Chapter 9 As we got closer to the venue, we started to get quieter. I was so excited; I couldn't wait to see James. It didn't take much longer to arrive. We were immediately passed through security, and brought to an entrance that I had never seen before. There, five huge men, all wearing shirts that said security on them, met us. "Hello, and welcome," said the one in the middle, "I'm Frank, and I'll be the head of your security team. To my right are Joe and Rafael. To my left are Kenny and Dave. We will be escorting you through the venue, and then later tonight we will be strictly with the kids." I walked over to Frank and shook his hand, "thank you. I'm HeathRiley, but you can call me HR. Behind me are my friends Tribora and Terrence; Terrence's fiancée Rachel; my nieces and nephew Kayla, Ben, Stephanie, Jessica, and Madison. Then we have their friends Becky, Sean, Will, Adam and Kris." "I can't guarantee that we'll remember everyone's names, but we can sure try," said Kenny. "No problem," said Terrence. "We are a lot of people, I wouldn't expect you to." We were brought down some long corridors that I have to assume were in the basement, because at one point we started climbing upwards. Eventually we were brought out to the floor. It was weird seeing it set for a concert, but the building seemed empty. We walked to the first couple rows of seats and were asked to sit. Alex, the tour manager came out to greet us. "Hey Alex," I said. "Hey guys, I am so glad you are here. I have some very excited people back stage waiting to meet you." Alex replied. "I have some excited people too," pointing to the ten teenagers bouncing in their seats." Alex turned on his headset and said, "Send them out." I looked at the stage expecting the guys to come out that way. I was kind of confused when I was hugged from behind by more than one person. I turned around and saw my four new friends and boyfriend all trying to hug me at the same time, but allowing James to be closest. That was so nice of them to let me get in an extra long hug without it being suspicious. I then hugged each of the guys individually, whispering 'thanks' in Justin, JC, Chris and Joey's ears and 'I love you' in James'. When James and I broke apart he just smiled. The 'NSCYC guys then went and hugged and said hello to the terror squad. Who in turn introduced the guys to their friends. After they made it over to the other adults to say hello and exchange hugs, Lance addressed the group. "I want to thank all of you for being here this afternoon. In just a short time the guys and I have become great friends with most of you, and hope to enjoy the same friendship with the new people we have met today. Today, you are going to experience something that I hope you will remember for the rest of your lives. Not because you have met 'celebrities,' but because you were able to have fun with friends. Before we have the formal sound check, we are going to play around a bit." Justin continued, "Yup, we know that HR and the Lindsay group know all our songs, and we are hoping the rest of you know some, because you are going to be singing with us." "Wicked," said Jessica. For about forty-five minutes we had an impromptu 'NSYNC karaoke session. Then we got to see the guys go through sound check and a very quick run through of some choreography. It was totally amazing to see them get into their performing zone. Afterwards we had some time before we were scheduled for dinner. The guys gave us a tour of their dressing rooms and some other backstage stuff. We ended up in a huge room; they call it the rumpus room. It had a foosball table, a ping-pong table, a television with an XBOX and a computer. Not to mention plenty of couches to sit on. The kids gave the guys their thank you cards. You could just see the amazement the guys from 'NSYNC had, they realized how heartfelt the thank yous were. We were just hanging out, some using the entertainment in the room, others just talking, when James came over to me and said that he needed to talk to me. Everyone except for Rachel and the terror squad's friends knew what was really going on. I got up and followed James to his dressing room. Once we were inside he locked the door, and attacked me with his lips. He kissed me wherever he could reach. I put my hands on his waist and lifted him up. He immediately wrapped arms around my neck and his legs around my waist and started to properly kiss me. I kissed him back slipping my tongue into his mouth. We kissed for what seemed like hours before I had to stop to breathe. "It is so good to see you, I wanted to do that since I saw your cute ass walk up to the staging area," James said, he said sliding off of me and bringing us over to the couch. "God, Jamie. I've missed you. It was so hard to let go when I first had you in my arms." We sat down, side by side. I reached over and put my arm around his shoulder and he leaned into me. "I know, the guys are such geniuses. They came up with the idea for us to all hug you at once." "That was pretty smart. I don't think anyone noticed that shouldn't have." "So what do you want to do, we have some time before we need to get back, the guys said that they would cover for us." "We could talk." "Oh, sure," he said sadly. "Or we could kiss," I said. "That sounds nice," James replied moving in for a kiss, but I pulled back. "Or I could do this." I moved off the couch and sat on my knees in front of James. I slowly started to unbutton his shirt, kissing each spot that became available to me. Once it was undone, I pushed it off his shoulders. I love his smooth chest. I started to nibble on his adam's apple, sucking a little. "Ry, please be careful. Some of my costumes