A Tale of Two Boybands 16
***Disclaimer:

This is yet another story about those hunky boys of the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync written by a straight woman. Therefore, please excuse my writings if they appear to be a bit screwed due to my lack of knowledge. This story is a work of FICTION (note the term FICTION) and is purely written for the sole purpose of entertainment and enjoyment. These events did not happen to the best of my knowledge and therefore actions taken in this story do not reflect the true nature of the characters involved. This story does not imply anything about the sexuality of the person(s) involved. And if you're an underage teenie or do not wish to read about male/male sexual relationships, this is now the time to shut your lap-top as there will be sexual explicit scenes throughout. Proceed with your own risk. Enough with the warnings, now on with the story.

***Author's Note:

You're back!!! You've survived this far and you've come back for more. Chances are you are here because of a number of reasons: 1) You're a Brian fan and you really don't care what happens to Justin so long as Brian has a chance with Justin; 2) Like #1, you're a Kevin fan and now the prospects of JC and Justin getting together have diminished significantly thus reopening the door for Kevin; 3) You're a JC fan and you are able to forgive me; 4) You don't care much for the characters, but you are hooked; 5) Despite all that has happened in "A Tale of Two Boybands", you still love me. Whatever reasons that bring you, I'm grateful for your continual support.

A TALE OF TWO BOYBANDS

CHAPTER XVI

JC stared intensely at Justin as he breathed in and out. Immediately, he was tormented with another crying spell. He couldn't believe what he had done last night. For the past few years, the phenomenon known as 'N Sync exploded into mass proportion everywhere in the world due to their mass appeal to the audience from young pre-pubescent teenage girls to grandmothers to gay men and even straight men. 'N Sync as a whole had its fair share of obsessed fans, but Justin, in particular, seemed to draw the most of their breed. Over the years, Justin had been plagued with threats of being kidnapped, raped, or even murdered from fanatics who would rather see him dead than with someone else. Security had always been tight, especially around Justin. In fact, a few years back, Lynn, his mother had hired a personal bodyguard who would remain with her son 24 hours of the day and 7 days of the week. Still, with all the tight security, no one could have foreseen that Justin would end up being raped by JC Chasez, his very best friend.

When there was no more tear to shed, JC freshened himself up in the bathroom and left Justin sleeping in his room. He walked out and was met with the other three members of 'N Sync.

"How is he?" Lance asked.

"He's sound asleep. But we need to get him dressed." JC said after which both Lance and Joey proceeded to make their way into the room, only to have JC pull them back outside. "Chris, you go."

"Me? Why me? There are already two volunteers." Chris whined.

"Shut up!" JC snapped. "Lance is gay. And Joey would fuck anything he can get his dick in."

"True." Joey nodded in agreement. He couldn't agree more with his best friend. Sex was sex and he'd fuck anything he can get.

Chris threw up his hands in defeat. He reluctantly entered Justin's room leaving JC, Lance, and Joey to find peace in another room. JC, Lance, and Joey filed into Chris's room, waiting for his return. No one spoke. Lance and JC never made eye contact while Joey was constantly watching his two bandmates. As Chris entered his room, everyone jumped up off their seats. They were very anxious, unlike Chris, who just sat down and started playing video games.

"Okay?" JC asked.

"Gross." It seemed to be Chris's word of the day. "I'm like 10 years older than he is and I've known him since he was 14. It's like seeing your baby brother naked."

"JC knew Justin since he was 11, but it didn't stop him from raping him." Lance mumbled to himself, unaware of how audible his thoughts were.

"What the fuck did you say?!" JC yelled.

"You heard what I said. How could you, JC? How could you hurt someone you love like that?" Lance asked. "What kind of monster are you?"

JC started to break down and cry as he heard Lance's comments lashed towards him. Lance was right. He was a monster. No human being would hurt someone they love the way he hurt Justin. No human would hurt someone as kind and sweet as Justin. He had to be a monster.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Joey defended JC. "You don't think JC's sorry for what he had done?"

"What the hell is wrong with me?" Lance fought back. "What the hell is wrong with you? Why are you defending him? Justin's the victim, remember?"

"Lance is right." JC stepped forward. "If you guys want me to, I'll quit 'N Sync."

With that being said, JC pushed Joey to the side and made his way toward the door when he heard a loud crash. JC diverted his attention in the direction from which he heard the loud sound. Chris had apparently slammed his Play Station system onto the floor.

"Enough is enough!" Chris shrieked. "I started this fucking group and when I feel like it if I want to, I'll dismantle the group. Until then, we are sticking together as team even if I have to superglue everyone together."

"Chris!" Lance stomped his feet.

"You guys bitching and hollering at each other will get me deaf before those screaming fans. Now, let's sit down and have a talk over some tea and maybe Justin can sleep." Chris said, taking a seat on the couch.

Everyone followed Chris onto the couch. Again, no one spoke and it appeared as if no one would be speaking any time soon. Chris, always having some witty comments, broke the silence.

"I take all this as a compliment." He said.

All eyes glared at him as Joey, JC, and Lance crossed their arms in front of their chest 'n synchronized.

"Whoa! There you go. At least I got you all on the same team." Chris laughed to himself.

"Chris, I don't have time for this." Lance said, getting up.

"Neither, do I." Joey said.

"Me, too." JC added ten minutes too late.

"You guys don't see it?" Chris asked.

"See what?" Lance asked. "I don't get it, Chris. Are you hiding something from us?"

"Unlike you guys, I see this as a positive sign of 'N Sync getting more popular." Chris told his bandmates.

"How the hell is Justin being raped by JC a sign of 'N Sync getting more popular?" Lance asked.

"Yeah, Chris. I don't get it." Joey said.

"You never get anything." Chris said to Joey and then redirect his attention to everyone as a whole. "Since they went through all that trouble planning such an elaborate scheme to attack us where it hurts, they must feel really threatened by us."

"And I thought all the millions of fans adoring us was evidence enough that we are popular." Lance commented.

"And what about those humor websites and those fanfiction websites." Joey said. "I personally like that nifty website. There's a lot of stuff going on there."

"Yeah, have you read that one story by that one straight chick about us and them, what's it called, again? A tale of something." Chris asked.

"Yeah, and what about the Prize and the Price. That one is too funny. After reading that shit, I think I'm leaning toward bisexuality." Joey laughed.

"What do you think, JC?" Chris turned to find JC had already left the room. "Where did JC go?"

"Hopefully as far away from me as possible." Lance said.

"Don't make bring out the whip, Scoop." Chris snapped.
