I love to receive emails from anyone and everyone so please tell me what you think at andys_stories@hotmail.co.uk. I will respond to every email I receive, but please enter 'Life Just Isn't Fair' or simply 'Life' somewhere in the subject line so that I don't delete it thinking its spam. Any criticism is also welcome as I don't want to let the story get stale and always want fresh input. If any of you, the readers, have ideas or suggestions about a plot, however big or small, please let me know and I will look into it. Disclaimer. Did you know that in the UK, children as young as ten are being taught sex education by the schools, but apparently are not allowed to read about sex until they're 16. Surely this is very hypocritical?? Also, the Governments of the world have decided that reading about gay sex or sex between people who may be under the legal age of consent is illegal and therefore should be banned. Why they haven't banned Romeo and Juliet then is still beyond me as let's face it, Romeo was over age and Juliet wasn't! For all those of you would do not like reading this type of material, I still can't understand why you have made it to chapter 24 of my story. I guess you must like my writing style so please email me and let me know that. No one was actually hurt during the making of this story as believe it or not, it's all made up! All characters in this story are played by people aged 16 and over so there. This work is copyrighted to me so don't use is elsewhere and make money from it. Apologies for the delay in getting this one out but I've been poorly sick, having to be snuggled in an armchair with my quilt, a cup of lemsip and a hot water bottle watching the repeats of Charmed, Buffy and The Suite Life on Sky TV. I'm nearly all better now, so normal service should resume. Thanks for the patience. Previously in Life Just Isn't Fair. We pulled up at the Gilman's home shortly after and after a quick snack, Jan announced it was time for the three of us to go bed as it was a school night. MAN! I hated those words. I washed up and got changed into a pair of shorts to sleep in and got into bed, just as there was a knock on the door. "Come in," I said, allowing Jan to enter the room. She came over to me and straightened the duvet, before sitting down on the bed. "Andy, I know there has been some heavy stuff going on, both with Bobby, and then the incident with you and Dan, followed by Sam, you and me." I flushed at the memory that she'd seen me suck off her son, as well as allowing her to blow me while Sam fucked me. Jan saw me get a little uncomfortable, and she reached out and gently stroked my head. "I want you to know that I'll do everything to keep you safe while you are here, and that you never need to worry about whatever you want to do, um, sexually-wise." She flushed a little herself, and I was glad I wasn't the only one embarrassed about talking about things like that. "I know that Dan is gay, even though he is still only ten, so if you and him ever get up to anything, as long as neither of you are forcing the other, I won't mind. Just keep it out of sight of Oli." I couldn't believe that she'd just given me free reign on Danny if I wanted it, not that I did of course, did I!!!! "And when you and Sam want to get together, as long as it doesn't interfere with your school work that's not a problem either okay," she finished. I hugged her, as I realised that I'd found someone who was willing to accept my homosexuality freely and even encourage it. She kissed me on the forehead and got up, straightening the duvet again and walked to the door. "On or off?" she said, motioning to the light switch. "Off please," I replied, feeling safe and happy. The light switched off and cast the room into darkness. I snuggled down under the duvet and closed my eyes and fell asleep. Chapter 24. The court room was silent as the Judge came back into the room. He sat down on his chair before looking across at me, sat behind a table with Sam, Janice and Eric. "I see no reason to refuse this adoption, so Andy, you are now leally the son of one Sam Harrison," He announced. I yelled out in joy and turned and jumped into Sam's arms, who kissed me deeply on the lips. Oh that felt so good, but was he supposed to do this in front of everyone? His hands travelled down my body and he turned and laid me backwards onto the table. He slipped his hand down and undid my belt, followed by the button and zip on my trousers. I started to complain about doing this in public. How could the judge and the police let me stay with him if he had sex with me in public? I looked up at the Judge and he was smiling and nodding, as Sam's hand travelled under my boxers and grasped my cock and started to pump it. I purred in contentment and allowed all thoughts to leave me. I felt my toes begin to curl in my shoes and I knew what was coming. I awoke with a start, my cock spurting cum in my shorts. "Aw man!" I complained to myself. "Jan is gonna find this when she washes them!" I took them off and threw them on the floor and turned over to look at the clock. 