On Tuesday when we drove back to the rugby stadium we discovered the village was effectively shut off from the outside world while they secured the metal shell to the rugby stadium. We had to park and walk a mile to the stadium. Four cranes held metal girders in the sky that brave souls were securing in place. They were working on the outer pieces when we arrived. Oscar was there to keep a close watch on things. He told us it was going well but was glad to take a swig from Tracy's bottle.

“There aren't many pieces to set in place but they're huge.” Oscar said. “The trucks couldn't make it down some of the lanes so the cranes had to lift the girders from outside town. The cranes are going to hold large baskets in place for the electricians to run the wires. I think we can get most of it done today. The lights go in last so we will need a crane or two for another day when everything gets connected. The rough wiring is what we want finished today.”

Instead of wood Ingrid had gone for stainless steel to cover the metal pillars. The electricians were on the way up when we broke for lunch. We divided the group so we didn't overwhelm one pub. After lunch we Chloe took us to meet the ladies sewing the cushions. They wouldn't take any pay for the work apart from a little to cover refreshments. I pointed out this was shortening the life of their sewing machines so they kindly let me buy them new machines. Chloe promised to let Oscar know of the arrangement.

We weren't surprised to learn the village wanted us to stay for dinner. They had set up grills in the car park of the rugby stadium. Stanley assured me nobody would mind if J, Petersen and Bram took care of the spices and marinades. Stanley had reminded us yesterday the school rugby team practiced on Tuesday so the boys had arrived with their kit. Morgan promised not to knock any electricians off the roof with a drop kick.

“That would be a long drop.” Adam said.

“You guys are full of it.” Tracy said kissing them before they ran off.

Alexander joined us just after the start of practice. Victor and Trenton were lending a hand with the coaching. Oscar came over to tell us he thought the day had gone well. Alexander thanked him for his help keeping an eye on things. Oscar told us he was happy to help because he never thought he'd live to see the roof go on the stadium. Petersen had picked up some Dutch ovens to cook potatoes and other root vegetables in the coals. I settled back to enjoy watching all those cute young boys working up a sweat. Tim chuckled when I admitted to fantasizing about a few of them. Leonard was at the top of both our lists.

“Beloved if Leonard removes his shirt I'm going to drag you to the showers.” I warned.

“Bet I get to the showers before you if he goes topless.” Tim said with a grin. “Nice tackle Adam!”

Petersen stepped away from the grill to help Dylan work on the angles of his run. He showed Dylan how to change his place in the line and how angling his body helped. The other guys got to practice tackling as Petersen passed Dylan the ball as if he were playing fly-half. Morgan chased down Dylan's kicks. The Brettonwood guys peppered Adam with high kicks they tried to contest. Everybody seemed to have a lot of fun.

“Shower first.” I said when the boys headed our way after practice. “We'll still be here when you're clean. Bring us a beer on your way up won't you?”

“Beer for the lovebirds. Got it!” Adam said blowing us a kiss.

When we heard the sound of drilling from below we got up to look over the side. A couple of guys were test-fitting some of the stainless steel covers. They looked good from our vantage point. Ingrid and Caryn were happy with the look. The boys brought us our beers and my housekeeper.

“Rohan the boys tell me you've been sitting here for almost three hours watching them practice.” my housekeeper said. “I had to come see for myself. Rohan that's called relaxing and I didn't think you knew how to relax. Very happy I was wrong Tim.”

“All it takes is a bunch of young teenage boys working up a sweat to keep Dad rooted in place.” Dylan said with a smile. “That's how we met.”

“I wish you'd told me sooner.” my housekeeper said. “Adam I would have paid guys to work out for Rohan's enjoyment if it got him to rest. I could have had guys filmed and he'd be on the couch for hours.”

Slowly the others came to join us. They couldn't believe I hadn't moved or spent any money. Chloe came to collect us for the surprise. I'd forgotten about the bus. She told us it was about to arrive in the parking area. I was happy to hand over the keys.

“Rohan I believe this belongs to you.” the bus driver said with a smile as he handed me the keys.

“No it belongs to the school so why don't we give these keys to Alexander.” I said holding them out to him. “Let me guess it's too small.”

“Are you kidding me it's the perfect size.” Alexander said. “The sports team have always wanted a bus this size. We don't need one that carries more than fifty passengers. Why wasn't I told on Saturday?”

“They wanted to surprise you and the rugby coach.” I said. “Sure looks like you're surprised. I like the school crest on the sides of the bus don't you? Well get up those stairs and have a look so the boys can see their new bus. Leonard if you say you're dreaming I will swat you.”

“Pinch Dad.” Adam said. “You usually pinch people who believe they are dreaming.”

“Swatting is more fun.” I said.

“True.” Dylan said. “Swat away. Will you swat me if I say it's a dream? Darn. Could I be Leonard's whipping boy? No I guess that wouldn't help him learn he isn't dreaming. Thanks Tracy I could do with a spot. Getting swatted around here works up a big thirst.”

Leonard jumped from the top of the steps into my arms when I asked if they liked their new bus. He hugged me hard. When the tears started I handed him off to the scurvy knaves and Tracy. She didn't hesitate to offer him her bottle. Abby kissed my cheek for spoiling the Brettonwood kids rotten. They deserve it I said simply. A few of the other boys climbed down with moist eyes. They calmly shook my hand. Abby told them there were beers if they promised not to go crazy and check with their folks first. The parents understood and didn't mind the boys having a little beer. This was a celebration.

“Stanley tells me you're paying for two of the parents to get their license to drive this bus.” Alexander said. “They're also going on an advanced driving course. I think you've done everything possible to keep the children safe. From all of us thank you Rohan. I want you to know you can't pay for anything tonight. Your housekeeper has a check for the cost of the beer you bought. I wrote the check but they passed the hat around and there wasn't much left for me to cover. So let me get you a refill.”

“I think I saw some Ward's Bitter.” I said. “There is one thing I'd like to ask. No doubt you guys will want to put up a little something to thank us. I'm certain you were keeping it a surprise for the official opening. I'd like you to do is include in the larger script that these upgrades were funded by the Samuel M. McCutcheon foundation and family please.”

“Isn't there an Earl with that surname?” Alexander asked handing me a beer. “What do you mean that's him with the little boy on his shoulders? I can't believe you let us embarrass ourselves without greeting him properly.”

“A lot of these people have recognized him.” I said calmly. “He's most likely asked them to keep things low-key so let's honor his request. This is an earl who served calzone at his wedding dinner for the queen. I know because I was there.”

“He won't tell you he also made the calzone.” Charles said. “I saw you looking my way and thought I'd come over to ask if things could be kept low-key. Nothing will keep the two of us from helping with the painting and cleaning on Saturday. Do you have enough volunteers? We might bring a load of trainee chefs with us to take care of the food and help with the cleaning as well if needed. You wouldn't mind would you?”

“Better to have more people than too little.” Alexander said. “The boys could get in some more rugby practice. Can you let us know what food to get?”

“No they can't.” my housekeeper said. “The rest of Rohan's gang is providing it. We don't get enough opportunities to thank Rohan. He's paid for a vacation of a lifetime and we'd like to thank him. Besides we will need to marinade the meat and do some prep work. We might need to use some ovens.”

“I'll ask around and find you some.” Alexander said. “We'll want some close to the stadium. I know Leonard's mom has a small catering business from home and has some large industrial ovens in her kitchen. Let's see if she will let Petersen take a quick look.”

Petersen left a few minutes later to look at the ovens. Leonard and his mom lived just around the corner from the stadium. Four or six more ovens would be nice Petersen told us when he returned. I decided we were imposing on too many people and took Petersen off to look at the concession stands. My housekeeper told me she'd seen the owner of the pizza store at the grills. She headed off to find him. I dragged Jessica and Petersen off with me. A grinning Tim followed. I called out to Bram and Oscar. Bram had the sense to hand Oscar a beer even though he was still drinking from one.

“Pleased to meet you Logan.” I said when introduced to the pizza shop owner. “Now I'm told Jessica runs a catering business from home. That's not terribly efficient because there is a limit on the ovens. We have the one concession shop here and Tracy's bar is taking up the slightly smaller one next to it. That leaves us one short.”

The concession shops were squat brick affairs. I was looking meaningfully at the sides of the existing structure.

“Yes Rohan we can have a lot of fun this Saturday with a few thousand bricks.” Bram said. “Oscar it will be easier for Jessica to have a professional kitchen space to use. She told my wife she'd like to do more baking for the village and maybe expand to the surrounding villages.”

“I'll help her with the business model Rohan.” Petersen said. “We'll adapt the one in Winchester. Jessica you're welcome to visit and see it. Thursday would be a good day because we're having a little barbecue for the helpful fireman.”

“Take Leonard with you and make it a mini-vacation.” Alexander said. “They're coming back on Saturday to help us. I know his grades are good enough to allow two days off if he wants. Tracy how did you know we'd need more beers?”

“When Rohan drags Bram off with that intense look in his eyes I know he's planning something.” Tracy said. “The people he's planning to spoil usually need a good drink. A good thing we bought some Double Maxim. What are we building Boss?”

“We're adding a kitchen for Jessica's catering business.” I said. “We're also going to make it so Logan can serve pizza here. He doesn't have enough delivery guys to get the pizza here after sporting events. There is a bit of a catch though Logan.”

“Wait Boss let me guess.” Tracy said. “You want to tweak the recipe to include some more vegetable options and most likely calzones. I think I deserve a Double Maxim for nailing it. There is one other thing Boss.”

“Do you want us to double or triple it?” I asked with a smile. “Yes you can speak to Petersen. I think tripling it is better. Then we don't have to do it again.”

“You can never have too much room when it comes to beer.” Tracy said sagely as she pried me from Tim for a long special kiss. “You're the best boss I've ever had.”

“Rohan just tripled the size of the smaller concession stand.” Bram explained to Oscar. “Then he's going to build another space for the kitchen.”

“I'll get Frederick and Edgar on to it.” my housekeeper said. “Yes Rohan it will be through the Samuel foundation. I overheard you tell Alexander. The rest of the gang is going to give you a lot of kisses or pay the boys in kisses to treat you to something special. What did you think would happen if you insisted on the word family instead of gang or friends?”

“Well you guys are family.” I said. “You ought to know that by now.”

“Knowing is one thing but public recognition is an entirely different thing.” Tim said. “Tracy may I have a swig from your bottle? I need something stronger.”

“What's Rohan done now?” Caryn asked approaching with her laptop. “I saw you guys chatting and knew you would need something designed. Ingrid is on the way.”

“Never mind what I've done.” I said. “Let's get focused on the matter at hand.”

“Rohan all I have to do is scale down the kitchen in Winchester.” Caryn said. “Have a quick look at this Petersen. We're going with a basic rectangle to match the other concession stands. So something like this ought to work. We'll need some larger ovens for roasts. What about putting them on the other side so there isn't too much heat in one section. We'll put two ranges here with double ovens. The pizza ovens on that wall. A few extractor fans to draw the heat out. The sinks between them on the back wall. A pantry between the ovens and the fridges. On each side and the serving counter can double as a work station for Jessica. Throw in an island for the cash register and more work space for Jessica.”

“The island will need storage space for Jessica's extra equipment.” Petersen said. “She wants to cater baked goods as well so there will be a machine to bag small items and boxes for cakes or tarts. I like the idea you have of hanging stuff on the side of the pantry. The stand mixers can stay on top of the island. Logan can you make up the dough at the shop or would you like an industrial mixer here? Rohan I know you would.”

“I have one in storage I can bring over.” Logan said. “Rohan I bought it because it was a good deal but this village is so small I kept it as a back up. Now I can put it to use. Yes we'll test it and let you know if it doesn't work. I'll get Caryn the dimensions tomorrow.”

“Caryn it will only take me an hour to look over the plans.” Oscar said. “I've seen what Ingrid's architects can do when they got the roof drawn up. They spotted stuff I'd missed and made my roof look a lot prettier. I hardly think they will have a problem with a kitchen.”

“What do you guys think of that kitchen?” Ingrid asked Jessica and Logan.

“Give Rohan a kiss for me as well Jessica.” Logan said as Jessica followed Tracy's example. She did.

“Here Boss you look like you need it.” Tracy said. “Glad you had that camera ready Lawrence. Jessica we'll even have the picture framed for you.”

“That's the basic look.” Caryn said. “I'll have the final drawings ready when I know the dimensions of the mixer. I'll select different colors that work with the Brettonwood colors. There's just too much of those colors on the outside and this is a space Jessica will use for her business. Good idea Alexander we'll do the same with the other concession stands as well.”

“How do we get the other parent's approval?” I asked. “I'm certain they would like a say.”

“Send me the drawings on Thursday and I'll send them out to the parents.” Alexander said. “I have a mailing list for school related newsletters. We can let them see what we have planned before we serve dinner. Everybody loved Jack and we want his widow to do well. Nobody will object.”

Nobody objected to the plans. Jessica and Logan would give a share of their profits to the school to cover utilities and help fund other projects. Some of the other parents said they only needed to cover utilities but the two entrepreneurs insisted on paying some rent. Amanda suggested a percentage and not a fixed amount. Everybody agreed to that although the debate on how big a percentage would take a while to settle. Petersen suggested a sliding scale that would increase as the business grew. He would put it in Jessica's business plan. Jessica wanted the community to know what she planned.

“Let's eat.” Stanley said loudly. “That's the only way I know to stop Rohan from spending money on the stadium.”

“We'd better keep him out of the village or he'll bankrupt himself.” Chloe added.

The scurvy knaves loved the idea of Leonard visiting us in Winchester. Victor, Felicity and Trenton had agreed to join us in Winchester and return here on Saturday to help even though it was the last weekend of their holiday. They would drive home to Newcastle on Sunday. Jessica agreed to join us Wednesday night in Winchester so the boys could get in a little more rugby practice on Thursday. After the sparring I told them firmly. Catherine added she had a workout scheduled for them as well. Trenton and Leonard were welcome to join in the workout. I decided the sparring was too dangerous for them with edged weapons.

“A good thing we get up at sunrise or we'd have no time for rugby or sex.” Morgan said. “The Buddha nailed it when he said there is suffering.”

“He also said there is a way out of suffering.” Dylan said. “I don't think he meant getting up so early though.”

“The guy seems too sensible to expect us to get up before the gods.” Tim agreed. “I think we need to chat with Daizan about it. We're obviously missing something.”

“Nice to see the boys taking an interest in religion.” Leslie said handing me a plate of food. “Compliments of your housekeeper.”

The rest of the night passed quietly. We were all a little melancholy about leaving the treehouses tomorrow so it was a subdued group that drove back to the hotel. I led Tim and Dylan by the hand to the hot tub when we returned. We slipped into the hot water and spent a good while kissing, touching and holding each other. I wasn't going to rush things tonight with this melancholy feeling so prominent. The two of them were unusually patient as I set about making love to them.

Kneeling in front of Dylan with my head just above the water I kissed him tenderly. My hands reached under to cup his ass and raise him slowly from the water. When his nipples cleared the surface I suckled at his breast. Then I kissed my way down his flat stomach to the light pubic hair. Without being told Tim reached down to grab hold of my cock. He held it steady while I kissed Dylan's cock just once. Then whispering words of love in Dylan's ear I pulled him down beneath the water.

