I'm in my last semester of college and my senior thesis demanded most of my time but that is all handed in now so I'm trying to get back into the swing of things here at Nifty. I've received a lot of incredible feedback from this story and a lot of emails asking me when it's coming back so here you go. To all of you guys in the #niftywriters chat room...I'm sorry but I don't think you'll be seeing much of me anymore. Things aren't good between me and the powers that be. Please email me if you want to talk though. Timmy's Love-Chapter Four "Here we go Cougars! Here we go!" The crowd was deafening. I sat in my office listening to the sold out crowd that was at the rink for the home opener. I looked over my lineup card a thousand times. By now, it had scratches all over it of places where I thought I could improve our team. I was psyching myself out. With a sigh I threw the card into the garbage. 'I'm gonna do this one from my heart' I thought to myself. My stomach was reeling. This may have only been the first game but the entire administration was here including the people that sign my paycheck. I was always ok with pressure but this was a bit much. 'Snap out of it Matt you've been to championship games before, this is only the opener' I thought to myself as I took a deep breath. I had to remain calm. If I couldn't deal with pressure how were my players going to? That made me think of Timmy. ***THAT MORNING*** Sleep never felt so good. It felt like every joint in my body hurt. I tried to put up a tough exterior for the kids but when I got home everything hurt. All of those years playing goalie are finally catching up to me I think. The shades in my new apartment were doing very little to block the sunlight that was shining through on this Saturday morning. I was lying on my stomach as I usually do so I hid my face in the pillow but it was too late, I was already up. All of the sudden I felt some weight on top of me. I almost forgot Timmy slept over. I felt him bring his mouth close to the back of my neck and start to kiss it. He slowly made his way over to my ear. "You were groaning in your sleep" he whispered. "Sorry everything hurts." I said as I groaned again. "Like what?" He asked as he sat up straight still straddling my back. "You're a goalie you should know." I said with a smile. "Let's see if I can guess correctly." Timmy said as he put his strong, muscular hands on my back and began to kneed the flesh. "Right about here usually hurts the most for me." He said as he clamped onto my lower back. He hit it right on the head. That hurt the most and I cringed as he first touched it but once he started digging in, it felt incredibly good. One thing I always had when I was living with my parents in high school was a hot tub. We always had one outside. My dad told me early on that since I was playing hockey since I was a little kid I was going to need one once I got to high school. Man, was he right. I didn't have that pleasure now though seeing as I just moved in to this new apartment by myself near the school. Timmy had shown up at my door last night with a smile on his face and a cake for a housewarming gift. With a sigh, I let him in. If I got caught doing this I could get into some serious trouble but I couldn't deny my feelings. If I did I wouldn't have gotten this far. But right now Timmy was massaging my lower back and getting lower and lower eventually pulling my mesh shorts off, which was all I ever wore to bed anyway. As he came back up he began to massage the back of my calves and up my thighs. I was in heaven. Timmy was taking incredible time and care on me and I loved it. He flipped me around and I looked into his deep blue eyes for a second and smiled. Apparently that turned him on because he went right in for the kill and we started making out. He was using his tongue feverishly and I could feel how hot he was. This kid had a fire inside of him that sometimes only I saw. I noticed he was in just his boxers and I slid my hands down his muscular back and slipped them off as I cupped his ass cheeks in my hands. He was so horny right now and I could feel it by the way his hard dick pulsated against my leg. It was wrong to deny him anymore. I slid down the bed keeping him in position on top of me. His cock was right in front of me now. I began to service him as he began to push in and out of my mouth with his hips. It was as if he was doing push ups in my mouth. I still had my hands on his ass so I slid a few fingers towards his hole and began to insert one slowly as Timmy moaned out. It didn't take him long at all and he shot what seemed like a huge load of cum into my mouth. It was so hot from him being excited that it almost burned but felt really good at the same time. I squirmed my way back up to where his head was and I slid under it so he could rest against my chest. He was panting so hard I thought he was going to pass out. His body was shaking. "Timmy, are you ok?" I asked a bit concerned He looked up at me with those gorgeous blue eyes and smiled. "Yeah I'm great." ***BEFORE THE GAME*** We spent the whole day together, going over lineups, getting lunch and eventually heading to the rink together. No one thought anything about it because he