What the hell were all these jackhammers and pick-axes doing inside my head?!? With a groan, I turned me head and cracked a blood-shot eye toward the clock and saw that it was 9:00AM. Shit!!! I was hoping to have slept through the worst of my hangover. I almost cried with the pain as I sat up, got my feet on the floor and haltingly made my way to the bathroom and to the medicine cabinet where I kept my vitamins and pain relievers. Fumbling the cabinet door open, I shoved my hand in to where I normally kept pain relievers. Pulling the container out, I managed to knock just about everything else out of the cabinet, and they scattered into the sink, onto the counter and some on the floor. Fukkit!! As long as I have the right one in my hand, I'll get the rest later. Luckily, I did. Knowing that 2 is the normal dosage, I took 4, gulping them down with water from the tap. I figured that since I was already there I'd better take a whiz. My bladder was giving me a bit of pain. I shuffled to the toilet, kicking a few of the fallen containers out of the way, drained the snake (I THINK most of it landed in the bowl) and headed back to bed, each step causing shooting pains that felt like the Rockettes tap-dancing across my eyeballs. I fell onto the bed and was out immediately. The next time I opened my eyes, I saw that it was a little after 2:00PM. I gingerly lifted my head, waiting for the pain, but it seemed to be gone. It looks like the pills and extra sleep did the trick. I got up, went into the bathroom and cleaned up the clutter from the cabinet, checked to make sure I actually hit the bowl earlier -- thankfully yes -- the proceeded through the routine of the 3 S's (c'mon guys. You know what I'm talking about) got dressed in my running togs and headed out for a jog to help clear my head and the toxins out of my body after my little bender the night before. Abby, my Keeshond, joined me as I headed out on a trail that wound through the woods near my house and came out on the other side of town. I then picked up a jogging/bike trail that followed the abandoned railroad tracks that went past the back of my house. In all, it was about a 6-mile run, and I was feeling great when I got back to the house. Abby seemed to enjoy it too, taking doggie detours to investigate interesting scents. By the way, for any of you who keep track of such things, Abby didn't suffer during the time I was incapacitated by my overindulgence the night before and a good portion of the next day. She has her own doggie door, which leads out into the fully fenced and protected back yard, so she can do her "business" whenever the need arose. I had also provided her with one of those self-feeding water and food set-ups, which I had purchased when I first got her as a pup. There were times that my job kept me after hours, especially during time leading up to and including concerts with my performing groups at school, so she was well taken care of if I wasn't present to take care of her. Ok? So... I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening going over and over the whole new world of possibilities that winning this money could provide. I finally decided to see if I had any response from my lawyer and banker and found responses from both. The lawyer said he would be busy Monday afternoon, but that I could stop by any time in the morning. The banker said that any time would be good but that he would appreciate at least an hour's notice. I emailed both a response, telling the lawyer I'd see him about 9:00AM the next morning and told the banker I'd see him about 11:00. That being taken care of, I decided to make an early night of it and headed to bed. Even though I slept most of the day, I was still feeling tired. I wanted a clear head when I met with those two the next day. Ok. Ok!! I can hear the hollering from here. "Where's the sex...the good stuff!" Trust me, it's coming (cumming?), and I don't think you'll be disappointed. I hope not, anyway. I just felt that I needed to give you as accurate a picture of me and my background as possible, so that the rest of my tale will make more sense. Y'all be patient, please. I'm sure -- I hope -- you'll be more than happy before I'm done. Just be thankful that when it DOES get to the good stuff, I hate cliffhangers. If any should become necessary, I promise to try and make them as mild as possible. Anyhoo... First thing Monday morning, I called the school and made arrangements for taking a personal day so that I could meet with the lawyer and banker. Thankfully, I didn't have to give any reason for taking the day off. Besides, I rarely took any time off work, even sick time. I've been disgustingly healthy and hope the trend continues. No questions were asked when I made the call. I met the lawyer at 9:00 and explained my situation. To say he was shocked would be the understatement of the century, but he readily agreed to be my agent to collect the winnings. We also discussed the necessary changes that would need to be made to my will because of this windfall. He agreed to make the trip to the state capital on the following day to collect the money and then make the necessary changes to my will before the end of the week. The banker was equally shocked and impressed with my news, and we spent the next two hours discussing how best to invest the money while still leaving me with a comfortable monthly income. I had decided to take the cash option on the winnings, which meant that instead of the total $475 million spread out over a forty-year annuity, I would instead get half the amount - $237 million -- in a lump payment. After taxes, we calculated that I would end up with about $150 million. With the investment plan the banker and I came up with, I would have a guaranteed monthly income of a little over $1 million each and every month for as long as I lived. I can certainly live with that!! Also, if you bother to figure it all out, by taking the lump sum and investing it for a steady monthly income for life, I'd actually come out ahead of what I'd get with the full amount, even after taxes. Now, I can afford to live my dream. I had always wanted to own my own hotel/resort, ever since I started working during my vacations at a well-known resort not far from where I lived. I had been doing this since I was a junior in high school, and even now, spent my summer vacation from school there. I'd gained a lot of knowledge and inside tips on running a resort over the years and knew I could do the same for myself. I had even spent some time on my winter vacations talking with employees and management (when available) about their operations and had gathered some very useful information, as well as taking a few courses in hotel management and business/accounting at the community college. My winter vacations had taken me to Cancun, Belize, Costa Rica, the Canary Islands and several places around the Caribbean. Now I had the funds to make my own dream a reality if I could just find my own piece of tropical paradise. This whole lottery business took place just prior to the school's April vacation. The way the calendar fell, this year we were actually going to get almost 2 full weeks off due to Holy Week and the fact that the school district decided to add the "snow days" that were built into the school calendar that we hadn't used. Everyone was psyched about that, and I think the teachers were the worst! So armed with this information, I went on-line to search for someplace I hadn't been before...someplace warm and exotic. And since money was now no hindrance, I broadened my search from my usual favorites. After noodling around for a bit, I found a website promoting the Philippines. I've always had a fascination with the Far East and have always considered Asians to be among the most attractive in the world. This sounded ideal to me, and after searching out all the information I could, made my decision that this is where I'd go. The U.S. government sites had some tourist alerts about terrorist threats from militant groups, but these were mostly for the far southern provinces. Since there were plenty of other places of interest that would be safe for tourists there, I didn't see any problems. An added bonus was that English was the language of commerce there and was taught in schools from an early age, so the language barrier would be at a minimum. And whenever I travel to a new destination, I always try to learn as much as I can about it and try to learn at least a few basic and common words. This has always proved to be very beneficial. The locals are always very happy to know that I've taken the time to learn about their culture and language, and I have always been very well treated wherever I went. The Golden Rule has always been my mantra when traveling, and it's never failed me. The Philippines hit just the right spot for my wanderlust, so I went ahead and made my reservations. Since I was now in a position to maybe have my own business, I planned accordingly, choosing the province of Cebu for my destination. Instead of a hotel, I found a small house to rent near the airport there. This would allow me the freedom and privacy should I "get lucky" and hook up with a hot Filipino guy! My flight left Boston's Logan Airport on Saturday, the first day of vacation. I was totally psyched!! Thanks for hanging in there with me. There will be sex scenes, HONEST! But, as you can tell from the title, any sex will take place once I'm IN the Philippines. The next chapter will get me there, but there is still some scene setting to do. Trust me. It WILL be worth the wait. And while the main focus of this story is going to be about love and relationships, the sexual interactions between the protagonists are sure to soak your cum rag.
