The-N'Sync-Gang Chapter 1 I was sitting quietly in the Galleria, a movie theater in New Orleans, waiting for the movie to begin. Oddly enough, most of the seats were empty. The Galleria is usually packed for even the dorkiest movies and this was certainly not a "dorky" movie. I scanned the crowd, listening to bits of the many conversations around me. A group of five guys came in and sat down two rows in front of me. I began to listen in on their conversation, but the movie began and I tuned everything else out. About halfway through the movie my bladder began to ache. I knew that I had to go to the bathroom but hated to miss any of the movie. I quickly walked to the bathroom and answered the call of nature. As I walked to the sink to wash my hands another guy came in. I watched him out of the corner of my eye. He was cute. Spikey blond hair, the lightest green eyes I had ever seen, not the tallest person I had ever met, but hey everyone has their weak points. I slowly washed my hands, waiting for him to come over. As he walked towards me (or the sinks anyway) I turned my head towards him and nodded. "Hi," I said. His face started to redden around the edges, as if he was expecting me to say something he would regret. "Hello," he replied. "What movie you seeing?" "The Matrix." "Really that's the one I'm watching." "Cool," he said easily, but his face betrayed his nervousness, it was practically glowing red. "Calm down guy," I replied. "Your face is redder than a tomato." He turned to look in the mirror, saw himself, and started laughing. His face slowly returned to its original shade. "Sorry about that." "No prob. Hey listen we better get back to that movie or we're gonna miss half of it." "Yeah, and my friends will think I've been mobbed," he said. Mobbed? I wondered. We walked out the bathroom and back to the movie together. "See yah some other time," I whispered as we reached my row. I sat down, then noticed him sitting down with the group I had seen earlier. Curious, I thought. All through the rest of the movie I couldn't watch anything but the back of his head. I kept thinking, `Mobbed? Where have I heard that voice before?' The movie ended but I continued to sit there, lost in thought. My trance was broken when a large peach colored object suddenly filled my view. I jumped back, hand dropping to my pocket. My eyes focused on the object and I sighed in relief. "You scared the shit out of me man." "Sorry," he said, "it wasn't intentional." "Sure," I said sarcastically. "Well, listen me, and the guys," he inclined his head toward the four guys standing by the door watching us, "wanted to know if you'd like to come with us to a cafe. What do you say?" I ran this through my mind. This could be dangerous, there are all kinds of people in New Orleans, but this guy is soooo cute. "Sure," I said, "Give me a few minutes and I'll meet you outside." "Ok, see you in a minute," he said. He began to turn to walk out, but I could have sworn that he winked at me as he was turning. `This is weird,' I thought. I watched as they left, then searched my pocket, removed my radio. I put the earpiece/microphone in my ear and switched it on. "all right guys, I going' out with a group of guys. I think they're ok but keep an eye on them. I ring an emergency if there are any problems. Got that?" I got a chorus of, "Acknowledged,"s in reply. I removed the ear piece and deactivated the radio, then walked out the doors. Chapter 2 I scanned the crowd, searching for my new friends. I spotted them huddled in a corner, trying to be inconspicuous. I walked over to them, watching the area around them. "Ready to go?" I asked. "Yeah lets go," the one with the dreadlocks said. "Hold on, I almost forgot! We don't know each others' names." "I can't believe I forgot," the guy I'd met first replied. "I'm Lance!" "I'm Chris," dreadlocks said. "I'm Joey," "I'm Justin," "I'm JC," the last said. I looked at each in turn until finally I came 'round to JC. He had the bluest eyes I've ever seen. I could feel them sizing me up. "I'm Brandon, but all my friends call me Bran," I said. "Now lets get going!" We walked to the elevators in silence. The guys kept looking around as if they were expecting to be recognized any second. I wondered who they could possibly be avoiding, they seemed like such nice guys. In the elevator I asked, "So you have a ride or you wanna take my car? They looked at each other than JC answered, "We could take your car, it will probably be easier." "Good thing I brought the Jeep," we all laughed. The elevator stopped on the proper parking level and we stepped off. They followed me over to my Jeep, which I unlocked and we all