6.45am the nasty red lights showed. Fifteen minutes till I'm supposed to be up. No point in going back to sleep. I got out of bed and wandered across to the bathroom, grabbing a towel on the way. I hit the shower, washing the now drying cum stains off me, along with the sleepiness that I still felt. Man I hated mornings! I was just about finished in the shower when the door opened and Danny walked in, zombie-like to the toilet, lifted the lid, pulled his pj bottoms down and peed. I couldn't help but watch him as he did his business, and felt totally guilty as he shook off, pulled his bottoms back up and left the bathroom, totally oblivious to the fact that I was there. I giggled to myself at the display I'd just witnessed and finished washing myself. I turned off the shower and towelled myself dry, before heading back to my room. Jan must have been in there while I was in the shower as I saw a new, pristine white shirt, black trousers and a navy tie hanging up on a coat hanger. I figured that this is what I needed to dress in so I got into it and headed downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and saw Janice leaning over the cooker, so I sat myself down at the table and poured myself some milk. "Morning Jan," I muttered. She looked over her shoulder at me. "Hi honey, you want a full?" I guessed she meant a full English so I nodded, and was presented with a plateful of sausage, fried eggs, fried bread, toast, beans and tomatoes. I hate tomatoes so I left them but gobbled the rest down. While I was eating, I was joined by a sleepy Danny and a bright and alert Oli. Both boys were presented with a full plate of food and munched away at it. I couldn't help but snigger to myself about the difference in the boys. "So you are coming to school with us today?" Oli asked. "I think so," I replied, looking at Jan for confirmation. "Yeah son," she said. "I've gotta come along and register him, but he will be in classes today." "Kewl," Oli said. "I hope you are in my house!" I looked a bit confused, as I was sat here with him in his kitchen, until Danny explained that the school is divided into four houses for sporting and academic achievement, a bit like Hogwarts. Fucking Harry Potter needs kicking in the nards! Jan ushered us to wash our hands after we finished and then we were away and out up the street to school. UH! After a short drive, we were there. Fielder Street School. Both boys kissed their Mum goodbye as they joined their friends in the school yard, and Jan led me into the building, heading for the school office. "Good morning Jan, how can I help you this morning?" a middle-aged, plump lady behind the counter asked us. "Hi Dot, I'm here to register my new foster son," Jan responded. The lady looked at me, as she said, "Ah yes, our newest student. Andrew isn't it?" I must have made a face. "He prefers Andy," Jan corrected her. "Oh sorry," the lady chuckled. "I guess it's not so cool being named after a Prince or a Saint!" I decided to turn on the charm and puppy dog eyes. "No Ma'am, it's just that I was only ever called Andrew by my adopted dad just before wanted to beat me." I managed to get a small tear to trickle out of my eye. I was immediately enveloped into a bear hug by her. God I'm good when I want to be! "Well it looks like your safe now," Dot said. She pointed to some forms on the counter for Jan to fill in and I had no choice but to stay firmly attached. "So then young man," Dot said. "We're putting you in Mrs Hamill's form, and also to begin with you'll be in the middle set for all your lessons. We have mid term exams coming up in a month and we'll see how you do on those and place you in sets more appropriate then. You also have the honour of joining the house of Tennyson, which is represented by this badge." She pinned a blue pin onto my tie. I nodded my acceptance, but did not look forward to a whole host of exams in less than two weeks. Jan had finished filling the forms in, gave me some money for lunch and a hug to say goodbye. Dot lead me down a corridor and knocked on a closed door before opening it and ushering me inside. "Good morning class 8H," Dot said, receiving a more than half hearted response. "This is our newest student Andy, who has just moved to London, and he will be joining your class." She turned to me. "I'll leave you to get acquainted." And there I was, stood in front of a class room of kids that I didn't know, all of them staring at me like I was some sort of specimen in a zoo, and my self-confidence suddenly fled. Fortunately Mrs Hamill came to my rescue. "So Andy, why don't you tell us all a little about yourself so we can get to you know a little better." I very briefly explained where I was originally from, what I liked and that I was now being fostered by the Gilmans. "So why have you moved here?" a blonde girl in the middle of the front row asked. "Um, I sorta ran away from home, met the Gilmans, and my lawyer has sorted it so that I can stay with them temporarily," I replied nervously, knowing the next question would be why did I run. Sure enough a dark haired lad at the back asked the question, but was cut off by Mrs Hamill, who obviously didn't want to encourage any more questions down that line. "Go grab an empty seat Andy, and we'll finish the notices before the first period bell rings." I saw three empty seats, one on the front row next to a ginger haired girl who looked totally disinterested in me, one at the end of the fourth row next to a lad who everyone