Author's Note: THIS IS THE SIXTY-THIRD STORY!! I have just one word to say. Wow. I never expected this story to come this far, but it has, and it still has several more chapters to go before it ends. I really hope that you enjoy reading this story, as I certainly do enjoy writing it.

I never thought myself capable of songwriting, but I guess I was, because I've written these 3 songs, and JM, who critiqued them for me, says that they are good. Well, JM didn't critique "How Did I Lose You?," but he said that the other two were all good.

Also, two new characters are being added to this story, RJ and Bryan. They're also known as Justy & Joshy on the #boybands channel. RJ is the author of True Love With Justin Timberlake, and Brian is the author of Jus and JC. Note Joshy's real name is spelled Brian, but, to try and prevent confusion between him and Brian Littrell, it shall be spelled Bryan. So welcome to the story, guys! Nick & Brian - Part 63 Written by JCV

Finally, the whole bus accident ordeal is over with, and those responsible for the horrific deed are where they belong. Behind bars. Shortly after the ending of the trial, the Colorado District Attorney saw Judge Sheffield in chambers and asked that the court records be sealed to protect the best interests of the celebrities involved, mainly Nickolas Carter and Joshua Chasez, whose homosexuality was documented in the court records. Judge Sheffield found that this motion did indeed have merit, so he granted it and ordered the records to be sealed, out of the reach of the media. Only way the media will be able to get at the records now is if a judge of a higher court overthrows Judge Sheffield's order.

The tour has kicked back off now, with everyone having recovered enough from their injuries that they can return to touring. Of course the exception is still Justin Jeffre, who has not fully recovered from his head injury, and is still in a rehabilitation center.

They are now in Phoenix, Arizona, for the concert that they were on their way to do when the bus accident occurred. Everyone who had tickets for the concert were told to hold onto them, as they would be coming back to do the concert as soon as everyone was well enough to start performing again. Well, the majority anyway, Kevin and Lance will be taking turns filling in for Justin Jeffre for the 98 Degrees performances, since they both sing bass, which is also what Justin sings.

"So, are you guys ready to start performing again?" asks Kevin, "I know it's been awhile, but we need everything to be perfect tonight."

"Yes, daddy, we're ready," replies Nick, with a big grin on his face, as he rests his head on Brian's shoulder, and wraps his arms around Brian's waist.

"Cool down, Kev," replies Brian, "You go over this with us before every concert, and we always perform well."

"I beg to differ," replies Kevin, "I do seem to remember one time in which I caught you staring at Brian's crotch on stage Nick.

"I shouldn't have to tell you that you can't do that on stage. Don't ever do it again, cause we can't have your homosexuality coming out Nicky. Just thank God that Judge Sheffield ordered the court records sealed, or we'd really be dealing with a ton of negative publicity."

"This song is dedicated to those special people in our lives," replies Justin, as he gets ready to sing his opening solo, "Here is our new song, Now and Forever."

As Justin finishes his solo, JC begins to sing, as the two lovers look out over the audience, proud of the song that they wrote for each other, but at the same time, almost sad that they can't tell the audience that this song was written to symbolize their love for each other.

Justin and JC stand up and start a slow and very light dance as they begin to sing the chorus of the song.

Justin and JC sit back down on the stools, as they get ready to sing their solos again, first Justin, and then JC.

Later that night, Nick and Brian lay in bed together, wrapped tightly in each other's arms. The concert was indeed tiring, but neither of them are tired enough to fall asleep quite yet. They have been enjoying the time off from touring, even if it was provided by a unfortunate accident that never should have happened in the first place. True, it has been a little rough getting back into the swing of things and the routine of touring, but all of the performers on the tour have done it so many times, that it's like second nature now.

Nick gently caresses Brian's back, as Brian gently runs a hand through Nick's blonde hair, the two of them content, and like so many other nights, speaking no words, as they are not necessary for their love to be transmitted from one to the other. AJ, Lance, and Kevin are all wearing black turtle-necks with white Armani suits, and Nick L. and Chris are all wearing white turtle-necks with black Armani suits. The five young men come out onto stage, sit down on five stools that have been set up, and wait as Tommy Smith plays the opening melody to the song on the piano, as Kevin prepare to open the song with his solo.

Lance looks over at Kevin for a second, knowing that Kevin wrote this to an extent, while thinking about his late father, Jerald Richardson, even though the song is more about lost love, not lost family, before he continues the song.

The five guys now put everything they have into this song, because they wrote it to be a very powerful song, as they sing the chorus.

As Chris sits down, AJ stands up and puts an arm around Kevin's shoulder, knowing that this song is a little hard for him, having dealt with the loss of his father, and the losses of several love interests.