got in. "Where to?" I asked. "No place in particular, you have anyplace you usually go?" Lance said. `Yeah I have a place but I don't think it would be your style,' I though. "Yeah I know a place that stays open all night and serves some great beignets." I started the car and we were off. Five minutes later we were in the cafe seated in a corner. "So what brings you to New Orleans?" I asked. "How did you know we aren't from around here?" JC asked suspiciously. "Well first of all you were all looking out the windows like only a group of tourists can, your accents are all wrong for New Orleans, and a whole bunch of little things that I am used to noticing." "What do you mean, used to noticing?" `Hell,' I thought, `Do I spill the beans and risk a major scene or try and cover, and possibly offend them.' "Well in my business you have to take close note of the people you are working with or you may come out behind." "What sort of business," Lance asked, genuinely curious. "Long-term investing...," I slowly said. Quickly changing the subject I said, "So what do you..." Just then the waitress walked over and asked us what we would like. I ordered a bag of beignets and a warm milk. The guys ordered coffee. I felt eyes on my back so I tried to casually check behind me. I noticed someone with what appeared to be a camera pointed my way and began to get nervous. "I need to slip into the men's room for a moment if you will excuse me." Without waiting for an answer I got up an walked into the rest room, walked into the back stall and brought out my radio. "Scan the area, I believe there may be an agent in the cafe," I said softly. "Negative," came the reply. "Are you sure?" "Completely," I heard what sounded like chuckling on the other end. "What's so funny?" "Nothing, sir." "Right," I said and removed the radio from my ear. "What do ya'll think of him," Lance asked the rest of the guys. "I dunno Scoop," Joey said. "He's kinda cute," Chris mocked. "Seriously guys," Lance said, beginning to turn red. "I don't know about him, Lance. It seems like he is hiding something from us. Maybe he does know who we are and thinks that by pretending he doesn't he can win our friendship." JC said. Justin remained strangely silent until he saw someone approaching. . . The-N'Sync-Gang Chapter 3 Justin remained strangely silent until he saw someone approaching. "Looks like we got company guys," he said quietly. "Huh?" JC asked. "There, looks like a couple of fans," Justin responded, pointing. "Great, lets sign their autographs before Bran gets back," Lance said, gesturing the girls to come over. Three girls walked over, and proceeded to talk noisily while the guys signed pictures for them. The guys then ushered them away from the table. They returned to their seats in the nick of time because I walked out of the bathroom at the same time. I surveyed the crowd before returning to my seat. "Sorry about that guys, I had to answer the call of nature," I said. "No prob," Chris said, looking out of breath. "Ya'll run a mini-marathon while I was in the bathroom, you are all redder than radishes?" "Not that I'm aware of," Joey said, laughing. We all broke into laughter. 'Strange,' I thought, 'He just dodged the question. I have got to find out what's going on here!' "Hey, ya'll wanna come over to my house?" I asked. "We can keep talking and I'll bring you back into town whenever you want." "Well, it is kinda late. . ." JC began. ". . .but we can come along anyway," Lance picked up enthiusiastically. I smiled, and watched as Lance's face lit up then turned red after a look from Joey. "Well lets hop back in the car why don't we." "Yeah," JC said seeming slightly uncomfortable. "Justin and I will get a bag for the rest of these," gesturing towards the remaining beignets. "Ok, meet you in the parking lot," I replied walking towards the door, trailed by Chris, Joey, and Lance. We got in my Jeep and turned on the music. Meanwhile. . . "I don't know about him Justin," JC said. "He seems to nervous. I mean, what if he is trying to abduct as or something." "Abduct us? By himself? Come on JC lets think about this. The rest of us think he is just a nice guy, why can't you just give him a chance? It's not like it will kill you." "Alright, but I still don't like it." "You don't have to like it bud," Justin smiled punching JC lightly in the shoulder. They walked quickly into the parking lot, carrying the bag of beignets. I noticed them coming and started the engine, turned on the lights and drove over to them. They opened the doors and began talking. Just as they closed the doors I heard the radio say, "And now we have I Drive Myself Crazy, by 'N-SYNC." and