“I love you Dad.” Dylan whispered as my cock slipped inside him.

“Oh gods you have a way of making it seem as magical as the first time.” I said pressing forward. “What a day that was.”

“Almost memorable.” Tim said kissing my cheek.

Dylan laughed which did wonderful things down below. I spluttered about impudent imps. Tim ignored me and slipped behind me. I felt the head of his cock tracing circles around my opening. Ever so slowly the sweet lad literally inched his way up inside me. I was taking my time burying myself in Dylan. No matter how slow Tim was he still ended up driving the last two inches of my cock inside Dylan.

“Miscreants and rapscallions wherever I look.” I declared.

“Don't forget the fucking imps.” Dylan said. “They tend to sneak up behind you and up your behind. Ignore them and they'll go away.”

“Ignore this will you?” Tim said thrusting a little harder. “How about this?”

The force of the thrusts picked up but the strokes remained languid. I kissed Dylan and groped his ass. That was enough for me. Tim would get us all off in time. I let him fuck me unresistingly. How good it felt to have a cock sliding smoothly in and out of my ass. The sensations as it moved up my passage caused ripples of pleasure to flow through me. I groaned in Dylan's ear. Then I kissed his ear. His cheek. His lips. His nose.

On and on the fucking continued. Tim's staying power was impressive. The boy had skillfully changed pace and angle throughout our lovemaking. This time it was me who lost patience with the slowness. I started to work my ass muscles. A startled curse from Tim brought a smile to Dylan's face.

“Do that again please Dad.” Dylan said.

“Anything for you.” I said.

“Especially at my expense.” Tim said. “Gods I love it when you take control. Fuck that feels so good. Oh sweet Lord I love you guys so fucking much.”

“Let's work on much more fucking shall we?” I asked driving my ass back to meet his thrusts. “That's better.”

Better became much better. Much better became fucking awesome. Fucking awesome became irresistible. The only way to tell we were climaxing was the slightly louder cries of pleasure and a slight twitching in our bodies. Then we sighed softly and collapsed on top of each other.

The next morning I only sparred because it was good to spar when you least felt like it. Petersen was feeling just like me so we went at it tentatively for a few minutes.

“Fuck it!” I said. “I'll be damned if I'll let my sadness spoil sparring with my friend. What-for time!”

“Yes!” Petersen said swinging a forceful blow at my ribs. “That felt better.”

“Speak for yourself.” I said flexing my stung hand. “Have at you rapscallion.”

Back and forth across the lawn we drove each other. Neither of us cared when Griogair called time. We ducked, rolled and jumped out-of-the-way of strikes. My claymore picked up momentum as I put my body behind the blows. Turning with the strike I added more force. A little more speed to the strikes proved Petersen's undoing. I managed to jar his sword and before he could get a good grip on the blade another strike knocked it from his grasp.

“Tracy where's the Irish coffees?” I asked hugging Petersen. “This man has shaken my melancholy. He deserves a double.”

“Good because that's what I ordered all of us except the kids.” Tracy said. “We're eating sandwiches on the road. Don't worry boys we're going to say goodbye to Sioned and Alfie. They'll join us on the terrace in a few minutes. Grab your coffee and let's go load our luggage.”

Twenty-minutes later we all returned to the hotel to check out and say our goodbyes. The hotel manager and Sioned got a hug and a kiss from everybody. Alfie got a hug and handshake from the guys. Sioned grinned when the ladies insisted on kissing Alfie. Tracy waited to go last and winked at Sioned before she stepped up to give Alfie a special kiss. Sioned kissed Lawrence soundly for capturing the kiss and Alfie's expression afterward.

“There's no way those pictures are going on the mantlepiece.” Alfie declared as Sioned slipped an arm around him. “Rohan I'm glad you could help Grace. She's a fine woman. Sioned she reminds me a lot of your dear mom. God rest her soul.”

“I miss her to.” Sioned said. “One day we will move on.”

Tracy texted Sioned the recipe for our grief tea as we drove away. Tim was driving. The boys teased me about disregarding the law. That stopped when I pointed out the law thought they were almost ten years too young to handle alcohol responsibly yet they managed. When he's old enough Tim will get his license. That piece of paper doesn't mean he can't drive. Besides I had some breakfast sandwiches to enjoy so I couldn't drive.

“What have you done with the monks and nuns we left here?” I asked. “These seem more relaxed and happier than the other lot. Petersen looks as confused as me.”

“Take him over to the coffee shop for a bit please Rohan.” Grace asked as she hugged me. “I need some time to chat with Leif.”

“Come along Tracy let's go for a walk.” I said. “Petersen we're going to check on the coffee shop. Yes now. No it can't wait. I'm not doing it without you. Come along.”

“Sometimes you have to believe a woman is bullying you for a good reason.” Tracy said taking Petersen's hand in hers. “Grace seems like a very lovely lady so if it is out-of-character more reason to go along. Boss this man is way more sensible when it comes to such things than you.”

Christian was happy to show us his living quarters above the garage. He was so proud of his space and the job Caryn had done. Cozy he called it. Small would have been my word but he had the space well laid out. Only takes minutes to clean and I'm out the door he explained. Christian loved spending time outdoors. He promised Tracy he'd invite Vernon for a walk or two.

“Thank you Petersen for sending Grace to help us.” Christian said as we made our way inside the coffee shop. “She was very gentle with the staff but scared the living daylights out of our coffee supplier. The roaster got an earful. I think he took her warning that she would be over to show him how to roast coffee to heart. We get our next delivery tomorrow morning so we'll know soon enough.”

Our lattes were amazing with just the subtlest hint of flavor. Grace had gone even lighter on the syrups and chocolates than me. I kissed the barista on the cheek. Then I kissed Christian on the cheek. The customers laughed at their surprised expressions.

“I'm still adjusting.” one young lady admitted. “I think it's more of the sugar addiction than disliking less vanilla.”

“Me too.” another lady said. “I have a mocha and it's quite nice not to have something sickly sweet. That was all we could get in the past. I'll keep coming here.”

“Helps to have good espresso.” a guy said accepting his cappuccino from Christian. “I never thought I'd ever be able to drink coffee without sugar. There's no trace of bitterness. No idea how you guys do it.”

“Grace tweaked the water pressure a little and it made a huge difference.” Christian explained. “Seems she ran out of challenges in cooking so she turned her attention to coffee. She roasted her own beans and even visited coffee farms to learn about coffee growing. She's very much a hands-on person.”

We grabbed a second round of coffee drinks for our walk back. I tried a mocha so I could taste the difference. Grace let me kiss her cheek in thanks for transforming the coffee. She didn't think the roaster would get it right but her week had been busy preparing for the barbecue. The culinary students were arriving around midday. I was happy to meet them at the bus stop in town.

“Petersen we need to go for a walk.” Grace said. “Leif and Leslie are joining us. I set aside half the meat for you and Rohan to season because I know how much you guys enjoy competing against each other. There's nothing for you to do until you go meet the students so relax.”

“The boys are busy working on their rugby skills with Victor and Trenton.” my housekeeper said. “Sanne, Bram, Alida and Sister Colleen are going over the gardens and plants. I think they're ready to start planning the vegetable garden.”

“Then I think I'll go spend some time with them.” I said. “Coming Tim?”

“Give me a minute to get a refill on tea.” Tim said. “Grace is a genius at brewing drinks. This tea is better than mine.”

“You use water that's too hot and shock the leaves.” Grace said. “Drink smaller cups and it won't go cold on you. Filling a cup doesn't take that much effort Rohan. Please tell Sanne I'll go through the list of vegetables tonight and we can chat tomorrow morning. Thank you.”

I passed on the message to Sanne who nodded without taking her eyes from the promised garden. There were charts of wind, rainfall and even the amount of sunny days scattered on the table. I got Franciszek on the phone so Sanne could find out how our bamboo windbreak was doing. The three-sided boxes had done the trick. Franciszek had added another piece of wood to increase the height by two-inches. That was all he needed to do. Sanne thanked him and asked if she could call this evening to chat about the gardens. Kazimierz was visiting so he'd join in the chat as well. Franciszek laughed when I called it spying not visiting. Tim laughed when Sanne swatted me.

“Bram how can we grow bamboo on three sides of the garden in hidden planters?” Sanne asked. “Yes I'd like the rainwater to flow towards the garden if possible. The planters will be eight inches high. That's a lot of gravel.”

“You only need the gravel on top to make it look like a pathway.” Bram said. “We can use some paving stones as well to make it interesting. There's really nothing we can do about the back because at some point it has to fall away. What we can do is raise the plot and have some steps leading up to it. The planters can form a mini retaining wall of sorts.”

“What about a second terrace in front of the garden that could be a seating area?” Tim said. “Somewhere for the gardeners to gather and chat or take refreshments.”

“Two terraces would break the drop from the front to four inches each.” Bram said grabbing some paper and sketching a terrace. “Brilliant idea Tim.”

“We could use bamboo for the gate when it is grown tall enough.” Alida said. “That will make it almost seamless.”

“I'm going to Poland next week.” I reminded them. “Let me know the dimensions and I'll have Maciej and Leszek make us a gate.”

“Thank you Rohan.” Sanne said. “Bram can buy the hinges for you to take with you.”

“Care to do that now Bram?” I asked. “We are going to meet the students at the bus stop in town. We have time to stop at the hardware store.”

“We've got it from here.” Sanne said. “Go ahead Bram. You're getting underfoot again.”

A grinning Bram kissed the three ladies on the cheek and set off with us. Before we had gone five yards Sanne was lost in her garden plans. The hinges got charged to an account the farm had at the hardware store so that was painless. Bram bought a couple of different styles. We met three young ladies and a guy at the bus stop. They were living in the rooms on the top floor of the house.

“Good luck getting us to leave.” the guy said when he saw the rooms.

I insisted they get a coffee for the walk to the farm and introduced them to the staff. Tim told them Grace had made their job a lot easier for them. Seems Grace's magic touch worked on Petersen as well. Leif told us it had taken a half-dozen applications before it sank in. Well worth the effort Leslie agreed. My housekeeper was thinking of sending me off on a walk with Grace.

Lunch was a variety of pasta dishes with salads and fresh-baked breads. Grace complimented the boys on taking such generous helpings of salads before the pasta. Adam kindly gave the credit to me and my housekeeper. We all recognized Grace's hand in getting the food to taste so delicious. The miracle was doing it with the support crew she had on hand. Grace told us Brother Murray had proven a big help. He also favored a gentler approach when it came to working with people and things. They had gelled immediately and the rest had been easy.

“What's up with Dabulamanzi?” I asked Hafiz. “He's been very quiet.”

“Brother Murray was gentle but unyielding in telling him he could put us through a workout but not the catering crew.” Hafiz said with a grin. “The problem is we are fit enough to take the fun out of it for him.”

“I'll fix that.” I promised.

“This I've got to see.” Layla said.

“Dabulamanzi do you think you can handle a man's workout or would you like to exercise with the boys?” I asked.

“What man? All I see are boys.” Dabulamanzi retorted. “There's nobody here to challenge me. Even the beer is weak.”

“Catherine an hour after lunch Dabulamanzi will be joining me for a workout.” I said. “One with a lot of Lao's influence. Think you can come up with a suitable workout?”

“We're here for three days aren't we?” Catherine asked. “Let's make it two hours after lunch so I can pop down to Southampton for some accessories. Juliet you'd better come along and stock up on some massage supplies. Dabulamanzi keep your back washer close at hand. I've got a workout for every day we are here. Bet you a beer and a kiss you will barely be walking on Saturday.”

“Done.” Dabulamanzi said. “You really think you can challenge me enough to make me flex half my muscles?”

“I'll bet a kiss and a beer you can barely walk Friday morning.” Adam said. “You've been sulking like an umfana instead of an induna. I hope you remember how to be a man before your workout starts or all of Africa will weep in shame.”

“Me an umfana?” Dabulamanzi said hotly.

“Looks like he has some backbone after all.” Morgan said calmly. “Nicely done Adam. He might even survive two of the workouts.”

“Talk about poking a bear with a stick.” Tim said. “Are you guys certain you came through the rugby game without injury?”

“Dabulamanzi is too honorable not to admit the truth even if it is embarrassing.” Morgan said. “All the dignitaries are too honorable not to admit when they're behaving badly. I think that's because you have nuns around. Besides it's our job to remind you when you act like children. Us children can recognize the behavior of children. Maybe Dabulamanzi will show us how to act like a chief when Catherine is kicking his ass with her workout.”

“I wouldn't hold out too much hope.” I said. “Dabulamanzi those workouts kick my ass and Catherine will reach deep into her bag of tricks to help you. After what Morgan said about acting like a chief there is no way I can ask you to do the workout and watch from the side. Keep your back washer close. I have mine lathering up the sponge. We will have fun. A good challenge to make us feel more like our old selves.”

“You are right.” Dabulamanzi said. “I have felt myself getting soft on my holiday. Thank you Adam. I will buy you a beer regardless. In fact I will buy everybody a beer. Drink up!”

“Buying everybody a beer with beer Rohan has paid for makes sound economic sense.” Layla said draining her beer.

“That's what I thought.” Dabulamanzi said.

Catherine and Juliet took a rain check on the beer because they were driving. They left laughing when Grace told me there was no dessert for lunch. I really don't know how I'm expected to survive a workout with Catherine when I'm suffering from anorexia I protested. A well-balanced meal must have dessert or it cannot by definition be well-balanced I insisted. Surviving without dessert wasn't the issue. Trying to find a reason I'd want to survive without dessert was the bigger issue.

“The first scurvy knave to say there is suffering gets their spanking allowance reduced for a month.” I said. “Tracy we will run out of beer soon if this continues. The next six rounds are on me Dabulamanzi. You can buy the next six. I'm pretty certain we'll get in twelve rounds before Catherine returns.”

“No Grace he isn't joking.” my housekeeper said. “Yes working out after a dozen or more beers will be challenging but I doubt Rohan will be in the least bit drunk. He can either drink or seize control of your kitchen to make dessert. Drinking is the more polite choice. There is more to food and diet than just calories. I don't know what the issues are. Leslie might know.”

“I don't know.” Leslie said. “What I do know is Rohan will have dessert. Since it can't be food it will be drink. Grace the boys have been with Rohan for a few months. They eat dessert twice a day almost every day. Do they look overweight? Catherine can give you their last body analysis if you wish. No it's too late now to serve dessert. I think they're already on number three.”

“Leave this to me.” Layla said. “Rohan while we wait for Catherine this would be the perfect opportunity for you to show me the Tai Chi sequence for the healing mantra. I don't understand but I know there is a good reason for what you're doing. All I'm suggesting is you try a different approach. One that causes your sons less concern. All's fair in love and war Rohan. The only question is if you chose to see my dirty trick as one of love or war. I don't care how you see it. All I care about is you teaching us all this Tai Chi sequence. Yes all of us.”

After an hour of Tai Chi I called Clifton forward to lead us in thirty-minutes of chanting the healing mantra. Then I calmly walked inside the kitchen with Petersen to prepare the meat. On the way in I walked past Layla. I swung her back for a special kiss, set her on her feet and walked on without a word.

“I guess he saw it as one of love.” Tracy said offering Layla her bottle. “You surely didn't expect him to see it as anything else did you? I liked the strategy you adopted. Very courageous of you to risk a kiss like that.”