The other four guys now stand up, and as they prepare to end the song, putting all of their hearts into the words.

After the concert, everyone heads back to the tour bus, so that they can head for the next destination on the tour, Dallas, Texas.

Jeff Timmons and Drew Lachey climb into their bunk and get settled, as they just hold each other for awhile. Then, Drew slowly turns around in the bunk, careful not to hit his head or hurt Jeff. Kevin and Lance are doing moderately on taking turns filling in for Justin Jeffre, and the 98 Degrees songs do still sound as good as they always do, if only slightly different due to the different voice.

Anyway, once again, a new song is being debuted at tonight's concert. A song written by Drew Lachey and Jeff Timmons of 98 Degrees, which they will perform as a duet. Drew comes out on stage wearing white Armani slacks and a black silk shirt, and Jeff wearing black Armani slacks and a white silk shirt. The pair sits down on the two stools that have been set out, and put the microphones up to their lips.

"Hey Dallas!" yells Drew, "How are ya'll doing tonight?"

The audience screams and yells their replies.

"I can't here you!" yells Jeff with a grin, as the audience screams and yells even louder.

"Alright, well, Jeff and I are going to do a duet for you now," replies Drew, "It's a song that we wrote, which will be on the summer tour joint album."

"This song is dedicated to those special people in our lives," replies Jeff, as Drew gets ready to sing the opening solo, "So here for you now, is You're the Only One."

Drew smiles at Jeff and the audience as Jeff begins to sing his solo.

Drew and Jeff now stand up from the stools that they were sitting on, and start to sway ever so gently as they get ready to finish the song. Also, in a rather bold , and possibly very stupid move, Jeff wraps an arm around Drew's waist, and Jeff does the same...

Drew and Jeff finish the song, as the audience cheers the two young performers. However, those cheers are soon silenced by the incredibly stupid thing that Drew and Jeff decide do to, while still on stage...

....Drew and Jeff have just kissed each other, on the lips, quite passionately, in front of 10,000 fans! Soon, there are people booing and catcalling and someone even yells, "Get off the stage you fucking faggots!" As Drew and Jeff run off the stage, both of them crying.

"What the hell was that!" yells Kevin, after pulling Drew and Jeff into the green room backstage.

"Are you two totally crazy?" yells Lance, equally as angry.

"Do you two realize that you may have just ruined 98 Degrees forever?" yells Nick L., "God damn you how could you be so stupid!"

Drew and Jeff don't say anything to their friends, and instead just start rocking back and forth on the sofa, sobbing their eyes out. Kevin, Lance, and Nick soon cease their attack, and they all go over to try and comfort their sobbing friends, even if they are still furious about what they did.

One by one, the other performers on the tour begin to enter the green room after washing up and changing back into their own clothes. Drew and Jeff have both calmed down to an extent, although, they're still pretty upset about the reaction they got when they came out of the closet. They both realize that it was a totally stupid thing to do, in front of 10,000 fans, and if they could, they would go back and undo it. Unfortunately this is not possible, and now they have to deal with the consequences.

Blake Winters has already been contacted, and he is working hard to deal with the obvious publicity that this will get. Because one can definitely guarantee that those 10,000 fans who saw Drew and Jeff kissing each other on stage, will be telling other people, and it will probably be front page news in every tabloid in the country be tomorrow morning.

"Excuse me," replies one of the security guards, "But, the holders of backstage passes are here."

"I'm not really sure that honoring those passes are a good idea at the moment," replies Kevin, "Considering what happened tonight."

"Well, we've already asked, Mr. Richardson," replies the guard, "There's only two people who have backstage passes for this concert, two young men, I'd say probably 14 and 15, and a couple. So, I really don't think it will be a problem."

"How can you be so sure that they're a couple?" asks Nick.

"Well, Mr. Carter, I work with all of you don't I?" replies the guard with a grin, "I realize that you're not all gay, but working with so many people who are, not to mention having a brother who is, my gaydar is very well developed. I knew that Mr. Littrell and Mr. Carter were gay two years before you made it known to everyone who works with you. Turns out I was right."

"Alright, alright," replies Howie, "We'll take a chance and hope that you're right, Andreas, considering that you have worked very faithfully for us since the Backstreet Boys first got together. Send them in."

Andreas nods, and leaves the room. Two minutes later, two young men walk into the room, looking a bit nervous about meeting sixteen celebrities all at once. The two are holding hands, very tightly, possibly because they're afraid, but possibly also a sign of affection.

"Hey, guys, no need to be afraid," replies Nick L., "We're just normal humans like you."

"Yeah, so it is okay to breath now," replies Nick C., with a slight laugh, "What are your names?"

