Date: Sun, 30 Jan 2000 02:01:42 GMT From: Jason Subject: Justin and Jason-14 Justin and Jason-14 This is fiction and isn't meant to mean anything about anyone in it. If you're too young or offended then please refrain from reading any further. Thank you. I was rushed out of the room and through a set of double doors. The guys didn't know what to think. Finally Chris spoke. "Oh my god, we killed him," Chris said. "We didn't kill em, he'll be fine." JC said to Chris. "Whose gonna tell Justin?" Lance said worried. "I will," JC said leaving to go to Justin's house. When JC got to the house the cops had left. He went up to the door and knocked and there was no answer. He called the Justin's cell phone and Justin told him about the detective and the questions he had been asked and JC said he would be right over. JC arrived at Lynn's house and Justin was waiting out front for him. "Justin, how ya doing?" JC asked. "Ok, I wish I knew what to do about Jason though." Justin stated leading JC into his mom's house. "Ah, Justin about Jas," JC started and when he heard my name he pivoted around on one foot and stood there waiting for the worse possible news, "Justin, we were talking in his room about that Troy guy and he woke up and heard us. He got mad and then passed out." "Is he...." Justin couldn't finish the sentence. "I don't know," was JC could say at that point. "You were talking about one of his friends in front of him," Justin said without belief that the guys would be so stupid. "He was asleep at first, he must have woken up," JC said in defense. "You couldn't have waited until you were outside of his room." Justin said as a retort to JC simple defense. "I know, we should have, but we didn't. Look Justin I am sorry. We weren't thinking about him waking up." JC said apologizing for the stupidity of the group. "It's ok, you said it your self, you weren't' thinking." Justin said accepting JC's apology. "Let's go." Justin again climbed into JC's jeep and made tracks for the hospital. When he got there I was in an intensive care unit and was allowed no visitors, accept family. Troy came running into the waiting room, grabbed Chris by the collar, and lifted him off the couch. Once he was standing, he hauled off and hit him right in the check. The rest of the guys came to Chris's defense quickly as well as a few of the male nurses. "What the hell did you do that for?" Joey yelled at Troy. "You talk about me behind my back, you got a problem with me; you come see me. If Jas don't make it out of here, neither will you." Troy said as he walked over to the desk and said he was my brother and walked through the doors and into my room. Troy stood there and watched me lying there resting. He was there for a good while. Zack heard about what happened and came into my room also saying he was family. The two took chairs and talked about what they were gonna do if I were to die. Around ten o'clock the doctor came in to see how I was doing and if there had been any improvement. "Well doc, what's the word?" Troy asked the doctor. "There is no improvement yet, but it is still early." The doctor said as he left. "Troy, I was out with the guys for about a half hour before I came in here. Did you hit Chris?" Zack asked. "Yeah, and he deserved it." Troy said without remorse. "Another thing I learned out there was about a detective Rhodes asking some pretty embarrassing questions about Jason and Justin." Zack said informing Troy of possible problems. "Really, well have to do something about that. Zack, I gotta get back to work. You gonna stay here with Jas for awhile?" "Yeah, I'll stay with him." Zack confirmed "You think Jas would find a boyfriend with better company," Troy said putting his coat on. "How did you know, did Jas tell you about him and Justin?" Zack asked surprised. "He didn't have to. You forget Zack, my business is finding out secrets and shit of that nature." Troy said triumphantly. "Are you leaving town with the guys anytime soon?" "Yeah, they have a video shoot to be at. I gotta haul the entire camera and sound and all that equipment. I don't know how long I'll be gone." Zack answered "When?" Troy asked. "A few days," Zack answered. "Ok, let me know when your leaving" Troy said as he left my room and walked out of the Intensive Care ward and right past the guys. He was thinking of trying to get another shot in, but they would be expecting it, so he didn't. After a few days the doctor said I was improving and if anyone wanted to come see me, it would be all right. The only thing was that not everyone could go in at the same time. So Justin and JC went first. They entered the room and stared at me lying on the bed. They just looked at me for what seemed like five minutes, but was actually a half-hour. Then the rest of the guys went in for a few minutes and came back out. Justin wasn't going to cry he knew that I didn't want him crying on my account. So he held it in as long as he could. Troy arrived at a warehouse that looked real run down. He walked inside and was greeted by two big, huge guys wearing black suits. The three walked back to the old office area and meet up with three other guys also in suits. The one guy that was obviously the boss stood up from his chair and greeted Troy. "Troy, good to see ya, how are things going?" The guy asked. "Good, I am getting closer and soon I will have