The Runaways Chapter 23

Willy said laughing at his brother.

"Maybe you, but he hasn't seen me naked that much." Chase answered. Eric
was laughing at both of them.

The runaways Chapter 23

(Tanner)

Tanner got the call at 11 a.m. It was from Dr. James Stevenson's Lawyer
Brannon Kampenson. From what he understood about the conversation. The
State of Iowa was appealing the lower courts decisions to the Federal
Court. They were trying to fast track the court case, but a decision had
already been made in favor of the boys. The Court date wouldn't be set
until all discovery had been turned in both the prosecution to the
defensive. From what the Lawyer said, the case looked good for the boys.
So, it looked like the boys would be staying with him for at least a few
more months. The court date wouldn't be set until after the boys were
already in school. Toby would be here this afternoon and the boys were hard
at work at the Cedar Falls store. The shelving was all set and stock would
be coming in on Friday. It was also decided the boys would be going to
their grandfathers for the weekend. Eric would be staying home with
him. Eric was excited to be spending the weekend alone with his Uncle. It
had been over a month since their little sex encounter and Eric wanted to
continue from where they had left off. Eric also wanted Tanner to take
pictures. He had all the clothes he wanted to wear set up in his closet.
Tanner was also getting excited about the weekend. Tanner and Eric were
thinking the same thing.

"Tanner." Came Willy's voice from the family room. Chase and Eric were
outside playing catch with a football.

"What's up Willy?" Tanner asked as he entered the room.

"There is a man standing out in the grove taking pictures of Chase and
Eric." Willy said pointing to one of the surveillance cameras in the upper
corner. Tanner enlarged the view and sure enough there was a man with
several cameras hanging around his neck. Tanner was on the phone in seconds
to David.

"Hey, David sorry to bother you but are you on duty?" Tanner asked.

"Yeah, what's up?" Officer Cocrin asked.

"We have a trespasser on my property. He is back in the trees taking
pictures of the boys out playing football and it concerns me. Should I call
the boys inside the house?" Tanner asked.

"No, There are two Deputy Sheriffs in the area and I will be there in ten
minutes. Just watch what he does and if he comes closer to the house, call
the boys inside." David suggested. Tanner thought David was right and let
him know that is what he decided. So, Willy and Tanner watched the cameras
while waiting for the Sheriffs to arrive.

Mark was the first officer to find the car belonging to the trespasser. He
tagged the car and called in to the station to find out who the car belong
too. The plates came back belonging to a private detective from Des Moines
Iowa. Officer Aaron Carlson moved into the woods. Coming up from behind
where the man was said to be located. David came in from the south and
pulled up into Tanners yard and parked next to the garage. David was on the
phone as soon as he had his car parked telling Tanner to call the boys in
the house now. As soon as he heard Tanner call the boys, David was in the
back yard in a flash. He was still on the phone with Tanner giving him
direction as to where the man was located. At the same time he was on the
radio talking to both Aaron and Mark. The man had no chance of getting
away.

Detective Mark Ingram was totally taken by surprise by the three officers
with their guns drawn. He had only intended to come in and get a few shots
of the house and the back of the house. He had already been here the day
before and got the photos of the front of the house. If it weren't for the
two beautiful boys playing catch with the football. He couldn't believe
these were the boys the lawyers had talked to him about. From what he
understood is that they were some under privilege semi-cute boys who
prostituted themselves out. Under the noses of the foster parents who were
providing them with a home. What he was told the boys had arrange clients
to come to the house while the foster parents were at work during the
day. They also used the foster parents home video surveillance cameras to
video their little perverse acts. But after watching these boys for the
last few days he began to doubt what he was told.

"Hands in the air!" Officer Aaron Carlson called out. Mark had no choice
but to raise his hands in the air. David moved in and took the camera from
Marks hands and the other camera's from around his neck. Then searched him
before cuffing him and reading him his rights.

"What are you doing here?" Officer Mark Watkins asked the man as they
walked him towards the house.

"Ah, I would like to remain silent." Detective Mark Ingram said. Mark tried
to get a better look at the house as they walked by. He could see the two
boys who were playing catch outside earlier looking at him out the window.
Tanner pulled the two boys from the window then went to the front door to
talk to David while the other two officers put the suspect into the car.

