I then went to the laundry room and got Kareem some clothes to wear and put some breakfast on. I also made a note of some size of clothes for Kweli from the current clothes he has. I then went to get the boys up. I helped Kweli to the toilet and got him dressed and took him to the kitchen diner. It was not long before Kareem came bouncing into the room with his clothes on and a smile plastered on his face. I loved seeing him this relaxed and happy. Even if he did look a little uncomfortable in the clothes he was in. "Boys we have a busy day ahead of us. The first thing I need to do is to tell you as long as I'm around you are not going going back to your dad and neither is your mom. Things I have in motion will help you all out" I said to them. "Thank you sir" Kareem said with tears in his eyes. "There is no need to cry Kareem your free now. Everything about that life you can change now. The next thing for us to do is look at your clothes. Kareem you look like you don't like the clothes you are in and I don't like the state of clothes that I got from your old home. We are going shopping boys." I said. After we finished eating the boys and I got into the car and zoomed along to the local mall. I got Kweli out of the car and onto his electric buggy he calls his wheels. Looking at the boys I enquired whereby they would like to start shopping. This to my amusement was met with blank stares and bewilderment. Chuckling to myself I decided to direct them to a food outlet and got the 3 of us a drink. "Ok boys I think that you are a little lost to what to do here am I right." "Yes sir, we have never been clothes shopping before and mom always gets us the clothes we need the way dad said we should be dressed." Kweli said as Kareem nodded his head in agreement. "Ok I understand. Well things are about to change." I said as I was cut off by a call. It was one I was expecting and one that made me happy. As it meant 2 issues were resolved. "How about I tell you what to get and you can choose the styles and the colours that you like. Heck if you want to wear pink that's ok." I said to giggles from Kareem and a silence from Kweli. I also noted a tear escape his eye. "Kareem can you pop and get me a cola please" I said to him then once far enough away I turned to Kweli, "what's up big guy I can see something is upsetting you." "Why are you doing this for us? I can't get new clothes whilst I'm stuck like this. I wouldn't mind something pink" he said with emotion in his voice. "Well Kweli I am doing this because I can and because I want to. You will find in time that you guys are family to me. As for being stuck in the cast, I know what sizes to get so you can get clothes. As for the pink if you see something that you like and it's pink then get it." I said to him as I signaled to the awaiting Kareem that he can come back to the table. "Ok boys now that that crisis is over I will tell you what I think you need and you can decide what u want to get under them categories. First off 14 pairs of underwear and 14 pairs of socks." I saw the boys about to say something and I held my hand to stop them, "I will answer questions after, next is 5 pairs of underwear, 3 pairs of pjs, 4 pairs of shorts, 4 pairs of tracksuit bottoms, 5 pairs of jeans, 3 pairs of dressed trousers, 14 t shirts, 3 jumpers and any accessories. Finally 2 pairs of trainer shoes a pair of dressed shoes, a pair of dressed boots and a pair of hiking boots. If you want a pair of house shoes we can get them too. That should be about all." I was trying not to laugh at their faces as their jaw dropped the more I was saying. "Ok boys questions time." "Um sir what if I don't want pjs or underwear?" Kweli asked. "Why so many clothes?" Came from Kareem. "Ok Kweli if you don't want to wear underwear you don't have to but I would suggest getting a couple of pairs for days that you need to wear some. Kareem they are for all the days you need clothes silly and change of clothes for if you need them." I replied. We sat there in silence and finished our drinks before moving on to the clothes store where the boys had a riot looking at all the different style clothing and all the patterns and logos on them. Not to mention all the cartoon style pictures on them. I was carefully watching the boys seeing what they liked and disliked as we where going around the shop. About a quarter of the way through and Kareem's third trip to try clothes on. This seemed to be loving this a little too much. I noticed that a security guard was following us around. I was not going to have this. There was no need to be followed. I took the boys near a shop assistant and politely asked her to fetch the store manager to me. The boys did not see this as they continued to browse the goods around them. A few racks later I was approached by the lady and the store manager. He approached me and said "Sir you wanted to speak to me?" "Yes I did. I am a billionaire and I want to use this store as a place to buy clothes for me and my employees children in the future as I can see how you have some