“The boys were worried.” Layla said. “I don't know why but they were so I had to do something.”

“Come over here with me and I'll show you a Catherine workout with Lao's touch.” Tracy said. “The boys have seen this once or twice I think. We try to spare them as much as we can. I don't mind the other dignitaries watching but let's not spoil the surprise for Dabulamanzi. Good. Let the man mountain pray for a little longer.”

Catherine needed another forty-five minutes when she returned to get things set up. She needed Bram's help to build a place to anchor some large metal rings to the wall. I was glad of the extra time so we could finish the meat. Bram had taken a close look at the barn and the barn doors in particular before driving in to Winchester for some supplies. The students were paying close attention with Grace to our marinades and blends. Tim had set up a couple of scales to compile recipes with the students help. We made some extra blends for dinner. Shepherd's pie was on the menu. Naturally we each made our own spice mixes. I bet Petersen three beers and two kisses mine would be better than his. He told me he was so confident he'd make it three beers and three kisses.

“Let's go see what torture device Bram and Catherine have created for you.” Petersen suggested when the noise outside stopped.

We watched in amusement as Dylan, Morgan and Adam tried to pull a resistance band out from the ring secured to the barn door. There was a long piece of timber with rings in it at regular intervals. L-brackets secure to the barn door supported the thick wooden bar. Catherine had several resistance bands of difference tension so the catering crew could use it as well. Naturally for Dabulamanzi and me only the strongest tension would do. When Trenton and Tim joined in the boys finally made progress.

“Do we have time to make popcorn?” Adam asked. “This will be quite a show. Catherine called Lao on the way to Southampton for something special. This is what he came up with Dad.”

“What I want to know is if Tim's your back washer who is going to get you to the shower?” Dylan asked. “Lose your footing with that sort of tension and you'll become a barn ornament.”

“Lao said not to slip.” Catherine said with a smile. “I'm looking forward to this challenge. Here come the kettlebells.”

Morgan and Adam were carrying a kettlebell. Trenton was helping Dylan.

“Where are Rohan's?” Dabulamanzi asked. “He is much lighter than me. I want to keep it fair.”

“Don't worry Dabulamanzi if it is unfair it is unfair to you.” Tracy said. “Please trust me. My boss has died getting fit during one of these workouts. No idea how he made it through. Love they tell me. Now off you go. The sooner you start the sooner you can start healing.”

“Good luck my Love.” Tim said kissing me. “Try to finish before tea time or I might miss the end of the show.”

“Dabulamanzi it is good to face a challenge alongside you.” I said as Catherine wrapped a leather brace around my waist.

“Rohan it is good.” Dabulamanzi said as Abby wrapped him in one. “Like when we went hunting that lion. This time I hope you will share the challenge with me.”

“No worries about that.” Catherine promised. “The lion story has me curious as well Abby.”

“He was old.” I said with a sad sigh.

“You helped him die a clean death fighting.” Dabulamanzi said slapping my back. “Brought honor to the lion and our tribe. Now we battle Catherine and Lao.”

“Indeed!” I said clasping his hand in mine. “Let's walk forward together.”

Matching each other pace for pace we advanced until the bands got stretched taut. I had to use a little chi to get moving. Then it took all my strength to keep walking. When we stopped I drew chi up through my feet to do its gentle healing work. Catherine gave us a couple of minutes to get settled before she began.

“Step forward with your right foot and drop your left knee until your lower leg is parallel to the ground.” Catherine said. “Fifty with each leg. Stepping forward not back to get the left leg in front. When you finish stand upright.”

Then it was regular squats, side lunges and running in a circle. Finally we got started with the kettlebells. They weighed seventy-five pounds each. Easy enough to lift on their own but working against the bands this proved a much tougher challenge. Even for Dabulamanzi who must have thought it too light at first. Lao had made it challenging by the number of repetitions. He was enamored with the number one-hundred for some reason.

With every successful completion of one hundred reps I breathed deeply and sank deeper within myself. After the fifth set I was as deep as I could go. I came up a little but the burning in my legs drove me back within myself. On and on it went. A repeat of the exercises we'd done without the kettlebells but this time with them. Two rounds of both sets before Catherine told us to take one step back and hold. Then another step and hold. I gave silent thanks to Lao for the chance to do chi healing on myself. We held the kettlebells down at our sides. When we got to the barn door we both dropped the kettlebells. There was no thought of setting them down.

“You did well for an old lion.” I complimented Dabulamanzi as Dr. Deidre stepped forward to check on us. “Worked up a little sweat.”

“A few more workouts like this and you might grow a muscle.” Dabulamanzi responded. “We will have such a feast to celebrate.”

“That's a great number of cows my friend but I wouldn't let Tracy go for all the cows in Africa.” I said taking a beer from Tracy. “You'll always be one cow short.”

Dabulamanzi grinned when Tracy swatted me. I told Dr. Deidre I could do some grounding when she unstrapped her blood pressure monitor from my arm. Five-minutes later she took my pressure a second time. I admitted even the idea of resting seemed challenging after that workout.

“Abby you will give Sister Colleen and Dabulamanzi their privacy but I want you in the lounge so she can shout for help.” Dr. Deidre said. “Seems our African friend is as stubborn as Rohan. You should have stopped after three repetitions Dabulamanzi.”

“Should stands between a man and greatness.” Dabulamanzi said. “I will sleep proudly tonight. Maybe I convinced the umfana I am induna.”

“You're off to a good start.” Adam said. “Two more days to go though.”

“We need to see if you backslide.” Morgan added. “I agree with Adam that this was not too shabby.”

“Yes Dylan your dad needs a second back washer as well.” Dr. Deidre said. “Rohan one of them has to stay with you if anything happens while the other goes for help. I'm trusting Lao and this chi work you guys do but by regular medical standards we'd be calling for an ambulance.”

“She's right Rohan.” Christopher said. “I saw those readings and agree with her. Merely walking to the shower would be miraculous. That first step will be the most challenging.”

“When you return we will chat with Lao.” Catherine said. “That's why Dr. Deidre took your pressure and pulse Dabulamanzi. Yes you can chat to him sitting down.”

“All the exertion comes from the back washers in there.” Dr. Deidre asked firmly. “Agree or it will be me washing your backs and it will just be a back wash.”

“Yes Ma'am.” we said quickly.

Forewarned I drew on some chi to take the first few steps. Even with the help of the chi I wobbled. I winked at Christopher who grinned back at me. My housekeeper swatted him.

“My Love I really hope you pick up the pace tomorrow.” Tim said as he led me slowly to Vernon's cottage. “We've missed tea this afternoon. Surely a little rubber band and a mere one-hundred-and-fifty pounds of weights can't slow you down that much. You really must get through those seven or eight hundred repetitions at a brisk pace. The whole structure of civilization is in danger of crumbling around us.”

“We'll have to do it earlier tomorrow because the fireman will be coming for the barbecue.” Dylan reminded us. “True we do have to allow time to wash his back. We'll explain the dilemma to Lao. He'll understand the importance of tea.”

My silence had them concerned. They knew if I was quiet I was focusing hard on getting to the shower. There was nothing I could do to ease their concern. Lao had come up with a wonderful, challenging routine that left me on weak knees. Thankfully the extra blood flow and endorphins had left me with one leg that was anything but shaky.

“You really were looking forward to this shower my Love.” Tim said when he peeled my pants from me. “We'll take this as a compliment. Remember my Love no exertion from you. Dylan will do all the work.”

Dylan did do all the work. From the licking of my nuts to fingering my ass, to sucking on my shaft. The pleasure became too much for my weak legs to handle. Groaning in pleasure I slid down the shower wall. The boys looked at me in concern but I reassured them it was just Dylan doing a great job.

“Legs are a little rubbery.” I explained. “Didn't mean to startle you. We'll start with me sitting down tomorrow.”

“Good idea.” Tim said presenting his cock for a good sucking.

They each stroked the cock being sucked to make certain my exertion was minimal. I managed to get my arms up to give Tim's ass a squeeze or two.

“Damn Scoundrel but this lack of exertion makes for a wonderful blowjob.” Tim said rocking his hips a little. “Almost there Scoundrel.”

I swallowed Tim's load. The lucky boy helped release the pressure quicker by picking up the pace of his stroking. Too exhausted to do anything I sat through the exquisite torture of my orgasm. Entirely at the mercy of my son who seemed to slow his strokes as my balls rose. This changed when I reminded him Lao was waiting. I groaned deeply and thrust my hips slightly upward as my orgasm drained my balls.

Before I had finished blinking my eyes Dylan's cock was pressing against my lips. Tim stood to the side and spanked Dylan firmly. The sound of wet flesh on a wet ass actually started to revive my cock. I ignored my arousal to focus entirely on getting Dylan off quickly. This time it was my hand stroking his cock. A quick firm jerk off into my mouth. Swallow and kiss the cock thank you before standing up. Soaped, groped and left standing while Dylan went to find me some clean clothes. Tracy had set some outside the bathroom door for us.

“They tell me you do workouts like this regularly.” Hafiz said when my back washers seated me at the table.

“About two or three times a week when I'm home.” I said. “Why?”

“That's it exactly.” Hafiz said. “Why?”

“Must be too much sun.” Dabulamanzi said walking towards us with Abby and Sister Colleen on either side of him. “Invigorating. When I am strong enough I will walk over and kiss Catherine. Adam might win his bet on Friday. I don't think I could do the easiest resistance band now.”

“The challenge is why I do it.” I said calmly. “There is so much to learn when you push yourself to the limit and hold yourself there. Yes Catherine you can call Lao now.”

“Lao we have a serious situation to discuss before you chat about blood pressure, pulses and other inconsequential stuff.” Dylan said quickly.

“Then let us take care of this very important matter.” Lao said with a chuckle. “What is it you need help with?”

“Tea.” Dylan said causing everybody to laugh. “The lack of tea. You see Dad took so long to get through his repetitions Tim missed his tea time this afternoon. We will be starting earlier tomorrow but he was so slow and we have to help wash his back which takes more time so we might still miss tea.”

“Civilization is on the verge of collapse Lao.” Tim said. “I got this cup almost two hours after tea time. This shouldn't happen in England.”

“You can bring forward his workout a little without too much danger.” Lao said. “Dylan if he didn't embarrass me by dropping dead today he will most likely make it through tomorrow. One hour will not have much of an impact. We are talking about tea. “

“Thank you Lao.” Dylan said. “We knew you would understand. Go ahead Dr. Deidre. Natter away.”

“Tell me Rohan how many times do you turn the key once the car has started?” Lao asked when he'd heard all the data. “None. That's very sensible. Why do you insist on doing it with chi? I don't know either. You must think now. Tomorrow you must listen and observe. Don't answer the questions or judge what you hear. Listen, look and learn. Learn quickly Rohan. Soon you will be working with your new teacher. Did you enjoy your workout today?”

“Yes I did thank you.” I said. “The resistance band proved a nice challenge.”

“I see you finally got yourself a worthy partner.” Lao said. “Did you enjoy your workout Dabulamanzi? Good. You must breathe more during your workout. Deep breaths right from the start. Stamp your feet when you have extended the band to its fullest. Three times each foot. Three breaths. Then wait until Catherine tells you to begin. Same workout tomorrow.

Now I must go. My dancing teachers are waiting. I talked them into giving me extra lessons at your expense Rohan. The account at the co-op proved very useful. Frederick helped arrange things. We'll talk about it when you get home.”

“Good-bye Lao” the gang shouted.

“I don't think it is a coincidence that man showed up in your hometown.” Chen said. “Yes I know Lao. Only I knew him under a different name. He resisted the gangs so well they threatened to kill innocents if he didn't leave. We got him out of China through Hong Kong on a flight to London. I tried to find him when it was safe to return but he had moved on without letting us know. My suspicion is some DNA protectors made some suggestions.”

“Yes we did.” Christopher said calmly. “Rohan needed help and you had things under control. Maybe one day Lao will be okay going back but he wasn't happy about the surgery you performed. Yes he gave you the information but people died. Less innocent as we judge things but people.”

“We couldn't be certain they wouldn't kill the innocents as a warning Dylan.” Chen said. “Unfortunately in Asia what you call terror tactics are the norm. We removed one of the gang families from the game. Innocents were saved because we had the men to watch the other families and act when they rounded up some people. The last two families decided they hated the other too much to risk leaving the other in charge by default. Rohan we still keep watch. Our monks and nuns get to practice their surveillance techniques and disguises. Don't worry Christopher we won't ask him to come back. Lao will return when he is ready. He may be ready before me.”

“We're expecting another two for dinner Grace.” I answered. “Can you hold dinner for another fifteen-minutes please? Thank you.”

Jessica and Leonard arrived ten minutes later. Their eyes widened at the sight of all the people. My housekeeper confirmed we'd be hiring a bus and bringing most of them with us on Saturday. Grace was glad to practice outside catering. She also had a nephew who would be at Brettonwood in a couple of years. Dinner tonight was roast chicken with all the traditional sides. I was happy to see pies cooling for dessert.

Tonight we would stay in Vernon's cottage. He had chosen to stay in his local rooms to start packing. Vernon was moving into the cottage and finishing up at the hotel the following Tuesday. There was no need for Tim to ask if the two of us were staying for the party the hotel had planned for Vernon the following Wednesday. We'd been invited by the hotel manager when we checked out.

“We're having a lot of fun camping Rohan.” Leslie said. “They have two tents for functions. A clever design allows the back wall to roll up so you can place them together and get a very large space or use them as single tents. We're using them as two separate tents. Jessica has a room at the house. Yes we're walking her over. Leonard wants to stay with the boys. They promised they would be discrete. No spankings for the next three nights I'm afraid.”

“After the workout I couldn't flog them with a feather.” I said. “There is plenty on the card for you guys to book in to some local hotels and B&Bs.”

“Your housekeeper suggested it.” Leslie said. “We'll see how tonight goes. I think we will definitely want to spend Friday night at some of the local places. Thank you.”

“Then let's go see Jessica safely to her room.” I said.

Keeping the noise down in the bedroom proved a lot of fun. The next morning the boys teased us by asking if we'd been using a feather because there had been so much laughter in the bedroom. I told them I'd feather them if they didn't hit the shower soon. The sun was rising. Leonard went first with Dylan. Then Adam and Morgan. Finally Tim and I took our showers. Jessica was waiting with a mug of coffee in hand when we walked over to the barn.

“I heard about the singing and decided it would be nice to join you.” Jessica said. “You don't mind do you?”

“No I don't.” I said. “Happy you joined us. Leonard also chose to join us.”

Grace and the catering crew attended the sunrise meditations. We were just about to start when the students and Christian came hurrying over. My Lady sang a song of greeting as they walked through the yard to join us. A lovely way to warm up the vocal chords I agreed. The song was in a language none of us understood. I had to correct myself because Hafiz's widening eyes told me differently. He smiled when I winked at him.

There was a lighthearted tone to the songs and service this morning. Even the Gregorian chants felts somewhat lighter today. The sun burned off the mist during the service. A few wisps of it remained when we began or sparing. There was no point in arguing so I agreed to sparing with lighter weapons for the next three days. The scimitar was my choice for today. Charles faced off with me holding his broadsword in hand. We both enjoyed the challenge of such different swords. This time when Griogair called time Charles lowered his sword. I was glad to stop. Today I hoped to bring the workout forward to late morning.

