Pack Leader

When I was 11, I already knew I was attracted to boys and not girls. I
always found myself staring at them or trying to be their friend in hopes
they'd like me. I was always at the local YMCA swimming, or playing
basketball and soccer just to be around boys.

I was walking into the YMCA and a poster of a cute boy dressed in a blue
uniform with a yellow handkerchief around his neck caught my eye. "Join the
Boy Scouts!" Was printed below it. I was transfixed, the boy in the pic was
beautiful and I wanted to be that boy! I pulled one of the cards attached
to the poster that had a name and number on it. "Brent Daniels" Pack
Leader. I literally forgot about swimming and ran all the way home to ask
my Mom about being a scout!

Three weeks later, I was headed to my first pack meeting! My Mom had
contacted the local pack leader and we went and got the required uniform
and sewn on patches. I loved the how my cargo shorts were just tight enough
to show off my bubble butt. I was hoping to attract a few boys for future
camping fun.

Mom dropped me of at the Den a half hour early, so I was the first boy
there. The Pack Leader was inside setting up a demonstration for knot tying
and each table had several lengths of rope and diagrams on different knot
techniques. I waited at the door til he looked up and waved me in. As I
walked towards him, I could feel myself boning up! He was in his early
30's, Sandy blonde hair, chilled facial features and a slightly buffed
body. In my mind, I already had a crush on Brent....

He reached out his hand to shake as he said, "Zach Johnson I presume?
Welcome to our troop!" I grasped his hand and thanked him for letting me
join. I was kinda staring at him and didn't realize I was still grasping
his hand tightly. Brent smiled warmly, "You've got a strong grip there
Zach, pretty impressive for your age..." I realized the issue and released
his hand with a slight giggle... "Sorry..." Brent chuckled, "That's ok, I
was kinda lost in the moment too, you're a good looking boy, your parents
must be proud." I smiled brightly, "Thank my Mom, I've never met my
Father." Brent patted my back, "No worries, a lot of boys here are from
single parent homes, so you'll fit right in, and after looking at your
application, you love the athletics and that will help you fit in easily."

It wasn't long before the Den was full of loud boys. Some were older, some
younger. They all seemed friendly enough and I was welcomed pretty
easily. A few boys were super cute and one in particular had eyed me up and
had introduced himself as Shaun, he was my age but taller and just an
Adonis with his golden tan, curly hair and killer green eyes. He
volunteered himself to be my mentor and help me fit in as a scout.

We were instructed to work in fours to learn the art of knot tying and I
and Shaun got paired off with two younger boys of around 10. They were
school chums and they basically ignored us as we began trying to perfect
our skills. Shaun was already skilled and quickly showed me the basics and
soon we were doing rather nicely when Brent came by to check. He patted
Shaun's back, "Excellent work boys! I think you two will make a great team
here!" Funny enough, I heard Shaun stutter as he thanked Brent! I looked
over and Shaun was a bit red faced and after looking down I realized that
Shaun's stiffy was a indication of his feelings towards the Pack Leader...

After Brent had walked away, I glanced around to be sure I wasn't
overheard, "He's a bit of an eyeful isn't he?" Shaun turned to look at me
and I winked coyly. He kinda laughed and quietly said, "How are you so
smart?" I nudged him and said, "Why were you so hard while he patted your
back?" Shaun turned red again, "Please don't say anything! I've never told
anyone, it would be so embarrassing!" I touched his hand and then squeezed
it, "Your secret is my secret, and plus, I got a stiffy when I met him
earlier...." Shaun looked at me with realization in his face, "We must be
best friends Zach! I think you are pretty cool and pretty cute too..." He
squeezed my hand back and we continued to go about our task, both sporting
stiffys....

Shaun and I traded phone numbers and at the end our Mom's met. His Mom was
pretty cool and realizing our fast friendship, she suggested that my Mom
and I come for dinner on Friday. Mom readily agreed as we were new here and
she wanted to meet new friends too. They exchanged numbers and Shaun and I
exchanged shoulder punches....

