Date: Thu, 29 Jul 2021 14:05:19 -0400 From: Eric Murphey Subject: The Three Needs Gay adult youth section 3 I certainly hope you are enjoying this story. Ive only gotten a little feedback on it. Its all very positive. So if you are enjoying it please let me know. I think this is going to be one of my better stories. At least it seems so at this time. I am thinking that Accidental Transitions the merged story will be ready this weekend. It is going through the editing process at this time. But people have to work and these things take a lot of time. It takes them about 4 hours to edit a chapter. It takes me about 4 to write it. So a lot of work does go into the stories at Nifty So why dont you go ahead and make a donation to them today. Still doing loads of research on the farm. I was told to look in a few different places by a reader. I wont mention his name but I am really getting to like him. He is a really good guy. He kows who he is I dont need to say his name. However his name isnt his name. But it is. See it funny like that. ANyway enough of my silly crap On to why yo are here to see what happens with Judah. Peace Love and Happiness. Eric The Three Needs Section 3 By Eric Murphey Judah got back to his little house he was so excited to read the new book and to tell his friend what was happening. "Zech buddy.' Judah says placing a stone on the grave. "You will ever believe it. I went to the bookstore like I told you I was gonna. I read a book and the man that works there. His name is Dan but anyway he is really the owner. He knew I was kinda stealing. But, he wasn't mad about it or nuthin. He even gave me a book for free. He made me a hot chocolate again too. He is so nice. If he wanted to well you know I would let him. Cuz he is nice and stuff. And get this he gave me five whole dollars for taking out the trash for him. Really five whole dollars. I got $15 now. That ain't rich but at least now i ain't got to steal. And Jim said he was gonna get me food everyday too. Man maybe God doesn't hate me. My life is getting good buddy." He says grinning. "Hey you want to hear the story Dan gave me. He said I would really like it a lot. Since he kinda knows what I like I am kinda excited to read it." He leans against the grave and starts reading. He is really into the book and doesn't notice when its getting dark until he just cant read anymore. "Man that is a cool story huh Zech. I will talk to you in the morning." Judah goes into his little house and he makes up the bed again and he gets into it. He is kind of thirsty from all the reading and he gets a juice box and drinks it down. "Thanks God my life is getting pretty good." Judah says and lays his head down on his sweater and goes to sleep. ***************** Jim is all thumbs today as he works on his new project cutting down the wood into the small sections he will need for this house. He finally gets all the pieces cut in time for him to make his supper. He is thinking about Judah. He cant get him from his mind. How thoughtful he was not to just take all the boots when he hasn't got anything he is still thinking of others. That boy is a rare breed he thinks. He makes his dinner. Tonight is beef stew. The way he eat it is how he has always eaten it. Over bread. His mother told him its because they are poor and to make your belly full better Whatever it is he likes it regardless. Since the Red Wings are traveling today they aren't playing Not a bad thing when all you do is lose he figures. He turns on an Indiana University basketball game and starts watching. He hears the wind howl outside. He looks at the temperature on his phone. its in the high 40s so he is OK. He is going to have to figure out some way to keep him warm when winter really hits. Maybe he can fix up something in the garage so the boy can still have his freedom and he wont bother Jim picking on him or making fun of him. Talking is over rated anyway. Most people don't have anything worthwhile to say anyway. He watches as its a close game and IU barely wins at the buzzer. It was an exciting game. He thinks his dad would have liked that one. Especially when IU wins. He decides its time for bed and he goes to his room undresses and climbs under his weighted blankets and is asleep in moments. Judah has been asleep for hours now. ************* Judah wakes the next morning and sees his little stash of food. A half a loaf of bread is left. But most of the peanut butter and jelly. Now he has a few dollars that nosy bitch at the grocery store cant say nuthin to him. He can buy stuff now. Ha. He thinks. He little cock is rock solid. He gets out from under the blankets and sees his breath. He grabs his coat Jim gave him and rushes to the tree line and lets loose of the water works. When he gets done he puts his boy cock back and thinks its really cold today. He puts his hands in the pockets of the coat and smiles when he pulls out a pair of gloves. "I like Jim." He says. He rushes back up to the little house as its cold and windy today. Coldest yet he thinks. The sky is gray in looks icky. He gets back into his little house and shuts the door. He adjusts the blankets on the floor and he puts the thin one on