Chapter 9

Hunter and the boys all woke up at around their normal five thirty, and then at just a few minutes to six, both Andrew and Tony with his boys walked in at almost the same time. They all greeted each other, then headed to the office to get everything taken care of. “I suppose that's up to Hunter. If he has no problems with that, then I don't see any reason why not. If you boys do that, then I'll just head out right away and grab breakfast in town then, so that I get back even sooner.”

Tony headed out and Hunter, Andrew, and all the boys headed out to the pool. Because they are all already naked anyway, they just have to shower before hopping in, so they did so, then started a good workout first, then played, and then relaxed. It is almost eight by the time they are good to go, so they headed in to get diapered and dressed. Hunter went and opened everything up before coming back and getting breakfast, which the boys are already in the process of making. Carson had told the guests to just stay and eat with them, Hunter is happy to hear, and so they are making enough for everyone.

After breakfast was done and cleaned up, the guests joined the others in all their morning chores. The animals were taken care of and let outside, all the eggs and milk collected, all the feed levels checked, the milking machines run through their cleaning cycles, the guest areas cleaned and stocked where necessary, and the house cleaned. Because the areas around the two group sites are fully fenced in, and the grass is starting to get long, half the goats were taken over and put into each area. The cows, horses, and llama were all set free in the remaining area to take care of the grass there. There are fences and cattle guards in all the areas where they are not allowed to go, so there is no worry about that. Goats have been known to get past cattle guards though, hence the reason for being fully fenced in. Granted, horses can also jump over them, but most horses would never do so unless necessary. There are signs up all over the place telling people to always close gates, so there should never be a problem.

“Thanks for all the help this morning boys, it's really appreciated.” Hunter said of the guests, since they clearly did not have to help.

“I'd love to work here. I'd love to live here actually.” Zane said.

“Me too.” Aidan agreed instantly.

“You're welcome to help any time, but you boys have no need to come and live here, you have loving fathers at home that need you.”

Tony arrived only an hour later and with him he had several boxes in the back of the truck, and explained to them that it is a huge six by six meter steel gazebo kit, as well he also has an outdoor table and several chairs to go with it, two nice benches, a propane fire pit, a large outdoor carpet for under the gazebo, and a few other odds and ends. He took his boys with him, saying that he needed their help putting it all together, so they went, but Carson, Harley, and Teddy went to help as well. Hunter told his boys to be back for dinner.

Hunter had just started dinner when someone rang the bell looking for help. He paused in what he was doing and headed down to see who needed what. When he got outside though, he did not see anyone that he knew to be a guest, instead he found a boy standing there, looking about thirteen or fourteen, carrying a large army style bag with him.

“Are you the owner here?”

Finally ready to face the day, they got up, and ended up joining the other two couples, who had apparently only just exited their bedrooms moments before and were talking.

The other two couples had also had much the same morning, they woke up, kissed and stroked through a pair of good morning orgasms, then got up to start the day.

They all headed out to the pool together, and though no one had told Brandon and Jayden that it was nude swimming, they never batted an eye as they all stripped, washed, and then headed to the pool naked as can be. “Oh, I hope we're not interrupting anything, I didn't expect there to be others here as well.” He said.

“No, it's okay boys, go ahead and strip down, don't be afraid to show off your soggy baby diapers, we're all the same here, and once we're in the hot tub and relaxing, we'll introduce everyone.” Hunter called out.

“Okay.” He said brightly, and so they all stripped naked, showing off the fact that they too all well used their night diapers, showered, and then joined the others in the pool for the morning exercises.

They then played for a bit, then hit the hot tub, where everyone got to introduce themselves, once again, and say who they were. It was noted that the two young single boys sure took a liking to each other, and in fact they are very nearly sitting in each others laps as they are relaxing in the hot tub, even though there is more than enough space for three times their numbers to fit, so they certainly did not have to sit so close together, but Jayden and Riley were totally oblivious to the looks the others gave each other, and only had eyes for each other. They were talking quietly as they others continued to talk after the introductions and explanations were done with.

“Okay, I think everyone's ready to get out and get cleaned, diapered and dressed for the day, so everyone go ahead and pair up and get it done.” Hunter said.

Clearly there is only one pair there that are not already boyfriends, and they smiled shyly to each other as they headed to the showers. Their little boy compasses pointing the way. They are, of course, not the only ones, all of them are hard, but these two are harder still.