Grace headed off with the crew and students to get breakfast started. Christian asked me quietly if the boys' swords were really sharp. He let Tracy drop a spot of whiskey in his coffee when I said they were and we often had Griogair stitching us up. I helped the boys spar while we waited for breakfast.

“Two rings mean we're fifteen-minutes away.” Caryn said. “Time to get things packed away and hit the showers. Three rings means breakfast is ready.”

Tim kept Leonard and Jessica company while I raced the scurvy knaves to the shower. There was only enough room for two to fit comfortably in the shower so the boys formed a line. I sat on the floor and let them feed me cock one after the other. The three of them thanked me by drying me off. I slipped on my workout clothes under my regular clothes. Dabulamanzi had agreed to my plan of bringing the workout forward. The more time we had to recover before the fireman arrived the better he agreed.

All work stopped when word got around we were going to do the workout at eleven. Grace listened to Brother Murray and arranged things so the staff could take a break from the preparations. My housekeeper let her know the gang was willing to help make up for any lost time. Grace thanked her but told her they'd be okay. Tim thanked me with a kiss for doing the workout after morning tea. He admitted I was his favorite husband and such decisions went a long way to me staying his favorite. I was glad to know I was doing so well against my competition.

This morning I joined in with Dabulamanzi when he stamped his feet. I had gotten the message that my body would keep drawing chi once I got it flowing and set the intention. After a long meditation this morning with some Tai Chi I had made sense of his other comments to listen. Between the sets without weights I closed my eyes and visualized a grid of my chi as I would if I was doing healing work for somebody else. That's all I did. Simply call it up and hold it. I could feel the tingling in my feet which meant the chi was flowing in. Mentally letting go and standing back I let my body use this energy as it wanted.

We were deep into our second round when I noticed the grid had changed. All the low points had filled out. I had been so lost in my workout I hadn't noticed. The biggest challenge now became stopping myself from saying this cannot be happening or remembering how much I'd struggled yesterday and replicating it today. Memories and thoughts create our reality and if I could avoid repeating the tiredness of yesterday then I would. Knowing my body was doing even better than yesterday I worked on my thoughts. I made a point to enjoy the work out. Pulling up the grid I gave a silent shout of triumph when I saw it glowing and healthy. Damn but our body can produce some miracles if we allow it.

“Boss that's the end of the fourth round.” Tracy said softly as she stepped up next to me. “Dabulamanzi is waiting for you.”

“Thank you Tracy.” I said looking over at Dabulamanzi and calling up his energy grid. There was no way he was going to do another round. “My friend can you stand there for just a little longer?”

“How many hours would you like me to stand here?” Dabulamanzi asked. “Your sons could stand here for ten-minutes. True we mustn't keep the back washers waiting. They might find other backs to wash. You have your ten-minutes my friend.”

“Breathe. No matter what you feel breathe deeply.” I said. “Think of the African sky and plains. No matter what you feel keep your thoughts still.”

“Done my friend.” Dabulamanzi said a minute later as he stood with his eyes closed.

“Now let us walk back to our beers.” I said after ten-minutes of energy work.

“No we won't walk.” Dabulamanzi said. “We will dance. The start of the victory dance.”

We finished the dance once we had released our bands. Then we let the doctors do their thing. Christopher and Garth helped Dr. Deidre today. Tracy double-checked our pulses. She told the others the difference could only be the chi but she didn't know enough to explain it. We would have a chat with Lao late this afternoon. I admitted I'd done some chi healing on Dabulamanzi. Dr. Deidre told me I hadn't messed up their readings. She was glad to get a comparison. I looked a lot better and Dabulamanzi told her he felt a lot better today. We still felt the effects of the workout. I was certain I'd bounce back quicker.

Adam and Morgan were my back washers today. Leonard laughed when Adam told me I hadn't done badly for somebody who had bounced Moses on my knee. Morgan suggested I ask Catherine to put me through these workouts every day for the next three weeks so I could reach the point where I actually impressed them. He thought the bands might have gotten stretched and weakened after yesterday. Much like me Adam suggested.

“Leonard it's just the usual several hundred reps done four times when once would be enough for any sane man.” Morgan said. “Now he has Dabulamanzi on hand the craziness gets doubled. Hate to rush off but we must get back for lunch. Remember Rohan when you hear the bell ring twice that's the signal to pick up the pace and get done in fifteen-minutes. A rush job I know but better a rush job blowjob than no job eh?”

“I'll rush you two over my knee if you don't start moving toward the cottage.” I warned.

“No chance of that I'm afraid.” Adam said as we started walking to the cottage. “We have less than an hour until lunch. Maybe a quick flurry in the shower to get things going. True there isn't room to swing Clifton in there.”

I solved the problem by draping them over my left thigh before we entered the shower. The flurry was quick and forceful. Adam decided he would become a professional back washer when he left school if they got this sort of treatment each time. The moment we had lathered up I had Morgan sink to the floor to start sucking Adam. Then I fucked Adam. Hard. Really, really hard.

My hands on his hips weren't to pull him back but to keep his toes on the ground. I let go of his hips a few times to lift him off the floor. Morgan rode out the lift nicely. Adam was off the ground when his orgasm struck. His legs kicked spasmodically as I held him up. My son cursed me and praised me in equal measure as his frame shook with pleasure.

“I agree with that.” Morgan said releasing Adam's cock. “That's two rings of the bell Rohan. Get on with getting off.”

Stepping forward I pressed Adam flat against the wall. He never dropped a fraction of an inch as I ground myself against him for a few minutes. Then I began to thrust back and forth in a measured rhythm experience had shown would get me off quickly. The pace was perfect. I ground myself against Adam as my cum jettisoned from my cock into the depths of his sweet ass.

“Maybe we should talk Catherine into two of those workouts a day.” Adam said. “Dylan and Tim deserve to experience such a great time as well.”

“You have a point.” Morgan said. “Gods you looked so hot with your legs kicking while I swallowed your load.”

“Mind blowing among other things.” Adam said. “Pinned against the wall like a squished insect was great as well. Promise Rohan whatever he wants to experience what I just did.”

“I think if I time my request right I might not pay too high a price.” Morgan said mysteriously. “True it is a long wait.”

“Looks like Rohan came through this workout really well judging by your smiles.” Amanda said hugging Adam.

“We're thinking about a second shower right after lunch.” Morgan said. “We didn't want to keep you guys from your lunch.”

“Perhaps Rohan would like to wash your backs after your workout.” Catherine suggested. “Leonard you can join in. I promise it will be gentler than the one your saw these two crazy men go through.”

“I find that easy to believe.” Hafiz said. “Finally a workout I can join in. There's enough weights?”

“We're using body weight and resistance bands.” Catherine said. “There are plenty of bands. We bought enough for the entire catering crew.”

“Then I'll join in as well.” Layla said. “I am curious to see what a Lao workout feels like and starting with the boys seems more sensible.”

“Would you mind switching the workout to after tea?” Victor asked. “I think it would be best if the boys got in their rugby first. They might need to rest after your workout. Catherine you are welcome to help us.”

“That will allow me to help with the rugby.” Petersen said. “Thank you Catherine.”

Sanne told me J and Bram had prepared lunch because the students and crew were manning the grills for the barbecue. Petersen and Grace wanted to get an idea of their skill levels. I told Sanne I had a job for the two guys this afternoon. We might need a drop or two for our thirst when we get done I admitted. I promised I'd be back in time for tea. Burgers, baked fries and salad for lunch went over well. There was bread-and-butter pudding for dessert. I apologized to Grace for behaving so badly yesterday. She was only doing what she thought best and I allowed my personal issues to get the better of me. Dylan promised to spank me if I was a good boy and spoke to Leslie about these issues soon. No spanking until I did.

“Leonard we don't punish with spankings except in extreme circumstances.” Dylan said. “We reward people with spankings in this muddled family. When my dad gets help he will get his thank you spanking.”

“Same thing only different.” Trenton said. “Dylan withholding a spanking is a punishment. So you do the reverse of the norm. That is what I've come to expect from you guys. I am having a great time. I hope you'll come visit us in Newcastle soon.”

“Any chance of a rugby game and they'll be there.” Sophie said. “This lot earn enough from their vegetables to fly out every weekend if they want.”

Bram, J, my housekeeper, Tracy and Tim joined me on my mystery trip to Winchester. Bram thanked me for getting him away from the grills. I led them to the local pub close to the house. While we drank a pint I asked the pub owner for the names of some good lodging places. My housekeeper confirmed we'd need five or six places so we didn't overload one place. Sharing the business between a number of local businesses was politically savvy J added.

“There's one place that has nice rooms but the owner is elderly and recently widowed so I'm not sure what state it's in.” Callum said. “The rooms are spacious. There's five or six rooms.”

“We'll start there since it's the closest.” my housekeeper said.

The house looked good from the outside despite the garden being overgrown and the tool shed looking a little rundown. Behind the desk was an elderly lady and some keys hanging next to empty slots behind her.

“Hello, I'm Tracy and we're looking for some rooms for tomorrow night.” Tracy said brightly but with concern in her eyes.

“My name's Marion.” the lady said. “We have rooms but with my arthritis I find it hard to get up the stairs to clean them. I don't know what to do.”

“You can start by showing Tracy to the kitchen and letting her brew you some tea.” Bram said stepping around the counter to help her from her seat. “She has a very wise friend who will know how to fix that arthritis for you. I know how to fix buildings not people. You don't mind if I touch up your tool shed do you? No bother at all.”

“Lao won't mind you waking him but I'm pretty certain he will be up by now.” I said as Tracy led Marion away.

“We bumped into Christian on the way over.” Caryn said brightly. “Bram called to say somebody needed help. He spends too much time with you.”

“Caryn you are charging me for the work you do here.” Bram said. “Rohan you can't have all the fun. I need a pet project of my own. They won't let me cook so I have lots of time.”

“Bram is right.” Sanne said. “We're taking care of this project. That's why we brought Hans, Clifton and Marikie over.”

“Yes we will accept some help from the monks and nuns.” Bram said. “I will trust your housekeeper to stop you from spending a dime on the place.”

Sanne led the children and the others to the kitchen to meet Marion. J was entering an impressive list of items into his phone. Bram then toured the rooms and the rest of the building with my housekeeper. Christian told them to call if they had trouble getting all their shopping back. His car was closer than the farm. The first items to arrive were a washer and dryer. Bram quickly hooked them up so they could get the laundry started. Christian had a good eye for reusing stuff. Caryn had rightly guessed there was a lot of history in the place and wanted to keep as much as she could.

“We have enough money Caryn.” Bram said. “Maybe not as much as Rohan but enough so you don't need to worry about buying stuff.”

“Thank you Bram but there are pictures of the place from when her husband was alive and I'd like to restore it for her.” Caryn said. “What do you use to get the outside so white? This looks incredible against the dark wood. I don't suppose we can get it done tomorrow. What a pity.”

“Whitewash.” Bram said. “The owner of the hardware store looks old enough to remember how it got made back then. J can chat to him about it. I'll call him.”

“Let's speak to Petersen, Grace and Brother Murray this afternoon.” I said.

Abby came over to stay with Marion while Tracy went shopping for herbs and a teapot. She told me Lao was glad I had got his message and was looking forward to our chat later. Abby and Sanne stayed close to Marion as they toured the garden. Marion remembered every plant. Sanne told her it sounded like a very nice garden. She made one or two suggestions and included a few cooking herbs.

“Rohan I used to spend most of my spare time in this garden.” Marion said. “Yes Abby those were some awards I won on the wall. I don't suppose I'll be winning any more though. All gone. Like everything else.”

“You haven't forgotten and thanks to the photographs you have we will be able to make this as good as new in no time.” Sanne said. “Tracy and Lao will soon have you fit enough to garden again. We have some friends who will help in the meantime. Here's Christopher now.”

“Pleased to meet you Marion.” Christopher said. “This is my husband Garth. Why don't we go inside for a little chat. Sanne we'll gladly do this as an outreach project so you can give to the Order and get a tax break. You're helping us get a foot in the local community so it's the least we can do.”

“Marion you have a strength of spirit I seldom get to see.” I said holding her hands. “You will be out here in no time. My friend Grace loves putting together good healthy diets for people. Catherine will help you regain your strength through some gentle exercise. I'd like my sons to meet you so they can get to see such strength. There's just one problem with my sons I'm afraid. They have a tendency to steal kisses.”

“Rohan if they are half as handsome as you I might be the one stealing the kisses.” Marion said. “I'd love to meet them and your friends.”

“My Love every time I let you go out on your own you end up kissing a pretty lady.” Tim said. “I brought some scones for everybody. Amanda and Sophie kindly carried them for me. Now stop keeping this lovely lass to yourself. We'll need some tea to go with the scones. Christopher you can chat to her while I brew up some tea.”

“Don't worry Rohan we packed some tea with the scones.” Sophie said kissing my cheek. “Looks like J is back with the supplies.”

The hardware store owner had delivered J back to us with his purchases. Bram led him over to the house to discuss the whitewash while I helped J unload the truck. We took care of the tool shed first. Bram was right when he said it would be a quick job that would add a lot to the garden and motivate us. The dark hunter green caused the white trim and roof to really pop. When we finished we went inside for tea.

The cleaners were helping move Matilda's stuff from her attic room to a ground floor room. She had been moving small items on the days she felt healthy enough to make it up the stairs. We helped bring down the bigger items of furniture. My housekeeper had us clean the hallways and other public areas first. Every time Hans, Marikie or Clifton passed me I kissed them for helping.

Clearing out a lot of the overgrowth made a big impression on the garden. Amanda, Sophie, Alida and Sanne worked on the garden for a couple of hours. The local garden shop was getting the plants together and would deliver them tomorrow. I apologized to Marion for not getting it all done today but we had guests for dinner and needed to leave. I promised to bring her some dinner later.

“The garden shed looks lovely.” Marion said.

“I hope you don't mind me taking pictures.” Lawrence said. “I'm an amateur photographer and can't resist recording stuff with my camera. Here's a before and after of the shed. We'll get copies for you. Don't worry. Richard and I are just a phone call away if you need anything.”

“I really can't believe this is happening.” Marion said. “You people are so kind. Thank you.”

We got back and showered just before the first firemen arrived. Catherine, Dr. Deidre and Dabulamanzi had updated Lao. He told them I could call him later. The boys were teasing Trenton because he had suffered the most from the workout. Juliet had given him a massage to help him recover. They stopped teasing him to learn about Sanne and Bram's project. Then they teased Sanne and Bram about spending too much time with me. Dr. Deidre complimented Bram on stealing a project from me. Grace was eager to work with Lao on a diet for Marion and Catherine was happy to teach her a few simple exercises.

Clifton, Hans and Marikie were in for a lot of kisses for their hard work. J suggested to Hans he ask the firemen to put him at the top of a very long ladder to avoid the kisses. Hans pointed out he would have to come down for dinner so it wouldn't help. That reminded me of dinner for Marion. Grace told me some of the food was ready. She packed a basket for us. My housekeeper told me it would be best if we delivered the food now before the rest of the fireman arrived. I drove the three scurvy knaves over with me.

“Pleased to meet you Marion.” Dylan said hugging and kissing her. “This is my brother Adam and his betrothed Morgan.”

