Subject: Star Trek DS9 : Cadet's Love Part One

Ok, this has to do with two cadet's who are stationed on DEEP SPACE NINE
durring the DOMINION war, Jack, is a Bajoran, but bassicaly looks like
Taylor Hanson, and Ben, is human and is more like Wesley Chrusher in looks.
Jack is alot like Tom Paris, I think you'll notice that.  The standard
warning is this is sci-fi and well, not real and my imagination, if you
don't like it, I'd leave now.

I'm going to go into the cadet's lives like that one ST TNG episode did, I
thought that was really cool.

"Ben, don't worry about it!"

"I can get around the moon!"  Jack shouted at his co-pilot.

What Cadet Jack Forrest forgot was to close the hatch. His alarm bell went off
in the cockpit and the two cadets were headed toward the moon.  "Son of a
Bitch!" Cadet Taylor shouted at his friend.

The two braced for impact as the shuttle decented onto the Lunar surface,
lucky for them it was one of the two class M moons orbiting New Bajor.  The
shuttle threw the two cadets about and Jack was left with a gash on the head
when the shuttle finally crashed into a tree.

"Jack, why the hell do I listen to you?"  his friend and fellow classmate
asked. 

"Because you always have a good time."  His injured friend grimaced.  "Come
On, it's not so bad."  The young man stated matter of factly.

Jack Forrest was a Blonde Haired Blue eyed Bajoran, which Ben Taylor
befriended the day they first met at the Academy.  Ben on the other hand was
the opposite, standing six foot and brown eyed human, how felt somehow familial
with Jack, though he couldn't explain why.  "Captain Sisco, is going to kill
us." Ben worried.

 "First off, the Emissary, will Kill me, not you, I was the pilot, remember?"
Jack reassured his friend and added with a smile, besides " We get a break from
the damn war."  Jack mumbled.

Jack, flipped the distress beacon, knowing full well, it will take the Defiant
two days for them to be found.

"Don't worry Ben, besides, you're always saying how you want to get away from
it all, now here's your chance."  The Bajoran smiled.  Ben only smilled as he
fixed his friends injury with the medical supplies the shuttle had on board.
"We should build a camp."  Ben said.

 "Yes, your right, lovely place for a fire don't you think?"  the two young
men laughed.

Both cadets exited the damaged shuttle and Ben went off to gather some wood,
Jack wondered how to have his way with his friend.  He had planned the
accident, in fact, he asked the prophets for an opportunity, and when the
Emissary himself allowed he and Ben to do the survey mission, he was sure it was
his chance.  Jack, fell in love the day he met Ben, he reminded him of a
friend he had on the Enterprise while his adoptive parents were stationed
their, yes, Wesley, was his name he remembered, Jack trailed off into throught
and was interrupted by the person he loved "Jack, dammit Jack! Day dreaming
again!?"

 "Sorry, Ben, I was just thinking."  He tried to hide his disorientation, but
this time it didn't work.

"Hey, that was a pretty big bump on the head you got, are you sure your all
right?" Ben asked concerned.

"I'm fine Ben, I'm sorry I got you into this."  His friend added, Ben had
never known Jack to apologize for anything, his friend was flabbergasted
"Jack, it was a mistake, don't worry about it, besides, you were right in the
shuttle." This time it was his friend who was reassuring him.  Jack offered a
weak smile, but he was more worried if Ben would reject him, if the love of
his life would slug him in the face instead of kiss him, like he hoped, like
he dreamed.  Jack had never once heard Ben talk about girls back home, and the
one time, he did ask, his friend just sighed which made Jack's love for him
even more intense, they had become closer working together because of the war,
on the station.  Now, they were alone, for the first time, Jack knew he had to
make the first move, that Ben would never.

As he watched Ben light the fire with his Phaser, he felt the guilt of what he
had done and in passion and regret he blurted out " Ben, it wasn't a mistake, I
did it, the flap, I wanted you alone, so I could tell you."

His friend was dumbfounded he could only wonder what Jack wanted to tell him
"Jack, what's wrong? You know you could tell me anything."  Ben asked.

"I... I...."  his friend's voice trailed off and tears began to roll down his
face, he had lost the courage to tell him, Jack cursed himself for it, he
could feel his friend holding him, trying to calm him down, but everything was
just a blur.

"Tell me Jack, it's OK, I won't be mad."  The cadet assured his friend.

"No, you'll hate me!  You'll hate me, because of what I did, because, I love
you." Jack had finally said it, more like cried it he thought, now it was time
for his friend, his love of his life to tell him how he felt, he was ready for
rejection, for the bunch to the face he excpected.

Ben was amazed at what his friend just told him, he had not only felt the same
way, but had tried to hide it from him and when he was finally able to tell him
it came out quite easily "I love you too, Jack."

Jack looked straight into the eyes of his friend, he whiped away the tears and
the only thing he could think of to ask was "What do we do now?"

Ben answered, with action, not words, he kissed his love, for the first time,
like he had always hoped to, but not with fear, and not with anxiety, but with
tenderness and compassion. To Jack the kiss seemed to last forever, but it was
only a minute the best minute in his life, he thanked the Prophets and the
Emissary in his thoughts as he was held by his new lover and friend.

"We have two days...."  Ben spoke softly, as he broke the kiss and asked "You
planned this all for me?"  Jack could only nod and smile, Ben kissed Jack again
this time, with more passion, allowing his mouth to open and Jack's tongue to
entangle with his.  The two fumbled with eachothers uniforms, taking off their
shirts, first.  Both young men slowly made their way to the ground beneath
them and lay as one, together, for the first time, still kissing passionately.

Ben broke Jack's kiss and spoke softly "Your shaking, Jack are you all right?"

"Yes, I'm umm, nervous, I've well, I've never done this before."  Jack sighed.

"You mean, the great Jack Forrest has never been with anyone?" his joking
friend smiled.

"I was waiting."  The cadet replied softly.

"Oh, God, for me?"  Ben asked and as he did his eyes welled up and it was
his turn to start to cry.  "Remember, when you asked me, that one time?"

Jack nodded still being held by Ben, his friend continued "I well, I did,
once, and FUCK I wish I waited."

"It's all right Ben" his friend smiled and kissed him on the cheek "I have what
I've always wanted."

The two broke the embrace for the first time.  "I think we need some food."
Ben said.

"Oh, yes, rations, not quite a picnic is it Ben?"  his friend retorted.
Now, this was the Jack Forrest Ben knew, he could have never guessed his best
friend, since the day they met loved him as much as he did.  Ben prepared the
meal in the shuttle allowing his friend to rest.  It was only a few minutes
later when Ben came out and Jack was asleep, Ben, decided not to wake his friend
but lay next to him and hold him, the food could wait.

It was night when Jack finally woke up and asked himself if all of this was a
dream, but he knew it wasn't when he looked over to see his love huddled next
to him.

"I love you."  Ben whispered.

"I love you too"  Jack replied, he looked at the cold rations Ben prepared and
saw that he made his favorite, a Bajoran meal Ita Diamon.  He got up to heat
the meal and when he returned, he saw Ben completely, naked, this was nothing
new, the two had showered together after gym, however Ben, was naked for him.
Jack dropped the plate at the site he saw and crawled to Ben.... Being a few
feet away he was able to start at his feet with his tongue, he continued to
kiss each leg and take his time to let his love enjoy himself.  He slowly went