enough evidence to arrest him." Troy said "Joe, I hope you know that I don't like arresting Jason, we've been friends forever." "Troy, your friend has run guns and that is a felony. That puts you, the law, and him, the criminal, on opposite sides." Joe said. "Ok, but you tell that turkey that broke into that house that he was only suppose to get Jas to call me, not kill him. If he dies, so help me..." Troy said "Don't worry about Kurt, we've taken care of that mistake. I knew he was too violent for the task." Joe remarked. "You didn't kill him, I have to take him to Jas." Troy said. "No, he's right here, downstairs. We'll keep him alive long enough for you to take him to Jas." Joe informed Troy. "Ok, then after I return him to you, I can go arrest Jason for running guns and any assault charges on Kurt." Troy said. "Exactly, you're getting pretty good at this Troy." Joe smiled. "Hey, I had a good teacher," Troy said as the two men stood up and hugged. "I gotta go and keep up the act, I'll see ya." "Ok, report back here in a week with anymore news." "Oh, one more thing, there is a detective in the Orlando police department, a Detective Rhodes. He's been asking some embarrassing questions about Jason and his new friend Justin. Would you send some guys over and make sure that what ever he know, he forgets it." Troy said as he turned around to leave. "Sure thing," Joe confirmed as Troy left. Troy went back to his hotel room and went over some of the evidence he had already gathered. He ordered some food and continued to study his newly acquired information and then he went to sleep. Justin, on the other hand, couldn't sleep. He tossed and turned all night until he finally decided to go downstairs and watch some TV. Around four in the morning Lynn came down. "Justin, what are you doing up?" Lynn asked. "I couldn't sleep. Mom, what if he dies." Justin asked. Lynn could see he was really worried. "Ooh, sweetie, Jason won't die. He was wake and doing great remember. This is just a complication the doctor was talking about. He'll pull through and be just fine. Just you wait and see." Lynn said trying to get her baby to calm down. She herself wasn't sure what to do, but she didn't want to upset Justin anymore than he all ready was. "Thanks mom," Justin said as he hugged her and went upstairs to get some sleep. The next day, Justin meet up with the rest of the guys at the studio and took off to the site where they were going to shoot the video. Zack left early that morning and would be there all set up by the time they got there. Zack had left Troy a message on the voice mail of his cell phone that he was leaving. Troy got the message and decided to go to my house to see if he could find anything that he could use against me. The guys and Zack would be gone for at least a week, So troy had plenty of time to go through Justin's and my house for any evidence or clues to where some evidence might be hide. He searched all morning and found a few things, so he decided to see me at the hospital. He arrived at the hospital and I still hadn't woken up yet. "Doctor, when is Jason gonna wake up?" Troy asked "We'll Jason has improved remarkably in the past few days, but I still can't be sure." the doctors said as he left. Troy sat in a chair in the corner and thought about what he was gonna do when and if I woke up. He almost had what he needed. He sat there contemplating his strategy and what steps he should take. He would come in everyday and sit with me for awhile hoping I would wake up. A week went by and he returned to see his boss and give him an update. Then he came back to see me and was about to leave when I stopped him. "I can't believe they still let you in here," I said jokingly. "Jason, you're awake, that's wonderful." Troy said with a huge smile on his face. "It would seem so," I said. "Get the doc, I am tired of laying in this damn bed." "Jas, I don't think you should be getting up." Troy said concerned. "I ain't paying you to think, get the doc." I repeated. Troy went for the doctor and he said what Troy said, I shouldn't be getting up. "Doc, I've been laying on my back for about a month, I am gonna stand up, go into that bathroom and shave. Then I am gonna change and go home. I'm tired of seeing five hundred pound nurses and doctors." I said getting pissed. "Ok, ok. Just don't get your blood pressure up, that's what kept you here in the first place." The doctor said. The doctor got a nurse to help him with all the shit they had me pulled into and got my clothes out of storage. Then I had to sign some papers releasing the hospital of all liability. "Troy, take me home." I said to Troy "I can't wait to see Justin" "Jas, all the guys are filming a music video on location somewhere, but they'll be back in a week." Troy said. "I do have some good news." "What," I asked as he helped me climb into his dodge truck. "That guy you wanted me to find. His name is Kurt Sanders. And I have found him." Troy said. "Do you want me to arrange a place where you can meat the guy that tried to kill you." "No, I don't care what you do with him right now. I don't want to think about that right now. What else has been going on?" I asked my friend. "Nothing, but you boyfriend has been worried sick about you," Troy's last statement made me freeze. "What, you think I would figure it out." "How did you, did Zack