Detective Mark Ingram watched as two of the officers walked to the door to
talk to Tanner Boyer. This was the first time he had actually got to see
Mr. Boyer up close other than through the lens of his camera. The man could
be a model and he was wasting his looks operating five small grocery stores
in Waterloo Iowa. Ingram had done a complete background check into the man
and could not find a single thing in the mans background to warrant the two
teens being taken away from him. He had been watching Boyer and the teen
boys for the last week and a half and not seen a single instance of anyone
visiting the Boyer house. So, if the boys were the prostitutes they sure
showed no signs of being working prostitutes. When the officer came back to
the car. He decided to ask the officer a few questions.

"So, can I ask you a few questions?" Ingram asked. Cocrin looked in his
rearview mirror and said.

"That depends on what you want to ask." Officer Cocrin said.

"Well, I am going to break my rights by asking this. from what I have seen
and witnessed. Do you think the boys were prostituting them selves' out at
the Grangers?

"Mr. Ingram, After getting to know these teenagers there was no way they
did that or would be willing to do that. If you were to get to know these
boys you would understand." Cocrin told the man.

"Would that be a possibility?" Ingram asked.

"First, who are you working for? Cocrin asked. Knowing his license plate
came back from Des Moines.

"Well since you have been cool with me. I will tell you who I am. I am
Detective Mark Ingram. I have been hired by DHS to catch the boys in the
act of prostitution. But so far I have seen nothing but the boys playing
football, playing video games and working in the stores. Either the DHS is
lying to me or those boys keep their activities hidden very well." The
detective told Cocrin.

"So, tell me this Mr. Ingram. Do you know the whole story or just what the
DHS has told you?" David asked.

"Only what I have been told by DHS. They seem to want to make these to boys
look like the bad guys. I would really like to talk to these boys and find
out what they have been through." Detective Mark Ingram said.

"I have something better than talking to Willy and Chase and after you have
seen and read what has happen to these two teens, your mind will soon be
changed." David told the detective. David had his own motive behind letting
the states private detective see the evidence. If he could sway the
detective in favor of the Stevenson's it would keep the boys out of the
states hands. He had a good idea if they were put back into the system they
would be as good as dead. So, instead of placing the detective under arrest
he took Mr. Ingram to visit with the boys lawyer.

(Peter Johnson)

With the help from David and Dr. Stevenson's lawyers he was able to be
released from the foster home. It was moving day and he was excited to be
moving into a new apartment. His new apartment was over the top of one of
Boyers grocery stores. David was the one who had introduced him to Tanner
Boyer. He had seen him in the hospital visiting the Stevenson boys and the
two police officers. He was a very handsome man and very friendly. Peter
was actually happy to find out that Willy would be going into the same
grade as he was. They had talked in the hospital about school but now it
was a done deal. Willy's brother and Tanners nephew Eric, would be helping
him move along with David and Tanner. Peter didn't really have a lot of
stuff to move. He had eight boxes all packed, the other kids in the house
were also moving out today. But they would not be as lucky as Peter, two of
them were being moved to a new foster home. While the other two would be
going into a boys group home. Peter was hoping that the lawyers would help
them find a better place then a boys home and from the sounds of it they
were still working to help them out.

David was the first to show up at the house. The State had one of their CPS
workers in the house to make sure Peter was not taking anything that did
not belong to him. She had inspected everything Peter has packed and kept
watch as they began to load the boxes into the back of the pick-up truck
that David had borrowed. Tanner and the boys showed up just as they were
heading back into the house. But they were not alone, right behind them
Cameron and deputy Sheriff Mark Watkins and two young boys got out of the
car to help.

"Who are these two?" Peter asked Cameron. with a smile on his face. Cameron
pulled his oldest son Kyle to him and introduce him to Peter, Chase, Eric
and Tanner. Then did the same to Kristian
 "So, how old are you two?" Peter asked. To Kyle the older of the two cute
sons of Cameron.

"I just turned ten yesterday?" Kyle said with a smile. Kyle seem to like
Peter he thought he was cute but not as cute as Willy, Chase and Eric. His
dad had already introduce Kristian and himself to them the day before when
they were invited out to a barbeque. For his birthday party. He thought it
was funny when Willy, Chase and Eric call daddy Mark, Uncle Mark. Yes, both
Kristian and Kyle fell instantly in love with Mark Wilton. Neither boys
were surprised that father brought home a man. It was like it was something
they figured out long before they met Daddy Mark.

