If you're too young or offended by this, take off. I walked into the house and continued upstairs to my bedroom. I took off my shoes and lay down on the bed completely clothed. I glanced at the clock and noticed it was around eight. After a few minutes I grabbed the remote off the nightstand and turned on the TV. I flipped through the channels and saw that MTV was running the best of N'sync. I smiled and set the remote down. Finally, after watching TV for about an hour, I drifted off to sleep. I woke up about six in the morning to the smell of eggs and bacon. I climbed out of bed and grabbed a pistol in the nightstand and cautiously made my way downstairs. It seemed unlikely that anyone wanting to kill me would make breakfast first, but I didn't like taking chances. I walked into my kitchen and Dale was just finishing making breakfast. "Put that damn thing down." Dale said setting a plate on the kitchen table. "What the hell," I replied confused. "Eat your breakfast and get changed into something you can work out in." He commanded as he started to clean the cook wear. "Why?" I asked sitting down to a very well made meal. "You are gonna workout with me this morning." Dale grabbed a package off the counter and handed it to me. "This came in the morning mail." It was an update from my friend Mike. Our business venture had not worked out like I had wanted. He regretfully informed me that he was in debt and had blown everything. I set the letter aside and continued to eat. "Good news?" Dale asked setting a cup of coffee down for me and one for himself. "No, I just lost 3 million dollars. I gave this gentleman 2.5 million on a venture in the stock market and he fucked up. So now I have to send him more to reimburse him for his losses." I said as I finished my breakfast. I got up and went into the den and grabbed my checkbook as well as a tablet. I wrote out a note and a check for another half million to send to Mike. Dale and I went to a club of his and workout for an hour or so. After which, I came home and showered and changed into jeans and a tee shirt. We spent the rest of the day just watching movies and TV. I fixed us some lunch and supper. It was about ten when Dale went home. That the way it went for a while. Dale would come over in the morning and pick me up to workout and then I would lounge around for the rest of the day. Sometimes I would go golfing or sometimes I would help Dale out if he needed it. Justin and I talked about every other night. We wouldn't talk to long because he was usually tired and needed his rest. I was sitting in my recliner with a drink in my hand one night. I was in my boxer-briefs, asleep as the TV blared static as the movie I was watching ended. A man walked in the house and up behind me. He stood their admiring my know toned body. He bent down and slid his arms down my shoulder and over my bare chest. He lowered his head to mine and lightly kissed me on the cheek. At first I did nothing, I was asleep, but I slowly began to stir until I realized what was going on. I turned my head to his slowly and caught sight of those two lovely baby blue eyes that I have always loved. "Hey," I said kissing him. "Hey, how you doing?" Justin asked smiling. "I feel a breeze," I replied. I lightly grabbed his arm and brought his hand up to meet mine. He helped me out of the chair and we hugged each other tightly, never wanting to let go. "I missed you so much," Justin stated hugging me tighter. "I know, me too." I said as I kissed him on the cheek. After a few moments we parted and sat on the couch. "How long are you in town?" "For a while. We are supposed to meet at the studio and write a few songs and learn new steps, shit like that. First, though, we have a charity thing down in Miami. Then we have some time for our families. I thought that maybe we could go to your cabin you were telling me about. We could spend a few days there, just you and me. What do you think." Justin said smiling. "Sure. Why not," I said to him. He smiled even bigger and kissed me again. I slowly sat back as he pushed forward. In no time we were laying on the couch, Justin on top of me. We kissed passionately, making up for lost time. "Stay with me tonight," "I'm not sure I can trust you." Justin replied grinning. "The question is can I trust you, you're the horny one." I replied about to laugh. Justin smiled and kissed me again. We went upstairs and into the master bedroom. I shut the door and turned the TV one and put in a movie. I put in "The Usual Suspects". As the movie started Justin and I settled on the bed. Justin had stripped down to his boxers and I laid next to him. "I like this movie," Justin remarked. "Me too," I replied. "How have you been sleeping?" Justin asked. "Not much. A little when I can, but I find it hard to get a good nights sleep sometimes." I replied to his question. We spent the rest of the movie I silence. As the movie ended, Justin turned to me and was about to say something, but I had fallen asleep. Justin woke up alone the next morning at about eight to the sound of a gunshot. Justin sprung out of bed to see what was the matter. Then he heard me yell followed by another gunshot. Justin noticed the balcony doors where open and slowly started out to the balcony. I was out on the balcony shooting at clay targets. I had a trap house in the back yard. I yelled into at horn and I target flew out of the little house. I aimed and shot the target. I turned to see Justin standing there. "Hey babe," I said setting the gun down. "What are you doing?" Justin asked. "Shooting trap," I replied. "Why? I was sleeping." Justin said waiting for an explanation. "Well, I went and worked out with Dale this morning. I came home and showered and was about to wake you up, but I decided this would be more fun." I informed him. "I thought that something happened to you." He stated. "No, just practicing my trap shooting. Here give it a try." I said handing him the gun. "In my underwear," Justin retorted. I took off the trap vest I was wearing and put it on him. He looked funny wearing the vest and boxers. I quickly told him how to hold the gun, how and where to aim the gun. For his first try at trap, I thought his stance was perfect. He yelled and the trap went flying. He almost hit it. "That was good, you pulled the gun up just a little. You shoot right above it." I replied reloading the gun. "How can you tell?" Justin asked. "You can see where the wad went." I replied handing Justin the gun "Now don't forget to put the bottom bead right below the top bead and aim it at the bottom of the clay target." Justin stood