They each hugged and kissed her. Grace had included a bottle of wine with a vacuüm sealer and stopper. The boys set a table for Marion complete with candles. I took the boys on a tour of the building. When I asked if there was anything else she needed Marion blushed and admitted Tracy had bought her a bottle of brandy. The boys promised Tracy a kiss for her kindness.

“What will you do tonight?” Morgan asked. “I don't see a TV.”

“I don't have one.” Marion said. “The license is so expensive. Adam we pay a TV license in England. Yes even for public channels.”

“You must have a TV.” Morgan said. “Rohan let's see if we can find Marion a TV.”

The owner of the electronic store was locking the door when we pulled up. When Morgan explained he wanted to buy Marion a TV the owner opened the store. He also called the local cable provider so somebody could meet us when we returned with the TV. Morgan impulsively hugged and kissed the man.

“Sorry to drag you out after hours.” Morgan said to the young man who was waiting for us. “I didn't want Marion sitting here with nothing to watch.”

“Won't take a moment to get everything connected.” the guy said. “I didn't have plans for dinner. My girl and I will go out or get take-out.”

“Good then you can join us for dinner.” Adam said. “The farm on the outskirts of town.”

“I know it.” the guy said. “I installed cable there in a cottage and a bloody big barn. My name's Theo. Pleased to meet you.”

The TV was too big. There was no need to get her every channel. The license place didn't open until tomorrow so she couldn't watch it. I told her the license guy wouldn't bother her. We had met him when we returned. He lived down the lane and was on his way home when he saw us. He told us we couldn't instal the TV and cable until we got the license. Even Theo had backed away from the look on my face when I asked if he was really going to deny an old lady the pleasure of TV tonight. The scurvy knaves had waited until he agreed it would be okay for us to get her one tomorrow before helping me calm down.

We left a very happy Marion watching a travel show with a glass of wine at her elbow. She made good on her promise to steal a kiss from the boys and even stole a couple from Theo. A bobby was waiting outside for us.

“Excuse me Sir but did you threaten a Mr. Browne with bodily violence earlier?” he asked me.

“No I didn't threaten him.” I said calmly. “I predicted that if he ever harassed Marion the karmic consequences would be a lengthy diet of hospital food. That wasn't a threat it was a promise.”

“Well as long as they weren't threats it's all right.” the bobby said with a grin. “Threatening somebody is against the law. Making promises isn't so you're in the clear. Silly sod of a license inspector shouldn't have pushed the matter when you planned to get her a license tomorrow. Well I'll go tell him I had a stern word with you. No need to say the stern words were about him being an idiot is there?”

“No reason at all.” Theo agreed with a grin. “Have a good night Bernie. I'll join you guys just as soon as we've freshened up. Thanks again for the invite Adam. Bernie they've invited me and Rosie to their barbecue.”

“The one where all the firemen will be?” Office Bernie asked. “You will be Rohan then. Thank you for helping Marion. The place looks better already. Well I won't keep you. Have a good evening guys.”

There was no doubt Morgan deserved the special kiss Tracy gave him when I let the gang know he had bought Marion a TV and the three boys were splitting her cable bill. Marikie gave him a special kiss when he told them he couldn't leave her sitting there all alone with no entertainment. Leslie agreed it was better to give her too many channels than not enough. Abby laughed and kissed him when he confessed he had no idea how much the TV and cable had cost. The guy who sold me the TV gave my card number to the cable company. No he didn't sign the slip. The charge went through okay without a signature. He'd check his balance sometime in the next month or two.

“No need to worry.” Adam said. “Morgan is so frugal he's always got plenty in his account. I check our balances every week.”

“So sweet.” Jocelyn said. “Already acting like a happily married couple. Now let's go meet the firemen if you're done helping old ladies for the night.”

I learned that even the firemen working the night shift had come to the farm. We were close enough to town for them to respond to any emergency. They liked the grill area. We showed them around in the last of the daylight. We turned on the lights so the kids could play in the yard. They tossed a rugby ball to each other and played Frisbee. I chatted to the firemen and their families about Winchester. The things they liked and the things they felt could be improved. Christopher could use the information to help us get involved in the community.

“Marion.” a lady was asking Lance near me. “The elderly lady with the lodgings just behind the pub?”

“I don't know what lodgings is but she had a big house.” Lance said. “I helped to clean some of it. We are going to finish cleaning it tomorrow. Marikie, Hans and Clifton helped a lot. She's a very nice lady. We had hot chocolate together.”

“Do you know Marion?” I asked the young lady.

“Marion is her grandmother.” a fireman said. “I'm Harley and this is my wife Bella. How did you get her to accept your help? She's always told us she'll be OK and won't accept any help.”

“I think she was just worn down when Bram made his offer.” I said. “She looked very sad when we entered the place. We didn't have much time but painting the garden shed and clearing the garden helped lift her spirits. That young lady over there called a friend about some herbs for arthritis. Morgan bought her a TV and she seemed in better spirits tonight.”

“You are miracle workers.” Bella said. “I most go thank Bram and Morgan. You're kidding? That cute little boy bought her a TV. I hope he won't get too embarrassed when I kiss him.”

“The two boys on either side of him are splitting the cable bill.” I said. “They won't mind a kiss. Let me introduce you to Bram and Sanne who are financing the restoration. Bram and Sanne this is Harley and Bella. She's Marion's granddaughter. Her husband Harley. She wants to thank you for helping Marion. Please introduce them to Caryn and the others. Thanks.”

I waited until the boys had greeted Theo and his girlfriend before I headed over. Madison was complimenting them on their bravery in approaching me. She thanked them for waiting long enough until I had scared the living daylights out of Mr. Browne.

“A TV license is preposterous.” I declared. “People should give what they can afford to keep public channels open. Then to make an old lady wait a day to watch TV just because of some stupid law was more than I could take. I hate sniveling.”

“He's not always this grouchy.” Adam said with a grin. “I think he needs another beer. Would you guys like a beer or something else?”

“My Love you're supposed to make friends with the locals not bullying them.” Tim said taking my hand. “Who was trying to bully Marion? I think I will go with you boys when you get that license. Tracy packed my light mace and Mr. Browne deserves a healthy dose of what-for. I'll put a dent or two in his counter top to remind him of the word civil in civil service. Trying to stop her from watching TV when the license place was already closed is horrendous.”

“Better make Tim's gin and tonic a double.” Dylan said to the bartender. “He's sounding more like dad every day. I think it happens to everybody who carries a mace of some sort Theo. We're told the heavy mace guys are downright crazy.”

“There you boys are.” Bella said approaching. “I'm told you gifted my grandma Marion a TV and cable.”

There was no sign of embarrassment from the boys when she kissed them. Harley blushed when Dylan asked if he had a grandma they could help. Bella gave Dylan another kiss for asking that. Madison also found it amusing. I bought Harley a drink and asked him to introduce me to his boss. The boys were happy to introduce the two ladies and Theo to the others. Harley blushed deeper when I told him the boys would love a kiss from him.

“Harley its the fire engines we want red not the firemen.” an older guy said with a smile. “Chief Parkinson. Call me Dexter though.”

“Rohan.” I said. “A pleasure to meet you Dexter. Are you guys enjoying yourselves? The snacks okay?”

“Top-notch.” Dexter said. “You've done an amazing job transforming this place. Once the gardens take it will be a gorgeous setting. We're thinking of having our Christmas party here and I don't think we're the only ones. I hear you got off on the wrong foot with Mr. Browne.”

“Words gets around here pretty quick.” I said in surprise.

“Bernie called in his report after your chat.” Dexter said. “We have once central office to monitor radio communications for all emergency services so it didn't take long to get around. I thought Bernie handled things very well.”

“Rohan's life-partner Tim wanted to visit Mr. Browne tomorrow with a light mace.” Harley said. “Something about teaching him to be civil to old ladies.”

“No he wasn't joking.” I said. “I think I'll send one of the ladies over to buy the license. There will be less trouble if I keep the rest of us at Marion's property. She battles to get around with her arthritis so we're helping her get things back in order. I have a rather large group with me and they'd like a night in regular rooms before we leave on Saturday. Hopefully we can get things finished tomorrow and rent the rooms from Marion. The other places are in better shape. We've rented rooms throughout Winchester.”

Dexter seemed genuinely interested in our plans for Marion's inn. His thanks were genuine when I let him know about Tracy getting herbs and a diet together to help Marion. I explained how we would send people over to help her until she was better and started making enough money to hire staff. Tim came over and wrapped an arm around me. He shared how much fun he'd had listening to her talk about Winchester over tea. Then he mentioned how looking through her photograph albums he'd noticed a lot of pictures with firemen in them. That's when we learned her husband had been Fire Chief before Dexter and bought the inn so he'd have something to do when he retired. The inn had done well for five or six years until he died. The spark had gone out of Marion and the arthritis had soon followed.

“I think that spark returned when she saw the newly painted garden shed.” Tim said. “Bram is a very wise man. Getting started on the garden was pure genius. I am curious to see how he applies whitewash to the upper part of the inn. I suppose we could always return Sunday to finish it. Dexter we are helping school a little south of here renovate their rugby stadium. Rohan decided it would be a nice way to thank them for letting the boys play on their high school rugby team.”

“They also bought us a new bus.” Leonard said approaching with the scurvy knaves. “The renovations include a roof over the main stand and a kitchen for my mom to run her catering business. We only let his sons play for one half and he did all of this.”

“We're glad he did.” my housekeeper said approaching. “I haven't had that much fun in a long time. Dinner is ready. We've set up tables in the yard.”

“Dexter I'm not certain what the challenges are with the whitewash.” I said as we headed over. “You'd better speak to Bram.”

I thanked the firemen and their families for attending the barbecue. They chuckled when I praised their courage in eating our food. I told them if they ever needed any help to call us. Our property manager would be out here in two weeks and I promised to introduce him to Dexter. I finished by thanking them for helping us get the awning in place. Dexter thanked us for the gifts we'd made and for including their families in the invitation. He laughed when my housekeeper told him they'd arrived with just enough children to keep her happy. Then he surprised me by thanking us for all the help we were giving Marion.

“I won't keep you from your food for very long but there's something I have to say.” Bella said when Dexter sat down. “Marion might be my grandma but everybody here knew my grandpa Finlay. He was Fire Chief before Dexter. Bram and Sanne have introduced me to all the people who have helped and are going to help Marion tomorrow. Caryn and Christian are decorating the place and from the sketches she showed me it looks amazing and true to how it looked fifty years ago.

I want to thank Catherine, Grace and Tracy who are helping with her health. Bram and Sanne who are covering the costs. I'm not certain I understand why or how but they've promised to explain it to me tomorrow when there's an accountant to translate. Thank you Alistair for joining me tomorrow I could do with a translator. There are others like the boys who bought the TV and are paying for Marion to enjoy more TV channels than the rest of us combined. A lot of people will be over to help tomorrow. Thank you all.

What I want you wonderful people to know is word of your plans has spread and many of us here tonight would like to help as well. We can help with the garden and the housecleaning, the organizing and the fetching and carrying. Pretty much anything that doesn't need any specialized knowledge or skills. So to all of you have worked on this project and who will work on it tomorrow a very, very big thank you.”

“Sorry folks one last things.” Harley said. “We need somebody to volunteer to go pay for Matilda's TV license. Rohan scared Mr. Browne tonight and Tim would like to take a mace with him if he goes to buy it tomorrow. As sweet and as nice as these guys are I don't think they're joking. Thank you George. See me before you go and I'll give you the cash.”

“Thank you George for not listening to Harley.” Morgan said. “Us boys are gifting her the TV which includes the license so please see us and we'll give you the cash. I might not have a mace but I have a tawes, paddle and hairbrush close at hand so if Harley tries to bully you into accepting his money let me know.”

“Well Harley it looks like you've got a decision to make over dinner.” George said with a grin.

“I'm curious to know what decision he makes.” Bella said kissing Harley's cheek. “I might have to thank Morgan for showing me a new side to my husband.”

The food was amazing. Petersen saw me looking over at him and smiled back at me. We raised our glasses to each other. Dabulamanzi grinned when I asked if his appetite for the food matched his appetite for the pretty back washer he'd recruited. Sister Colleen blushed. My housekeeper smacked the back of my head. I kissed her because I couldn't reach Sister Colleen. I surprised a lot of the gang when I went over to sit with the kids. I lifted Clifton on my lap and calmly ate around him.

The kids told me the food was very good. I asked if they enjoyed the greens. Some of them told me they didn't like spinach. I asked them promise me they would keep trying it because greens were very good for them. Maybe one year or five years from now they would like them. The children told me I was being silly when I said they should keep trying for the next two hundred years if it took that long for them to like them. My housekeeper brought me another plate of food.

“She wants me to get fat.” I said to the kids. “I think she has me confused with the turkey she plans on cooking for Christmas dinner.”

“No I don't.” my housekeeper said. “The turkey is much prettier.”

“That's not a turkey it's my husband.” I said. “He's the only one prettier than me.”

“Nice response.” my housekeeper said. “Let me buy you a beer. Yes from the ones you paid for. I'm sensible not cheap.”

The children agreed she would be able to save more for her retirement if she spent my money instead of hers. Lance promised to share his allowance and hot chocolate with me when I retired broke. Another plate of food set before me got the kids laughing. Tracy told them Dabulamanzi had grown so big because he tried to eat more than me. Dabulamanzi told the kids he kept hoping I'd sprout a muscle. He even did a crazy workout with me to help encourage me to grow a muscle. A workout for crazy people only Tracy told the children. They didn't need to worry about doing it because they were sensible.

“Only four servings Boss.” Tracy asked. “Are you still weak from your workout? Shall I get Dr. Deidre to look at you?”

“I'm saving room for dessert.” I said. “They're making custard and I see some honey vodka bottles. Lance won't mind sitting on your lap while we have dessert together.”

Tracy sat down next to me with a bottle of honey vodka and some shot glasses. I poured us a shot while she lifted Lance on her lap. No sense in risking dehydration while we waited for dessert I explained to the children. My housekeeper thought the children would like it if my Lady sang them a song or two while we waited for dessert. I started singing so she would stop kissing me.

“Amazing how he can mumble and mutter while singing such a sweet song.” Sanne said.

“A blend of ventriloquism and channeling.” Alida said. “Very impressive. You have the grouch and the lady show folks. There's a lot I'll forgive in a man who serves such good vodka. I hope they serve dessert soon or I might be asleep in the tent.”

“I'm glad we decided to spend tonight in the tent.” Sanne agreed. “A short stagger is better than a long one. Ah here's our Tipsy.”

The children laughed when Dylan set a whole Tipsy in front of me and Morgan set one in front of Tracy. They presented their cheek for a kiss before leaving us to enjoy our tarts. They returned with more custard for us a short while later. Adam replaced our bottle of honey vodka. Tracy decided working for me wasn't too terrible after all. Layla let the gang know such comments were the sign one had gone beyond tipsy.

“Just as long as you don't go from tipsy to tart it's okay.” Tracy said. “Speaking of tart where did mine get to?”

“I'm over here.” Morgan said.

“Nice try but you're Marikie's tart tonight.” Tracy said. “Be nice and she might even let the custard cool a little.”

“Will you take me as your tart or break my heart?” Dylan sang.

“Now those are some kids in danger of doing a crazy man's workout.” Dabulamanzi said.

