Warnings and Disclaimers: Please see chapter 1 *** It had been exactly two weeks since JD had seen Lance. He was in L.A. auditioning for a film and then back to the studio to start recording his latest album. He even wrote a song for JD and was dedicating he re-recording of Bill Wither's "Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone" to him. Lance had thought about slipping in the word he instead as their private joke. JD thought it was a sweet gesture, but didn't want to draw unnecessary attention to their relationship so early in the game. Reason won out and Lance agreed to 'sing it straight.' JD had interviewed and hired an administrative assistant to help him manage his growing business. Liana discreetly handled the numerous calls Lance made to the office and never questioned the friendship. It was Friday afternoon when the older woman walked into his office with the reports he had given her and a brown envelope marked via messenger "What's this?" "Not sure", she smiled, "it just came a few minutes ago." JD opened the envelope. He noticed that Liana was lingering by the doorway with a huge grin on her face. JD looked suspiciously at her and then back at the envelope. There inside was a round trip ticket to Mississippi. "He wants you to meet him at this address", Liana volunteered, handing him an additional sheet of paper, which contained a Yahoo road map, and driving directions. JD was grinning from ear to ear. "You knew about this?" "I arranged the tickets for him. He didn't trust anybody else to do it." She turned to leave her boss's office. "By the way", she called over her shoulder, "you have about an hour and a half before your flight leaves. The car rental information is in there as well and I picked up a few things you might need for your trip." JD laughed out loud. Throwing the reports into his briefcase he grabbed his laptop and stopped by his assistant's desk. There in leather garment bag was a pair of jeans, some shirts, and a few toiletries. On his way to the airport he checked his credit car balances by cell phone. The flight was uneventful and he vowed to give Liana a raise when he got back. She rented him a nice black sports car, with black leather interior. He drove the winding roads of Oxford, Mississippi, passing Ole Miss along the way and finally arriving at the address listed and was absolutely shocked, when he pulled into the driveway of what looked like a mansion. He turned in and security buzzed him through. What he assumed was a valet took his parked car as he walked dazed up the eight white marble steps lined on each side by alabaster planters filled with beautiful greenery. A wrought iron fence separated the main walkway from the steps. He walked to the columned doorway and was about to knock, when he beloved opened the door wearing a white muslin shirt opened down to his navel and Khaki pants rolled up around the ankle. "Welcome", he smiled, pulling JD in by the collar and planting a sloppy kiss on his lips. "Wow", JD replied. "Was that a wow for the kiss or the house?" Lance laughed. His emerald eyes sparkled as he took in the sight of his lover. "Both, I think." JD stumbled behind Lance as he called for a servant to take his bags. He followed awestruck as Lance took him on a tour of the house. "It has eight bedrooms, and nine bathrooms", Lance began, "Let's see how many we can use this weekend", he finished with a glint of mischief in his eyes." The rooms were spacious with chandelier throughout. French doors led to many of the rooms including the game room, library and living room. The ceilings were tall and the floors hardwood. Winding stairways with custom trim led to the bedrooms and the Master suite where Lance said they'd be spending most of their time. There were so many balconies and porches that JD lost count. One overlooked an Olympic sized pool. JD's hoped that he and his lover could spend quality time there. "We're close to the University of Mississippi", Lance stated, bringing JD's thoughts back to the present. "The place has three kitchens, but we'll be using the one off the Master suite. I plan to spoil you this weekend." With that Lance turned and drew the brunette into his arms and kissed him deeply. "Hmm, you've been working out", Lance moaned, running his hands over the muscular chest and back of the slightly older man. "Do you like?" JD whispered against his lips. "Always did", Lance kissed back. He backed JD into one of the walk in closets and pressed him up against the wall. His hands flew over JD's body, touching, unbuttoning and groping all at the same time. "Missed you", he moaned into the brunette's mouth. "Mmm. Missed you too." As Lance and his lover slid down the wall to the closet floor, JD wondered if this counted as one of the rooms Lance was