Every Friday after work, I have a ritual of going to a nice swimming pool
in Sydney, Australia. It's a great place for me to relax and unwind
after a long week. I would arrive at 3:30pm or 4pm and leave at about
5:30pm - a nice 90 minutes or so in the pool.


As a regular weekly visitor, you start to notice whether other people are
also regulars or just casually visiting. Due to the time I liked to go,
there were a lot of kids there with their parents as it was straight
after school. Some of the kids go to the large 50m pool and some to the
leisure pool that I liked to swim in.


One of the kids was an Asian boy about 13 years old. He was a regular
visitor and liked to swim and splash around in the leisure pool while his