“Future heavy mace wielders.” Hafiz predicted. “This is a delicious dessert.”

“Say I'm your tart all tipsy and I won't desert.” Dylan tried. “I don't which is more challenging. Getting eaten or getting spanked.”

“Right now it looks like a tie because you aren't getting either.” Tim said sagely. “You owe J seven kisses for buying Leonard some ear plugs.”

“Why doesn't Leonard owe J seven kisses?” Dylan asked waving a spoon of dessert at Tim.

“How much of a spanking would it be if we didn't have them for him to wear later?” Tim asked.

“You mean my way out of suffering is found in ear plugs?” Dylan asked. “Tim you're as brilliant as Daizan. I'll give you seven times seven kisses.”

“I told you to hold out for more kisses.” Sophie said to J with a smile.

“Dylan understands it's a seven kiss minimum.” J said unperturbed.

“Do you need me to add that to your calendar for later tonight?” Tracy asked. “I know you're unlikely to forget and those two are certain to remind you but you've had a little too much honey vodka tonight boss. Glad you will remember. I don't think I should use a smart phone after all this sugar I've eaten. Boss I think this is a four ounces night. No you... you er scurvy knaves thanks Boss that's four ounces night not four pounces. Tell me boss can this chi thingy you do knock off an ounce? Thank you. Have another drop of vodka.”

“Very kind of you.” I said. “Looks like a lullaby is in order with all these drooping heads.”

The sleepy children brought the night to a close soon after dinner for a lot of the parents. Tomorrow was a school day which was why we had invited them to come over in the late afternoon. Dexter and some of the night crew stayed and played a little Frisbee with us. Soda water with apple juice and the crisp night air revived the scurvy knaves and cleared the heads of some of the adults as well. Dylan slipped off with J to thank him for Leonard's ear plugs.

Our play stayed gentle until Dabulamanzi decided to out wrestle me for the Frisbee. He jumped across and into me when I went up for it. I tucked into a roll and came up a good distance away. A few minutes later I ducked under his arm and jumped in front of him to catch the Frisbee. Before I touched the ground I swatted the top of his head twice with it. A hip throw using Dabulamanzi's momentum got him to the ground but he pulled me down with him.

“The stars are lovely tonight.” I said from on top of him looking up at the sky.

“Very nice but not as pretty as the African sky.” Dabulamanzi said.

“I agree.” I said. “A good induna always lets his back washer get enough rest. I won't keep you from your shower any longer.”

“Thank you my friend for understanding.” Dabulamanzi said with a grin as I pulled him up off the ground. “Thank you for a nice dinner. Same time tomorrow?”

“I hope.” I said. “Depends when we get done at Matilda's. Rest well my friend.”

Dexter told me there was more to our set up than just a catering business. I suggested he have a word with Bella after her chat with Bram and Sanne. He agreed to wait. I reminded him I'd be introducing him to my property manager if he had any questions. Christopher and Garth were the people to chat to if something came up before then. He thanked me one last time for a great evening. The rest of the firemen thanked us as well and left with him.

“What are you scurvy knaves still doing up?” I asked. “I could have walked Jessica home. You're right Dylan I wouldn't have woken you when I got back.”

“We need to stop on the way to check in on Marion.” Morgan insisted.

We found Marion asleep in her chair with the TV still on. Morgan switched off the TV and asked me to carry Marion to her bed. Jessica slipped off Marion's shoes and covered her with a blanket. Then we continued on our way to the house.

“That was very thoughtful of you Morgan.” Christian said kissing Morgan's cheek.

“She's all alone so somebody had to check on her.” Morgan said.

“You thought of her so it was thoughtful.” Jessica said kissing his other cheek. “How do you do it Rohan? You'll be up at sunrise or thereabouts on just a few hours sleep. Then you'll do the crazy workout and help Marion.”

“There's more to meditation and Tai Chi than just stress relief.” I said. “I do have my limits but my support crew plans my schedule so I get chance to rest before I burn out. We have nothing planned for Sunday.”

“Except sunrise meditation.” Tim said with a sigh.

“We can miss one or two.” I said with a smile kissing the tip of his nose.

“We can but we won't.” Tim said. “I'm becoming as bad as you.”

“Do I want to know the purpose behind the ear plugs?” Jessica asked with a smile.

“They're so Leonard can get some sleep.” Dylan said. “Let's leave it at that. I'll explain to Leonard on the way home.”

On the walk home Dylan explained to Leonard it was late and he needed his rest. Dylan had to stay up a little longer but he didn't want Leonard missing out on his rest. That's what the ear plugs were for. I let the boys chat about it among themselves and walked a few yards back with an arm around Tim. He kissed me when I agreed to use the extended paddle.

“There's room for one more.” I said when Adam and Morgan kissed me good night outside the bedroom. “I'm using the extended paddle and the spanking will last just as long with two of you as three.”

“You need to go with them this time Adam.” Morgan said. “I'll get Leonard settled. The sooner you get started the sooner you get done.”

“Oh he'll get done all right.” I said. “Why aren't the three of you on the bed over some pillows? You know the drill. Face down asses up.”

Leonard chuckled as Morgan led him to the sleeper couch in the living room. This late there was no time to linger. The two scurvy knaves insisted on Tim being in the middle because he was sharing his husband with them.

“Lube him for me.” I said as I stripped. “Thanks guys. We don't have much time because it's already late.”

“I just want you to beat and eat me even if it takes thirty seconds.” Dylan said. “Go ahead Dad.”

Three upturned asses were soon on the receiving end of some hard downward strokes. After a mere four blows they were holding hands and crying out. When I got to ten all three had tears in their eyes. I stopped thrashing the sobbing boys after twenty-four solid smacks. The impersonal nature of the thrashing more than the pain had caused the tears. I'd stood to the side and brought the paddle down at a steady rhythm on almost the same area of their asses without a word.

Keeping the impersonal theme going I mounted Tim and resisting the urge to touch an ass on either side I fucked him for a few minutes still with his face down. Then I flipped him over and bent his legs back against his chest. I left the other two bent over the pillows to regather themselves. When Tim's ball rose up I stopped fucking him but kept my cock inside him. Reaching between his legs I jacked him off. I resumed fucking him after I had squeezed the last drop of cum from his cock. Five thrusts later I climaxed inside of him. Gritting my teeth I unloaded silently.

Slapping the two asses next to me I told them to stand up. Wrapping my arms around their thighs beneath their cheeks I lifted them off the bed. Standing at the foot of the bed I held them in place while I sucked the cum from them. No fingering, no groping and no stroking. Only my mouth around two cocks sucking. I even kept my tongue passive beneath their shafts.

“Shower.” I said when I finished swallowing and set them on the floor.

I licked Tim clean while they showered and led him to the bathroom. We each waited for them to step out with a towel in hand. They got dried, kissed good night and sent on their way.

“Proper bastard tonight aren't you.” Tim said as I washed him dispassionately.

“Then I got it right.” I said calmly. “Nice to know. Turn around. Go dry and get into bed.”

He did get a good night kiss. I walked through to the living room where four boys had somehow crammed on to the sleeper couch. I pulled Dylan out from under the covers without lifting them. Temptation unknown is easiest to resist I believe. He ended up in bed with Tim. I returned to the living room, sat down in a chair and did chi healing on the three boys. Then I sat in the armchair in the bedroom and did healing work for Tim and Dylan.

Sitting at a bench out in the yard I did chi healing on Tracy. A little general chi healing for everybody through song followed. The song changed to one of healing specifically for me. A song to restore and replenish my energy before I did some Tai Chi. I sat in Vernon's gazebo and did inner smile meditation for a couple of hours. My Lady told me it wasn't time to wake the boys nor did sleeping for such a short amount of time make any sense. The mantra meditation was perfect for me now. I listened closely as she recited the mantras. Her inflections were slightly different to Daizan's. I laughed when she tried to tell me it was merely a different accent. My Lady let me know what I had set up last night for this morning made me a bastard beyond description. Well as long as I played it perfectly then it's all right.

I got in a number of tender kisses before Dylan stirred. I had tossed the blankets aside and the two of them lay close together. Naked, exposed and asleep they looked angelic. Such a delicious treat I thought as I kissed them. Tender kisses that stopped just above their cocks. From ear to stomach and back up again. Nipples licked, tweaked and sucked as fingers ran lightly down their flanks. Love and tenderness allowed to fill me and flow from me. I wanted to match the impersonal feeling of last night with as much or more tenderness and love this morning. So I let it flow from me.

Focusing on the energy I strove to please the two of them. Tears filled Dylan's eyes again when I entered him in the missionary position. We kissed as I fucked his ass slowly and steadily. I spoke words of tenderness. Expressed my love through words, kisses and gentle touch. I let him see it in my eyes when we broke a kiss and were only connected by ass and groin. My body kept clear of his by my elbows on either side. I kept myself clear of his first orgasm and fucked him on to a second.

While we worked toward his second Tim stirred. I leaned over to kiss Tim softly. Wished him a good morning. Expressed my love for him in words and kisses even as I continued fucking Dylan. A Dylan who soon dissolved in tears and passion. The sweet boy smiled bravely as I withdrew rock hard from him and licked him clean.

“Stay right there Dylan.” I said as I entered Tim.

My husband lay on his back and endured what Dylan had gone through. The physical was nothing in comparison to being taken so dispassionately and now being treated to the gentlest most sincere compliments as a cock slid in and out of your ass. A gentle, soothing physical act completely at odds with the emotions and relief washing through you. Tim couldn't hold back his tears any more than Dylan. I kept on fucking him and stared into his eyes as he unloaded. Riding out the contractions by burying myself balls deep and staying still inside him I waited for him to spend himself.

Taking the two of them in my arms I carried them through to the living room. I pulled the blankets off Morgan and Adam but kept Leonard covered. When I had Morgan and Adam in my arms Dylan and Tim climbed on the sleeper couch and pulled the blankets over themselves. I carried a gently stirring twosome back to the bedroom where I began to process of waking them gently all over again. Lubing them up while I kissed them I prepared Adam. I wanted him first.

I was kissing his neck on the underside of his jawline when he woke. I moved up to kiss his lips. Told him I loved him and let him see it in my eyes. Then kissed him again and entered him. All missionary today I had decided. Focus on the love and tenderness I reminded myself. No way to ride out three orgasms other than shifting attention from the physical. Keep it slow, steady and deep I said to myself. Adam melted and dissolved beneath me. Morgan so finely tuned to Adam's emotions teared up as Adam let the emotions overwhelm him. Deep in the sensations of tender love he climaxed. I thought Morgan might unload as well. My lips remained pressed against Adam's as he climaxed. Now licked clean he lay there and watched me mount Morgan.

Thank the gods this is the last one I thought. Being able to go on indefinitely without unloading doesn't mean you want to. My cock throbbed and my balls ached. This was sweet torture for me but I knew it had been worth it by the reactions of the three boys from last night. Even Morgan rode the fallout of Adam's emotions and dissolved into a tearful, pleasurable orgasm of unimaginable relief. I sighed in relief as cum spurted from my cock into Morgan's ass.

“Go tell Tim and Dylan it's time to line up for their shower Adam.” I said. “I'll start with Morgan.”

On my knees I washed Morgan. We kissed continuously as my hands soaped him. Then I turned him around beneath the spray to rinse off. Adam followed next. Then Tim and Dylan brought up the rear. All four of them lay on the bed and watched me dress. Once again I slipped my workout clothes under my regular clothes. Leonard was waiting in the dining room. I impulsively kissed the top of his head.

“Good morning Leonard.” I said. “I trust it has been a good morning. The blushing tells me it has been a splendid morning and one I regret not having recorded. Let us go sing in the day and give a dignitary or two what-for.”

I greeted everybody cheerfully. The others commented on how relaxed Tim and the scurvy knaves were. I had to work on them for hours I told Leslie. Started last night and finished this morning. They got to sleep through most of it. Tracy told me the chi healing I'd done on her deserved a special kiss. When Jessica asked Leonard how the ear plugs had worked he told her he didn't know because he hadn't worn them. I laughed loudly remembering the blush. Leonard blushed again.

“I'm laughing in joy not at you Leonard.” I assured him earnestly looking into his eyes and gave him a quick kiss on the lips. “Shall we go sing in the new day? Clifton lead the way. You're up first with your chanting. Leslie there wasn't time for sleep. I did other meditations and by the time I finished it was time to put the boys back together again.”

“Did he ever.” Tim said. “Bastard doesn't begin to describe it Abby. He was cold, impersonal and mechanical last night. Brutal almost. Then this morning he was three times as loving as he was cold. Show her Rohan. Think of me as you did when you kissed me awake this morning.”

“How did you boys survive?” Abby asked taking a swig of honey vodka after we kissed.

“They didn't.” Layla said. “Leslie, Garth and Christopher will be busy this morning. We are lucky they can each take one of them. A shortened sparring session. They must talk before breakfast. Leslie will talk to Rohan in Winchester. Sophie he is teaching them a very valuable lesson but it is because it is so valuable the price he pays is so high. Such faith and belief in those three boys is amazing.”

“I wasn't part of it but I felt how much it affected Adam.” Morgan said. “Sorry Rohan it looks like you will have to go through it again with me.”

“Maybe not.” I said. “We'll have to wait and see. Now it's sunrise, a new day and we have the joy of Clifton chanting.”

What a joy it was. The standing in the growing light as this wonderful voice chanted a centuries old mantra. I could feel a connection to the countless voices that had chanted this before. My Lady asked if I'd like to feel and hear such a connection. Full of reckless joy I responded by asking why not. As many as I can I told her. Keep adding one more until I can't hold any more voices I insisted.

Kneeling to face Clifton I took his hands in mine. I let them lie palm to palm on mine. Then I smiled at him and began to let the voices flow through me. His smile threatened to split his face as the resonance grew louder, deeper, fuller and ever more joyful. I smiled at him and nodded my head. Then we both leaned our heads together, closed our eyes and let the mantra consume us. The mantra spread out in search of new fuel from us. A vibration that rippled outward. The others let it continue. They told me after there was no point in sparring. Nobody wanted to move.

When we finally came back to ourselves I wrapped Clifton in my arms and held him close for the longest time. When I whispered he was beautiful beyond belief he knew I meant it unreservedly. Standing up I used the arm wrapped around him to lift him to my shoulders. That was all I did for the morning meditation but it seemed enough.

“Now you boys have time to talk.” I said sitting with Clifton on my lap. “Go on and chat so I can get on and eat. Food this time but keep me waiting too long I might snack on you.”

I kissed Lance's nose when he handed me a mug of hot chocolate. He also had one for Clifton. Morgan sat next to me. I kissed him. I kissed Clifton. Griogair theatrically jumped back causing Lance to giggle. Nancy actually came over and kissed me for the morning chanting.

“Rohan the others might be a while but I have some oatmeal, sausage and a little scrambled eggs for Marion.” Grace said. “Do you mind driving it over to her?”

“I'll drive.” Griogair said. “Rohan needs food before he is ready.”

I carried Clifton to the car and settled us on the back seat. Lance joined us. Morgan held the basket on his lap up front. Griogair got us to Marion quickly by driving a little above the speed limit. Clifton and Lance loved watching how quickly things flashed by.

“She's still asleep.” Morgan whispered from the door of the bedroom.

“Wake her gently.” Griogair advised taking the basket from him. “We'll have it on the table in a minute or two.”

