Rick said, "You know this is the first time I ever made love to a Lord." I laughed and said "We will have to check and see if we can get married legally here and what kind of title that will give you. But right now I have something else on my mind." I rolled Rick onto his back, climbed on top of him and kissed him, then moved my attention to his neck and ears licking and lightly biting each. After that I moved to his chest pinching, twisting and nipping at his already excited nipples. Feeling his cock getting harder as I played with his upper body, I then moved to his feet kissing and licking his toes, slowly moving up his legs paying special attention to his inner thighs, taking his balls and holding them as I moved closer to his cock which was already leaking pre-cum. Pulling his balls lightly, making his hard cock stand proud, I licked it from bottom to top, licking around the crown, and finally took its entire length into my mouth. Rick yelled and pushed his body up till my nose was buried in his dark brown pubic hairs. After only a quick three trips up and down his cock he started to shoot into my mouth. I moved back up and hugged him and we kissed and shared his hot load. As I held him he relaxed and fell back to sleep. The last thing I heard him say was "I love you Tim, with my whole heart and soul". We woke about 90 minutes later, hearing the boys fussing. We put on our sleeping shorts and went into the nursery where we found the two nurses, just finishing the changing of all three little tykes. They asked if we would like to help feed them. We said, "Yes but let's go do it in the kitchen so we can all get some liquid into us." As we all entered the kitchen, we were amazed at all of the people already up. Naturally Adam, Ryan and Tom the twins who run the kitchen, were there. Steve and Matt the pilots, Russ and Aaron from the ranch, Jon our architect, and Chief Gilbert Joseph and his wife Willow. I smiled and asked, "To what do we owe the pleasure of having so many of our friends here so early after the great day yesterday?" Adam says "Wow; we are glad you got up. We are having a rather unexpected breakfast." It seems the Governor General of Canada and The President of The United States, as well as several Governors and Premiers had all stayed the night in the cottages. Many had to sort of double up; they all had separate bedrooms but had to share cottages which was a first for a lot of them. Willow told us, "There are several of our boys and girls busy preparing the main dining room to feed them all a sit-down breakfast. We really do not know yet many we are going to feed, but we will handle it, don't worry; but it would probably be best if His Lordship and his partner were a little more dressed." Steve took my baby, Russ took Rick's and Willow took the last one from a nurse. We went back upstairs, took a quick shower and dressed, but not anything fancy, just our regular clothes. Well everyone showed up for breakfast and left, everyone thanking us for a great time. The President and The Governor General both stating how much they had learned of Indian culture and how relaxed and welcome they had felt since the minute they had arrived. We were also thanked for the kindness we had shown to all the protection staff and extra police etc. that comes with them. We laughed and said, "You are all welcome any time. By the next time you visit we hope to have the Hotel built and open." This prompted them to ask to see our plans. They were amazed and said, "Let us know when the Grand Opening will be and we will be glad to attend." It seemed like the last guest had just left when the new guys from Denver started to show up. Steve, Matt and Russ had been busy and mowed a large grass runway for the small planes that will be here from now on along with the small fixed wing plane we had in Calgary and of course we also had the two helicopters. The only plane that could not land here was the jet. Steve and the rest of the pilots were discussing the plan of attack as they called it. The first thing we have to do is get buildings built to house the planes and the helicopters and an area large enough to be able to do the maintenance and make repairs to them as needed. All these building should be able to keep the planes warm, and some areas should have proper heat so a mechanic can work on them in the middle of winter. All should have proper drainage and concrete floors. Rick said he liked the butler buildings he had seen at the airport in Calgary where we stored the planes now. He went on to say they were all insulated and was amazed with the doors that folded in half and rose up into the ceiling area of the building. Steve and Matt agreed they were the top of the line for aircraft storage. We told them to get going and order enough of these building to hold all the current planes and three extra ones that we could rent out to guests who might fly in for a visit, and get two large enough to be able to house the jet. "Find Cody and let him know the size of the concrete pads and footings you will need, and make sure they all have the necessary utilities run to them." Russ and Aaron said, "With a little help from the ranch hands and a few Indian braves we could put the buildings up ourselves." Our two planes form the Denver area were in Calgary at the airport for now, the semi and flat bed that had carried all the tools and equipment was being unloaded in one of the barns for now and the ranch hands with Jordyn's Uncle Tom's furniture and household items would be here tomorrow. We asked the driver of the flatbed if he