Just to catch you up a little, in case you didn't read Part 5, in the last story Austin was sent to a boarding school in Lugano, Switzerland, and Josh's appendix ruptured. Also, as a reminder, Jayson does not really have a son named Austin, and Josh's appendix really did rupture last summer, but he's okay now. And now, on with the story.

With that, all of the guys get up, and follow Dr. Harburg to ICU2, and they all go in. Josh lays in the bed, hooked up to all kinds of equipment.