the floor in a pile and plops his little butt on it. He wraps the fluffy one around him and grabs the book. He reads for an hour or so he figures and he thinks it might be time to go to Jim's for lunch. He isn't really sure what time it is. But he heads through the woods and he look son the table nothing there yet. A few minutes later he sees Jim come out with a Ziploc bag and a grocery bag. He has a note in his mouth and he slips it into the grocery bag on top when he sits things down. He watches as Jim goes back into the house and closes the door. He looks around and he is hungry today. He sees no one around and darts to the porch. Once he is there he takes out Jim's note first. Judah: I think you are a special boy. A lot of boys wouldn't have cared about anyone but themselves. You showed a lot of compassion my little friend. I don't know you but I am proud of you. Also you asked for work to pay for your food. I am not worried about it. But I see that you are a boy with principals a fine attribute to have. I have the rake leaning against the porch rail to your left there if you would be so kind to rake the leaves out from under the deck that would be great. I figured it will take an hour to do the work. I figured that I would pay you a few dollars so maybe you can get a candy bar or something later if you wanted. If you are hungry please eat first. Feel free to eat at the table. I promise I will not bother you. Your Friend Jim Judah smiles. Someone is proud of me. He is hungry but he wants to do the work first. He wants to be a good boy and earn his keep before he has it. He works hard and he gets all the leaves from under the deck. He sees big garbage bags next to the can and he puts the leaves in them. He drags them to the long drive to the street and when he is done he does sit at the table to eat. He sees a can of grape soda sitting there he didn't notice before. He smiles and opens the top takes a drink and smiles. Grape is his favorite soda. He opens the Ziploc bag he spreads out the hamburger wrapper and pours his fries on nit and then empties the ketchup packets onto it. He takes a bite of the burger and its still kinda warm. Its nice he thinks. He dips a couple fries in the ketchup and pops them in his mouth. He smiles because it feels like he is living a normal life again. Eating at a table. He hasn't eaten at a table since he can remember except at school. When Todd would give him food he would make him take it to his room. He is smiling and happy eating his reward. Inside Jim has watched him the entire time. He is really enjoying watching this little guy. He works really hard and Jim never even said to bag up the leaves. He figured he would do that later. He is glad he snuck out and put the soda there for him. He seemed pretty happy with it. Jim is loving watching him eat. He can tell he is really just enjoying it with the smile on his face as he eats and drinks. When the boy gets done he wraps up his trash and puts it in the bin. He puts the baggie in his pocket. He smiles at the door, he grabs the other bag and he races off to his little house. When he gets back he places a stone on Zechs grave. "Buddy it keeps getting better and better. I got there in time for it to be kinda warm. It tasted so good. And get this a grape soda too. My favoritist in the whole wide world. I got to go to the book store now to see if Mr Dan has something for me to do. But I will be back later OK? I will read some more to you when I get back." Judah races off through the woods towards the bookstore. He runs around the building to the door and he starts walking when he walks into the bookstore. HE walks up to the counter where Dan is sitting and reading a book. He looks up at Judah and smiles. "I'm glad you came back today. I have a task for you today. But first have you started the book I gave you?" Judah smiles. "Oh yes. I like it very much thank you Mr Dan." "You are very welcomed Judah. I like your name by the way." Judah smiles and feels his cheeks flush. "OK can you put things away alphabetically?" "Yes sir." "Excellent. I have been putting this off all morning. Some days I just hate re shelving books. Most of the time I don't mind. But today I just had no desire." Dan pulls a little cart from behind the counter there are maybe thirty books on it altogether. Dan takes a minute to explain how he has the store set up. Judah understands perfectly and puts the books up as he is asked to do. It only takes him a little while and Dan has a couple bundles of boxes to take out as he got new books in today. When Judah is done Dan hands him a $5 bill. Judah smiles as he puts it in his pocket. "Now remember I'm closed tomorrow. But open every other day of the week." "Thanks Mr Dan I will remember. Thanks again." Judah says and starts heading for the door. "Hey Judah my wife made some cookies. Want to take a few?" Dan saw Judah's eyes light up at the thought. "Yeah! Please!" Judah says walking back over quickly to get the cookies from the older man. Dan isn't really old he is 45 and he his hair is solid gray as it has been since he was 30. Premature gray. It used to bother him now he couldn't give two shits. He hands Judah a