tell ya," I asked. "Nope, Zack didn't tell me. Nobody did. It wasn't that hard to figure out. The first time I walked into the hospital room. I saw the distance everyone had from you. That is everyone but that handsome one sitting on the edge of the bed." Troy said. " Justin," I said as we continued down the road. "Jas, I ain't mad at you for not telling me you were gay." Troy said and I smiled. "Thanks Troy. You really are a good friend. I could tell you anything." I said as Troy smiled. "Speaking about anything. I remember one time when you disappeared for about a week when you lived back home. You wouldn't tell anyone then, but will you tell me now, where did you go?" Troy asked. He already knew that was the week I drove from Miami Fl to Pittsburgh PA. "I got a job driving a load from Miami to Pittsburgh." I answered. "Why?" "No reason, I was just curious," Troy answered. "Curious about what happened six months ago?" I asked. "Yeah, just curious," Troy said, "That's all right ain't" "I don't know about you Troy," I said shaking my head. I couldn't figure out why Troy wanted to know about what happened six months ago, but I just dismissed it. We arrived at the house and I went inside to find just about everything ruined. "What the hell happened?" I asked. "I don't know, but calm down. Remember what happened last time you got pissed." Troy said reminding me of what happened. "I'll betch ya the cops ripped this place apart. Oh, that reminds me. Zack told me about a Detective Rhodes that was asking Justin some unnecessary questions, so I took care of that too. No charge." "Thanks, I'll get you the rest when I get it." I told him. "Don't worry about, whenever." Troy said. "Right now, let's get this place cleaned up." Troy and I proceeded to clean the house and make it somewhat presentable. When we were done. Troy called Zack's cell phone and told him that I was awake and home. When that got across, everybody and their sister wanted the damn phone. I talked to Zack for a few minutes and then to Justin for god knows how long. I talked to JC for a while and then Chris wanted to apologize for what he said. And Lance wanted to ask me how I was and shit like that. Joey just said hello and get well soon. Then I talked to Justin again and he wanted me to come out and see him. I told him that I just got out of the hospital and didn't think that was a good idea. He was disappointed, but there was nothing I could do about that. It was about five o'clock, so Troy decided to make us supper. I didn't even know he could cook, but he did and made some great T-bone steak. "Man Troy, that's good shit," I said wiping my mouth. "Thanks, I think." He said as we both laughed. "We'll it's getting late, I better leave." "Where are you staying?" I asked. "A motel," He answered. "Nonsense, you can stay here," I said. "No, I don't think I made a good impression on your friends and it would be chaos around here, so I'll just stay there." He protested. "Ok, your money." I said as I started to climb up the stairs. "I'll see ya later." "Bye Jas." Troy said as he closed the door. I climbed up the stairs and went into the bedroom and got changed for bed. It was so nice to sleep in my own bed for once. I drifted off to sleep with dreams of ideas of Justin in my head. I woke up the next morning and got around. I still had patches covering where I got hit with the shotgun. 'I look like shit' I thought to myself. I spent the day cleaning up and little shit like that. I decided to call Tom and see what he was doing. I was told that he was really busy and that the best thing to do was leave him a message, so that's what I did. About ten seconds after I hung up the phone, it rang again. "Hello," I asked "Jason, It's Tom, how are you feeling?" Tom asked concerned. "Fine, I thought that you were too busy to be bothered," I asked confused. "That's just for people that call and want us to record their songs and stupid stuff like that." Tom said. "Oh, Ok. So how's Zack working out?" I asked "Great, he arrived on time the first day. Unlike someone else I know." Tom said implying me. "All right, don't rub it in. How have things been going?" I asked "Haven't had any problems, except you of course," Tom said. "Well you can stop worrying about my health, I am gonna be fine." I said. "Your health, I wasn't worried about that. The guys weren't doing there best for the video because they were worried about you. That's what I was concerned about." Tom said as he chuckled. "You smartass, If you weren't my boss." I said. "When will be able to come back to work?" Tom asked. "I don't know, I'll have to find a doctor and ask him. Remember I don't have a family doctor anymore." I said. "Well, the company has a doctor that everyone goes to, I'll call him and he can go over and take a look at you." Tom said. "Ok, what ever you think is best." I said. "All right, he'll be over sometime this afternoon, ok." Tom asked. "Yeah, bye." I said as I hung up the phone. The rest of the time I spent lying around and doing pretty much nothing. I got a bunch of roses with a card that was from Justin that said how much he was glad that I was ok, how much he missed me and that he loved me. I got a call from him and thanked him and told him how much I loved and missed him. We talked for as long as he could. We would've talked longer, but he had to get back to