Fortunately there are enough bedrooms for everyone to use to get changed, Hunter having grabbed more diaper supplies to give to the two young lovebirds to be, handing them over and telling the boys to enjoy their diaper change. As they were all doing the morning chores, they talked and laughed, all of them having a good time. Just as they finished up, Carson asked Hunter something.

“Uncle Hunter, how much will it cost to finish doing the rest of the campsites and everything else that you wanted to do?”

“Probably right around a million dollars if I add another ten cabins like I was hoping to, why?”

“I have tonnes more than that, I wanna pay to do it, I want this place to be the biggest and best we can possibly make it.”

“No Carson, I appreciate it, but it's not necessary.”

“I know it's not, but I really wanna do it, this is my home too, I'm never gonna move away, and I have all this money that'll never get used anyway, so why not put some of it to good use. We can be partners.”

“You know that by the time all was said and done, I spent nearly ten million on this right.”

“Yeah, so, if I put in a million, I'm a one tenth partner then. That'd mean that if we're partners, that once everything's paid off at the end of the year, I get ten percent of the profits, right?”

“That'd be about correct, yes.”

“Okay, then call the guys and have them start as soon as they can. I'd like it all finished before the next camping season starts.”

“I'm not gonna talk you outta this, am I?”

“Nope, so you may as well call.”

“Okay. I doubt they have enough time to do it all though.”

“It can't be that hard, the land's almost already perfect for it, all we have to do is pull the trees, put in the gravel, the water and electrical lines where needed, maybe put in another few more outhouses, and even the area where I assume you want the cabins to go is already ready, and I even saw pipes sticking out of the ground, so the plumbing's probably already there too. Winter here isn't exactly harsh, so there's no reason they can't start right away and work through winter, is there?”

“No, they worked through winter the last two years. It's gonna nearly double the amount of sites we have, and put in another ten cabins, yet you expect them to get it done in only nine months though.”

“Yeah, that included doing a huge amount of work in the central area, you said the camp sites were actually pretty fast and easy for them to do.”

“Yeah, but nine months, that's pushing it.”

“Then I suggest you call them now. The sooner they get started, the sooner it's done.” Carson laughed.

“Okay, but it could be more than a million too.”

“Doesn't matter, I have lots, and if your estimates are correct, I'll probably make it all back by the time I'm twenty anyway.”

“You probably will too.” Hunter had to laugh.

He placed the call right away to the same guy who had done the job in the first place and explained to him that more money had come through, sooner than he had planned, and that he wanted the rest of the camp sites and cabins finished as soon as possible. He was shocked, to say the least, especially when Hunter said they wanted it started tomorrow, but he said his crews were not horribly busy anyway, so they would come and get it done. Hunter told him it has to be done before the end of May, and he said it would likely only take that long anyway without pushing, so they were both good with that.

“Well, it's done.” Hunter said.

“Wicked. How do I pay for everything then?”

“We go to the bank and have them give us cheques for you to make the payments with. Since your mom's the primary trustee though, we'll have to have her meet us there. I'm already the secondary, and the trustee manager will also have to be there and we'll have to explain it all to him, but once that's all done, everything else will be easy.”

“Wicked, can you call them and arrange it, so that we can go today?”

“Sure. I need to pick up some things anyway, so we may as well make a trip of it. I trust you two are gonna come with us?” He asked Teddy and Harley.

“Yep.”

“Then the rest of you can stay here.”

“Okay.” They all said.

“Actually, before you go anywhere, I meant to ask you at breakfast this morning, but we were talking about more important things at the time, but Shawn wants to move in, mind if he does, he says he'll work the ranch as well when he's not shoeing horses?” Andrew asked.

“Of course I don't mind, I told you to ask him, remember.” Hunter smiled.

“I know, and I knew you'd say yes, but I still had to ask.”

“Not really, I already give you room and board, so it's not like they take up any more space.”

“True, but they take up more food, and this army's already starting to eat a lot.”

“True that, but it's worth it. So no worries. Well, let me make the calls, then we'll head into town.”

Hunter made the calls and arranged everything in only ten minutes, and then the four of them were off. Their appointment is at the bank in an hour, so they will have just enough time to make it there. Everything was explained to both that needed to know, the trust fund manager said that he could see no reason to deny it, even though he warned Carson that it is certainly a risky venture, and that he could very easily lose a million dollars or more. Carson said he understood fully, and that it had been his decision, that Hunter had been opposed to it in the first place, but that he accepted all risks involved. His mom signed off on it instantly, and it was actually Hunter that still had to be talked into signing the documents. Finally one and a quarter million dollars was released into a chequing account, and Carson was given all the cheques that he would likely need to make all the payments. In less than an hour they are gone and Carson is giddy.