the music began to play. The guys were oblivious to the music until the first verse began. Then their faces began to cloud over with concern. "Why don't we change stations," Justin offered. "But, I like this song," I said. "It has a nice beat, and the tune and lyrics aren't bad either. Can't we wait till after this song to change it?" "Yeah, sure," Lance said slowly. I looked over at him in the seat beside me. He looked very uncomfortable. "Heh, what's wrong Lance?" I asked. "Nothing," he responded quickly. I shook my head, "If you say so." I resumed listening to the song. When the second verse began I listened intently to the voice coming through the speakers. "Heh, that sounds like you Justin!" I said, with a big smile on my face. "Too bad ya'll didn't sing this music, then I would be bringing some big celebs to my house. That would be so cool." They all smiled half-heartedly and I felt some of the tension in the air release. We continued driving out into the country, heading in a north easterly direction away from the city. The further away from the city we got, the more nervous they all became. "Where are we?" JC asked. "We're almost there, my house is just around this bend," I said, gesturing with my head. We came around the bend and turned into an enourmous drvieway. We drove up the driveway twenty feet then came to a gate with a guardhouse. I stuck my head out the window and yelled to the guard, "Hey, Simon! Open the gate bud!" He walked over to my car and we began talking quickly, "Who are your friends?" he asked. "Just some guys I met at the movies." "Yeah, and what are their names?" "Oh, Lance, JC, Justin, Joey, and last but certainely not least Chris," I said gesturing to them individually." "I see." Then he spoke up and looked to the guys, "Well, if ya'll get bored with that loser you can always come out here and talk to me." The guys all smiled. "Yeah, right Simon. You have about the dumbest conversation in the world." "If you say so boss," he said. "I do! Now open up this gate!" He returned to the gatehouse and opened the gate which I quickly drove through. Chapter 4 JC looked over to the gatehouse as they drove through. The guard nodded and winked at him. 'He knew!' he thought. 'But why didn't he tell Bran? Because Bran already knew? Maybe because he was Bran didn't and was trying to play a trick of some sort on his friend?' He hoped it was the latter. JC watched as they continued up the long driveway and around the back and into the garage. They all piled out of the Jeep and looked around. The first thing that caught their eye was the red Ferrari parked between the Jeep and the wall. "You've got a Ferrari?" JC asked. "Yeah," Bran replied, as if it was nothing. 'Maybe he wouldn't care so much if he found out who we are. I mean he has all this anyway, its not like he needs fame or money or anything. Where did he get this money from anyway?' He left the question unvoiced as they walked into the house. Everything about the house was big. Huge vaulted ceilings, large rooms, elegant pictures, high quality furniture, superbly decorated. They followed Bran into a large living room. "This place is really nice," JC said. "Yeah," Joey said. "This place really rocks!" "Imagine the parties you could have at a place like this," Chris said. They all laughed. "Well I can put on some dance music," Bran said. "Cool, what yah got?" JC asked. "I've got everything from pop to metal to latin to classical. Whatever you want. Altough I do have to mention that my pop collection kinda sucks because I've just started collecting pop CDs. Which reminds me. . ." He pulled out his cellphone and began dialing. "Yeah, Mark. . Yeah, heh! I want you to swing by an music store and pick up a CD by oh what was that group. . . 'N-SYNC. I don't care if it is 1:00, find someplace that is open and by me the CD. Virgin records by the Riverwalk should be open. Yeah. See yah man! Thanks. Bye." He hung up the phone, "Now where were we? Oh, yeah! Here the CDs are right behind this wall." He walked over to a seemingly normal wall, pressed a panel and opened it. It was filled to the brim with CDs. "MY GOD!!!" the guys all exclaimed. "Yeah, it is an efficient way to store them." "That's not what I meant," Justin said. "That is ALOT of CDs. How many a couple thousand?" "No, just eight hundred forty-six." "Jeez!" Chris said. "I may have to come by here more often." JC walked over to the music closet and began browsing. "Heh, the new Ricky Martin CD! I thought it didn't come out for a few days." "Yeah, I got a pre-release copy." "Cool, play it!" Joey almost yelled. "OK, calm down man." Bran said. He walked over to the CD player and