work. Then the doctor came by and told me that it would still be awhile before I could get back to work. "Well, I give it a few more weeks and then I'll be back to see how you're doing." The company doctor said. "Thanks Doctor...." I left it open so he could tell me his name. "Everyone just calls me Doc, you can too." Doc said. "Well, thanks Doc." I said. "See you in two weeks," He said and was out the door. By this time it was around supper and I was about to order out when Troy walked in. "Hey Troy, I was just about to order supper, you want anything." I asked. "No way are you gonna order supper. I'll make ya something. What do you want?" Troy asked. "Whatever we got in the kitchen. I don't even know what is around here anymore." I said as he walked into the kitchen. "I'll think of something." He said. "So, where've you been all day?" I asked. "No where, just doing a little follow up work on our friend Kurt," Troy said. "Justin thinks I should forget about him and let it be," I said. "Well, it's your call," Troy said. "What do you think," I asked. "Jas, what I think don't matter," He said as he searched the kitchen for any food. "Well, what would you do?" I asked. "Personally, I would make him suffer, but that's just me. What you do is entirely up to you." He said as he started pouring stuff into a pot. "I hate to have you find him and then not do anything," I stated. "If you don't do anything, I won't charge you," he said. "I can't let you do that," I said "you did all that work and I can't just forget about paying you for that." "That's ok, I got to see some old friends that I haven't seen in a while, that makes it worth it." "Are you sure," I asked not really knowing what to do. "Jas, don't let the thought of the money even slightly affect your decision, Ok." He said as he stopped cooking and looked at me to make sure I knew what he was saying. "Thanks," I said. I went back into the den and watched some more TV. I was still watching TV when Troy brought supper in. He made soup, really good soup. I was just finishing supper when the phone rang. "Hello," I said. "Jas, its Justin." Justin said. "Hey sweets, what's up." I asked. "Sweets?" Justin asked. "Hey, give me a break will ya," I said smiling. "Whatever you say sugar plum," he said. "Now whose being ridiculous," I asked. About this time Troy waved his hand good bye. "Later man, thanks for stopping," I said as he left the den, "Whose that?" Justin asked. "That was Troy," I answered. "Ohh," was Justin's only reply. "What's wrong with Troy?" I asked "I don't trust him, he hit Chris," He remarked. "Really he did, well he probably had a good reason. Troy doesn't go around hitting people just for the hell of it," I said to Justin. "Well, he must have thought he had a good reason," Justin said. "You know that detective that was asking questions about you and me," I asked. "What of em," Justin answered. "Troy took care of him for us," I said. "And how much did that cost us," He asked. He seemed to be getting pissed. "Don't get mad Justin. All it will do is get me mad and then I'll be right back in the hospital. That's why I past out the first time." I said. "Really, I'm sorry." He said "hey, guess what," "What," I asked. "We are way ahead of schedule here, so we'll be home a few days early." He said. "Really, that's good. I have missed not having you around. I've been here all day alone. I called Tom this morning and he sent Doc over to have a look at me," I said. "Good, Doc is a pretty nice guy and a good doctor too." He replied. "I got a bunch of roses from a certain young man that I adore. After that I was fortunate enough to talk with that guy for a few minutes. Then Doc came over and looked at me and I was about to order some food when Troy came in and made me some of his wonderful chicken soup." I said laying out what I did all day. "You do anything exciting today." "Not really, we've been working on our new video. Zack came with us to lunch. He seems to be a really nice guy." Justin said. "Zack, he's a hell of a nice guy, just don't be getting any idea's, alright." I said. "Idea's about Zack. No, I don't think so. He's cute, but you're the one I am stuck with." Justin said. "Same goes here Justin. You can say what you want, but as long as I get what I want, I ain't gonna complain." I said. "Oh really, and what is it that you want?" He asked. "Nothing much, just that nice sexy ass of yours. That's all," I said. "Well, keep it up and you're gonna lose out all around," He said. "You think so huh." I said. "I know so." He remarked. "Well, that just shows how little you really know," I said and laughed. "Huh, whatever. It is getting late and I gotta get up early, so I'll call you tomorrow." He said. "Ok, I love you Justin," I said. "I love you too, and I am so glad you're alright." Justin said. "Me too, good bye," I said and he said his and I hung up the phone. Now it was about ten thirty so I decided to take a nice hot shower and get some rest. Again I went to bad think how lucky I was to survive the attack and have a boyfriend as loving as Justin. I had it made. I spent the next few days doing nothing. Troy would come over every night and make me lunch and supper. He would call every couple hours to see if I needed anything. Then the day came that Justin was due back. I was so excited, I could hardly contain myself. Troy drove me