"I turn nine in five weeks." Kristian said loud enough for everyone to hear
that were gathered around. Peter was going to have fun being part of this
little group. Once everything was packed into the back of the truck they
headed back into Waterloo. Kyle wanted to sit with Chase and Eric, while
Kristian rode over to the apartment while his dad and Mark rode
alone. Tanner pulled up to the front of the store while David drove around
to the back. Tanner came around the corner with the two teens and the
younger pre-teen following behind.  Everyone grabbed a box and headed up
the stairs to the apartment door. This would be the first time seeing the
apartment with furniture. David and himself had been up there the day
before sweeping, mopping and painting. There were two bedrooms, living room
and a kitchen. Tanner had decided he would furnish the apartments, since he
had done it for Tony and Toby. Once everybody was done carrying all the
boxes. Tanner, Mark, Cameron and the boys left so Peter and David could
finish unpacking. The only problem not many boxes got unpacked. Peter and
David were to busy trying out the new bed,

(Toby Jorgensen)

The first few weeks there were mistakes made, orders missed, and some late
deliveries. Tanners ordering system was just a little different from the
one he was use to using. The nice thing was the store was busy from day
one. He had a young man who would come in during the day and help stock
shelves. Toby's girlfriend was planning on moving down at the end of the
month. But she would have to find a job and an apartment. Toby had an extra
room in the apartment, but he signed a lease that said the apartment was
for one person. Toby wanted that done on purpose. He loved his girlfriend
but she could be really bossy when it came to living together. He had no
intention of wanting to live with her just yet. Actually he has been losing
interest in her, but she insisted on coming down to live near him.

"You have anything else for me to do?" Tony asked his new boss.

"I think we have everything done for now. Milk delivery is early in the
morning and meat should be coming in an hour later. So, if you want to
leave early today, I don't have a problem. What time do you work till
tonight? Toby asked.

"I start at 6 p.m. and work till 10 so I should get a good night sleep? Why
do you asked?" Tony told Toby. Looking at the handsome young manager. There
had been several time he thought the young manager had been checking him
out and he liked the attention.

"Well, I was wondering if you could drop me off one of those burgers they
make there. The damn things are addicting." Toby said to his young
stockman. Toby also had something else on his mind. He was actually
surprised at what he was thinking. He had only met a couple of other guys
he had found really interesting.

"Sure, what time will you be done tonight or do you just want me to drop it
off after when I get off?" Tony asked.

"Well, Tanner decided to change the closing time. So, starting this week we
start closing at ten. So, if you want you can come on over at ten. If I am
not in the store you can just come up to the apartment, when you get
done. Tony said he would try. Toby handed him a twenty dollar bill and told
tony to keep the change. Then both young men parted ways.

(Willy)

It felt weird getting the cast off. He had gotten so use to having them on
it felt like he had lost weight which of course he had. The doctor told him
he would have to take it slow, so he could build up muscle. The first thing
he did when he was alone in his room was to masturbate with the hand that
the cast had been on. It felt so much different from what he
remembered. Tanner had refused to do it or anything else with him after
their little sexual tryst. Willy didn't want him to think he was a sexual
pervert. He would just have to take his time and get to know Tanner a
little better. At least he knew that Tanner would never try to hurt him
like Mr. Granger and the men who were his clients would do. Tanner said he
would help him with his baths and showers for the next few weeks and was
happy with the thoughts of getting to see him naked again. Tanner also had
him enrolled in the strength program at the hospital to regain the strength
he had lost while wearing the cast.

(Chase)

Tanner, Eric and Willy had gone into town and Chase decided to stay
home. He had decided to do some homework on Tanners computer in his
office. when they went to enroll in school. Both Willy and Chase found out
that the Grangers had fail to turn in their last quarters study
program. So, before either Willy and Chase could enter the prospective
grades they would have to finish the year before. Most of the classes he
was working on he would finish by the end of the week. But a couple were
causing him a little trouble. Thank goodness for both Eric and Willy
because they had already had these classes and they were helping him
out. Chase was working on writing a paper and decided to take a
break. Tanner had put on parental locks on the computer so he wasn't able
to look at any porn sites. So. he decided to see what programs and files
Tanner had on his computer. First he checked out all the programs not
finding anything interesting he decided to check out his files. Upon
opening it he saw several files marked Willy and Chase, so he opened them
and was surprised to find several hundred photos of himself, Willy and
Eric. He was surprised at how good they were. They were photos of them
working in the grocery stores setting up shelving, others of them sitting
in the living room playing video games and others of Eric and Himself
outside either in the garden working, playing catch or just goofing
around. Chase was half expecting to see photos of himself naked or some of
Willy naked but he couldn't find any. So, Eric was right, he would not take
those kind of pictures unless he asked. Chase then went to another file
labeled Eric. When he opened this file he was also surprised, he was half
expecting to see nude photos of Eric. He knew that Eric was going to ask
him to take them when they went to visit their grandfather but that had
been a month ago. None of the photos in the file he was looking at were
nudes. but some were very suggestive. Chase couldn't help but get excited
just looking at them. Now Chase knew why Eric was crushing on his
uncle. Then Chase notice a file at the bottom of all the photos and clicked
on it. When it open his eyes almost bugged out of his head. He had found
the file with the nudes and they were unbelievably sexy. The quality of the
photos were good enough to sell in porn magazines. Chase knew Eric had a
nice penis but it looked beautiful in these pictures. Chase was definitely