quality clothing. However, there is plenty of stores like this one I can go to." I said to him calmly. "Sir what is the problem?" He said nervously. "Well I am here looking to shop and buy a load of clothes and for the last 10 minutes we have been followed by that racist man ape you call a security guard" I said in disgust. "I can say that our security team is not racist and I am sorry you feel that way." He said in shock. "Ok so does your security team always follow shoppers around the shop if they are doing a big shop or is it because the two boys with me are mixed race?" I was really beginning to get annoyed now. "Um.... um.... I don't know sir but it is not our company policy. How would you want this resolved sir." The manager asked nervously as the security guard was his friend and he didn't want to fire him but this was a big customer that could fetch in a lot of business. "Firstly I would find out why he was following us. If there is a legitimate reason like he saw the boys stealing or hiding stuff then fine. If it's because it's a white guy with 2 black kids so we must be doing something wrong then I would give him disciplinary action and send him on a race award course as that is being racist." I said calmly. I watched as the manager spoke to the guard who turned red, hung his head in shame and then went back to the front door. The manager came back and apologised again saying it was the second reason. He then offered a 5% discount on the stuff we were buying today. I nodded my accent. It was not long until the boys had finished getting all the stuff they needed that was on the list apart from their shoes but that was to be done in another shop. I told the boys to wait where they were and quickly got some clothes that I felt was needed. These I added to the pile of clothing that we had accumulated and went to the cashier to check out and left 2000 lighter on my card. The boys where in shock and softly crying. They wanted to go home as I had spent too much on them. We did go to the car and that was to drop off all the bags of clothes. I then took the boys back into the mall and into the shoe store. I had the boys look for the type of shoes I asked as I looked for some for me. I found a few pairs of Jordan's I liked and called over the sales assistant and showed him what I wanted for me and told him I wanted a pair each for the boys. I the. Had him measure up the boys feet and the boys showed him what they wanted too. This trip was a lot quicker than I expected and with all the shoes stacked up and paid for I decided to send the boys to get us a drink as I dropped another 2 grand worth of stuff in the car. I was totally enjoying myself. I also decided to have two more stops before taking them home. On the way back I had a call from the builders to say one of my 3 ideas were completed and the second is nearly done and parts have to dry overnight before it can be completed. I was happy with this and sent my thanks for that. They also said the foundations for my third idea had been done and that was drying overnight too. I again give my thanks to them and wished them a good evening. Once I got back to the boys I sat down and I had my drink and let the boys finish theirs. Strangely they did it in silence. I think they were both in shock as to their sudden changes in fortune. Me well I was just glowing in joy at the life these boys would have now. Once we had finished I binned the stuff and said "ok boys we have 2 more stops then home" They looked at me with open mouths again. I just started to laugh and said "ok boys do you both know how to count to a thousand?" Watching them both look at me in disgust at the mention of it I was nearly crying with laughter. I then took the boys and lead them to a toy shop. "Well boys, go in this shop and get stuff that adds up to a thousand. I will be back shortly." I then left the two stunned boys. I quickly went into the electrical shop near and 10 minutes later left with 6 packages. I went back to join the distressed boys both of them near tears. "Boys come on what's wrong?" I asked calmly. "Sir we have done what u asked but we both want something different and can't get both as it will be over 1000 if we both get what we want and you give us so much already we don't know what to do." Kareem said with moist filled eyes. I looked into their basket and saw what they had. "So if I guess right all that stuff comes to nearly 1000 and if you or Kweli get the toy it will take it to 1000 but if you both get it then it will be over 1000?" I asked. "Yes that is right sir." Kweli said. "Sorry Sir" I Couldn't help myself any more. I burst out laughing much to their shock. "Boys can you stop calling me sir please. If you need a title for me it's uncle dan, okay." I said. Watching them both nod I continued "when I said 1000 guys I meant 1000 each. From what I can see you both have less than that even with the ones you were looking to see who to get so hurry up and finish your shopping we have another place to go to before home." I said and walked away leaving