Lance smiled brightly as he raised his gaze from the book he was reading. He stood up and walked to the door, fixing his eyes on the man he loved. He let JC take his face in his hands and kiss his lips, softly and lovingly. "I've missed you," Lance confessed. It had only been a few hours, but any second without him made Lance crazy. "Aww. Well, I'm here now." "How did the meeting go?" "It went well, actually. Sarah and I came up with great ideas for the song." Lance couldn't contain his excitement. A collaboration song between *nsync and Sarah McLachlan! How perfect could things get? Lance had been a fan since her first album came out in 1989, and JC was going to make his dream of singing with her come true. "I'm so happy!" he cried. He pulled his body into JC's warm chest, feeling so at home in his embrace. The two had been dating for almost a year, and Lance felt as if things could never be more perfect. Yet he sometimes worried about things... important things... **"Dude, you've never had sex? Were you a total loser in high school??"** The taunting never seemed to stop with Chris and Joey. Lance tried to brush it off, but the truth is, he was scared. He'd been so set on waiting for true love, but once he'd found it, he still insisted upon waiting. He knew he could trust JC. And he loved him more than words could ever express. He had just wanted a little more time. But things were beginning to slowly change for him. Maybe it was the way JC looked so deeply into his eyes that afternoon. Maybe it was the way it felt to fall asleep on his chest, feeling him breathe. He pulled himself away from their embrace and sighed. JC could tell he was concentrating on something, he could tell he was trapped in thought. "Is something wrong, sweetie?" "No. Nothing's wrong," Lance sincerely. "Everything is just right." ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Later that night, the stars were just beginning to shine in the deep blue sky. The two had just returned from a romantic picnic dinner in the park. They entered the room slowly, each wondering what the next few moments would bring. Lance looked down at his shoes, wishing he could remember one of the smooth lines Joey had taught him the day before. At a loss, he sighed and looked into JC's smiling eyes. He knew he didn't need a line. JC stood behind him and gently ran his hands over his back and pulled off his jacket, carefully hanging it next to his own. Turning back to face him, he reached down and took his hand, playing with his fingers. The room was dark, but he could still see Lance's eyes shining in the moonlight. His other hand traced Lance's eyebrow, falling down to his silky cheek before wrapping around behind his ear. He leaned in and met the pure and soft lips before him. He could feel him shaking, so he pulled him near, pressing his chest against his own. Lance was breathing hard, trying to grasp hold of something that would pull him into this reality. He was so afraid. Suddenly, he was trapped in JC's warm embrace, feeling his heart beating while rhythmically moving his lips around his sweet mouth. JC's hand slid slowly down Lance's back, sending shivers down his spine. This was the moment he had been waiting for all his life. He so wanted to fall into his role, simply playing a part. But there were no lines here. He knew it all by heart. JC pulled away first, smiling and still holding Lance's trembling hand. He began to walk backwards, keeping his eyes on the object of his affection. He slowly sat on the dark bed, staring up at Lance. He was entranced by his schoolboy grin. He seemed so innocent and afraid. Almost as if it were choreographed, JC moved back just as Lance climbed onto the bed, threading his legs through the spaces between JC's knees and the soft bedspread. JC pulled off his green t-shirt, exposing his silky skin. Lance's fingers stroked his chest as he worked up the courage to remove his own clothing. JC smiled as he rolled his head down, lifting his eyes quickly. He felt so content. "I love you so much, Lance." A bit startled and touched, Lance couldn't contain his happiness. No one had ever uttered those words to him before. And he had never felt so complete. He had always felt so lost and alone, but JC had changed all that. That small sentence gave him the courage to he needed. He pulled off his dark blue shirt and stared into JC's expectant eyes. "I love you, too." His melodic voice echoed in JC's ears as the two passionately kissed, his strong hands running across Lance's soft back. Lance fell back on the feathery pillows and closed his eyes. JC kissed his bare chest, moving down slowly. He lightly touched the perfect curve of his stomach with his cheek, holding himself in the moment for one extra second. Everything was so perfect. He wanted to be able to remember how it felt to be with Lance in the dimmed room, how it felt to be truly happy. Lance could feel his hands on his hips, unbuttoning his pants and pulling them down with ease. He was soon completely exposed, feeling very self-conscious and worried. But this was what he had wanted for so long. While he had thought this moment would have found him vulnerable and scared, he was surrounded by complete mutual trust and love; he was with the one who made his heart skip a beat and nothing else mattered. JC kissed his inner thighs, making Lance smile in anticipation. He was such a tease. Then his tongue forced itself through his lips, gliding across Lance's soft stomach. Lance's heart was beating fast and he let out a small whimper. Without saying a word, JC reached up and held his hands, allaying his fear. Lance felt so safe, so happy. He soon felt himself enveloped in JC's warm mouth, sending him into sudden jolts of ecstasy. His eyebrows were tense and raised; he was breathing quickly. All the fear had left him. It seemed as if they were the only two people in the world. And that's all he needed. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ well, there you have it. a little different than the other story, eh? *please* send me an email and let me know if this is something you would like to see more of. my address is thereisnoturningback@yahoo.com thanks for reading-- nifty rocks my world! :)