Marion caused Morgan to blush by saying she had woken to see an angel and thought she'd died. Lance had plucked a flower from the garden for the table. None of us told him the pretty flower he had chosen was a weed. Marion kissed him thank you. The flower was pretty.

“Coffee in the red flask and a vegetable juice in the green.” I said. “Carrot, apple and ginger I believe. Is there anything else you need? We'll be back right after our breakfast.”

“You have been very kind.” Marion said. “Thank you. I'd love to watch the local news if you can find it Morgan. Now go eat. I know you're hungry.”

We were hungry and drove back just as fast. I loved the ride. The others had chosen to wait for us. The moment the car stopped the bell got rung three times. I ate a lot. Tracy asked if I ever planned on letting Clifton go. Never I declared. Fair enough she agreed. Catherine suggested doing our workout in the afternoon so we weren't tired while helping Matilda. I agreed because we had promised to return right away.

Bella, Harley and Alistair were waiting to chat with Petersen and Christopher. Marion couldn't believe how many people had arrived to help. She agreed with Sanne it would hardly take any time at all to get the garden in with all these hands. Marion told Grace she was welcome to poke around the kitchen and pantry. Caryn shadowed Grace to make a list of any items Grace wanted to add to the kitchen.

A framed TV license was soon hanging on the wall courtesy of George. Tim had found an alphabetical listing of the TV channels and printed it out for Matilda. Somebody would take it for laminating when they made a trip into town. We concentrated on the garden. The flowers got delivered first thing. Sanne had chosen some slightly more mature pants to help give the garden some fullness right from the start. Leif was bustling around. Whenever he came within arm's reach I kissed him to the delight of Clifton and Lance. I told Alida I was aware of how distracted Leif got surrounded by flowers. Yes I was taking advantage of it to get more kisses. How could I possibly feel bad about kissing Leif. Tim agreed it was like feeling bad about kissing him. We sealed that statement with a kiss.

“Nowadays it is very rare to meet people doing such a wonderful thing from the goodness of their hearts.” Bella said taking Sanne's hands in hers. “Christopher says this is mostly about giving back and keeping the flow going plus you get a little tax break. He says the tax break is not enough to make this the only reason you are doing it. You could invest in a business, pay taxes and still make money. Instead you are helping Marion. Why?”

“Bram told me he saw a very lonely lady who seemed afraid and lost.” Sanne said. “He isn't a doctor or a therapist so when he feels moved to help he does it by building things, repairing things and letting me enjoy being a gardener. Bram's heart wouldn't allow him to walk away and leave Matilda in pain. We have doctors, therapists and others who can help in our group. Bram needed to do something as well.”

“Our family will always be in your debt.” Bella said. “Petersen told us about the farms. We will set up something similar here. The only difference is it will be a long time before we buy your shares. Even if we can afford it we won't buy them back. You will make money through this venture because I believe you honestly didn't think of that for one moment. When I have kissed you and Bram thank you I am going to hunt down Morgan. He came by and helped get Marion get in her bed. Then he brought her breakfast this morning.”

Sanne hugged Bella close and long after the kiss. Bram got hugged and kissed but not nearly as long. A grinning Bella took Morgan by the hand and led him inside. A startled but happy Morgan returned to us a good thirty-minutes later. He didn't say a word. Tracy couldn't get anything out of him by teasing him. When Sanne pressed him he simply said thank you and left it at that. Tea got brewed in the kitchen and cookies brought over from the farm. Townspeople showed up to help us get the garden in.

Bram was busy mixing whitewash when two firetrucks arrived. They extended their ladders over the yard and lifted Bram and J up in a bucket. This made getting the whitewash on the upper part of the house a lot easier and quicker. Hafiz joined Bram and Chen got up in the basket with J. The four of them kept working because we never knew when the trucks would be needed. They took sandwiches up with them. Dexter came over to check on progress. He led Marion out to look at the garden and the upper half of the inn. He told her it looked just like he remembered when they first bought the inn.

Clean linens, new mattresses and curtains were carried through and up to the freshly cleaned rooms. Bathrooms were redecorated and Marion's attic room turned into a room for a guest to replace the one she was using on the ground level. Tracy had taken charge of the small bar at the back of the lounge. This was never going to be a full pub but was there to provide drinks for the eight tables in the lounge during meal times. Grace told me she planned to serve whatever Marion was eating to the diners. A couple from the catering crew would run the kitchen. They needed to cook for Marion so cooking for a few extra would be no trouble. Besides they got to run a kitchen on their own and could call Grace if they needed help. Lawrence had shown her how to easily set up a weekly menu on a web page attached to the inn's new website. Richard let us know it would be no trouble to maintain this website along with the one they had for their hotel. Thanks to the gang renting rooms in the other inns we knew what price to charge for rooms. Petersen had helped with the meal prices.

Dabulamanzi carried Marion up the stairs so she could see the rooms. The Order would provide staff and the inn would be open for guests on Monday. There were just a few things in the kitchen that needed finishing. Grace was going to take care of them on Sunday. The new staff would travel down on Sunday. They would stay in the dormitory until they could find rooms in Winchester. I let Grace know I didn't mind buying a house and renting the rooms at fair market price if she could find me a property manager to keep an eye on it. The house would be quiet and calm with low-key dinner parties I insisted.

“I can sit out here and have breakfast.” Marion said standing on a small terrace next to the front door. “The garden is just as I had it Bella. Sanne did a wonderful job. Bram the whitewash is perfect. Everything is perfect. I have a TV. Harley if you come over to watch the game you better bring your own beer. I don't do tabs not even for family. Morgan you, Sanne and Bram will never have to pay for anything here. More tea Tracy? Already? Even with the vanilla honey it's ghastly Rohan. I might not need to drink it forever but it already feels like I have.”

“Once you get on the new diet plan and use the oil blends we made you the healing will speed up.” Garth promised. “I found a local herbalist who will work with Lao and check in on you at the inn. Bella will be here when she visits to make notes. I think the herbalist will pay attention and work well with Lao now that Morgan has threatened her with a sound spanking if she doesn't treat you properly.”

“The look on her face was priceless.” Caryn said.

“Especially when you said it was hardly motivation for her to behave.” Holden added.

We promised to stop in on Sunday on our way to London. Grace assured me between her and Christian any little things that still needed doing would get done. I could stop fussing about the computer system and back up system and security codes for the electronic locks. Finally out of patience she swatted me and passed me off to Catherine. I'm going back to the farm to finish off dinner and you are going to work out until you're too tired to fuss Grace told me.

Workout we did. There was no reason for Lao or Catherine to change it up since we were only doing it for three days. Our bodies wouldn't need any changes to keep it challenging or interesting. Once again we held our position so I could do some chi healing on Dabulamanzi at the end of our workout. Dr. Deidre had accepted we were okay and reduced our back washer to one person. Morgan asked Tim for the honor tonight.

Soaped and on his knees with his ass pressed back against me Morgan was getting a sound pounding. He had his face turned to the side and his right cheek pressed against the wall. The scurvy knave waited until I had a good head of steam going before he jerked over the edge.

“Leonard never wore ear plugs last night.” Morgan said. “We lay on the couch listening to you spank the others while we jerked off. Fuck the boy has a body to kill for. What a gorgeous cock. When he climaxed I swear the cum flew six feet up. He's so fucking hot Rohan. Very, very hot and horny and eager and sweet.”

“Shut up dam you.” I groaned.

“Fuck Rohan his ass is so tight I don't think you could slip a five pound note into his cleft.” Morgan said. “Oh what bliss to fuck that boy. Some lucky guy is... Hmm already? Was it something I said?”

“Better stop laughing or I'll fuck you again.” I warned. “Do you have to ask if I'd like to fuck him after what just happened? You know what it was you said.”

I told Tracy not to ask when she heard Morgan tell Leonard he owed him a beer. Well he owed him several but one was all his mom would allow. I stuck to beer tonight. Pasties with a nice trifle for dessert Grace told me. She was so grateful to Catherine for giving me a workout she'd let her sample the trifle. Would you believe that Catherine wouldn't share it even though without my shenanigans she wouldn't have any? I settled for another beer and vowed I wouldn't do another workout for her for the next three minutes. Tracy agreed it was good to treat the ladies firmly. Leslie told me it was a nice balance of firmness without upsetting the woman in charge of my workouts too much. My housekeeper declared it a miracle the two of them could say that rot with a straight face.

Most of the gang left shortly after dinner to check in to their inns for the night. None of us mentioned Bella was staying at the inn in one of the newly redecorated rooms to keep an eye on Marion when Morgan suggested we take a walk to check on her. I drew Jessica back and thanked her for staying after dinner so we could walk her home. Yes I did believe she would do such a thing for Morgan.

“We were walking Jessica to her room and thought we'd check to see if you like the room Bella.” Morgan said calmly.

“I love it.” Bella said. “The wireless bell and intercom between her new room and the one in the attic works perfectly. I'm glad there will be somebody staying here. Dylan thanks to the remodel we will have six extra rooms to rent even without that room. We will also make a little money from the food and drink.”

“Where are my manners.” Marion said. “Drinks for everybody Bella. You don't mind if the handsome lad joins me in a brandy do you Rohan?”

“That's his decision to make.” I said. “He knows his limits. The same goes for these other scurvy knaves. Jessica will speak for Leonard.”

“I'll let him decide as well.” Jessica said. “You're welcome son. From what I hear you've earned my trust. Nobody's said anything. I'm basing this more on what you haven't done. We'll have a talk about it on Sunday. Your friends have been very honorable. Very open about what goes on between them but only because they have permission to be open. They haven't got that from you and won't say a word. These are the sort of friends you want to keep.”

“To good friends.” Marion said touching her glass to Morgan's glass.

“And new good friends.” Morgan said. “I think Caryn and Christian did a great job from the pictures. This is good brandy. I hope we didn't leave you without any.”

“We will get some more tomorrow.” Bella said. “Morgan you guys have done enough. Thank you.”

We shared a pleasant time finishing our drinks and seeing Jessica home. Then we took a circuitous walk home that included part of main street. Dylan slipped a hundred in to the pocket of a homeless guy who was asleep in an alley. He even kissed the man's cheek and wished him a good night softly. The gentleman slept on without stirring.

When we got back to the cottage Dylan and Tim decided to make me the filling in their amorous sandwich.

“Rohan how will we get any sleep if you leave the door open?” Morgan asked when I suggested it. “Leonard only has one pair of ear plugs.”

“Besides it is rude to listen to the amorous activities of your Dad and his husband.” Adam added. “The difference is if you close the door then you won't know we are listening in. Discretely listening is perfectly okay.”

“I imagine things have changed a lot since they invented gas lamps so we don't mind explaining these things to you Rohan.” Morgan said. “Now kiss us good night so we can get to sleep sooner. No need to tuck us in.”

“You'd expect him to be more eager to be alone in a room with two cute boys.” Adam said as they walked away.

“You got enough revenge last night.” Tim said pulling me back into the room. “We're here to get our revenge for last night.”

“Huh you guys don't have it in you.” I said. “Dylan there's no way you two are patient enough to go gentle with me. Puddle-licious is a man's game. A real man's game.”

“Ooh I think your Pater is challenging us.” Tim said. “A man's game is it? Well I'm game to do my man.”

“Man up Pater you're in for a rare treat.” Dylan said.

That sweet son of mine had the gall to poke his head out the bedroom door and warn Leonard to put in his ear plugs. The next hour was glorious. I was hoping for two but they'll grow in to it. The journey sure as fuck would be amazing. They had learned from my tenderness this morning. Tim took care of my back while Dylan treated the front to soft kisses, light touches and completely ignored my throbbing cock. Between they got my cock to throb for most of the hour.

When the pleasure became too much for the boys they pushed me on my back and straddled my chest. They wouldn't let me kiss or suck their cocks. No it was all about lying there while the other kissed my feet and the boy up top jerked off in to my mouth. Tim squeezed the last drop of his cum out on my tongue and slid down me. When his ass bumped gently against the head of my cock he lifted himself up. Holding himself motionless with the head of my cock kissing his opening he waited and waited and waited.

While Tim waited Dylan slid his little finger inside my ass. Barely long enough was enough to caress my sweet spot. Still Tim toyed with my cock. He brought me right to the brink of my patience running out. I had to resort to my inner smile meditation to hold out. A second finger up my ass was the signal he'd been waiting for. One smooth downward thrust was all it took for me to penetrate it. Fuck me, pardon the pun, if the imp didn't just sit there. He had my entire cock in his ass and he just sat there. Grinning at me like some Cheshire cat. My husband had the temerity to blow me a kiss.

Reaching back he grabbed my thighs and with help from Dylan spread them out. Tim held them still while Dylan took an eternity to lube my ass. Every time my cock throbbed inside him Tim's grin somehow grew even broader. I couldn't keep my sigh of relief inside me when Dylan penetrated me. Inching his way in me he settled down close enough to fuck me while running his hands over Tim's chest, stomach and cock.

Watching my son toying with my husband while fucking the one and being fucked by the other was almost enough to get me off in record time. Only my resolve not to give them that satisfaction helped me delay my satisfaction. I don't think they cared but I did. Sometimes you must be a little selfish even when fucking two of the guys you love most in the entire world. I wasn't too selfish. They had done their work too well for me to last very long.

“And you call me slow.” I said through gritted teeth. “We'll be lucky to make sunset meditations tomorrow. Get on with it.”

“Feeling the pressure are you Scoundrel?” Tim said. “Shall we turn up the heat a bit.”

“I think he wants us to slow down.” Dylan said easing up. “Such language Pater. A simple no would suffice.”

“Spank his balls Dylan.” Tim said. “His ass is a little occupied.”

My son made the mistake of listening to Tim. He compounded his mistake by continuing to jerk off Tim with one hand while smacking my balls with the other hand. Tim hadn't moved since impaling himself. When he climaxed amidst my ball spanking it proved too much for me. I nearly dislodged them both as my body arched up in pleasure. Cum flew from my cock to coat the inside of Tim's ass. His cum sprayed all over my torso as he battled to stay on while riding out his orgasm.

“That was amazing.” Dylan said when I slumped back to the bed. “My turn.”

“Help yourself to some ass Dylan.” Tim said. “Fill it with your load. I'll help myself to a kiss or two from our manly man.”

That's exactly what happened. Tim and I kissed while Dylan fucked me smoothly and quietly until his pleasure grew. Then amidst whispered curses and groans he unloaded inside of me. A gentle orgasm that matched the mood of their lovemaking perfectly. So sweetly did he finish me off it made my orgasm even more jarring. The one clash of thunder and lighting that shatters an otherwise still night. I loved it. I melted.

“Puddle-licious.” I admitted with a smile.

They were very restrained in their victory. I squeezed in the shower with the two of them. There was a lot of delicious rubbing against each other. Tim asked me to please get some sleep tonight so I joined them in bed. I made certain I was on the outside because I knew I'd be up before them. We had a lot of breakfast sandwiches to prepare for our road trip. I wanted an early start.

Petersen and Leif found me in the kitchen rinsing spinach and brewing coffee. They had thought of giving the catering crew a hand as well. Grace had arranged for the students and catering crew to get up a little earlier so soon we had a full kitchen working on the sandwiches. I slipped back to the cottage to wake the boys.