lived right up the road from my new place so they figured we carpooled. His parents actually liked the fact that he was getting close with the new coach. He was a captain after all and they understood how if everything went smoothly this year I could get him a good scholarship somewhere. They were all for our friendship, if they only knew how friendly we actually were. With a sigh I got up out of my chair. I looked in the mirror and fixed my tie and took a deep breath. I stepped out of the office and made my way towards the locker room. I opened the door expecting to hear kids fooling around and having fun but instead I walked into a room full of players fully dressed and ready to go. They all looked up at me waiting for me to say the right thing that will propel them to victory tonight. "Boys, tonight we have our season opener. The scouting reports say they're a big team that likes to hit. Their goalie is phenomenal. I say screw all that. They could be the biggest team in the world and have an NHL goalie in there but I've seen these guys. They've got no heart." I said as a few of the kids began to respond. I continued on with the speech knowing that I was getting to them. "I don't care if we win or lose tonight as long as we walk out of here together with our heads held high. This is our game tonight, no one else's. We can go into this game apart and lose or we can go in together and take it all. We are going to hit all night long! When we're done with them I don't want them to even think about crossing into our zone. I want them to cringe when they see our name on the schedule!" I said practically screaming now and so were all the guys. They seemed ready to go. I finished it up. "Make sure they never forget the day they played us! Now let's go!" I said as all the room erupted. Every player on the team jumped up and started going crazy. Timmy got in front and led the team out of the locker room as the goalie usually does and as we stepped out of the locker room we stopped and waited for the other team to go by. We were the home team so we took the ice last. The kids were still going crazy and you could tell the other team was intimidated on how together we were. I heard the opening music start, which cued us to go on. We were the Cougars so the opening warm-up music had always been "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns and Roses. 'Some things never change' I thought to myself as I walked along the coach's pathway around the rink to the bench as the players took the ice. The team did their usual warm up of skating around in a circle then lining up and shooting on Timmy. As the pace in the music picked up I could see the crowd get more into it and the players start the 2 on 1 drill where 2 forwards came in and tried to shoot against a defenseman and the goalie. The buzzer sounded and I looked around. Timmy looked ready. So did the rest of the team. "If I could have everyone's attention, please remove your hats and stand for the singing of the national anthem." One of the parents said over the PA who handled all the sound. As the music started and I put my hand over my heart, I watched as my starting five players line up with their helmets off. Timmy stood in his goal facing the flag with his goalie helmet resting on top of his head. Memories came flashing back of me standing it that same goal in the same position. My last game here was one of my most memorable. It was the championship game my senior year. I ended up shutting out the other opponent and taking it all that year. I remembered as I threw my gloves up into the air and my teammates flooded me and piled on top of me. I quickly shook that memory off as the crowd started clapping and the refs got ready to drop the puck. The crowd was already chanting and going crazy as I was getting the next line ready to go for when the starters got tired. The scouting report was right. These guys were big, very big and boy did they love to hit. "Ref, you gotta start calling something, these are some of the dirtiest hits I've ever seen!" I screamed out as I leaned over the bench trying to get the referee's attention. Some teams really hated us. The fact that we were a college prep school really burned some people apparently and no matter what teams were gonna give us all they had and it was as if we had targets instead of numbers on our backs. I had that gut feeling that something bad was about to happen and my gut is usually correct. It was getting too out of control. I watched as John, one of my forwards, skated the puck into the zone and looked for a pass. One of the other team's players charged from half way across the ice and leveled him from behind. John never saw it coming and dropped to the ice. No penalty. I went ballistic. The other team's goalie covered it up and I was still screaming. I finally got the ref to come over to me. "That was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen in my entire life! If you don't start calling something this is gonna get out of control! I've got one of my best skaters laying on the ice in pain, he didn't just fall over! Start calling it!" I screamed out. "The only person that's gonna get a penalty is you if you don't calm down" The ref scolded back