the boys looking a little bewildered and the shop assistant giggling. The two of them must have had a idea of the stuff they wanted as it did not take them long to finish up their shopping and both come in just under the 1000 each. Now for the final trip of the day and I dropped them both off at the barbers telling him to do whatever the boys wanted before I went to the car to drop off the last of the bags and I was pleased it was otherwise I would of had to tow Kweli behind the car on the way home. On the way back I picked up sandwiches for us 3 and went back to barbers to see him finishing with Kareem and I was so surprised at the change in him the haircut made. He looked like a totally different boy. We sat there as kweli got his cut and slowly transformed into a newer boy. I paid for the cuts and we left and got in the car. We had our sandwich before I drove us home. I first pulled onto the drive and to the boys shock I drove straight passed the house and pulled up at the poured foundations. Both boys were looking at it with great interest as I got out and give the site a quick look over. I got back in the car to the boys staring at me. "What?" I asked. "What you building?" They both asked in tandem. "A house silly" I said giggling "But you have one already uncle Sean." Kweli said "Why you need another?" Kareem followed "Well can you both keep a secret?" I asked. Seeing them both nod I continued "well your right Kweli I do have a house but someone I know with 2 cute little boys does not have anywhere to live anymore after what her husband did to her." Both boys are getting very wide eyed at me and their mouth got wider. "Uncle Sean are you building mommy a house?" Kweli asked. "Yup" "Why?" Kareem asked and I could tell he was getting emotional. "Well I look after people I care about and I gotta have my housekeeper living in a nice house and have my 2 little friends living near too" "Really you would do all that because we are friends and mommy works for you" Kareem asked starting to cry. "You really mean we don't have to go back to daddy ever again?" Kweli followed up with. "Ok first off I promise you that you don't have to go back to your dad. Secondly Kareem look at all the stuff we got today and u think I wouldn't help you get a house. Thirdly boys you won't even have to share a bedroom anymore" I said to which both boys burst out crying. I drove in quiet back to the house and parked up. I got Kweli out the car and into his wheelchair. I took the boys inside and showed them the new lift that I had installed during the day that we were out and showed the boys how to use it and explained it was for people who needed it to get around and not a toy. We emptied the car and this once I let Kareem go up in the lift with all the bags of clothes and toys. I explained to the boys to put their clothes and toys away and for Kareem to help Kweli do his. Before I sent them up I took the bags of special stuff that I had bought and went into my office. Sitting at the desk I took out the 3 phones and set them all up to work on my plan which I had upgraded to a family plan to cover them all and it even left spaces for more. Then I put the numbers of all our phones into each of them. Next I turned and got out the 3 laptops and went setting them up. With the boys I give myself master access and remote access to the computers. However I give them good admin access so they could set up the computers the way they wanted. I also hooked them up to my network and put some appropriate child locks on their account. I also set it up so if they activate the lock I would be notified. After this was all set up I put one computer and phone into a bag for the hospital and went to see the boys. I found them in Kweli's room with Kareem sitting on the bed. Both boys were quiet and I was guessing in a little shock. "Boys I know it's all new for you and a lot of good stuff has happened in a short time. I promise this is not a dream or a game. Yes I will want some stuff back from you but we will talk about that later. First I want to show you something." I said and motioned for them to follow me. I took them to the bathroom off Kweli's bedroom that I was getting converted into a wet room. "Boys this is a wet room so what that means is the whole room can get wet and it drains away this is useful for people in wheelchairs like your mom and Kweli." I noticed that Kweli was motioning to me and I went over to him and he grabbed me in a hug and started crying. I picked him up and took him to his room where I sat on his bed with him sitting on my knee. I held him as he cried himself out. Whilst waiting I saw Kareem zoom in sitting on the wheelchair. He had a concerned look on face. I mouth "he is ok" to Kareem who nodded and visibly relaxed. It didn't take long for Kweli to start to calm down and he turned to me and said "uncle Sean I'm sorry about that but I guess we are now free of him ain't we?" He said. "Well I can't say that for sure Kweli as I don't know the future. But what I do know is that as long as your mom wants