“Well, I still think it's wrong, it feels like I'm taking advantage of your money, but I know it's what you want. I gotta admit though, it'll sure be nice to finish the full project so soon.”

“I know you still feel it's wrong, but it isn't, we're partners now, and now I also have a good business, I'm your partner, so, as such, I'll also take on more responsibility.”

“Okay, but remember, your first responsibilities are to be a kid and do your schoolwork.”

“I know, but I also have a business to help run, and I will, but I'll still be a kid and do my schoolwork. I'm only obligated to complete grade ten or turn sixteen, I plan to finish grade ten a lot sooner than that though.”

“I'd rather you graduated though.”

“I know, but really, what more will I need. I'm already doing what I always wanted to do, and like you can say anything, you only finished grade nine.”

“Yes, and I worked a dead end job because of it, same with your dad, but, I suppose it'll be better for you, you already have an excellent footing, and now a business partnership as well. I won't tell you that you have to graduate, but you should.”

“I know, and I'll decide later.”

“Okay.”

“So, where to next?”

“The FedEx store, I have a few parcels to pick up, I received an email notification last night saying the new toys arrived, but they don't deliver all the way out to our place, lazy bastards, so we have to pick them up. I also wanna get a shit load more diapers, since we sure seem to be going through a lot now, as well we need other supplies and groceries.”

“Wicked, kinky toys and diapers, on top of becoming a business partner, how much better can the day get.” Carson giggled. Harley and Teddy nodded enthusiastically.

Hunter just laughed at the antics of the horny kinky little gay baby boys, but headed off to gather everything that they needed. They hit the grocery store first, then the medical store, and finally the shipping store. By the time they were done, the back of the truck was very nearly full, and both boys wondered what all Hunter had bought, because there are four rather large boxes of toys. They made it home a little while later, and all the boys, including the guests, as well as both Andrew and Shawn, came to greet them.

“Guess what guys, Uncle Hunter got a whole butt load of toys.” Carson said happily as soon as he jumped out of the truck.

“Oh, that was bad.” Hunter groaned.

“I know, but it's so true too.”

“Never said it wasn't.”

“Wicked, can we take them in and look through them, I wanna buy one right away. I'll just haveta ask my dad for some money. I wonder if he'll ask what it's for.” Zane asked.

“We can take them in and get them sorted and put away. Then we'll see.” Hunter laughed.

The boys all excitedly helped to bring everything in, and the men only ended up with a couple grocery bags. They went right to the store though, since that is where the majority of it is going to go, and the boys started opening boxes right away. They did not care which were diapers and toys, so they were all opened. The toys were all set on the counter, and Hunter started putting them in the cupboards underneath the till. Once that was done, he then took one of each a properly sized butt plug, dildo, cock ring, and lube, and passed each set to a needy boy.

“Okay.” They all said and scattered to where they needed to go.

They all met at the playground within just a few minutes, the three boys saying how their dads reacted to the toys, both of whom only laughed and said to enjoy. They assured their dads that they definitely would.

Two days later the crew arrived to get started on the final expansion of the campground, and by the time they were there for a week, almost all the roads were cut in and all the trees were removed. Hunter and all his helpers would take care of the cutting of all the trees for fire wood, they are all piled in the area where the rest were piled before, the pile now getting shockingly high.

They decided that it might be best to actually get started on that, so the oldest trees were cut first, and they managed to all get through about two to three logs per day, cut, split, and stacked neatly. Of course both Andrew and Shawn had to leave during the day to do their regular day jobs as well, but they still helped a lot, but all the boys helped even more. Guests and ranch hands alike, and Hunter paid the boys all well for all the work.

The boys' dads both agreed that the boys could certainly work during the day, and every last one of them just did their schoolwork in the evenings, as they usually did anyway, for a couple hours. By the time Aidan, Zane and Riley were supposed to go home at the end of their month, none of them wanted to go, but most especially Riley, who has been sleeping with Jayden every night since the first night. Sometimes in the trailer, sometimes in the cabin, but they had not spent a night apart since.

