He runs in several distances and does the high jump. I can not get enough of these wondrous young bodies, in such skimpy uniforms. Naomi also runs on the girls track team. I hope she comes swimming at our beach this summer. Andy placed well in his races and won the high jump. On Saturday we drove up to the camp. I wanted to meet all the staff. Most are college kids, most former men's boys, all gay or bi. We have 25 of them, a professional manager and assistant manager, a chef and 4 cooks, bookkeeper and three office/front desk staff. I was impressed by all of them and Andy was real impressed by the college kids. The place has been open for business since the 1st week of May. It is only about 50 % full on week days but is booked solid on weekends. The bookings until mid September seem very heavy. All the systems seem to be working as designed. They have not been tested by stress yet. Andy and I did manage to enjoy ourselves. We played golf and did some canoeing. I had instituted a first name only system here as I had before, and it seemed to work well. Even the charter aircraft used it. Andy went around meeting as many of the guest boys as he could. I had asked him to solicit their opinions for additions or improvements. He had a whole list in no time. On the drive home Andy started quizzing me about his summer or my plans for the summer. Except for about 8 hours per week to this project, I had none. "Andy, my time will be spent worshipping your body." I am not sure he believed me. He had many ideas. What he was suggesting was a series of one to four day trips to all kinds of places, in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Lots of camping and just sightseeing. I was for that and told him. I had to stop the car about three times to settle him down. He was trying to kiss and do other things to me, that made driving too great a danger. I suggested that we might take Naomi and Dennis or Grover with us on some of the one day runs. I figure Andy will need a summer job next year for sure. He has always worked around our place, and that need is now diminished. He should have his own spending money; not just what I give him. I wonder if he could make some cash by working for Dennis' father on the farm or even on the farms close to us. At any rate, I am sure we will have many friends visiting us on the weekends. The little trips are best done during the week. In mid June we had an investment club meeting. This was the last meeting until the fall. Several of the members were getting a little concerned, for the market has been highly active in both stocks and commodities. They were all pleased with the first quarter dividend, distributed in May. I assured them the second quarter would be just as good. I would not predict beyond that. My advice was just ignore the news for the summer. Turn your attention to politics, it would be a much more entertaining show. We had this meeting in our game room. Now that it is more or less unused and I have nothing to hide from the public, why not? Andy made coffee and served little cakes and cookies that he purchased in town. It would cost a whole lot less too. Politics is one subject I do not choose to discuss with most people. I will talk about it with Simon, Carl and Leon but few others. Several of the older men in the group, which is now 27 strong, were quite taken aback by the support for Obama, from the high school kids. I am sure they are life long Republicans. Andy got right into it. He is shaping up to be a good debater. He explained the world from a 16 year olds point of view. I don't think they liked it much at first but he is respectful of others. I was quite pleased when he said, "Your generation has made a mess of things. Laissez faire capitalism and the markets have shown to be incapable of and are inappropriate ways, to measure the public good. We see that. We see America is morally bankrupt. All the Republicans can offer is the politics of fear. We see the same loaded terminology and negative labeling again. We need leadership and we need a vision. All the Republicans have offered since Eisenhower, is smoke and mirrors, blind faith in markets, wars and greed." He forgets about Vietnam. "We students are fed up with the politics of division, how about just doing the right thing for the right reason, it is time for a change." I was taken aback and so were most of them. "You're the economist Mat. Hasn't the deregulation of utilities and airlines and other things been good for the country?" one of them asked me? I told them no, it has not been good for the country but it has been good for the economy and that is good for the country but only so far. I know everyone likes to paint things in black or white but we know in our hearts it's all gray. The ancients understood that, we have forgotten it or chose to ignore it. That is the politics and economics of division. It is always the balance, the center point between extremes that allows, in the long run, the best for all of us. I can tell you this with absolute certainty, there are no absolutes. Anyone who tells you different is lying, delusional, or just ignorant; they can not be trusted, except when they can. I will also remind everyone that unfettered growth is not sustainable. That goes for everything. Most of our social problems, crime problems, even environmental problems are directly related to the unchecked growth of everything from people to monopolies. It is simply not sustainable. The Europeans and ourselves are two faced in agricultural subsidy policies. I know many of you enjoy benefits from them. Gentlemen they will come to bite us if we continue to force weaker nations to abandon theirs, while keeping ours. As to Global Warming. It is real. It has happened before and will cool again. That is not the point. If you want to make a real impact on carbon dioxide. Cut the population of the world in half. That will