there briefly and yelled again. The target flew and he shot left. "Damn it," Justin screamed. With Justin remark another target flew out. I quickly grabbed the gun, reloaded it and shot the clay bird. Justin looked at me surprisingly. "How the hell did you do that?" "Justin, are you keeping both eyes open?" I asked again reloading the gun. "Are you supposed to?" Justin asked me. "Well, some people are more comfortable shooting with one eye closed. I shoot with both open. It gives you a wide area to see. Here, try it with both eyes open and remember to aim. Take you time, don't rush." I remarked handing Justin the gun. He yelled and took his time and he smoked it. There was nothing left but a cloud of dust. "Yeah," I said excited. "Alright, bout time." Justin said out loud happy that he finally hit one. He opened the gun and out popped the spent shell. He grabbed another one and shut the gun to shoot again. He yelled and hit the next one too. He was about to reload the gun when I stopped him. "I think you should go and shower." I said taking the gun from him. He said ok and went to shower. I continued practicing as he left. When Justin walked back into the bedroom he noticed a bunch of clothes laying on the bed neatly folded. On top was a card that said Justin's name. Justin put on the clothes and was surprised at how well they fit. Justin walked down stairs and started to walk around looking for me. Justin found me in my den cleaning the gun we shoot. I had it apart and was cleaning the separate pieces. "There you are," Justin commented walking into the room. "Yep, here I am." I said as I continued to clean the gun. Justin sat there watching me clean the gun, but soon got bored and went to make himself a bowl of cereal. I finished cleaning the trap gun, so I went into the kitchen. "So what are you doing today," I asked. "Well, here around noon, were flying down to Miami to do some charity thing, then we are coming back and taking a few days off. You and I can go to your cabin." Justin said in between mouthfuls. "Why don't you come to Miami with us." "I already am going to Miami today. I have a charity thing to do too. There is a golf tournament that I have entered. What charity are you doing?" I asked him. "I don't know. The record company asked us to do a charity, we said yes and they picked one. We haven't found out what we are going to do yet." Justin said. "Probably the golf tournament," I replied. "I'd rather it be a basket ball charity, I am not much for golf." Justin remarked. After a few more minutes, we were ready to leave. I grabbed my golf clubs and loaded them in the back of Justin's car. We picked up JC and Dale on the way and met the rest of the guys at the record company. From there we took a limo to the plane and flew down to Miami. They were going to be golfing. I don't think any of them were too crazy about the idea, but it happens. The plane landed and we climbed into a limo for the golf course. About twenty minutes later, we pulled up to the golf course and climbed out. Almost immediately, the media was asking questions and carrying on. I grabbed my clubs and headed to check in. On the way I met my golf partner. He was a friend of mine that I had met once last time I was in Miami on 'family' business. Ironically, he was a U.S. Marshall. His name was Stan and he was really good looking. "Hey buddy," Stan said greeting me with a handshake. "Hi Stan, we ready?" I said. "Yep, I already registered you, come on over here." He said taking me over to a table with a cocktail on it. We talked for a few more minutes until the guys made it over. I introduced everyone and continued what I was saying, but Stan wasn't paying attention. He was staring at Lance, and Lance was staring back. I tapped him on the shoulder, "Could We," I remarked trying to get his attention again. "Don't look guys, but more reporters are coming over." Chris said trying to warn everyone. When they reached the table, Joey was about to tell them that they were done with interviews, but they went right past him. "Mr. McLintock, is it true that you are donating money to the charity as well as playing in it?" One Lady asked. "Yes, what ever money is raised today I will match." I replied. "Why?" Another asked. "Why not?" I simply remarked. "They could raise a lot of money, are you sure you can match it?" They asked. "I and confident that I will be able the match it and then some." I replied. "Now if you will excuse us, we have to get ready." We started to play and did really well. Everyone play excellent. The people that came really got their monies worth. The biggest problem I had was getting Stan to play, he kept looking around. I can only assume he was looking for lance. After the game, we all went and had supper. I sat next to Justin and Stan sat next to Lance. They seemed to hit it off from the beginning. They exchanged phone numbers and everything. It was so late that we decided to check into a hotel room and stay the night. When JC called their manager this, he was pissed. There wasn't anything he could do though. We spent the night in the hotel and left the next day for home. After we arrived at home. Justin dropped me off at my house, "I am going to go home a pack a few things and be back in an hour." Justin said sitting in his car. "Better yet, I met you at your house in an hour." I said shutting his door. "Alright see you then." Justin said as he started to leave. I was excited. I knew Justin would love to see the cabin. It was peaceful and quite, no one around for miles. I finished packing everything I would need and headed to Justin's house. I didn't see Justin's car, so I let myself into the house and couldn't find him. There wasn't even a sign that he'd been there. I called Dale, but he hadn't seen him either. Dale told he would call around and see if he could find him. I left a note for Justin that I would be at Dale's and took off. Once I arrived at Dale's, he told me that no one had seen him. It was about that time that my cell phone started ringing. "Hello," I answered. "Jason," Justin said in a scared tone. The another voice came on the phone. "McLintock, you want to see him alive again. You bring me The Stone." He said. "How do I know that was Justin and not a tape recording." I asked. "How do I know he isn't already dead?" "I'll prove it," He said. "Damn right you'll prove it. I want you to send me a picture of Justin holding tomorrow's paper. Send it to Justin's house. Then call me there and we'll talk." I said hanging up the phone. "What was that?" JC asked. "I think Justin has been kidnapped." I replied.