It was a good month for all of them though. All the boys are doing exceptionally well in all that they are doing. Even the smallest boys are now able to handle the small chainsaw and the splitting mauls to cut and split wood. All of the boys have added a fair bit of muscle definition to their already incredible bodies. A good solid month of hard work cut them all like jaguars. Then there was all the fun that the boys still always had. They all swam every morning and played in the pool, they also went horseback riding lots, went on a few hikes, rode bikes a lot (Hunter had even went and picked up another dozen bikes and taught the boys all how to fix up old bikes), and not to mention all the amazing sex that the boys had been engaging in. By the end of the month, there was nothing that all the boys would not do with and for their boyfriends, and funnily enough, they were all getting more exercise in bed than they were on the ranch.

During the month they also had a fair number of campers come through, everyone loved the place. They added another seven full time residents to the lease lots, in fact one of them is permanent, he will be living there full time, but Hunter is okay with that. All their animals are coming along nicely, and their egg and milk production is right up there where it should be. All the goats are almost half way through their pregnancy, and the cows are just starting to show, and Andrew says that they are all coming along just fine. They did add three more milking cows, one of which is already pregnant and considerably further along than the others, and the other two are already producing, as well they added another three horses, two more llamas, and what would be considered a standard meat pig, but she is still quite young and has many months before she will be ready for the freezer.

Tony had come back less than a week after he had given all the boys their exams, he had even taken Troy, Brandon, and Jayden and did their physicals and tested them for everything, and once he had all the information, he let everyone know. They are all as clean and healthy as could possibly be expected. There was not even one thing in any of their tests that he could see that was of any concern whatsoever.

Troy's paperwork had finally come through as well, at nearly the end of the month long stay for the boys, which happens to be the middle of October now. Hunter's lawyer had worked everything out and gotten Hunter as guardian for Troy no problem. The lawyer and his boyfriend did come out and spend four days enjoying one of the cabins about two weeks back, and they love the place as well, and say they will definitely be back, so of course Hunter told them a cabin is theirs as often as they want it for as long as they want it, just to call ahead and let him know.

The work crew doing the campground expansion are moving along swiftly, and by the time they are there for almost a month, all the utilities are in and done, all the roads are completed, the foundations are dug and poured, and now they are working on all the sites. There are a lot of sites to make, so this will take a lot more time, but they are certain that they will be done well before the deadline.

“Hunter, can I ask you a favor?” Tony came and asked the morning that they are supposed to be leaving.

“Let me guess, the boys don't wanna leave!”

“Yeah, exactly. Riley especially, he broke down into the most pitiful sobs I've ever heard last night, saying he didn't wanna leave his baby boyfriend Jayden. Both my boys, as well as Aidan, would really like to stay here and continue working with you.”

“I figured that'd happen, and I'm perfectly okay with it. It's not like I don't have the space, and they all help around here really well. I'd be happy to pay them and let them live here. I imagine you'll still come pretty much every weekend anyway.”

“Yeah, I had to promise them that to start with, but then Riley broke down and said he couldn't sleep without his baby anymore and he didn't wanna either.”

“Yeah, thought so. I'll continue paying them as normal, but that'll now include room and board.”

“No, I'll take care of that, I'll give you money for them.”

“No you won't. You're already giving me more than enough. I'll keep paying the boys as normal, this way they earn something and feel good about themselves for doing so. They won't have to pay a cent for living here, so all money earned will of course go straight into their bank accounts. I've already been depositing all their money anyway for them.”

“But it's my responsibility to feed and house them.”

“Yes, that's true, but on a ranch, it's the ranch owners responsibility to do that as well, and they are being paid. You take care of them while you're here, let me take care of the rest, we'll all win, I assure you. Most of the time they really won't have a lot to do, I only wanna have the boys working no more than two to three hours a day, which is what we've been trying to do, only the cutting of the wood's taken a little more time and effort, but that's also fine. They're all doing really well, and when I see them getting tired, I pull them off.”

“Yeah, I know, Zane was upset that day you made him stop, he said he could've kept going, but I agreed with you, he looked wiped, and he slept for twelve hours.”

“Exactly. I'll never allow the boys to work themselves to the point they'll hurt themselves. Work up a good sweat and appetite, certainly, make them have a blissful twelve hour sleep, absolutely, but put them in the hospital, never.”

“I know, which is why I agreed to at least come and talk it over with you. In a way, it'll actually work out better for all of us. The boys always spent the day together during the days that we worked, and we had a sitter for them, but, as you know, we're both doctors, and our schedules are wildly variable at times, so it was sometimes murder trying to arrange things last minute. We often are off on different days, so that always helped when one of us could watch the boys, but not always, and sometimes we could go for a week with having to arrange baby sitters for every day.”