to the studio to see him when their bus arrived. They were due back at one and it was one thirty. "Where the hell are they?" I asked Troy. "Don't worry, they'll be here," He said trying to bestow any confidence he could in me. Then the bus turned the corner and I could see Justin standing by the door waiting for it to open. When it did he came trucking out of that bus and straight at me. I held out my arms and he gave me a huge hug and held me so tight, I didn't even know he was that strong. I held him for all he was worth too. "Jason, I have missed you so much," Justin said as he continued to hug me. I looked up and saw the rest of the guys carrying Justin's stuff of he bus. "Justin, let's help the guys with your stuff." I said letting him go. We walked over and I shook JC's hand. "What, don't I get a hug?" JC asked sounding disappointed. So I pulled him in and gave him a hug, then I hugged the rest of the guys. We were walking toward Troy's truck when Troy finally said something. "Chris, I'm sorry I hit you. I was mad and looking for someone to take it out on." Troy said to Chris as he held out his hand to shake Chris's "It's ok. I probably would've done the same if I was in your shoes." Chris said accepting Troy's apology. With that we piled all of the guys' stuff in the back under Troy's bed cover and took to everyone's individual houses. Then Justin and I came to our house. I opened the door and let Justin in and he was surprise that the house was so clean. "Jason, I can't believe the house is this clean," Justin said in amazement. "Well, when cleaning is the only thing you can do, ya know" I said. Justin walked over to me and put his arms on my shoulders and around the back of my neck and I put mine around his waist. "Jason, I was so worried about you. I was afraid you were gonna die." Justin said looking at me with those eyes that I have learned to love. "Justin, I won't ever leave you. And I am ever dragged away, be sure I'll be back." I said as we began to kiss. This kiss made up for all the time we were apart and any differences we had. We just stood there and kissed for god knows how long. Then Justin led me up the stairs to our bedroom. He walked into the door with my hand in his and led me to the front of the bed and kissed me again. He started to take off my shirt and saw the bandages. He looked up at then back and me down. "Justin, if the bandages bother you," I said. "No, no the don't. I just wasn't expecting them." He said. "They won't be there forever, Just a few more weeks." I said looking at Justin to see what reaction he was gonna have if any. He finished taking my shirt off and then started to take him own shirt off, I stopped him and did it myself. When we were both shirtless, we again kissed and let our hands roam each other's bodies. I could tell Justin wasn't real crazy about the bandages, but they would be there forever. I let my hands caress his smooth and strong back and let me hands drop and drift around to the front of his pants and undo his button and unzip the fly. his pants dropped and he stood there with his pants around his ankles and standing there in his boxers. He broke the kiss and looked down at himself and then at me. He looked me in the eye and grinned. He started to unbutton my pants and unzip my fly and guide my pants down around my ankles. I sat down on the bed and he lifted my legs and took off the pants and my socks. Then he stood up and sat down next to me on the bed and kissed me again. After a few minutes I got down and took off his pants and his socks. Now we were both in our underwear. I crawled up the bed and next to Justin who had scooted up off the foot of the bed. I laid there next to him and we laid on our side looking at each other. "Justin, I know you aren't crazy about the bandages. I know it is a weird sounding reason. But if you are uncomfortable with these bandages, tell me. This is a mutual thing. We don't have to if either of us don't want to for any reason." I said looking at him. "We haven't seen each other for two weeks, and haven't had sex for over a month. I thought you would want to." Justin said. "I do, but not if you don't. I've waited a month, I can wait a while longer. Besides, you're much better when you want to anyway." I said trying to lighten the mood. Justin smiled and gave me a kiss on the check. "You are something else, you know that." Justin said with a smile. "I am glad you think so." I said. I reached over on the nightstand and grabbed the remote and turned on the TV. I gave him the remote and Justin flipped through the channels and turned the TV off and got up. "Where you going?" I asked. "I am gonna go shower and get some supper." Justin replied. I watched him walk out of the door in his boxers and turn around "you coming or what." "I didn't know you wanted company," I said as I lay there with a smile. He walked over to my side of the bad and kissed me square on the lips. "Of course I want company, I've been talking solo showers for over a month. I think it is time I had a copilot." Justin said. "Make sure seats and tray tables are in their upright position" I said as I jumped off the bed. TBC. Well all is right for now. As always thank you for reading and thanks to those of you that sent me mail about the story. If you have any questions or comments, mail me at roczilla@hotmail.com Thanks again.