"I'm RJ van Courtland," replies one of the young men, "And this is Bryan Shirk."

"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you two," replies Brian with a grin.

"Same here," replies Bryan, as he notices Drew and Jeff, sitting in the corner with slight frowns on their faces, "You know, that was a very brave thing you two did tonight, and the audience had no right to react that way."

"Yeah, the audience did overreact," replies RJ, "But, maybe it will do some good in the long run, hopefully."

"Well, thanks, RJ, and Bryan," replies Drew, "Though, right now, Jeff and I have no idea how this situation could do any good, as we may have just ruined not only our careers, but 98 Degrees right along with it."

"Well, personally, I don't think that whoever you choose to go to bed with," replies Bryan, "Should have any bearing whatsoever on what people think of your music. You're still the same Drew Lachey and Jeff Timmons that you were yesterday, only now people know more about your private lives."

"Thanks," replies Jeff, "But, you don't need to pretend that you're okay with this, just to make us feel better."

"Bryan and I aren't pretending," replies RJ, "Bryan and I are a couple."

"See, I'll prove it," replies Bryan, when he notices the looks of disbelief.

Bryan wraps his arms around RJ's back, and pulls him into a passionate and gentle kiss, one can obviously see the love is certainly there while they're kissing each other. RJ and Bryan kiss each other passionately for several minutes, before breaking the kiss. They are most delighted when Kevin asks them if they would like to come back to their hotel with them, and they gladly accept.

Nick & Brian - Part 66 Written by JCV

Joshua Morrow is really, really feeling horrible. He feels like the lowest piece of scum to ever walk on this earth. He feels that he is lower then dirt. This may very well be true, considering the fact that he is currently in love with three men.

Kevin Richardson is the man that he loves, he knows it, and he cannot picture his life without Kevin in it anymore. But, he cannot deny that he has very deep, very real feelings for David Tom and David Lago. As much as he has tried to think of only Kevin, Josh is not succeeding very well. His thoughts are mostly occupied by thoughts of only Kevin during the day. But, at night, thoughts of David Tom and David Lago creep in as well, and no matter what Josh tries, he can't seem to get these images out of his mind.

The thought has crossed his mind, as sick as it is, that maybe Kevin would be willing to enter into a foursome. That way, Josh could be with all three of the men that he loves so dearly. He figures that the Davids have great personalities and that they're sexy as hell, so Kevin should have no problems falling in love with them too. But, Josh knows that this is totally unrealistic. There's no way in hell that Kevin would ever agree to a foursome, or even a threesome relationship. Such a thing is rather unromantic, and if there is one thing that Kevin is, it is a hopeless romantic.

Although one can only guess if this opinion of Josh's would change if he knew that Kevin was cheating on him with Lance, and has deep feelings for him. Though, even Kevin isn't sure if it's really love. Perhaps its just lust, but he isn't really sure. Joshua Morrow on the other hand knows that beyond a shadow of a doubt, that he is in love with Kevin Richardson, David Tom, and David Lago. His feelings of love for Kevin may run slightly deeper, considering that Kevin is his first love, but his love for David Tom and David Lago is still there and very much so apparent.

Meanwhile, Kevin and Lance are laying in Kevin's bunk on the tour bus, making out. Secretly, they both have slight feelings of doubt about their relationship, but, they are enjoying themselves. Also, they both are thinking that they might as well stay together, at least until someone comes along that they're more interested in. Odd that they are both having the same exact thoughts about their relationship, and yet neither of them can pick up that that's how the other feels. Although, since both of them think that it's the other who really wants this relationship to continue, they are both putting forth as much tender loving care towards each other as possible.

It's not like they don't like each other. Kevin finds Lance to be very attractive, and vice versa, but even if neither of them are willing to admit it, their relationship is strictly sexual, with some very deep feelings of love and adoration, but it's not romantic love. Both of them more or less consider their relationship to be platonic, but for fear of hurting the other, they're not saying anything about it, or showing it.

Lance breaks his kiss with Kevin and moves down towards Kevin's mid-section, being careful to stay low, so as to not hit his head on the ceiling. Lance slips his hand under the waistband of Kevin's blue Backstreet Boys boxer-briefs, and begins to gently caress Kevin's semi-hard tool, as Kevin smiles at Lance. Well, again, this installment is shorter then I had originally planned, only Parts 63-66, instead of 63-70, but as it drew closer and closer to being well over a month since the last installment, I decided that I would stop here, and post this. Posting Parts 67-70 at a later date. So, I moved Brian finding out about Kevin and Lance into this installment, to give a bit of a cliffhanger. This wasn't supposed to happen until 77, but oh well.