to leave him I will have a safe place for you to go. I will also make sure that you guys are looked after too. You boys have a safe place here too." I said from the heart and the boys seem to be a bit taller after I finished talking. "Now boys after having the haircut you both need a shower. Kweli I will help you out. Kareem I want you to get dressed but leave all the tops off. A pair of jeans. Underwear and socks on please. Let's go." I finished. I took Kweli into the bathroom and washed his hair good before I washed the rest of his exposed body. After washing him I dried him off and wheeled him into the bedroom. "Wait here a moment" I popped into the office and got one of the bags I had and went back to Kweli. "I got these for you to help you out. They will mean that you should be able to get nearly fully ready yourself and will be able to cover your dick yourself up." I pulled out a pair of trousers that had press studs up both of the legs. I showed him how to unstud both legs and lifting him on the bed I showed him how best to put them on the wheelchair. "Ok Kweli I want you to see if you can get into the wheelchair and stud up as much as you can." I sat there and watched as he carefully moved onto the chair and into position and reaching with his good hand studded up enough that it was like he was wearing shorts. It however left him a little outta breath. "Sean I did it. I can dress myself. Thank you so much." "I knew you could do it. Now I want you to put a top on and with Kareem meet me in my office. I'm going to pop for a shower." I said to Kweli as I got up to leave the room. I then popped my head back around the door "Get your hair made up too and look pretty." I said before running from the door to a long exasperated cry of my name and that he would get me back. I went and got my shower and got dressed. Once I was dry I give the hospital a call and got us a special visitation rights to see Innocence tonight after the normal visiting hours. I then went and met the boys in the office. Kweli was fully dressed and had his hair made up in the way he wanted. Kareem was sitting wearing just jeans and also had his hair made up the way he wanted. I went in and grabbed a bag. Reaching in I took out a plain white ¾ sleeve length t shirt and threw it to kareem telling him to put it on and tuck it into his black skin tight jeans. He did that giving me a flash of the blue boxers he had choose to wear. Next I threw him a black waistcoat. The types with no sleeves. I had him put that on too and then I adjusted the back straps so that it looked right on him. He then turned around and Kweli's jaw dropped and he said "wow." Hearing that Kareem ran out the room to check himself out in his bedroom. I shouted out to him put on the dress boots too and fetch back a trainer and sock for Kweli. It was not long before he was back and passed me what I asked. As I was putting them on Kweli he said "Uncle Sean how did you know it would look good on me. I look so smart. I look like a proper person." He said stumbling over his words. "Well I have always had a eye on what looks good on people. But cute boys can make anything look good. You boys always look smart but you just needed the right clothes to make it look a lot better. Now sit down I have more to tell you." I reached down into the bag next to me and pulled out a blue laptop. I set it on the table in front of me and said "I got this for you both to use." I said watching them react to what I said. I noticed Kareem looking ecstatic and Kweli looking a little down. "Tell me what you think boys" "Wow a computer in my favourite colour" Kareem said bouncing. "I love it Uncle Sean but it's in Kareem's favourite colour not mine or a neutral colour?" Kweli said. "Oh. I'm sorry. I guess this will make it up then." I said as I pulled out a red laptop and placed it next to the blue one. I watched as Kweli's face first lit up then got a little dark. "Uncle Sean honestly I will get you back so hard you will never forget it." Kweli said to me. Laughing at him I continued "Kareem go and put yours and Kweli's computers in your bedrooms." We waited whilst he scooted off and took them to where they were meant to go before sitting back down. "Ok boys I won't beat around the bush." I reached in the bag and pulled out their cell phones. I then handed them over to the boys. "Ok boys we are going to go out tonight and have a little fun. So let's go." I said picking up the last bag and jogged out of the room leaving the two boys sitting there stunned. I waited for the boys at the car but it didn't take them long to catch up. I got Kweli into the car and the chair into the boot. We got onto the road and the boys were just focused on the new phones they got and were talking about them. They didn't notice that we had pulled up at the hospital. We all got out and I took them into the building and stopped outside of Innocence room. Telling them we were going to have a little fun. I then sent Kareem into the room alone. Me and Kweli held back and listened to what was going down.