popped in the CD. "I'm gonna go get some drinks and something to munch on. Be right back." "Heh, I'll help," Lance piped up. The guys smiled and Bran simply nodded. They walked out of the room talking. JC waited a minute for them to move out of vocal range then turned to Chris Joey and Justin. "Guys, I can't believe that he has all this music and hasn't heard of us. It has GOT to be a scam of some sort." "I don't think so, he seems like a really nice guy!" Joey said. "And I love his house," Chris added. "Well, he doesn't have the Backstreet Boys or 98 Degrees CDs either. And those are the other groups even similar to ours," Justin said. "Maybe he just hasn't gotten around to our type of music yet. And YOU heard him ask his friend or servant or whatever to pickup our CD. He can't possibly know who we are." "And what happens when he sees the CD and finds out?" JC retorted. "I dunno, but given our surrondings I don't think he is gonna flip out on us. I mean loook around!" Justin said. "Well I don't know we'll just have to. . ." Lance looked around the enourmous kitchen. "Wow! Everything about this place is huge." "Yeah, I guess it is," Bran said. He walked over to the refridgerator and opened the door. "If you have a place like this your must have servants to maintain it," Lance said. "Where are they all?" "Well it is kinda late," Bran replied. "They are probably at home doing naughty things with their wives," he laughed. Lance couldn't help but smile. Then an idea began to form in his mind. He walked over to the refridgerator and stood inches behind Bran, looking into the fridge. Bran grabbed some canned drinks then straightened and stepped back. He bumped into Lance's semi-hard crotch and then quickly turned and stepped back. "Sorry about that, man. Didn't realize you were there." "That's ok, I enjoyed it," Lance smiled wickedly. Bran returned the smile, making Lance feel all warm inside. They leaned towards each other. Lips approaching ever so slowly. Closing the distance millimeter by millimeter. About to brush. . . "Hey hurry up I'm getting hungry!" They heard Chris yelling from down the hall. They both snapped back and blushed. 'I can't believe I just did that,' Lance thought. 'I must have been dreaming, that wasn't about to happen,' Bran thought. They quickly finished getting the drinks and chips and hurried back into the living room, neither noticing the other's embarrassement. Several hours later (around 5:00) they were all laying around on the furniture, completely worn out. "Well guys, at this point do ya'll just wanna stay the rest of the night over here and I can take you back to the hotel in the morning?" I (Bran) asked. "We have more than enough guest rooms." "Yeah, I think that would be the best idea," JC said. "Yeah, besides this is more fun than that hotel," Chris said. "Here we have REAL music." "Alright I'll show you to your rooms, sirs," I said. "Oh great, do we get room service too?" Joey said mockingly. "Yeah, you get to wait on the rest of us," I said. Everyone began to laugh. "Follow me!" I turned and walked from the room with the guys trailing behind me. I showed each of them to their rooms starting with Justin and ending with Lance. "Have a nice little nap," I told Lance. I felt and almost irresistable urge to reach out and take him my arms and kiss him. I quickly turned and walked out the door, to supress the thought. I walked down the hall to my room and jumped in bed. 'Another late night,' I thought. I flopped over and fell into a deep sleep. Several figures clothed in black slunk into the living room that the guys had just vacated and started taking figerprint samples from the furniture. When they were done then slunk off down the hall, leaving no trace behind them. Chapter 5 Smiling, I reached over and placed my hand on Lance's crotch. Slowly rubbing his quickly hardening cock through his jeans, gave me a massive erection. I looked up into his smiling face and kissed him. We kissed deeply, tongues trading each other's saliva. I pulled away from the kiss and moved down to his neck, placing tiny kisses on his collar bone. I moved further south kissing his chest and licking his nipples. Slowly moving down I twirled my tongue in his belly button, causing him to giggle uncontrollably. I then followed the downy soft trail of hairs leading into his jeans. I pulled back and began to undo his jeans and drop them to the floor followed by his boxers. I knelt before my young Adonis and stared up into his blue-green eyes. He smiled and I knew it was time. Tilting my head forward I slowly extended my tongue towards his enraged member. . . "WAKE UP SLEEPYHEAD!!!" Chris yelled. I jumped