do it faster and better then anything else. In fact, that is probably the only sure way to fix any of our environmental problems. Not an option you say. Ok, then let's learn to live with it and deal with the problems we are sure to face. On June 16th it rained and hard. Andy and I just spent the day in and out of bed, mostly in. God, I can't imagine not having his sweet ass to fuck and his wonder cock to fuck me. "Mat." he said, while we lay in bed just being close together, "you are a very political person so why not run for office?" "No, I am respectful and just a little manipulatory; I choose my friends and associates carefully. I have no time for phonies, fools or demigods. I would not last long in that world. Remember kid, `I am the one and only, nobody else can do it like I can'." (from a song, "I am the one and only," by C. Hawks, a British singer.) He giggled and snuggled close to me. "Me too. When we first met I thought I wanted to be just like you. I realized about a year later that was a nice goal, but it could never happen. You made sure of that. You made sure Andy Matai was his one and only. Thanks big brother. I think something else is happening too. I am becoming my own man as you are your own man. That is the way it is supposed to work, I know that. I think I have fallen in love with you Mat. I hope we become life partners but I just don't know." "Look Andy, you are where I was at your age. Let us not try and predict the future but to hold hands and march forward, seeing just where it is to lead us. You and I both have young men's agendas. Our lives are and will always be bound together, life partners or not. It is only the form that will evolve. Now the real question, since we have always shared everything, what about Naomi?" I guess he is struggling for his independence. We all had to do it. Each of us does this in his own way. For Andy, I will give in but only to a point. It goes for him too, he can take it but only to a point. Never stated but always in our knowledge base, we must protect each other. Does that mean we can never be independent of each other? No, it simply means we can be as independent as our family ties allow. Andy is just the most attractive lad imaginable. I can see why he has many friends and offers to model. Unfortunately his facial feathers are essentially the same as when he was 10. Anyone who knew him then would know him today. Modeling is out for him at least until he is well into his 20's. In fact his whole body is that way. As he grew he just scaled up. Not quite, his shoulders are more massive and if he keeps wrestling will gain much more mass. His butt is just a perfect scale up, as his hands, feet, length of arms and legs, face and midsection. His skin is smooth and soft. He trims his pubic hair. The very thought of this body in my arms, receiving my kisses, letting my hands drift over it and my erection lodge in his butt, is almost more than I can stand. I could spend the next 50 pages telling you, the reader, about all the wonderful and interesting things we did and places we visited. I will not. Perhaps some day I will turn to travel logs. Not today. Andy and I are now back in school. I will finish up and graduate in January. My Canadian venture is now completed. That is, I have bailed out as planned. I offered to buy out Barny's 15% of the resort mortgage. He told me to leave it as is. The Society is doing very well and the resort is running as planned. We will build our own grass airstrip in the spring and should have it in service by June. The manager wants to have the outdoor pool covered for year around use. I put that off until 09. I am not convinced that we can sustain the member utilization of 20%. I would rather keep our rates as they are, attractive. The management committee is exploring the possibility of allowing members to bring or sponsor guests. Guests that are not members, is a bit problematic. Perhaps some other kind of society membership, that does not include an initiation fee but at higher rates and fewer voting rights. Under the current rules, the membership can be bequeathed by specification of an acceptable person, in the members will. If not specified or if that person is not accepted, the initiation fee is paid to the estate as if it were an insurance policy. I am setting up a trust account with one of the large trust companies. Initiation money unused or needed for capital improvements or mortgage repayment, will be invested in highly secure bonds. Once enough cash is on deposit the fund profits will form an endowment. My proposal is to keep selling memberships. If the demand is great enough we can then expand the facility. Larry and I were cutting winter firewood, when he broached the subject of young boys needing a proper male mentor. He knew full well what went on here in the past, but we have never philosophized on the subject before. He is also fully aware of my relationship with Andy. "I have watched Andy thrive under your mentorship. I think you should be proud of him and your role." I am and told him so. "Mat I have a problem, I think you may be able to help. My great nephew needs a mentor and he needs him desperately." It sorted out that this boy was being raised by his single mother, who was estranged from her family. She is his late partner's niece and they were the only family who would even talk to the woman or interact with the boy. "I am sure the boy is a result of incest," he said. "The lad is now 12 and is...is heading for some real trouble. I try and spend time with him when I am in town. That helps but is not a solution." The boy is desperate for older male company and approval. He is getting it from slightly older boys and Larry thought the wrong kind. The complicating factor, his mother has hooked up with some less than desirable people and he feels that the combination will prove untenable. "I think I can get him away