could go into Calgary and bring back some building supplies for us, after he had rested and eaten of course. He was more than happy to do so as he thought he would have just dead headed back (gone back empty). This would help offset that wasted mileage. Tony (the office manager) and William (the computer wiz) came down from the office, talked briefly with Rick and me and then proceeded to pass out credit/debit cards to all present. They explained that each card had a credit limit of one million dollars which can be increased when needed by just calling the office. He also stated that all of the regular employees would be issued a card with a max of $5,000.00. Several made comments that they thought that was going overboard. I told them, "If I can trust a person to get on one of my tractors or any of the farm equipment and take it 20 some miles to a different section of the property, I should be able to trust them with their credit card. That equipment is worth much more. I also feel if we have an employee in Calgary buying something and we think of additional products we need he can just use his card. We can also use any and all cards as a direct deposit of your weekly checks." Jordyn and Uncle Tom wanted us go with them to look at what we would need to do for the hydropower plant. We went with them and Tom explained that the falls were approximately 30 feet tall and roughly 60 feet wide; the Snye-Bora River had more than enough flow to handle a good medium sized hydro plant. They would have to build a temporary channel for the water to flow into then temporarily dam off the river upstream of the proposed plant, build the power plant and then remove the temporary dam to allow the water to flow in its normal pattern. He also suggested that any and all lines be underground so as to not ruin the atmosphere of the area with poles and overhead wires. He also stated that while putting them in they could all be enclosed in a conduit which could hold the electric and the other utilities such as gas, phone, and cable. All of the main connections could be built into the plant itself and trunk lines run out of the plant and into feeder lines to the individual lines to the cottages, barns or whatever. The total cost of the dams the hydro-power plant and the lines would be roughly 65 million dollars. We shook hands and told him to start as soon as possible and we would let the office guys know that they had been given clearance. Jordyn gave us a hug and kiss and said he had never seen his Uncle so happy and vibrant, that he was acting twenty years younger. "He never dreamed he would build his own plant and then be able to run it. He is thrilled that he is going to be close to me again as he has no other relatives but me." Jordyn also wondered if they could build their cottage right by the plant and have it large enough to house his Uncle, him and have a couple extra bedrooms for the guys that might be on duty running the plant. We all agreed to that good idea. Uncle Tom stated he knew of lots of guys that normally build these types of plants that were unemployed right now and wondered if we could possible use any of them. I asked him if they could get this plant built in two years time and he assured me there should be no problem. I told him to hire them; do whatever you have to do to get the plant up and running as soon as possible. I also told him I loved the idea of all the utilities being underground. We also had looked and found that the gas wells on the property were more than capable of running everything for 40 to 50 years before we would have to tap into one or more of the 100 or so other pockets of natural gas we have on the property. With the cable tower and antenna at the power plant everything: cottages, the future hotel, the current house and all buildings, will also be able to have cable, electricity, natural gas and phone service. I asked Uncle Tom and Jordyn to make themselves a note that all of the cottages or any of the smaller buildings should have enough current to be able to run all the normal electric appliances as well as air conditioners. The air conditioners in the cottages could be hidden so it would still look like the visitors were roughing it. After we left the hydro-power site Rick and I just went for a ride on one of the ATV's. We didn't really follow any set path nor did we have any destination in mind, just wanted to get away for a little while. We both had our cell phones, which had GPS chips incase we got lost or needed help right away. We found a small meadow which was covered with small flowers of every color; it was just breath taking. We took a blanket off the ATV, laid it out and got undressed, then Rick and I had sex. It wasn't the loving and gentle sweet 'I love you,' but hard hot sex. Rick fucked me hard and heavy and then I turned the table and fucked him. He was just as surprised as I was when he came the second time while I was fucking him. We both collapsed and held each other close, our arms wrapped tightly around each other. Just kissing and holding each other we drifted off to sleep for an hour. We were awakened by the noise of a second ATV so we got dressed and saw Steve and Matt (the pilots) moving on the other side of the meadow. We smiled at each other and headed back to the house, leaving them to enjoy the meadow as much as we did. We did take note of its location, entered it in our GPS systems, for two reasons. One so we could find it again quickly and two to pinpoint it back in the office to make sure it was not destroyed. Again thanks to Bill H. for the help...
