If your imagination is not good, you won't enjoy it very much. As for the sex thing, if this stuff is against your personal moral codes, don't read it. If there's anything you don't understand, ask your parents or friends or whoever you think will. If you like the story, feel free to write me a letter at jerryli@systec.com. You're allowed to do anything you like with my story with the following exceptions: 1. You may not place it on a system which charges people to read it unless you request permission from me first. I have no problem giving you permission, but there will be a slight one-time fee. ;) 2. You may not post alterations to the story, or write sequels to it, without my permission. Happy reading! ===================================================================== Chapter 11 It wasn't until the eighth night that anything significant really happened. We got further away from town as we travelled through the days. At night we camped, ate, sometimes sang songs around the fire. The passionate kiss I had shared with Cedra seemed to fade away from reality as time went on. The others didn't speak of it, and Cedra didn't seem to be treating me any differently. I don't think he was bothered by it, but for someone who worshipped a Goddess of Love and Fertility it was certainly odd for him not to show some kind of emotion regarding it. "Hey kid", Tarus said as he shook me, waking me up. "It's time for your watch." Since the incident with the Orcs, we considered it a prudent idea to have one person awake at all times, just to keep an eye on things. I nodded and shook the sleep out of my eyes. Standing up, I crawled out of the tent that Cedra and I had been sharing, careful not to wake him. I picked up a twig and began poking the campfire. "Good night", I said to Tarus as he crawled into his tent and laid down. Apparently it wasn't his turn to have a good night. Half an hour later he crawled out and sat next to me. "Can't sleep", he said. "Mind if I keep you company?" I had been bored out of my mind. "No, please do. Be nice to have someone to talk to." He picked up another stick and started poking away with me, watching the flames leap and dance in one direction or another as we did so. "So", he asked, as casually as he could, "have you and Cedra... you know... become an item yet?" "No, not really. He doesn't seem to be very interested." "That's hard to believe", Tarus replied. "I thought for sure you were just his type." I smiled at the thought. I was about to reply when I heard a rustling in the bushes around me. "Shhhh." I picked up the short sword I had "borrowed" from the Orc who'd been about to slay me. (He didn't need it anymore, anyway.) "Did you hear that?", I inquired. He nodded, going back to the tent where his weapons were. Figuring I had the backup if I needed it, I went towards the sound to have a look. I crept silently into the night, using the stealth of a master thief. Years of practice and training, of practicing the subtlety of movement so that even the pointy-eared elves with their acute hearing could not detect me. All that power and skill, used to assure that the owner of the sound I was pursuing would be totally unable to spot me. It was unsuspecting! It was off guard! It was... It was a small, furry bunny rabbit. I could make out it's head sticking out of the bush. It was making the sound, bouncing up and down and hitting the bush every so often. Tarus caught up and I pointed out our ferocious enemy. "Heheh", he giggled, "life can be funny." Then an idea hit him. With a sly grin, he turned to me. "Do you want a midnight snack?" As it turned out, I was a little hungry, so I nodded in agreement. If I'd realized how much trouble it was going to cause... but, well, there was no way I could have known what was going to happen next. Tarus took aim with his bow. He drew an arrow from the quiver and cocked it back, squinting his eye to get his best view of the rabbit. The expression on it's face hadn't changed. It was just glazed over, barely even seemed to twitch. He released and the arrow flew through the air with lightning speed, catching the rabbit head right between it's eyes, a spray of blood spurting out from the wound. "HRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" We didn't even have the time to rejoice. As soon as the arrow hit, the loud roar was heard, and the rabbit head lifted up into the air.... it was attached at the end of something's tail. Something large, pissed off, and with more eyes then it should have had. It's true head, more like a very large snake's head then a rabbit's, turned it's gaze directly on us. Chapter 12 We were still screaming in terror as we rushed back into our camp. Cedra, Rath, and Dejana were standing in front of the fire with weapon's at the ready. Obviously our screaming woke them up and they knew that problems were brewing. We bolted to their side and then turned to face the beast. It came into our campsite at full roar, and when the light of the fire hit we got our first good look at it. It stood about nine feet tall, making me wonder how we'd missed it before, even if it was lying down. It had an eagle's wings and talons, although I don't think it could fly. It's body had a lion's fur, and it's arms had claws like a wolf. It's neck was long and snakelike, ending in a head that had three eyes, one on the forehead and one on each side. The tail was like a lizard's, except for the oddly cute bunny head on the end. The one that still had an arrow inside of it. "HHRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!", it