from her. I don't like the people she is associating with, but what else can I do? She hates men and I understand why. The only reason we were able to get close to her was she knew we were gay. That and the fact we accepted her and the boy, no questions asked. He is a good kid but I think confused. I know he wants to be around other boys and men. She keeps him isolated as best she can. I can see from his attitude that will soon come apart. If I pay for his keep, would you be willing to take him in?" "I think Andy and I would be willing to give it a go but only if he wants to stay with us." "Eric will, once he gets to know you. I would take him in a minute but I'm too old. He is a man's boy that desperately needs a man and I'm sure he knows it too." "You're sure about this?" "Mat, you know I wouldn't be asking you if I wasn't sure. He lives in the Point, so you should have that lawyer, Carl, draw up a guardianship arrangement." I think there is more to all this than Larry is letting on. Families can and often are very complex things. I can say I have had about all the electioneering I am prepared to tolerate. This sub-prime mortgage thing is causing quite a stir. I am oh, so glad I bailed when I did. I know my investment club members are relieved. Our remaining stocks have taken a bit of a beating. I think more is yet to come. I am not ready to buy back in quite yet. I want to be sure this is the bottom. Let me see what the balance of the week is all about. I am still not convinced we have seen the last of this. The trick for my investment club is to hang tough and not to panic. We have not lost anything except some potential profits. Nor have I, in my personal accounts. I think I will take half of my off shore account profits and by in when I see things are at their lowest point. I need to get to work now to figure out what quality is ripe and what my pic price is. It is now mid October and all the shouting is over. Not that things are stable yet but I did manage to weather the storm as planned. I bought back into the market just before the close on October 8. All of my pic points turned out to be lower then I predicted. That's okay, I have more shares that way. I took 1.1 million and invested it in 11 different blue chips and Research In Motion. I chose the best PE ratios I could find. Every stock but RIM was grossly undervalued, compared to real assets, market share, expected earnings and dividends. Even if they recover slowly, my dividends will be handsome enough. Larry brought Eric out on the weekends. He was a bit slow to come around but last weekend he asked Andy if he could come to live with us. The kid has been following Andy around like a puppy for the past two, so I was not surprised. Andy for his part has been most understanding. I think Larry's timing was right on. His puberty was just starting and the flood of hormones that drives such things had him confused and just a bit emotional. I have been working overtime on my thesis which is looking at this sub prime thing and the market problems from a regulatory point of view. It is more shift in focus than anything else. I will need to spend a little more time looking at the regulations and what the regulators did or did not do and what they knew in the past several years. I realized that looking at broader aspects would require more extensive research. My professor thought it an excellent topic for a PhD. I met with Carl and Eric's mother while Simon gave him a complete physical. It was clear that Sonja, the mother and significant other were most concerned with the boy's signs of rebellion. Sonja had not only been grossly overly protective, in his physical world, but would have him a girl, if that were possible. She had worked hard to isolate him socially from males. To say she wanted him to be a "mom's boy" would be an understatement. In fact she suggested it would be best if he was gay, a sissy boy. I didn't think much of this lady-friend person either. She was not truly interested in the boy at all. For her part, she did little with him and provided a poor model. She is a controlling and manipulative person; she strikes me as a control freak, specifically toward Eric. I spotted this in the first 5 minutes of our conversation. The woman is one of those people who you just don't trust; well, I don't trust anyway. She is the kind who will say only what she thinks you want to hear. She plans to take the mother on some kind of minimum 6 to 8 month travel and business trip. I take it she does not want a fat, sissy boy or any child, along. Not that she said it. I am not convinced this business is even legal, she was very vague on many of the details. I for one am not convinced this is a good time, to be even thinking about, what would appear to be a risky economic venture. Specifically one that involved creating a specialized travel service, in that market. They were a bit vague on the details of the business plan. I don't think they were being honest with me. Carl had drawn up a guardianship agreement that required Sonja to pay for Eric's medical insurance and a clothing/food allowance, equal to foster care. Larry would cover his other expenses. I insisted that Eric's education must not be unduly disrupted. All agreed and language to that effect was inserted. He would remain with us until the end of a grading period. The Agreement was open ended and required 30 day notice, in writing, before the end of said grading period. I noticed, buried in the fine print, a clause that should something happen to the mother the guardianship would continue, i.e. become permanent, until he was 21 and the proceeds of her estate would be placed in trust for him. Larry and I would split his living expenses, the trust set up would be a separate document. I thought it was funny but they did not even come to Simon's office to say good by. Lady-friend said they had already done that