talking about earlier. *** The weekend had gone better than Lance anticipated. JD was becoming increasingly aggressive as a lover. They had explored almost every room of the mansion save the kitchen. JD had promised a special breakfast Sunday morning with the suggestive wiggle of an eyebrow. Lance could hardly sleep that night despite a vigorous romp in the bedroom with his lover. He woke in the middle of the night to find JD's head nestled on his belly, hand still clutching his soft and quickly becoming harder penis. Lance extracted himself from his lover and dragged his body to the bathroom. He headed downstairs after to grab a bottle of water before returning to bed. As he crossed the hallway heading back for the stairs, he noticed a pair of headlights turning in towards the front gate. The gate phone rang and he answered it warily. "Hey Lance, how come you didn't invite us to your new digs?" Lance smiled as he recognized the voice of his old friend Justin Timberlake. "Do you know what time it is?" Lance tried to sound as stern as possible. In the background he heard the voice of JC shouting "If we were from MTV cribs you would have let us in already." Lance chuckled and buzzed the rowdy group in. When they finally reached the front door he was surprised to find the whole group standing before him. Joey looked Lance up and down before speaking. "We're you in the middle of someone?" 'Shit', Lance thought. 'How was JD going to handle the arrival of his best friends.'? "You're just jealous it's not you", Lance teased, closing his robe. "The weekend isn't over yet", Chris smirked. Lance closed the door and shook his head. 'This is going to be a long day', he thought. "Listen guys, my guest is sleeping and he's kind of shy...." "No problem", Justin said smugly, "We like them shy." Lance though about how hard it had been to get JD to trust him enough to make love to him. He didn't need his friends literally screwing that up. In the past the tight knit group had shared lovers, but JD was special to Lance. He wouldn't ask him to do anything he wasn't ready for. If Lance were perfectly honest with himself, he had no intention of sharing JD with anyone. Lance finally got the motley bunch settled into the suite of guest rooms on the north side of the house. He planned on having breakfast with JD in his private suite of rooms and then telling him about their houseguests. JD tiptoed out of the room and into the bathroom, being careful not to wake his lover. He took a quick shower and wrapped the thick terry cloth robe hanging from the door hook around him. He stepped carefully back into the room and extracted a small shopping bag from his garment bag. He smiled as he remembered the strange look the clerk's face at the costume shop as he made his purchase. It was an impromptu purchase, but he had wanted to surprise Lance as a way of thanking him for the invitation. Lance stirred slightly, turning over and reaching for JD. The brunette stilled, holding his breath and praying the singer wouldn't waken until he had a chance to put his plan in motion. Lance settled back into his sleep and JD slipped out the room and down the stairs to the main kitchen. First he rummaged through the fridge and the cupboards gathering everything he needed. He prepared a breakfast of Belgian waffles with whip cream and strawberries, orange juice and coffee. Placing the meal on the tray he retrieved from the cabinets, he stripped and put on the frilly French maids apron and high-heeled slippers he'd purchased. Satisfied that his love would be pleasantly surprised he ascended up the stairs carefully balancing the tray wearing only his costume and a smile. Justin, Chris, Joey and JC snuck down the hallway to the master bedroom hoping to catch the lovers in the act. They leapt on the startling Lance out a wonderful dream about JD. After some roughhousing Lance realized the JD wasn't there. "Okay guys, where is JD." "I'm right here", JC replied. "I said JD not JC", Lance replied, batting Justin's errant hand from underneath the covers. "I think it's interesting you chose a guy whose name is similar to mine. Do you ever call my name accidentally?" "Never", Lance smirked. Now get out of my room so I can get dressed." "We've seen it all before love", Joey teased, straddling the singers legs. "I'm serious", Lance said as sternly as possible. "And move your hand Justin before I cut it off." "Okay guys that's enough", Chris ordered. "Let's go downstairs and leave the two lovebirds alone." JC was about to open the door, as Lance continued to untangle himself from Justin and Joey. Just then the door swung open and there stood JD in all his glory. The five just stared at the brunette as he stood mouth agape holding a serving tray and desperately wishing for his bathrobe.