“Sorry I can't join you guys in the shower.” I said as I lifted my head from Tim's cock. “Adam if you want to get blown grab Morgan and get in here for a double-team while these two shower.”

Fingers, stroking and hard sucking got them off. No sparring today I announced. We have a long way to go so I intend to leave as soon after our meditations as possible. Tracy called and texted the others to get them over. The minute we had enough sandwiches for the people in a car we sent them on their way. I waited with the fucketeers to leave with the catering crew.

“We'll catch up with you later.” I said to Grace as I took the basket from her and kissed her cheek. “Thank you for being so kind to Morgan.”

“I think Marion is great as well.” Grace said. “Don't linger too long.”

Harley, Bella and Matilda were enjoying their morning coffee when we arrived. Morgan told Marion he couldn't leave Winchester without a kiss from the finest lady for a thousand miles. He hoped the breakfast sandwiches proved worthy of a kiss or two. Marion gave him and the other boys three each. We ate our sandwiches with them. Tracy turned our coffee into Irish coffees and left the rest of the whiskey with them. She also checked on Marion's herbal tea blend. This evening she had her first session with the local herbalist and Lao. Morgan got Marion to promise she would dance with him when her arthritis had healed. I reminded him about the chi benefits of some of the new daces we'd learned. Tracy promised to let him know when Marion was pain-free and mobile enough to do them.

“How on earth did you have breakfast with Matilda and still catch up to us?” Grace asked. “The reason must have something to do with the long swig Tracy is taking from her bottle.”

“Two speeding tickets.” Dylan said with a grin. “Tim is paying them now.”

“We'd have been here sooner but one of the officers insisted on going on about the dangers high-speed driving.” I grumbled. “There wasn't another car in sight apart from the police car and it was on the side of the road. Twits. Anyway the roof looks amazing. Come along Tracy there's work to do.”

“Hang on boss I need to thank the gods for getting me here alive.” Tracy said. “Abby one of those tickets was for one-hundred-and-fifty pounds. The first was only a hundred because Rohan was still building up speed.”

“Two-fifty for an extra hour or more here is a bargain.” I declared. “Good morning Oscar. Thanks for the beer. Sorry we're a little late. Two policemen got in the way. Lovely roof you have here. Looks so light. Almost as if it is about to take off.”

“The architects Ingrid used did an amazing job.” Oscar said. “They included solar panels on the top to help power the lights. The stainless steel cladding worked perfectly as well. Can you boys tell I'm a little excited about it?”

“You waited long enough.” Dylan said. “What's first on the agenda? Painting the stands sounds like fun.”

“First we have to make certain it is really clean.” my housekeeper said handing us brooms.

Sanne told me Bram was checking on the Jessica's kitchen space. They had built it a couple of days ago so the mortar could set. Bram was making certain they had done a good job. Petersen, Caryn and Phyllis were helping with those projects. Tracy was checking on her bar. I deliberately stayed away from the concession area and worked on the stands. When the scurvy knaves slapped my butt in passing Leonard joined in. I ignored them and kept on painting. Hot dogs got passed around with green smoothies so we could work through lunch. I wanted to see this finished.

The fading light gave Oscar the perfect opportunity to turn on the lights. I had reached the last of the benches and was looking for more when Clifton told me we had finished them all. Tim told me I had looked so at peace working my way up the stands none of them wanted to disturb me. I was surprised to discover I was holding a mug half-full of hot chocolate. My housekeeper and Abby complimented me on a lovely job. The walkways and bases of the concrete benches were claret. The tops of the benches were a light blue. Alexander told me everybody agreed it looked amazing.

“Did they kick you out of your kitchen?” I asked Jessica who was standing alongside Alexander.

“No they didn't.” Jessica said wrapping an arm around me and hugging me close. “I had to leave because it was overwhelming. There is no way I can ever thank you enough.”

“Lots of cakes will do it.” Adam suggested. “Here comes Caryn so I guess they are ready for the unveiling.”

Alexander gave a brief speech to thank everybody for their hard work today. He was as surprised as us we had got it all done. I held Jessica close when she burst into tears at the sight of the kitchen. My housekeeper came over to take her away but I waved her off. I motioned for the other parents and the gang to go through the concession stands. While they all admired the work I did some grounding for the two of us.

“We'll wait until everybody else has seen it.” I said.

Leonard walked through it with us. Petersen explained the slow cookers were there so Jessica could bring some food home for dinner if she was catering a function and couldn't cook at home. Bram showed him a fold-up grocery cart that they could use to wheel the cookers home. He had made two u-shaped stands out of wood that fitted inside the cart over the slow-cookers so they could stack three of them on top of each other or two slow cookers plus other dishes like salads or sides.

“The straps will allow you to secure pitchers of smoothies or gravy to the side of the cart.” Bram said.

“Or pitchers of beer.” Tracy said offering Jessica one. “When he's older of course Jessica. That means not until next week Leonard. Promise?”

“Promise.” a grinning Leonard said accepting a beer from her.

“Time for dinner Boss.” Tracy said. “We're in for an Indian feast. Curries, lentils and flatbread for about a thousand. My boss might even leave some food on the table.”

“The bar area looks as lovely as you.” I said to Tracy as we walked down to the tables.

“Our friend from Maxim brewery helped.” Tracy said. “His market research team told me what the best-selling local beers are so I called them. This is the second local brewery I called. The first wasn't willing to share the space with Maxim. I think the other guy's boss is teaching him the value of sharing. Rohan this was either a local brewery working with Maxim or solely Maxim but Sunderland would be represented. A pity it's so small.”

“They could give you the grandstand and it would still be too small.” Abby said.

“There is suffering.” Morgan said solemnly and proved it by suffering through a tickling.

Unfortunately the boys didn't have time for a practice. I promised to bring them back next Friday for a practice just before the game on Saturday. Morgan called Bella between the main meal and dessert. He told us Marion and the local herbalist had gotten on very well. Harley had seen two townhouses next to each other for sale and would show them to us tomorrow. Tim reminded me of my promise to offer housing for Marion's staff. The realty firm also managed properties so it looked like a good deal. Caryn told Holden it looked like they needed to go shopping to spend all the money she was making off our group. Ingrid arranged to have some engineers join us to inspect the buildings tomorrow.

The parents and other volunteers gave positive feedback about the food. Grace told me it had gone off better than she expected. Even Petersen was smiling at the end of the night. Although the catering crew was driving back to Winchester we were staying at a mystery destination my housekeeper announced. Lance gave her lots of kisses when we realized we were staying in the treehouses for the night. The boys followed right behind Lance. I didn't let her escape without a kiss either.

Instead of sparring the next morning I had Catherine put the boys through a thirty-minute workout which we all joined in. Then we settled in for a leisurely breakfast. Tracy drove me and the boys back to Winchester this time. The boys were very disappointed she didn't get a speeding ticket. Harley and Bella drove Morgan and Marion to the townhouses. A quick cellphone call had the engineers leaving the farm to meet us at the townhouses.

“How many staff do we have to house for Matilda?” I asked. “Four. These are two four bedroom townhouses much like the coffee-shop property. They both have a garage out back. Can we convert the garages into one living unit Ingrid? Please check with the engineers. We also have basements? They can become games rooms. Let's go find those engineers.”

The engineers didn't see any problem apart from local building codes stopping us from making the garages a garden cottage. The nervous young lady showing us the homes called her boss. He gave her the number of somebody in town planning to call. One of the engineers chatted to him. He also discussed getting a business license so the second townhouse could deal with the overflow from Matilda's inn.

“How much understated luxury can the two of you cram in to the garage conversion?” I asked looking intently at Ingrid and Caryn. “Refined and stylish but I want us wrapped in comfort. No chemicals, no off-gassing carpets or paint fumes just a healthy, relaxing space.”

Caryn, Ingrid and the engineers huddled. They called the city official back and huddled some more. I led Matilda, Bell and Harley around the corner with the boys to a teahouse. I had tea and treats waiting when they joined us. The nervous young lady trailed behind. I had noticed another for sale sign with an older estate agent's picture on another house. She kindly agreed to help our nervous agent with the paperwork. She even told me just to wait at the teahouse.

When she arrived we walked back to the townhouses because there was more space to work. I explained I wasn't certain how my accountant would want to pay for the properties. I had to leave for London soon because I had a very early flight tomorrow. What I wanted to do was sign the paperwork and let him arrange payment tomorrow. Dylan suggested using my housekeeper's debit card. I thought the young lady would faint when Tim said there should still be two million on it. Tracy introduced the lady to honey vodka much to the delight of the older realtor who took a swig without any coughing or spluttering.

“Perfectly sound and in good shape.” our engineer told me. “Furnace, windows and water heater need updating. The roof is good for another five years. A good buy. Ingrid and Caryn will have fun with these two properties. I hear they have something epic for your garage conversion. Rohan the garages were built against each other so it's pretty easy to convert.”

“Habitable for now Rohan so Marion's staff can move in any time.” Caryn said. “They can stay in the one while we renovate the other and then move over to the other. Ingrid can we put in a door on each level between the townhouses? Yes Rohan we can. I'll make a note of it. No we wouldn't want people getting wet moving their stuff out through the front door when a few hundred pounds will keep them dry. Oh gods Rohan you are too sweet.

I have to go up to Blyth with Tim and the dignitaries. We're staying in London tomorrow for a rest day and to get caught up on laundry. I'll get this place decorated and go buy the furniture. We'll have it delivered when Vernon has a day off. Yes I'll check. Brother Murray and Sister Celeste will still be here for a few days. So the plan is to design it tomorrow morning, email you the sketches and go shopping at our London shop. Arrange for delivery to Winchester. Go spend Tuesday and Wednesday in Blyth. Thursday here. Friday you pick me up on the way to your rugby practice.”

“Rohan it won't take long to do the sketches.” Ingrid said. “The townhouses are a mirror image of each other. We'll use the theme from Matilda's inn in the townhouse for the overflow. I think the staff will want something different so they feel like they aren't at work.”

“No I'm not going to use Matilda's theme in the garage even if it is a lovely décor.” Caryn said. “I have something very special in mind for the garage conversion. Do you love me enough to let me surprise you? You do! No peeking? Yes I do have to sit on your lap and kiss you for trusting me that much. Do I have a budget? Sorry Rohan I couldn't resist.

Now let me buy you lunch at a local farm I know. Lunch is on me everybody. I'd like you lovely ladies to join us. You just sold us some nice property. We need to celebrate. I get to go decadent. Understated decadence. Hmm, this will be fun. A call to Emily is in order. Remind me to kiss Hafiz into cooperating when we get to the farm Holden. You'll have to spank me tonight for kissing handsome older guys.”

“There is joy.” Adam said as we left the townhouses.

Holden was quick to point out Hafiz when we got back to the farm. Caryn asked the boys to take me inside the barn so she could have a word or two with Hafiz when she finished kissing him. Layla's laughter could be heard inside the barn. Dabulamanzi assured Marion it was no trouble to carry her. Morgan wanted to show her the farm. I chatted with Petersen and Leif while Grace supervised lunch. Sister Colleen and Sanne blushed under the praise Marion had for their gardens when they returned.

Chicken in white wine with mashed potatoes and a blackberry cobbler made a great lunch. Petersen was still in awe of Grace's transformation of the chefs. The students had arrived with more cooking skills than the catering crew which made things a touch easier. Christopher felt really good this would be a great success. Eager to move on we didn't dawdle over lunch. I didn't rush because Morgan loved his time with Marion but he knew we had to get to London and was sensible about things. We walked Marion, Bella and Harley to their car.

“Tim don't forget I want a call to know why Rohan insists on you going to Blyth while he is in Poland.” Bella said. “Morgan you and Adam will have a room at our inn Friday and Saturday night.”

“I'll call you Tuesday night around eight.” Tim promised.

The estate agents left as well. I hugged the younger one tightly to get her to stop thanking me for her first sale. Tracy suggested she keep my number close because I was always looking for properties when I spent time in one place. Vernon and Marion live here so you will be bringing Tim and Morgan here often my housekeeper pointed out. The older estate agent reassured me she enjoyed the chance to give back by helping groom the young lady and teach her the ropes. I had insisted the young lady manage my properties or the sale was off so she would be able to practice on a small property.

“My Love are you likely to buy more properties here?” Tim asked.

“Yes I will keep on buying properties.” I said. “Apart from the chance to make the buildings more efficient and eco-friendly the rentals guarantee a steady income. Five properties here could bring in between four or five thousand each month. Allow a little for upkeep, taxes and other expenses and you still put three thousand away. Now if I do this ten times I suddenly have thirty thousand coming in each month.”

“Then consider the appreciation on the property.” the older agent said. “On fifty properties over five years Rohan should gain around three hundred in equity. That's not bad to have as a retirement fund.”

“You could just keep the rentals.” Tim said. “Thirty thousand a month is plenty for a lot of people to live off. How may rental properties do you own my Love? Wait. Let me guess. You have no idea.”

“Well I buy one here and one there so it is hard to keep track.” I said. “There are forty or so just in Blyth. I wasn't planning on buying these two townhouses. The opportunity just arose because of Marion. Then a year might pass before I pick up another or Frederick might have some extra dividend money he needs to spend for tax purposes so he buys a few. My goal is usually to buy at least five or six in one town or city. I won't count the overflow townhouse as a rental because it is variable income and will go through Marion's inn. Yes Dylan I guess I am in the market for four or five more here.”

“How many do you have in London?” Adam asked.

“About a dozen or more because London is so big and I spent so much time in London.” I said. “Love the old buildings and history of the neighborhoods. Such a magical place.”

“So between Blyth, London and Winchester you will be close to or over sixty.” Adam said. “Say eight hundred on average that brings us to around fifty each month. Here I am getting excited about my fifteen each quarter.”

“That's not bad for somebody as young as you.” the older agent said. “Come chat to me if you manage to save thirty or forty. You could be earning at least two per month. I know it doesn't sound much but that's in addition to your dividends. Do that twice in a year and you'll be looking at around forty after taxes and maintenance costs. Repeat the next year and you'll double it.”

“I get the idea.” Morgan said. “Adam we must think of combining our resources. Even once a year every year for five years will have us up to around ten grand per month. The difference is once we get to the third year we will have the extra cash to buy three or four properties each year. Ten years from now we could have fifty properties. We'll be earning about five hundred a year.”

“I'm taking you and Dariusz on a picnic next week to discuss a similar pooling of resources.” I said to Dylan who had a wistful smile on his face. “The two of you will forge your own empire just as Tim is forging something different from what Adam and Morgan are looking to create.”

“Really Dad?” Dylan said brightening. “We can do it even though Dariusz is part of the Order.”

“He is staying there while he studies.” I said. “The donation I make every month means he can leave at any time without owing a dime. I am part of the Order and I'm okay financially.”

“You're not embarrassing your sons financially.” Adam said kindly. “Try to stay solvent until I've married Morgan. I don't mind him marrying me for your money. Marrying me for my money would be a problem.”

“Very sensible approach Adam.” Tim complimented him. “Rohan has the ladies' phone numbers for when you are ready to become property tycoons. We must get on to London.”

There was no sense in doing anything but pizza for dinner when we finally arrived in London. I had booked us on a flight that left after sunrise meditations but not much later. The next morning the five of us said goodbye at the B&B. Then it was on the Underground to Heathrow airport.