tonight have me bare-chested." I stopped to reply, "I won't leave any noticeable marks, don't worry." I made my way down to his nipples doing the same thing there to make them hard. James started moaning. I then licked around his belly button, and pushed my tongue in it. I could feel how hard he was, straining against his pants. I unbuckled his belt, undid the button and pushed down the zipper. "Ry, this feels so good," James moaned. "Jamie, lift your hips so I can pull down your pants." He moved as I instructed. I pulled his pants and boxers down, spread his legs and leaned in close to nuzzle him. I started to suck just above his pubic hairline. I wanted to mark him as mine, but not get him in trouble by where I left my mark. It didn't take long before there was a nice hickey there. James just kept on moaning louder and louder. "Sweetie, shhh. You're going to get us in trouble." "I can't, it just is so amazing." He panted. "You have to, or I'm going to have to stop." "I'll be good, just keep going." I moved down to lick his balls, and teasing the skin just behind them with my tongue. I then alternated sucking on each of them for a few moments. Saving the best for last, I started sucking on the head of his cock. I then ran my tongue along the ridge and down the underside. I licked it until I had it nice and wet, and then I took an inch into my mouth. I came back up to the head and sucked hard, and then plunged back down two inches. I kept going a little deeper each time, while with one hand I was playing with his nipples and the other was holding his hip. No matter how much I tried, I was unable to get his whole cock in, but that didn't matter. Not much later my love was cumming. He tasted so sweet, like cherries. I swallowed it all and moved back onto the couch to kiss him. He pulled me in close. "Oh my god, Ry. You are wonderful, that was wonderful. I love you so much." "I love you too. I'm glad you enjoyed that as much as I did." "I did, but now I need to take a quick shower, do you want to join me?" "I'd love to, but we both know that if I did, it wouldn't be a quick shower." "Very true." He got up off the couch, kicked his pants off the rest of the way, kissed me on the forehead and started to make his way to the bathroom in his dressing room. "Ry, I'm gonna miss you," he said grinning. "Stop being silly, you'll be in there for just a few minutes." "But I'm still going to miss you while I'm gone." "Just go already, people are going to be suspicious if we're here for much longer." He blew me a kiss and walked into the bathroom. It didn't take him long to wash down and get redressed. We went together back to the rompus room. Knowing smiles were shared by most. Terrence and JC couldn't look at us without laughing. Alex came in and let us know that it was dinner time. We were brought to another area of the Garden where there was a table set up with a buffet and a few long tables set with silverware and cups. It turns out that the buffet was from one of my favorite places, Vinny T's of Boston, a local Italian restaurant chain that I once mentioned to Lance. There were three kinds of salad, minestrone soup, all sorts of appetizers, and entrees including my absolute favorite there Chicken Basilico. Dinner was a fun affair. Not only were we there with the guys, but also all their staff got to eat dinner with us. I was sitting next to a woman from lighting and a guy from wardrobe. It was so interesting to hear all the behind the scenes things that go into a show, from the biggest spotlight to the tiniest piece of glitter on a shirt, everything is so important. After dinner 'NSYNC had a meet and greet with local contest winners that we could not attend. So my group wished them luck and we headed back to the rompus room. Once we were there, Terrence and Tribora took me to loveseat in a corner. It was pretty obvious that they wanted to find out everything that had happened. "So, I haven't talked to you in what seems like days. What's going on with you and Lance, never mind this whole brother thing with you and Terrence?" Tribora asked in a whisper. "Jamie and I are doing real well so far. I love him and he loves me. I only hope that we will be able to figure out how to have a relationship with all the stuff that we have to deal with," I paused and took Terrence's hand in mine. "Now the whole brother thing here is that Terrence and I finally figured out how we feel about each other. We love each other like brothers." Terrence kissed my forehead, and added "HR is the little brother I never had. He helps me to be a better person." "Wow," said Tribora. "You have been busy this week figuring out a lot of emotional stuff." "Yeah, I just have so much love to give; I need to find more people to spread the love to, including you. Come here." Tribora leaned in close and I gave her a light kiss on the lips and a huge hug. She blushed. On the other side of the room Rachel was standing by herself. She knew how close Terrence, Tribora and I were, but I think she was one feeling left out and two a little curious about all the kisses shared. "Hey Rach," I called. "Why don't you come join us? It can't be too much fun hanging out with a bunch of teenagers." "Not nice Uncle Heath," said Madison. "You'll get over it," I said. Rachel came over to talk with the other adults in the room (i.e. us). We started to talk a little about Terrence and Rachel's wedding. Most of which they had already planned, but had been kept a secret. Sort of like they thought they kept their relationship at work. Our hotel has some very strict policies about fraternization amongst employees. In other words, it's not allowed. Most of us get around it some how or other. Terrence