baggie with half a dozen chocolate chip cookies in it. "You sure that's a lot of cookies?" Judah says looking at him with his piecing green eyes. "Yeah buddy I don't need any cookies I'm a fat old man." He says shaking his tummy that's barely poking out. "Your not fat." Judah says. "So I'm old?" Judah realizes he is being toyed with and giggles. "Yep." He bursts out laughing after he says it. Dan is a good natured guy and laughs as well at the boy picking on him. "Hey in all seriousness Judah. If you need it I can bring some lunch in for you." Judah smiles at him. "I'm good right now. But thank you." Judah heads back to his little house and smiles the whole way. When he gets back he sets a stone on his friends grave. He pulls cookies out. "Look Zech I got some cookies. A ton of them. Chocolate chip too."Judah takes a bite and smiles. "I wish you were really here so I could share with you. They are so good. Mmmmm." He says and shakes his body with excitement. "I got five whole dollars again. So now im up to $20. Oh man I forgot Jim said he put some money in the bag too. I don't even know whats in the bag I had to get to the book store and work for Mr Dan. I didn't even have a chance to look. Oh man I'm such a jerk. I forgot to write Jim a note thanking him. I'm a doofus." He walks into his little house and grabs the bag. "Wow!!!" He put some books in here. And $5 more. Zech I wont forget you when I'm rich buddy." Judah says laughing. He looks at the books and they look really cool. "We got more books to read buddy." He says setting them on the grave. He pulls out the old Nintendo hand held. "Holy moly these things are like collectors items now. This is so freakin cool." He looks in the little case and sees the games and batteries in the bottom of the bag. He picks a game and leans against the grave playing. He is laughing and smiling having a good time talking to his friend and playing the game. After a while he turns it off. "I better save the batteries. I mean he gave me a lot. But I don't want to waste them. I want to finish the book Mr Dan gave us. Its so good." Judah gathers all the things and puts them in his little house. He walks out carrying the book and leans against the grave again. He starts reading and reads until nightfall. "I bet we finish it tomorrow Zech. I will see you in the morning." Judah goes and takes a pee at the edge of the woods and goes into his little house and he moves the blankets around so he has a little pallet to sleep on. He takes off his coat and climbs under the thick fuzzy blanket. He didn't even realize he was cold until he starts getting warm. He gets up and lays the blanket flat. He lays on the edge of it and rolls it around him. "Snug as a bug in a rug now." He says smiling to himself. He lays his head down on his sweater and is asleep in minutes thinking how good his life is getting. ************** After Jim watches Judah eat and head off he is humming a happy song. He heads into his workshop and gets out the sandpaper. This is the most labor intensive part of the entire project. The hours of sanding that have to happen to make it a quality product. Thats why Jim can charge $3,000 each for them. They take him a month to make give or take. But he really only works a few hours a day at it. While he is sanding he keeps thinking of that little guy. I mean for one what the hell could have happened to him that he prefers to live in a cemetery. He realizes he doesn't want to think about what could have happened to the little guy. He just seems so nice. I mean its not like they have communicated other then a few notes. Jim was kind of disappointing Judah didn't leave a note earlier. But he is a boy he understands. Boys forget things sometimes. Besides he did a really good job too. Not a single leaf under the entire deck. He checked. Judah does fantastic work. When its time for dinner Jim makes his dinner and he sits down to watch the red Wings tonight. They play Columbus they may have a chance to win tonight he thinks. Today is left over beef stew. Jim doesn't mind if he did he would make less. He enjoys and watches the Red Wings give up a two goal lead and lose in the third. "F-f-f-f-fuckers." Jim says disgusted with them. Jim takes his dishes in and cleans his mess from dinner and heads to bed. He strips his clothes off and climbs under the lovely weighted down comforter. He is thinking about making a portion of the garage for Judah. That way at least he can put in a heater and stuff for him. he can make a room around the side door. Put in a bathroom and everything. Maybe a little fridge. You know I may as well turn one side of it into a little studio apartment for him. I think if I use baseboard heaters it wont use up all the electricity. That way I know he is safe and warm. Its getting too cold for him out there. I got to get him somewhere safer. Besides I'm sure the groundskeeper will eventually find him and call the cops. Once he has that settle din his mind sleep comes easily. When he wakes up he gets his cereal remembering no bread today. Instead of his usual three hours of cartoon watching today he gets on hi slap top and starts ordering everything he will need to convert