screamed, trampling on the tent that Cedra and I had been sleeping in. We could hear the poles crunch and break, ripping the fabric in about fourteen places. "Well", I said to Cedra, "here's hoping it doesn't rain anytime soon." With that, I mustered up whatever bravery I could and went after the beast. I know what you're thinking, that I had run from two runts barely taller then me so how could I possibly find the guts to go in after this thing. But they were two different encounters entirely - the first had occured while I was alone in the woods with my pants down about to kiss a boy who was fondling my erection. I was unarmed, away from my group, and certainly unprepared for their arrival. This was different. I had a sword, and although I wasn't the best swordsman in the world I had used one before. I was with a party of experienced adventurers, each ready to back me up. And despite the creature's size, the odds were still five-to-one. Not so hard to play. So it was easy for me to take the first swing. If anything, I had competition for it - Tarus had already cocked back his bow, Dejana was right next to me with her battle axe, Rath was already chanting the words to a very nasty spell and Cedra was on my other side with the other Orc's wooden club. Man met beast in a frightening array of swords and swipes. The creature slashed down at Cedra and knocked him back into the adult tent. Dejana struck with her axe, ripping a hole in the creature's matted fur. I sliced downward and cut open a large part of it's right leg. The creature arched it's head down and clamped onto Dejana's shoulder, ripping out a small but very noticeable chunk of meat from her. Tarus let his arrow loose right into the creature's middle eye, ripping it open. And then Rath let loose a glowing sphere that flew into it's flank, burning open the side and setting some of the matty hair on fire. The screams of pain and rage came from everywhere. I just kept digging my sword into it's leg, scared as hell but committed now, hoping for the best. Fighting to live. The creature was strong, but it wasn't invulnerable. We took it down pretty quickly, with our combined force. In the end it fell, it's head clamping down onto the adult tent, teeth sticking through it and into the ground. Cedra brought his club down hard on it's head, smashing it's brains wide open. We looked around at one another, exhausted by the ordeal. The campsite was covered in blood and tent pieces. Cedra went right to work, ministering on Dejana's mangled shoulder. Tarus slipped over to me and whispered, "Well, okay, it's a big snack. But I bet you're hungry enough now." It was a good joke, but I also wasn't in the mood. In the end I gave him a playful slap and a smile. Chapter 13 Fighting side by side seemed to change everything. We weren't just a group banded together anymore... we were now true comrades. Each of us by himself would have died that night. We saved each other's lives. After that, Cedra was more talkative with me. I had been interested since the first day I met him, but getting to know him was even better. He talked of the circus performers who'd been in Tiarna the last time he had found himself there. He told me how Dejana and Tarus had found him worshipping at a temple in Dueregain, and "asked" him to join them almost in the same way they asked me. It had been him who suggested that they would need a thief to remain undetected in the keep, one who with the appropriate glamour could be passed off as a twin brother. I asked why they didn't just hire people instead of performing kidnappings, but he didn't know. I never did get to ask him if he had run into Eric while he was there. By the time we wandered into Tiarna, Cedra and I were holding hands regularly and gabbing away at the sheer joy of life. Still little kids at heart, we found the time to frolick and play in the fields as the forest got thinner and thinner, until there were few trees to be found anywhere and we began to see signs of the civilization ahead. "So", I asked Dejana as we strolled into the village, "why are we stopping here?" "We're here to get a boat. It will be an easier journey along the river, and we need to measure the distance along it anyway. Besides, we're almost out of rations." Actually, we probably would have run out a day early, but we'd been living on creature-meat for awhile. It really did taste pretty good, in spite of all of Tarus's jokes to the contrary. "Do you mind if we go shopping and exploring in town?", I pleaded, still holding Cedra's hand. I put on the best puppy dog face - even after all my training, the old tricks are still the best sometimes. Dejana smiled at me. "Oh, go ahead. We meet at the Ronian Tavern tommorow afternoon, okay?" I nodded eagerly and Cedra and I set out into the mix of people ahead of us. It was a simple little village, smaller then the town Dejana and Tarus had taken me from. I had never been here before, but Cedra knew the town rather well. He helped me find whatever type of place I wanted. The first thing I wanted was privacy. He knew of an old shack in the residential district that was unused, save for the local boys going in and playing around every now and then. I took stock of the items I had been carrying with me ever since I had stolen them from the tavern. This was my first quiet moment alone to look at them. I opened the pouch that the drunken man had been carrying. Inside I found some gold, a shiny purple stone and a small vial. Inside the vial was a