had convinced Brian that being at the concert tonight was a work related thing, and that the members of 'NSYNC had specifically requested that the four of us attend. Brian knew the only reason we even had the group was because of my connection, so he had no problem with the idea that I was there. The others he was suspicious of. But no worries. If we get caught being friends, we get caught. The only reason Rachel was changing jobs was because of that stupid rule. We were in the room for about an hour before James and his friends came back. They all wore zip up sweatshirts and basketball shorts, and it looked like they already had their makeup and hair done. "Sorry it took so long," said Joey. "We thought we would be able to get back here before they took us to get all this crap done." "No problem," Rachel said. "We had fun just hanging out." "It's what, about seven now?" Chris asked. I looked at my watch, "five of actually." "Wicked, so we have thirty five minutes to hang out before wardrobe and our pre-concert check." Lance said half heartedly. I could see in his eyes that Lance needed to talk to me, but was afraid that it would be too obvious if we left together again. I whispered to Terrence, "I need a favor." "What's up?" he whispered back. "James needs to talk to me, but I can see he's afraid to single us out again. Can you either try to find out what he wants, or make it so that we can go talk? Please." "Sure little bro." Then reverting to his normal voice, "Hey Lance, I know this isn't the best time, but there are a couple things Brian wanted me to go over with you guys and HR, about extending your stay and security." Lance seeing that this gave him a great way to get us out of the room said, "sure no problem. Let's go to the conference room, my laptop and Palm pilot are there with all our info." I followed after everyone else, wondering what could possibly have gone wrong in an hour. Everything was fine during dinner. Sure, we didn't spend it together to throw off suspicion, but James did not look so hurt and lost then. After I walked through the conference room door, I closed it. "Is this something we can all know, or is it private between the two of us?" I asked James. "I'm comfortable sharing it with Terrence, and the guys already know," he answered. I locked the door behind me and walked over to James and pulled him into my arms. He started to cry. "What's wrong Jamie?" I asked, trying to wipe away the tears. He tried to start speaking, but couldn't. His whole body was trembling with his sobbing. I looked at Justin, "what happened?" He replied, "One of the DJ's from the contest radio station was at the meet and greet. He wasn't supposed to be there. He and Lance have had some problems in the past. This DJ who happens to be gay is convinced that Lance is too. He has a huge thing for Lance and tried many times to get Scoop to admit it during interviews. We had always been able to make a big joke about it, but today was different." Joey continued, "This guy was somehow able to get Lance by himself in the corner of the room, we still aren't sure what happened, but the next thing we knew Lance had made a stupid excuse about having to use the restroom and left." "Guys, can you give us a few minutes, and be on the lookout?" I heard a bunch of sures, and heard the door open and then shut again. I let go of James for just a moment so I could relock the door, he started crying harder. "Jamie, sweetie, look at me." He looked up, the tears flowing from his eyes just made them shinier and more beautiful than ever, but he was totally ruining all his makeup. "Jamie, you have to stop crying, so that you can tell me what happened. You have a show to do in a little while, and you need to calm down before then." The sobbing started to slow. "I," he hiccoughed, "I love you Ry." "I love you too, with all my heart. Can you tell me what happened?" I sat us down in two chairs, and brought them close together, so as we sat our knees touched. I took each of James' hands in mine and held them together on top. He had a blank face as he started to tell me the story. "Everything was going well. The people we got to meet were a lot of fun, much better than most of these meet and greets. Then I realized that Matt was in the room. No one knows this, but Matt and I went to school together. Actually we were good friends in elementary school, but as we got older we started to drift apart. It was at another friend's party that things went really wrong. I was probably about 15 and a bunch of the guys who couldn't hook up with girls decided that a circle jerk was a great idea. I don't know why I went with them, but I figured they were all friends, so I was safe. Matt was to my left, and was working on me while I was jerking off someone else. I was so horny that I came pretty quickly, and Matt decided to clean me up, with his tongue. I became hard again and he blew me. After that he said that I was gay just like him and that we should be boyfriends. I told him that I wasn't gay, that I was just a horny teenager who liked to get my rocks off. He made my life a living hell, until I left to join 'NSYNC. When he got me alone in the corner, he started saying all these sexy things to me, and all I could think about was what you did to me this afternoon. I tried to focus on our love, and not the sensual part of our relationship, but I couldn't help myself. I started to get hard. He noticed, and thought it was because of him. The way he had us angled, he was able to feel me, and rubbed his hand up against my dick. I tried to get away, but I couldn't. He just kept rubbing harder and harder. I don't know how no one saw what was really going on. I wanted