the garage. He thinks when he leaves he will either rent it out or convert the rest of the garage into a house and move into it himself and get rid of the old trailer house. He gets it all set up for delivery tomorrow. He is getting excited about it. He has it planned out to divide the garage in half. That way it leaves room for his dads truck. And he will even put in a bathroom. He will have to add on a bit seeing as how he doesn't want to break through concrete. But a bathroom can be pretty small. He is figuring eight feet by eight. More than enough room. That and he can put a little washer and dryer int her when he converts it for himself. He orders the food on his phone and gets pies today again. He didn't get any yesterday and he thought Judah deserves a little extra treat for the good work he did. He went above and beyond what was asked and expected. He is thinking maybe seeing if he wants to help with the little houses. He thinks he would do good work. Maybe later one he gets to know him a little if he wants to. He isn't going to force him into being around him. If he wants to he will. He obviously wants to be left alone. Why else would he live where he is? Jim hears the knock at the door. It surprises him because he usually sees the guy drive up because he is watching the monitor. This boy is in his head he thinks. He gets the food the driver mentions he is getting more food and jokes he is smoking more now. Jim just smiles and nods. He gets the food and gets a grape soda for himself and sits down to eat. Once he is done he gets together a baggie for his little friend. He puts it in a grocery sack today because he was thinking he may need a flashlight (Torch Sparky told you it was a good idea.) He packs one in the bag making sure it works and puts in a few packs of batteries as well. Boys like flashlights that's for sure. That and it is getting dark so early surely he cant be going to bed at 6 in the evening. This way he can read if he wants. Maybe he will get him one of those book lamps they run on batteries he thinks. No the garage will be done soon enough it will be fine he thinks. He writes a not for his young friend. Judah: You did a really good job yesterday. I am so glad you packed them in bags and took them to the street. I had planned on doing that this morning so you saved me the trouble. I put in another five for the extra work. Also I got you a pie as a reward for doing such a good job. I don't have anything for you today. But tomorrow I will have a lot for you if you are up to it. Your Friend Jim He thinks a moment then adds PS If you need anything please let me know Jim takes it out and waits in front of the monitor to see the boy appear. ********************* Judah wakes up and is all warm still wrapped up like a burrito. He unrolls himself and puts his coat on and goes and pees. He walks over to the grave of his friend. "Gosh Zech its really cold today. I can see my breath and everystuff. I'm going to go get the book and we will finish it today." He goes into his little house and he makes a Pb&j as he is hungry this morning. He grabs a cookie as well. He saved three. It was really hard because he really wanted to eat them last night. But he knew they would taste good today too. Spread out the happiness he thinks. He grabs the sandwich and a juice box the cookie and balances it all on the book. He walks out and leans against the grave and enjoys his food and drink. When he is done he starts reading out load again. He reads about two hours and a half and he completes the story. "Wow Zech that was a super cool story. I mean i cant believe it was so neat. The boy sure proved himself. I better get over to Mr Jim's. im getting hungry so it must be lunch time." He puts the empty juice box in the trash barrel by the road that goes through the cemetery. He puts the book up and heads into the woods to go see if lunch is ready. He gets there just as Mr Jim is putting out a bag on the table. Judah smiles at the thought of lunch. when the door shuts he makes a bee line for the porch. He gets up and he sees the bag. He opens it and peers inside. He pulls out the flash light and holds it up in front of him and smiles. "Cool now I can read later." He pulls out the note and reads it. He smiles when he does. He pulls out the hamburger and fries. As he did yesterday he uses the wrapper as a plate of sorts. He sees a grape soda in the bag and pulls it out too. He smiles as he opens it and takes a drink. "Ahh." When he is done eating he writes a note. Mr Jim: I am sorry I didn't thank you yesterday. I had to be somewhere and I forgot and had to hurry up and get there. Please don't think its not cuz i wasn't grateful cuz I was and am. I cant wait until tomorrow to help with lots of stuff. The flash light is super cool thanks now I can read at night. I like the game too. Its lots of fun. But, I don't want to play it too much so I don't waste batteries. I am going to start one of the books you gave me tonight. I think you are a nice man. Thank you. Your Friend Judah Judah heads back to his little house as Mr Dan is closed today and he hasn't got anything else to do really. He heads back and reads until its dark.