to me. I showed my anger but shut my mouth knowing that I proved my point and the last thing my team needed now was a penalty. The score was 0-0 and the game was too close. I turned around and kicked a water bottle. "That's it coach you get a penalty" The ref said as he blew his whistle I looked on in astonishment. Why was it that every referee hated us? I just didn't understand. "Ref, time out." I said as I gave the T symbol with my hands. He blew his whistle as both teams took a breather and headed to their bench. All of my guys circled up with me in the middle. "Look guys I'm sorry about that." I said. "Coach don't worry about it, it was bullshit, not your fault. Thanks for sticking up for us." Alex said as I watched John get helped off the ice. I looked over at the other bench and the other coach had a smile on his face. This was going to be a long year. "Yeah but now we gotta kill off a penalty in a tie game with only 5 minutes left." I said shaking my head. I was doing this on purpose waiting for a certain person to say something and he did. "Don't worry about it guys. I'll handle this one." Timmy said as the guys patted him on the helmet rallying around him. "Alright look this is how it's gonna work. Alex I want you to serve my penalty. When your time is up hang high near center ice. Whoever has the puck look for him for a breakaway. Here we go" I said as we did a unity cheer and went back to the ice. The penalty started and the other team's power play went to work. They say that your goalie is your best penalty killer and this was usually true. They started barraging Timmy with shots but he was up to the task. Save after save left the other team shaking their heads and looking to the sky. I smiled as I watched him clean it up. The 2-minute penalty was just about over and I saw Wes gain control of the puck in the corner. I heard Timmy scream out that the penalty was over. Wes knew what he was doing however and banked it high off the glass and out to center ice. Just as we diagrammed it, Alex was waiting for it and was off on a breakaway, just him and the goalie. Alex pulled off an excellent move but the other goalie was ready for it and slid across the ice on his stomach and blocked it with his pad. What he didn't realize however was that Wes, with all of his speed snuck in behind everyone and lifted the rebound above the now sprawling goalie. The rink erupted and the sound was deafening. The players all banged their sticks on the bench as the celebration music went off. The game wasn't over yet though. We still had 3 minutes to deal with. The other team answered back with a vengeance. The game went back and forth as Timmy showed that there was more than one goalie on the ice that deserved some scouting. I of course knew where all the scouts were as I knew most of them and watched as they jotted down notes between Timmy and Jones, the other goalie. There were now 30 seconds left and the other team was moving the puck in our zone very well but couldn't seem to penetrate our D. Eventually, they did and with 5 seconds left they got the puck right in the slot, the area right in front of the net. I watched with pride as Bobby came out of nowhere and slid across the ice and blocked the hard shot with his pad and the puck carried into the corner as the buzzer sounded. The crowd chanted our name as the whole team crowded around Timmy, as a team usually does after they win, and celebrated the victory. I watched on with pride. What a great way to start the season. They really fought hard and came away with a solid victory. As I stepped away from the ice reporters flashed cameras in my face and held microphones out. "Coach Thompson, how do you feel about tonight's win?" One of them asked "Well, it was pretty dirty but my guys stood in strong and kept in clean. We got them where it hurts the most...on the scoreboard." I said as I smiled "What do you think were the keys to winning tonight?" Another one asked. "Well, first and foremost our goaltender was spectacular. He really bailed us out and me when I took the penalty, which I wanna apologize for. We knew we had to bombard Jones with a ton of shots and we did, I knew one of them would go in. Finally, I'd say our team unity was key. We kept it together." I said as the night flew by. With a flash I was back in the car driving Timmy home. "You played great tonight buddy." I said to him as I got off the highway. "Thanks Matt, it's all because of you ya know" He said. "Why me?" I asked confused "You've made me feel so good about myself these past few weeks." Tim said "Yeah well I figured I would test you tonight with that penalty." I said with a laugh. "Yeah thanks, I think I cleaned it up nicely." He said. "For once I figured maybe you could clean up one of my messes." I said. "Maybe we should make a different type of mess for me to clean up." Timmy said seductively as he grabbed my thigh and started inching his hand up. "We're almost at your house Tim." I said "My parents aren't expecting me back until tomorrow because they're going away for the night." He said as he inched closer to me and started kissing my neck. With mixed feelings, I passed Timmy's road and headed for my place. TO BE CONTINUED... <<<>>> ---ND---