else seemed to have no interest in, and one at the back next to the lad who asked me the question about running away. He was grinning at me and motioning for me to sit there, so I thought that was a good start. "Hi Andy, I'm Zack," he said as way of introduction. "That's Kenny and Gazza," motioning to the other two boys sat next to him. Kenny was a short, stocky lad with jet black hair and black eyes, while Gazza in complete contrast was tall, blonde, blue eyes, and not unattractive. "Hey guys," I said, looking at Zack a bit closer. He had dark brown hair and hazel eyes, a smattering of freckles, and was, in my opinion, a very very good looking lad. There seemed to be no fat on him that I could see, and his forearms that were uncovered by his rolled up shirt sleeves, were toned. He obviously worked out, or did some sort of physical activity. "So why did you run away?" Gazza asked quietly. I decided to go for a half way truth. "My adopted Dad used to beat me and I finally couldn't take it any longer." That certainly caught them by surprise, but they quickly recovered. "The fuckin bastard!" Zack said. "My Mom's old boyfriend thought it was fun to hit me and my little brother until one day I hit him back with a baseball bat. He didn't stick around after that!" "Man, the cunt!!" I said, knowing how it felt to be hit. Suddenly we were interrupted by a loud bell. First period! I looked at the timetable I'd been given. Math! Zack looked at it as well. "What set you in?" he asked. "Um, the middle one?" I replied. "Set three?" Zack asked again. I shrugged, not knowing how many sets there were. "Must be, great you're in with me." We left our home room, and saying our farewells to Kenny and Gaz, we headed to our math lesson. Zack guided me again to the back of the room, telling a skinny looking lad to find another seat, before settling in. We made it through math quite easily, Zack proving to be an intelligent lad, who simply couldn't be bothered with proving it. I knew I was quite clever, and made it through the morning lessons that I was given. English and geography had followed math, and I was surprised that Zack was in all my lessons. The lunch bell finally rang and we met up with Gaz and Kenny in the lunch queue. After brief chats about how the morning lessons had gone, we made it to the servery. I looked stunned at the choices. Hamburgers, pizza, chips, they were all there! "Where's all the healthy food?" I asked, receiving strange looks from the three of them. "You're not one of them veggie health freaks are you?" Gaz moaned. I shook my head. "My old school forced all that Jamie Oliver crap on us, we weren't allowed burgers or chips." The dinner lady behind the counter chuckled at my comment. "Well sonny boy, when it gone down to one in ten pupils eating that man's food, the head decided to do something about it. You can still get it if you want, but it's back to the good old menu and we are all a lot happier about it too." She loaded my plate with a couple of pieces of pizza and filled the rest with chips. Man I was in heaven! We found an empty table, and were soon joined by a couple of younger boys. "Hey Zack," one of them said. You only had to look once at him to see he was Zack's brother. "Jimmy, Oli, this is Andy" Zack said introducing me to them. I laughed as Jimmy's friend was none other than my new foster brother. Oli made a point of introducing himself properly, shaking my hand and saying how nice it was to meet me. "You doofus," Jimmy said, elbowing Oli. "That's his new foster brother, Zack!" I nodded and grinned at Oli. "Where's Danny?" I asked Oli. The conversations around the table stopped suddenly. I looked at everyone and saw they looked a bit uncomfortable. Zack motioned towards the edge of the tabled area and I felt my heart go out. Danny was sat on a table on his own. "Why isn't he sitting with his friends?" I asked. "He, um, hasn't got any," Oli mumbled into his sandwich. "Who were the kids that he went to see when we got here this morning?" "Freddie Jameson and his gang at a guess," Zack said. "They are the so called big boys of the school. They're just a bunch of pissant bullies." I saw a couple of kids approach Danny and say something to him. He looked up and I could see fear in his face. He shook his head and tried to get up but was grabbed from behind by another lad. As I started to get up, I saw the big blonde haired lad punch Danny in the stomach. "Andy sit down," Kenny said. "You can't win against them." I shrugged off his arm and went over to Danny, who was lying on the floor, trying to hold back tears. I placed a hand on his arm and he flinched back, obviously thinking it was the bullies returning for more. "Hey Dan, it's me, Andy." He looked up at me, sniffling. "You okay?" He nodded, and got back to his feet, straightening himself off. He went to sit back down at his table, but I grabbed his stuff and led him over to our table and sat him down. He nervously looked at Zack and the others. "No-one hurts my foster brother while I'm around," I said simply to the others. Oli made a bit of a fuss over Danny being punched but settled down and we ate in silence for a few moments, before Jimmy let rip with a huge and very smelly fart. Nothing like a bit of good old fashioned toilet humour to relieve