strange smelling yellow liquid which I decided to leave alone for now. I had a feeling it was a potion of some sort, but I didn't exactly want to risk gobbling down a powerful magic without knowing what it did. Then I turned my attention to the backpack that the dwarf had owned. It was somewhat heavy for me to carry, even though it was a perfect size for me. Most of the stuff inside was junk, and finding that out it was easy to lighten my load. I kept a mirror, all the alcohol and some of the rope. Never know when those things will come in handy. Last but not least, I turned to the other treasure I had acquired... he was looking with interest at all the things I had taken. He was impressed, I could tell. His eyes shone brightly even through the low light in the shack. Then he looked up and stared into my own eyes. Oh, how I wish I could put it into words! He was so beautiful, so sweet and good, staring at me with those soft blue eyes, looking straight into my soul. I touched his cheek, pushing back the small tufts of hair that were just starting to grow like sideburns on his ear. His skin was soft to the touch. He smiled lovingly at me and touched my cheek too. This time, he was the first one to lean closer. It was a sign that he wanted me as much as I wanted him, that he cared about me... maybe even, dare I use the word, loved me? I was already hoping for it, because I already felt deeply in love with him. I moved in and we kissed passionately, drawing each other into an embrace. Later I would think about it and realize that this was the first time he was kissing me as myself, and not just his mirror image. At the moment I was too focused on him to think. This wasn't about thinking at all. It was about feeling. I slowly opened my mouth, pushing my tounge gently against the barrier of his teeth. It was like a little kid knocking on his door after a day at play, knowing that the door will be flung open and he will be welcome home. Cedra opened his mouth and allowed me to enter, exploring the roof of his mouth for the first time. Heck, the roof of anyone else's mouth for the first time. It felt like mine, but different in some ways. For one, there was a little less room between his cheek bones. I almost giggled playfully at the discovery, which would have been a very awkward thing with his tounge in my mouth. But then he tickled me by moving his tounge back and forth in just the right spot, and I *did* giggle softly. We pulled apart a bit, no longer kissing but still exploring each other's hair with our hands. His was so thin and straight that they felt like a wave of warm water over my hand. At the same time my hair felt like it was in a gentle windstorm, being blown by the soft breeze. It was heavenly. "We have to do this more often", he whispered, and we both giggled. I wanted to say "Yeah, we should do this more often. In fact, we should do it naked. We should do a heck of a lot more, too. In fact, why wait? Let's get kinky!" "Yeah", was all I managed to mumble out. The feeling was intense, just being there with him, with my hand in his hair and the feeling of his kiss still fresh in my mouth. I moved in and kissed him again, and he returned again with the same passion and playfulness. But, there were other things to do in town, so we gathered ourselves up and headed out. Chapter 14 In town I went and bought myself a fine short sword, one without dull edges and bloodstains, and with a sheath so that I could carry it around on my waist instead of in my hand all the time. Much as a weapon is needed, there are times when one doesn't want it out and open. I also bought Cedra a Flail, which I thought would suit him better then that club he was carrying around. Then I went to the local shop that dealt with spells and magic. It cost me a fortune, but they were able to identify the liquid as a potion of Giant Strength. They also had a scroll for sale which had a new spell that I wanted to learn. I managed to make the transaction without Cedra noticing. Hey, I loved the boy, but I wasn't quite ready to tell him everything just yet. I entered the shop with just under a hundred gold pieces, full loot from adventuring and stealing all across the continent. I left it with two gold and a handful of silver. We went to the Ronian Tavern, which was more then happy to feed us and put us up for the night for the handful of silver coins. Goes to show you how expensive a hobby magic use can be. And people wonder why I took up thievery as well. The meal was great, a professionally cooked beef with several glazed-over vegetables. There was a lot of laughing and dancing in the tavern as the people around us were plastered into oblivion. Cedra and I had a little as well, but not much. When we got to our room we peeled off most of our clothing and got into bed. We took one look at each other and realized we were both horny as all hell. Again, Cedra took the lead. "Do you jack off yet, Arin?", he asked. There was no shyness or stutter in his voice. He just bluntly came out with it. "Yeah", I said, "Do you want to?" I was feeling just as blunt. "Yeah", he replied. With no further conversation, we took off our underwear as well. Once I had a strong longing to see him naked. Then I got so busy being in love with him that it took me a moment to realize that this was the first time I was laying sight on him in all his glory. But wow, some things are just worth the wait. As Rath had said, he was circumcized. His penis was about the same size as mine, but his erection shot straight out instead