“That's good. It works out well for everyone involved then.”

“Yeah, it does, and that's why Aidan's dad agreed as well that this might be for the best, and said that if Zane gets to stay, that he'll allow Aidan as well. Not that the boys would've had it any other way mind you.” He laughed.

“I bet.”

“I'll give you a temporary guardianship form for all the boys, so that when we're not here, you can have them.”

“That's a good idea. I know the boys will miss you both, but they all love it here as well, so they'll be fine, and you'll both come on your days off, so you'll probably see each other almost as much as you're used to anyway.”

“You're probably right, because with working four twelve hour shifts, by the time I got home, the boys were always almost ready for bed, but then there were the times I worked the night shifts, because that's half the time too, I slept while they were awake. Of course there's all the overtime I work too, which never helped matters any either.”

“I could never do that, having my sleep schedule flop all over the place like that'd drive me up the wall.” Hunter laughed.

“You do get used to it, but the first six months or so I felt like a fucking zombie most of the time. I swear that alone causes most mistakes in hospitals, having doctors and nurses that are sleep deprived for their first few months helping patients. Once we get used to it, we're fine, but still, I'm certain it causes mistakes.”

“I wouldn't even doubt that in the least, which is why I'd never attempt it.”

“Well, I'm gonna go break the bad news to the boys, I imagine that you still have to do some chores, so I'll let you get on with your day.”

“Yeah, I do, and the boys are probably wondering if you're here for what they all hope. Considering how long we've talked, I'm sure they all know the answer by now.”

“I'm sure they do.” Tony laughed, and then they said goodbye and he headed off.

Hunter went and told the boys, while Tony went and told theirs, and all are exceptionally happy, especially the little baby boyfriends who don't have to be horribly separated. The boys' dads left later that morning, and the rest of them got into a routine, and all are incredibly happy.

Winter started late October, and started out pretty mild, just cold and rainy, which they are used to, but the frost level was coming down rapidly, and by the end of November, they even had snow on the ground. They are fairly high up, so they know that it will likely stay with them now, but it is still not a lot, and the work crews are able to easily manage. Only once January hit were the crews unable to continue working, because they got hit with a rather nasty cold spell that made it highly uncomfortable to work. This did not bother anyone though, because they are ahead of schedule by at least two months they all figure, and they feel they only need one more month to get everything finished.

By the time winter ended and spring was around the corner, the campground expansion was completed, a few months ahead of schedule and a couple hundred thousand less than expected, so all were happy, most especially Hunter and Carson, and they agreed to keep it at the ten percent, though Carson argued that point.

Over the past several months, they had all learned a lot, about the ranch and each other, they have absolutely no secrets, no shame, and while they never have sex with anyone else, they have no qualms about telling each other about a particularly juicy night. They are all doing exceptionally well, they look even better yet, and they are all happier than they felt anyone deserves to be.

When the camping season began, they started off slowly, because school is still in, but every weekend they are packed nearly solid. They now have just over a hundred lease lots sold, and even the store is doing good business. The animals are all doing well, the goats had had their babies, as had one cow, and the others are about to pop any day now. The boys watched every birth with both amazement and disgust, but all the baby animals are adorable. What is funny, is that for several of the births, they had sometimes dozens of kids and adults watching as well, but it is good for kids to witness the miracle of birth, and animals do always prefer being outdoors when giving birth.

From the day that summer vacation started, they were busy almost all day every day. Nearly every spot and cabin was taken every weekend, and about half throughout the week. By the end of summer, almost half their lease lots were sold, and they had made so much money it is scary. Their first year they made well over a million dollars, almost one and a half to be exact. Mind you, they still had to pay everything off, but they did so, but they were all happy that at the end of the year, there was only a few hundred dollars owed for electricity, so their power audit was reasonably accurate, but the next year they knew they might use more, so added several solar panels to offset that further. Hunter found that he really did not owe much else, pretty much his property taxes, cable and internet, and of course the astoundingly high food bills, but still, by the time all is said and done, they cleared well over a million dollars. Carson got his ten percent and added it to his account, and he is very happy.

“Wow, what a year, huh boys.” Hunter said once the hectic pace stopped at the beginning of September.

“It was great.” Carson smiled.

“Yeah.” All the boys said.

“Yeah, I got my Teddy Bear, my dream job, and a whole group of amazing gay baby boys with me, life just couldn't be any better than that.” Hunter smiled, and the boys agreed.

And they all lived happily ever after.
