told Jake and Stefan breakfast was ready and I traded places with them. I took watch and Kyle and Justin joined me topside to enjoy the warming morning sun and fresh breeze. It was about 11am when the wind picked up considerably. Jake and Stefan now on deck were helping as we set more sail and tightened the sheets. Jabbering heeled 32 degrees to port and we hit 9 knots there were smiles and high fives as we cut through the water. Spray from the bow looked like sparkling diamonds as the sunlight hit the large water drops. Some clear and some with the colors of the rainbow. Kyle and Justin had their cameras and were taking photos of the spray as it broke over the bow. At times it appeared to dance in the sunlight almost as a water show at some resort in Las Vegas. It was about 3pm the sun was strong and the afternoon wind the same. Jabbering was cutting through the waves effortlessly and the boys had just arrived on deck after a good nap. The fresh sea air was exhilarating and at the same time a bit exhausting for the boys. Refreshed after their nap they were full of it with lifejackets on and tethered they made their way forward to the bow with Jake. It was instant excitement! Jabbering was now being escorted by dolphins. The boys had their cameras and the dolphins began to give us a show. They would almost touch the boat then dive and shoot into the air twist and turn and return to the sea. I'm sure Kyle and Justin took 500 shots as the dolphins played alongside for almost 30 minutes. Stefan told Jake and the boys sometimes there maybe 10 or more that will give a show like that. Jake, Stefan, and the boys were on the way back to the cockpit when all of a sudden we hit a big wave knocking Justin and Kyle to the deck and sliding them aft. My heart nearly jumped from my chest and a moment of panic struck. Jake was white as a sheet as he and Stefan helped pick the boys up. I thought for sure the boys would be panicky but no it was much, much worse they thought that was awesome. They can be frightened by a cat making noise in the night but think almost going overboard was awesome. I am not sure what Stefan thought but Jake and I would be overprotective of the boys the remainder of the voyage. Jake took watch and I took Kyle and Justin below for some dry pants. Needless to say they both got hugs lots of hugs to the point Kyle said . . . "Kori let go I can't breathe we're Ok and I can put my pants on by myself." Justin was laughing and said . . . "It's Ok Kori we know you were scared and you love us but that is what being at sea is like." Oh really .......... Like just how many years have they been at sea? Their comments and the way they took the fall and then to hear them talk as if it were nothing had me scared even more. I told Jake and Stefan and Jake agreed that we really needed to watch them carefully Stefan thought boys that age tend to be fearless and the tether was good all the time. We made good time with the weather and wind and finally motored into Titusville Municipal Marina. Jake took the boys and ran to the marina store and snatched some good looking steaks, potato salad and cake. We sat for the evening listening to the quiet sounds of the night and fellow boaters in the distance. The steaks were amazing on our grill and we talked about the events of the day. The boys, if only we could bottle that fresh sea air, had all they could do to keep their eyes open through dinner and they didn't even finish their cake. Justin all cuddled up to Jake and Kyle curled up next to Stefan and I just stretched out enjoying a good glass of wine. Soon Jake and I picked up the boys and just took them with us to bed. Stefan slept in the boy's cabin and we all agreed to a very early start. It was before dawn and we motored out to sea. The day was good to us and we were making better that 10+ knots. I was surprised that giving the boys one seasick tablet just as we woke prevented them from being sick all day. Jake did have a queasy feeling a few times if he went below for any length of time but was fine on deck. Ahhhhh we figured out it was the wine. The boys played games with Stefan and that gave Jake and me an hour to sit in the cockpit and enjoy quiet conversation. Jabbering did most of the work herself and bless that new auto pilot it was worth the extra money. The wind picked up and it was all hands on deck. We adjusted the sails tightened the sheet, closed all ports put on foul weather gear and life jackets; and Jabbering thought herself in a race. We heeled her till water was at the gunwale. Auto pilot off my hands on the helm fingers turning white as Stefan and Jake in harness were over the side. The boys next to me in jackets and harness tethered close at hand and laughing and thrusting their hands in the sea spray as it continued to hit our faces time after time. The sudden squall lasted most of an hour before the wind returned to moderate and Jabbering returned to leaning about 25 degrees and we slowed to only 8 ½ knots. The excitement although exhilarating was also exhausting for all of us. The rest of the day continued to about the same with moderate wind then from out of nowhere a squall would hit. The good news was we were in Palm Cove Marina just south of the Georgia border. Were all secured for the night and Stefan said his farewell and would be returning to Ft. Lauderdale in the morning. For us it was dinner, showers a little snuggle time with the boys and perhaps some private time for Jake and me. Well as it turned out dinner was good, showers at the marina were good, but alone, snuggle time with boys good but we all fell asleep till morning. The plan changed slightly as Jake thought it would be good to take a day off clean the boat and get everything ready for the next leg of the trip. The weather was sparkling with plenty of warm sunshine and the boys played most of the morning over at the marina playground. The remainder of the day went quick. Kyle and Justin were in their cabin fast asleep and now Jake and I actually had time to play and we did. Jake had me stripped to nothing in less than a minute and his hand was up and down from my neck to my bellybutton and slightly lower. I was already hard, hot and wet. Jake used only one finger right at the tip. Round and round then under and over I pressed my arms down into the bed and arched back and could last no longer. Jake now had his hand grasping firmly, I was panting and wanted him to stop but he continued till it was my second time then released me. It was Jake's turn and he was in for a surprise. The first time I let him feel just what he did to me and he must have been really excited before we ever started because he lasted only a minute. The second time was more like torture as there was a little pinch here and there. His nipples were so hard they stood nearly ¾ of an inch as I began kissing from his chest downward. I heard Jake say stop and I didn't I pressed his chest down as I reached the object I wanted. Oh it was throbbing and hot and wet and salty. In, down, up, out, back in, down slowly, all the way down and stop and hold as long as I could then up but not out as I began pumping with just two fingers. Jake was sweating, panting and begging to finish ............ he arched his back and with a final thrust upward he exploded with pulse after pulse till his body began to relax. We slept soundly till the alarm ........... We were up but let the boys sleep as we motored out to sea ........... . . . . Next . . . .