of curving up like mine did, so he actually looked a little bigger. In the middle there was a light brown circular ring, almost like tree bark looks after you scrape away a layer. It really made his penis look like a work of art, a sculpture of beauty attached to his own body. His ball sac looked tight and firm, ready for the attention that they were about to get. Oddly enough, he had that same little birthmark just above the base of his penis, like he had on his chest. He grabbed hold of his penis, and I took mine, and we started to slowly stroke ourselves, in sync with each other's rhythm. Normally I close my eyes and mastrubate, but I couldn't imagine any fantasy being better then watching Cedra play with himself and stare at me. I don't know how it happened, but at some point we switched, so that I was stroking his penis and he was fondling mine. There was no communication between us, we just reached out for each other at the same time. Like a sixth sense. With the other hand we began to explore each other's bodies. I stopped for a long while on his right nipple, feeling the way it tweaked in my hand and how warm it felt. Then I moved up and down his side, stopping to rest on his firm boy butt cheeks. That drove him wild, and he had a dry orgasm in my hand. As he shuddered and contorted from the pleasures all over his body, he pushed in and kissed me, and that was enough to send me over the top. We finished together, shaking and moaning with pure pleasure. I don't know about him, but I was exhausted and soon fast asleep. Chapter 15 It was a weird dream, that was for sure. I was standing on a pedestal, bare naked as the day I was born. There was a crowd underneath me, yelling something at me, I'm not quite sure what. I looked around, trying to find Cedra. He was in the front row, yelling loudly with a pouch of gold in his hand. I think he was bidding for me. He yelled something out and there was a cheer, and suddenly we were alone together. I looked into his eyes. There was something different about them. A flicker of grey buried deep within the blue. "I love you", he declared, placing his hand on my shoulder. He moved in closer to kiss me, and suddenly there was a large man with a grey beard. His eyes glowed red with fire, and he gave off a stench that was absolute evil. Without word or warning, he sliced Cedra's head straight from his body with a large sword, as easily as a farmer beheads a chicken. The body fell down, and blood oozed from the hole and surrounded my bare feet. I looked down in horror at my slain lover. When I looked up again, the man was standing over me with his sword slung over his shoulder. "I love you", he said, only now his voice was Cedra's. Then he unlumbered the sword and took a swing. I woke up shaking, with the image of that sword still frozen in my memory. It had a carving of some type on it, some kind of symbol... but I couldn't remember what. I looked over at Cedra. He was still fast asleep, head attached to his shoulders thankfully. I rubbed the spot on his neck just to be sure, and he moaned a little in his dreams. His penis was sticking up, fully erect and throbbing a little. I gave it a gentle squeeze and then got dressed, throwing my tunic haphazardly over my body to get that disheveled street boy look that I loved so much. Not that I didn't like to look good, but ragged screamed out "down on his luck" to people. Which is exactly the kind of innocent act I like to portray before I pickpocket someone. The morning haul was light. I got about sixty silver, a pocket knife, a couple of useless house keys and a love letter which, although interesting reading, wasn't worth anything. I sold the pocket knife at the marketplace, happy with my short sword and my dagger. I did some cute juggling tricks with the keys and earned myself an extra few silver. Then I headed back to the tavern and had myself a shot of something tasty and strong, right before the others gathered around me. "Well!", Rath exclaimed, waltzing over and plopping on the stool beside me. "You certainly seem like you had an interesting evening." I smiled at him. "Why so?" Tarus supplied the answer, sauntering in on my other side. "Well let's see, you're down here smashing up, Cedra's upstairs with no clothes on and a huge grin on his face..." He punched me in the arm. "You sly dog, you." I blushed a bit. It was good that they were happy for me, but I wasn't really focused on my little jack off session with Cedra. The dream was still bothering me a bit, alcohol failing to jog it out of my memory. "Yeah, well..." I began, but thankfully I caught sight of Cedra sauntering down the stairs. "Cedra", I called over, "how did you sleep?" He walked over and, without responding, gave me a square kiss on the lips. "Heh", Tarus translated, "I guess he slept well." Rath put us all back to business. "Let's go, Dejana's waiting with the boat at the village dock." We gathered up our belongings and marched through town, me carefully avoiding anyone who might recognize me as the kid who was around right before their stuff turned up missing. The boat was pretty small, barely capable of accomodating all of us. It would be a pretty cramped fit. We lifted the boat and carried it about six hundred feet before depositing it at the base of a stream. Dejana handed Tarus and Rath an oar, and we hopped into the boat. Within half a day, the stream opened up into the Syrilize River. Our true mission had begun. ------------------ Thanks for the responses so far, loved 'em. More within a week.