After completing his second session of strength training, Willy's arm and
leg felt very sore. Thank god, Eric was there to help him back downstairs
to the waiting room. There they would wait till Tanner got back from his
meeting with Willy's grandfather. From what Tanner had explained to both
Willy and Chase, their mother and father had left them a very sizable
inheritance. They were also listed as co-owners of a medical manufacturing
company and a prescription manufacturing company. From what Tanner told
them they would never have to work again in their entire life. The problem
was that the State of Iowa was trying to tie their inheritance up within
the court system so that they could keep collecting money from the trust
funds that had been set up. The good news was that the Federal courts had
decided against the State claims, and the money would be transferred back
to the boys by the end of the month and from the sounds of it they were to
be paid back any interest that had been accrued. Tanner said if that were
to happen he planned on setting up new trust funds that would be looked
over by both him and their grandfather. That way if the State did somehow
get custody back of the boys the money and the two companies they owned
would be in safe hands. Tanner had also talked to them about the private
detective they had talked too. Detective Ingram had been invited out to the
house to sit down with the boys and go over their side of the story, and
from what he had heard and seen he decided to change sides and was now
investigating the state for the Stevenson boys. From what Their grandfather
found out Detective Mark Ingram was one of the best in the country. If DHS
or CPS were hiding anything else he was sure to find out.

"Hey boys, sorry to keep you waiting so long." Tanner said as he walked out
with Dr. Stevenson. When Willy heard his grandfather he got up and went
over to give him a hug.

"Hi Grandpa, We miss you. When can we visit again?" Willy asked.

"I was thinking about labor day weekend. Your uncle will be coming to
stay. But this time he maybe coming to stay for good." James told his
grandson, Eric and Tanner.

"What about his mother?" Willy asked. Wondering what was going on.

"See, there lies the problem. His mother is sick and she has decided to
give me complete custody of your Uncle Matt. She wants to do it before the
beginning of school.

"What is the State of Iowa going to say about that?" Willy asked.

"That is where Tanner comes in. Both his mother and I have decided to have
Tanner become his legal guardian." James told his grandson and Eric.

"Sounds like I am going to have a full house come school time." Tanner said
looking back and forth between Eric and Willy.

"I live close enough that you guys can spend the weekend at the house, and
that will give Tanner weekends to do what ever he needs to do. There is
only one thing that I want you to do and that is to treat Mathew just like
he is your little brother. Even though he is your uncle.  Right now you are
only Tanners foster son but we are working on the possibility of him
adopting you and having him becoming your real father.  "Does that sound
like something you would be interested in?" James asked his grandson.

"Can I talk it over with Chase and Mathew?" Willy asked. looking at both
men. Eric just stood by and watch the conversation.

"Yes, that is the reason we are telling you now. It won't be for a while we
still have a court battle to go through before anything like that can
happen. But once we are through with that I would like you to think of that
as a possibility. Arrangements have already been made for Tanner to adopt
Mathew and he will be joining the family a few days before labor day."
James explained.

Tanner had been thinking about this for a while. He had met Mathews mother
several weeks ago and fell in love with her and her son instantly. When she
told him she had stage 4 cancer and more than likely would not make it to
thanksgiving. She decided to talk to Dr. Stevenson about taking their son
in so he would not go into state care. The problem was the state would not
allow him custody because of his grandsons. So, a decision was made to have
Mathews adoption rushed. The lawyers were working on it right now and it
would be taken to the District 2 court to have the Judge look at and agree
to sign. They didn't think they would have any problem with Judge Albert
Templeton signing the adoption papers. If that didn't work they did have
another plan but it would only happen if they couldn't get the judge to
sign. Both Tanner and Maria had agreed to get married if that were to
happen and that same day Tanner would adopt Mathew and legally become his