The week went by quickly and apparently my Mom had been chatting with
Shaun's Mom. It was decided that I'd be staying over for the weekend! My
Mom helped me pack a bag and included swim trunks as they had a pool! When
we arrived I realized that Shaun was from a very rich family, the house was
huge! We weren't poor, but were no where near this well off. As we pulled
into the circular drive, Shaun was jumping up and down outside the front
door. As we parked he was opening my door, "Zach! Man I'm glad to see you!
" As we grabbed my bag, his Mom had come out to Great us and my Mom
laughed, "You think these two boys were long lost brothers the way they
act!" We all laughed and then went inside.

While the women talked, Shaun took me upstairs to his room to put my stuff
away. His room was 2-3 times bigger than mine, but it was similar in the
amount of stuff on the floor! I felt at ease immediately. We talked for
about an hour, each avoiding the obvious boners and then the call for
supper came and we bounded down the stairs.

Shaun's Dad had died a few years back from cancer and his Mom had never
remarried. The house was from her parents, although his Mom made good money
at her job as a pediatrician. Shaun was young when his Dad died, so didn't
really remember him. His Mom and mine were both in the medical field as my
mom worked as a radiologist. My Mom had just opened a new place here as
there wasn't one closer than 50 miles, so she hoped business would
increase. Shaun's Mom was positive that it would happen as she'd already
heard about a new radiology lab in the grapevine, and now that they'd met,
she'd be referring patients there as well.

Dinner was simple, but awesome! Lasagna, salad and fresh garlic bread!
Shaun and I ate two helpings while our Mom's talked. We helped clear the
table and had to load the dishwasher, which was normal for both of
us. Neither Mom let us slide on chores....

We excused ourselves as they sipped coffee and we ran upstairs to play
video games. We both had Xbox1's and had similar tastes in games, mainly
war games and racing. We both were pretty competitive and yet, both of us
congratulated the other when the game went against us.

We got called downstairs as my Mom was leaving. I got the required kiss and
hug and then she suprised me by hugging Shaun, "Take care of him for me,
he's pretty special to me." Shaun looked back at me then smiled at my Mom,
"Yea, he is kinda special..." My Mom looked over at his Mom, "I think I'm
glad he joined the scouts, we would never have met such good people!" The
ladies hugged and My Mom headed out.

I know I'm 11, but I actually felt sad she was leaving and Shaun's Mom knew
it instinctively, she put an arm around my shoulder and squeezed me tight,
"come on boys, there is rocky road ice cream in the freezer and I'm not
eating it alone!" I looked up as she winked at me and it eased my mind.

After the ice cream she ordered us upstairs to shower and get in bed
clothes. Shaun had an attached bath so we headed up there. He offered use
of his shower to me first and I grabbed my pj's and went in. Towels were
already set near the shower which was huuuuge! I'm guessing a few people
comfortably. I got undressed and then realized I couldn't figure out his
shower, "Shaun! I need help..." Shaun came in and realizing my dilemma,
showed me how. I was just about to take my towel off when I realized Shaun
was staring at me...

I figured it was something I wanted, so I just dropped the towel, "Take a
shower with me Shaun...." Shaun was open mouthed but not completely lost,
he shut the door and began to undress.... as he took off his shirt, I felt
myself begin to get hard... His eyes never left mine as he dropped his gym
shorts which left his boner pointing upward inside his briefs.... I kinda

His Mom knocked and then came in, we were both laying in bed and just
talking. "Time for bed boys, get under those covers!" We hopped to it and
she kissed both our cheeks and we all said goodnight. She turned out the
light and closed the door as she left... "Your mom is pretty cool!" Shaun
smiled as he turned towards me, "Yea, she's been great, even after I told
her I like boys!" I was kinda shocked! "She was ok with that?" "Yea, it
took a few days, but she never got mad, just needed to think about it I
guess, a few days later, she hugged me and said she loved me as long as I
was happy." I looked at his eyes, "I never told my Mom..." He smiled, "I
think she knows Zach, remember her asking me to take care of you? She
knows..."

That was a lot to think about, I reached out and grabbed Shaun's hand and
drifted off to sleep....