the tension and we were all cracking up like idiots, whilst trying not to gag at the smell. The bell rang ending lunch and we headed back to our home rooms. Once we were sat down, I quizzed Zack about this Freddie Jameson and his gang. "They're mostly our age, although he has a few of the younger kids in as well, to help him pick his targets in the other years." "Why doesn't someone do something about him?" "Like who Sherlock?" Kenny asked. "He has about twenty in his gang, and we are good in a fight but not that good!" "I'm not gonna let him pick on Danny though, the kid's got enough problems without being bullied as well." I said before thinking it through. "Like what?" Gaz asked. "It's personal," I said, indicating for him to drop it. The bell rang for the start of the afternoon lessons and I looked at my timetable. French. UH! For once I Zack wasn't in my class so I headed off with a couple of other from the home room class. I walked in and saw only one empty seat, right next to Freddie Jameson. He looked at me as I sat down. "S'up?" he said as way of greeting. "Just trying to figure all the new classes out," I replied as I sat down. All through the lesson, I was turning ideas over in my head of how to handle this. Finally the bell rang and we left the classroom. I called out to Freddie to wait. "What?" he asked. "Listen mate," I said. "I'm new here, don't know how you guys set the rules and what the procedures are for all of this." "Huh?" I reached in my pocket and pulled out my compass and had the point of it next to Freddie's eye in an instant. "You leave my little brother alone or I'll see to it that you never will be able to bother any younger kids again." He tried to struggle against me, and although I had never been a fighter, the new found confidence that I had gained with Sam came through. I slammed him back against the wall and squeezed his family jewels to get his undivided attention. "You leave Dan Gilman alone. I ever see you or any of your cronies touch him and I will come after you. If Dan has anything stolen from him, I will come after you. If Dan ever gets hit or tripped, I will come after you. If Dan stumbles over and scratches himself, I will come after you. If Dan has anything other than a happy time at school . . ." I left it open for him to finish. "You'll come after me," he squeaked out. "Do we have an agreement?" He nodded his head. "You know, you really ought to pick on kids who's families don't have heavies around to protect them as well. You know that if anyone told Dan's Uncle about this, you and your little gang would all be in for a very, very bad time." I left him there, massaging himself and headed off to computer studies. The last lesson flew by as I really enjoyed it. I met Zack and the guys on the way out of school. "Are you nuts?" he demanded. "Why d'you go after Freddie on your own?" I shrugged. "He was on his own as well, and I thought it would get my point over to him better that way." He just shook his head. "You got balls Andy, I'll give you that!" Gaz said. "You up for a PS3 session tonight?" Kenny said to us all. He receivied a yes from Zack, a no from Gaz who had to visit his gran, and a I dunno from me. "I'll need to see what Jan says." We exchanged phone numbers and I went down to the gate where I could see Oli and Jan. "How was your first day then hun?" Jan asked. "Interesting, definitely interesting." She looked at me quizzically, but realised I wasn't saying any more. I was looking around for Dan, and finally saw him leave the school building via the library corridor. I also saw three of Freddie's gang approach him. I started to move in their direction, but the leader of the three simply handed Danny something and left. Danny saw us, and hurried over to us with a big grin on his face. After a round of hugs, we got in the car, Oli again having shotgun. I leaned into Danny. "What's the big grin about?" I whispered. "They gave me all my money back," he replied. Danny whispered to me how he'd been paying up to five pound a week `protection' money to them for over a year. "I dunno why they have, but they suddenly gave it me all back," he opened his pocket. "Look." I could see a lot of money in there, probably over a couple of hundred pounds. Guess my threat must have worked. I sat back in the car, smiling to myself that I had helped make Danny's life better already. End of chapter. No sex, I know, I know, well apart from Andy's wet dream. I didn't think Andy should get it on with anyone at school on his first day! Anyway, Sam promised to come round later after work. Poor old Danny was being bullied on top of his Uncle wanting his wicked way with him. Poor kid! Looks like it's not just Andy's life that's getting better. For all you non-Brits amongst my readers, Jamie Oliver is a celebrity TV chef who, with the backing of a PC orientated Government, forced all schools to ditch their normal lunch menus in favour of more expensive 'healthier' options and no junk food. As a result, there are now fewer schoolkids eating school dinners than at any time in the last couple of decades. When will adults learn that kids do not like being forced into eating things that they do not like. In extreme cases, there are now kids that do not eat a lunch at all. Very healthy Mr Oliver!