out of bed startled and confused. Chris began laughing and pointing. I followed his finger down to my exposed crotch. Jumping back into my bed I threw the covers over my naked body and hard cock. I gave Chris a death look. "Sweet dreams?" He said laughing. I threw a pillow at him. It smacked him right on the nose. "Now your in for it," he said pouncing on me. Or pouncing where I had been. I leaped out of bed caught his arm and brought it around, causing him to do a flip before landing in my sweaty sheets. I reached into the back of his pants, grabbed his underwear and pulled it as far up as I could. Now it was my turn to laugh. "OUCH!!!" He screamed. I heard footsteps behind me and spun around in a ready position to face this new threat. Lance stood there gaping at Chris then began to bust out laughing. "It's not funny," Chris said, trying to pull his underwear back down. Lance continued laughing for a minute then noticed my nakedness, which I had completely forgotten in the adrenaline rush. His eyes scanned down from my face and landed on my noft soft cock. He began to blush, but I could alos see longing in his eyes. I reached out and pulled his chin up to meet my gaze. I smiled and winked at him. He returned the smile. I whipped around and yelled, "Alright, that's enough. Everyone OUT!!!" Lance broke from his trance, and Chris ran quickly out the door, not wanting another encounter with my defensive skills. I closed the door behind them and couldn't help but smile. 'I hope that was more than just curiousity,' I thought to myself. I jumped in the shower for a few minutes to get the sweat off my body, then got out and threw on some cloths. I walked out of my bedroom and into the kitchen where the guys were helping themselves to breakfast. When I walked in Joey, Justin, and JC started giggling. Chris had a sour look on his face and Lance stared off into emptiness. "Alright guys," I said when they stopped giggling. "You all finish eating then I'll bring you back to your hotel. Agreed?" "Yeah, good idea we have a photo shoot---" Joey began. "That we have to set up for," JC cut in. "Ok," I said, somewhat suspiciously. "I just have to go check on something real quick. Be right back." I walked from the kitchen and down the hall. I opened a secret door and descended to the basement. "You guys have anything for me?" I called out. "Yeah, we got their profiles," a man dressed in black called out. "They are who they say they are," said a second. "Thanks Roger, Sam. Know known crimes etc. on their records?" "Nope, but that doesn't mean anything. There aren't any crimes on yours or mine either." "Yeah, but they don't seem the sort that would be in our line of business anyway. I'll keep my eyes peeled for trouble," I said. I began walking up the stairs then a thought hit me, "Did Mark get that CD for me." "Yeah," Roger said holding up a CD case, and smiling. "Good, put it in my room after we leave." "Yes, sir." I left the room. "How long till he figures it out, you think?" Roger asked. "I don't know," Sam said. "But I'll bet it is quite awhile." "You have to be more specific when your betting," "Says who?" "Says me!" "Who are YOU to tell ME. . ." We piled into the car and began the drive back into the city. We were most of the way there when Lance suddenly called out, "HELL!" "What!?!" I said, concerned. "Oh, its really nothing, just forgot my wallet and cellphone." "Lance, YOU forgot your cellphone and wallet?" Justin mocked. "And you're supposed to be the responsible one!" "Yeah, Mr. resposiblity failing his duties this morning," Joey interjected. "Hold on here," I said. "I'll drop you guys off at the hotel then Lance and I can go back for the wallet and cell. Ok with everyone?" "Yeah, I suppose," JC said, hesitantly. "Sure!" Lance said. I dropped them off at the hotel and then turned around with Lance and headed back for his stuff. The journey seemed to take forever, with neither of us speaking. I could feel the tension in the air, and was tempted to reach out and see if I could touch it. We reached my house and walked to Lance's room. I walked over to the chest where the stuff was laying and picked it up. As I walked back over to Lance I somehow tripped on my own feet and went sprawling out forward. I knocked into Lance causing us both to fall onto the floor in a heap with me on top. I began to try and untangle myself from him, but he reached around my back and pulled me into him. We both smiled. "Sorry about that," I said. "Don't be," he said. "As I've always maintained, everthing has a purpose," he whispered as his hand moved to my crotch and his lips reached out seeking mine. . . . . .To be continued. . .