to run, but then he squeezed my dick really hard, and twisted it. It hurt so much. He told me that he was going to fuck me and that I should just come out and say that I was gay, that the entire world already suspects it. That made me so mad. I was able to push him away, and run out of the room, saying something about going to the bathroom." "Oh, Jamie, I am so sorry you had to go through that." I threw my arms around him and just held on tight. "What can I do to make things better?" "You're not mad at me?" "Why would I be?" "Because I allowed it to happen." "Jamie, you cannot control other people's actions, nor can you control your own reaction to being stimulated. Of course I am not mad. I just hope that you will be ok." "I hope so too, I just feel like a fool." "Don't feel that way, it's not your fault. Now are you going to be ok enough to go back to makeup and have them fix your face?" "I have to do one more thing before then," and he kissed me, full force with all his pent up emotion releasing through his lips. He smiled and said, "now I'm ready." We got up, unlocked the door and went out into the hallway. The group was still there, one to hold our cover and two to make sure that we were ok. "Guys," I said. "Everything is ok for now. Do me a favor and don't push us to tell you the whole story. It's just too much to go over right now." "We're here if and when you need a shoulder," said Joey. "Both of you." Lance walked over to Joey and gave him a hug. "Thanks Joe." "No problem Lansten," Joey replied hugging him back. "Are you ready to head to makeup? I'll take you over," said Justin. "Yeah, let's go." I watched them walk away in one direction, and the rest of 'NSYNC went in another to go to wardrobe, and Terrence and I went in a third. Terrence put his arm around my shoulder and gave me a squeeze. He held on to me as we made our way back to the others. When we got back Madison came over to me. "Uncle Heath, are you ok?" "Yeah honey, why?" "You look sad. Is Lance ok?" "Lance had a hard time with something, but doesn't want every one to know." "Ok, no problem. I just hope everything works out." Madison hugged me. "Me too, Mads, me too." Our bodyguards came to bring us out to our seats. Frank took Rachel, Tribora, Terrence and I one way, and Joe, Raphael, Kenny and Dave took the ten kids another. The kids had front row seats, while the adults had a luxury box. I really wished that I had the opportunity to check on James, but I knew that I couldn't, he was so busy getting ready. I decided to send him a text message, even if he didn't get it right away, he would know 'thinking about u, hoping ur ok.' It turns out that he must have had his phone with him, because I got a message right back. 'miss u, not ok, but better, c u after show.' The beginning of the concert was amazing. James really put on a good show. I couldn't tell anything was wrong, and people say he's a bad actor. I had so much fun in the luxury box, but I wished that I could have been down with the kids in the front row. I could see the happiness on their faces. During intermission their bodyguards escorted the kids to the premium level to meet me for some souvenir shopping. I handed my credit card over to Raphael, and told him that they were to use that card, and I had Frank take me backstage to see the guys. Frank took me to the rumpus room where I waited for just a few moments before Joey walked in. "Hey Joey." "Heath, it is good to see you man. Lance is hurting something fierce. I hope you can cheer him up. He should be here soon." Chris walked in next, followed by JC and Justin, and then finally Lance. Lance walked right over to me and flung himself at me, crying. "Jamie," I whispered. "I love you, things will be ok. We will talk about everything later tonight, when we're in the tub together. Don't forget we have a date tonight." "I know," he sobbed. "It's just so hard to pretend everything is ok. I'm so scared he's going to out me." We heard the door opening and James pulled away from me. Alex walked into the room, "hey guys five minutes till touch-up and ten until stage." "Lance, I'll meet you back here after the show. Guys, I'll see you later." I said. I walked back to my seat alone. Raphael handed me back my credit card and the receipt. I was surprised to see that the kids barely bought anything. I tried to enjoy the rest of the show, but my heart was not into it. I was really worried about James. Terrence came over to where I was sitting. "Heath, is there anything I can do to make things better?" he asked as he sat down next to me. "Can you just hold me? I need to rely on someone else's strength right now." "Not a problem little bro," he kissed me softly as he pulled me closer to him. "Thanks T." We sat like that for the rest of the concert, and the moment the guys ran off stage, I told Terrence to make sure that everyone got back to the rumpus room and I ran out of there. I ran the entire way to the rumpus room. I wanted to be there before James finished with wardrobe and had his shower. I got there just as he was walking to the room. "Hi there," I said "Hey," he replied. "We'll be out of here soon. I'm going to send everyone else home, and then we can really talk." "I thought we were all going to hang out tonight?" "Are you feeling up to hanging out?" "Not really, but I don't want to disappoint everyone." "Lance, they'll get over it. You're mental state is more important." "How about we go somewhere for an hour, and then the guys and I can go back to your house. We'll talk with them and come up with a plan of action for the future." "I'm ok with that as long as you promise me that you're really ok with this." "I promise." To be continued. . .