and Sonja just went along. It could be she recognized mom would get all emotional and become upset and that would upset Eric. It could be she didn't care. In this is see no right or wrong, only what one thinks will work. Sometimes I need to remind myself not to judge others. In my former life, if I wanted to know about someone I had access to that information. It was important to the organization. You just had to know who you were dealing with and how reliable they were. Other people took care of that. I didn't want to know about them and did not want them to know about me. I just needed to know they could or could not be trusted. In this case Eric's best interest was perceived differently by the different parties. That I understand. No one view is superior to others; except mine, my ego fixes that. Mother wanted him to be raised by women. That was not happening. Larry, myself and girlfriend became unwilling and unspoken allies, in presenting our option, as the best and most cost effective way of managing his welfare, given the short notice. At Simon's office, he sat me and Eric down for a brief chat. His health was good. The lad had several environmental and food sensitivities. These are manageable. He would continue to need eye glasses, probably all of his life; have his prescription checked annually. Simon figured braces on his upper teeth, he should see an orthodontist soon. When I showed him the agreement he was most surprised. "Watch closely for adamant issues, Mat. These things can sneak up on you, Eric." He said to Eric, "You should treat this as attending boarding school. You can call me any time if you feel the need." "Mat, put this boy on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet, with lots of physical activity. He needs to lose a lot of fat. Give him the same supplements you and Andy take and use the same personal hygiene techniques with him." Ok, I thought, I would have done that anyway but it is good to know Simon approves. I think Simon approves of more than just that. His boy is now starting university, I would suspect he will be looking for another. Ray is now getting ready to strike out on his own, perhaps Eric will fill a gap in Simon's life and allow Raymond to ease away. I will be facing this in a few years too. Andy and I have a slightly different relationship. Every relationship is different, circumstances and personalities are always different. Andy and I will have him trained in no time at all. I am sure he will stop being a mama's boy and become daddy's boy, in very short order. I think that will moderate any abandonment issues. This kid is smart, at least when it comes to social situations. He will make Simon or any other would be suitor work for his affection, if not his ass. This election business is now finished. The pundits are all saying the markets have already accounted for the expected tax increases, the Democrats are undoubtedly going to propose. Not that they won't complain. They will all scream. This thing will be volatile for some time yet. It has nothing to do with who controls Congress or who sits in the White House. It has everything to do with greed, fear and expectations. The Bush Administration got itself and us into this mess though blind faith ... No matter who is in power or what their philosophy; you can't cut taxes while you are fighting a war. It just won't work. Someone has to say enough and start paying the bills. All these people have managed to do was underfund social programs for ordinary people and divert that and a lot of borrowed money into the pockets of people like me; share holders in the military-industrial complex. I am seeing lots of good prospects sitting out there. It is hard some times to sit on your hands. I must do so. These things need to sort out first. Now that the sub prime mess is getting under control we will need to address the credit card thing. The general lack or perceived lack of liquidity will drive many close to the edge or down. If these greedy and I would say cavalier outfits, wish to avoid tighter regulation they had better start acting more responsibly. I doubt they will. In fact, I have no doubt they will be screaming for some kind of bailout too. I can't believe these ass holes. They are all hypocrites, on controls and profits, wealth and power; collectivize the risks and make me rich. Eric has been here for about two weeks full time now. I was quite right about him. He has progressed into stage one of his training well. He is now asking frequently for our attention to his sexual needs, all be it ones we have fostered. It did not take him long to start sleeping with Andy and I, part of the time. He is most desirous of have a long finger or medium sized dildo up his ass. I think he will make a good cock sucker too. So far he quite willing and skilled but has much trouble with his gag reflex. He sees Andy and I fuck and realizes how much pleasure we gain from it. I figure he will be asking soon, I hope it is Simon he asks. He and Andy were looking at some gays male sites yesterday. I could see he is impressed with their gorgeous bodies and I hope that gives him inspiration to develop his own. He acts like a sissy boy but I don't think he is one. I think he has just been socialized that way. Eric is not all that happy about the lack of junk food and his available time for lazing around. He is more than aware of why this is and how important it is for him to be active, both physically and mentally. In just two weeks I have already seen improvement. Since we tend to underdress and he likes being like us older boys, I can see the rolls of fat. He and us too, are on a low fat, low carb, high protein, high fruit and veg diet, with lots of physical and mental exercise. Simon claims that thinking takes as much energy as walking. Once he learns what his limits are and how to focus himself on his objectives, he will be just fine.
