I sat in Chris' living room, across from Wyatt and Melinda. Steven sat next to me. Wyatt seemed to be watching me, thinking of something to say. Melinda looked to be feeling awkward. I was feeling that myself. Peyton was with Henry Jr. at the Manor. I tried to ignore Wyatt. Everything was so painful. Chris was a mess and Bianca was worse. I had to help her. Especially because...I had to help her.

"Why do you think she'll want you here?" Wyatt said.

We all looked to him.

"I just mean...after everything." Wyatt said slowly.

"She may not want me here, but she needs me here." I frowned, "You sure it's not you that doesn't want me here."

"Did I say that?" Wyatt asked.

"Did you have to?" I asked, "Who says Chris wants you here?"

"I'm his brother." Wyatt frowned.

"And I'm his best friend." I added.

"You know what, fine. I'm done arguing with you." Wyatt said angrily.

Leo shut the door and walked out slowly, "You guys are pretty loud." He said, "It's not what we need now."

We both looked away from each other.

"We need peace." Leo said sadly.

Chapter 95: Look who's Missing now

"You're right. This is a bad idea. I should go." I said turning to Steven, "Come on, Stevie."

"NO one's going anywhere. We're a family." Leo said, "They need us."

"Dad's right." Wyatt sighed, "I'm sorry for even making you think I didn't want you here."

"What can I do?" I asked.

"Piper's in with them. They're not really up to seeing anyone." Leo said, "Demonic threats. We need those to not be."

"Of course I'll step in." I said.

"Are you sure?" Leo asked.

I nodded.

"Thank you." Leo said, "I better get back in there..."

"Can you tell them...we're all here for them." I said.

"They just want to be with Matthew." Leo smiled, going back into the room.

"Melinda, Me and Steven can handle the demonic stuff if you need to get to the restaurant." I smiled.

"Are you sure?" Melinda asked, "You don't exactly..."

"Finish that statement and I rescind that." I smirked.

"You're a lifesaver, but you know Wyatt's going to have to help you." Melinda said.

I looked to Wyatt, "Won't kill me." I said slowly.

Melinda smiled, "You two really need to talk." She said, leaving.

"She's right." I said, "There's so much we need to say to each other."

"Things we could have said a long time ago." Wyatt nodded, "You hurt me."

"Ditto."

"Infidelity beats what I did." Wyatt said quickly.

"You see, that's just it. It doesn't." I frowned, "They're both lying and betrayal. They both hurt."

Wyatt sighed, "How do we make this right?" he asked.

"Scary thing is...I don't know." I chuckled nervously, "I usually know this stuff, whether I...I usually know."

Wyatt stared at me, studying my face. I stared at him, trying to figure out what to say. There was a scream from upstairs and Wyatt orbed out of the room! I made my way to the attic to see Melinda lying behind the couch and Wyatt fighting the demon. I ran in and paused as an energy ball grazed my shoulder! I stood there.

"I've been looking for you." The demon said, throwing his hand up at me.

Energy pulsed from his hand and raced toward me! Wyatt orbed beside me and pushed me out of the way as the energy hit him! The demon looked confused, but smiled and shimmered out.

-

I stood by the book. Steven was holding an ice pack to Melinda's head while Warren paced back and forth in front of the book. Prudence Johnna, Phoebe's eldest, was standing beside Steven and Melinda, surveying the damage to her cousin. Henry Jr. had taken Peyton downstairs to try and calm her. I had tried my best and she was calmer, but still very fussy. I think she knew that Wyatt had gone. We hadn't told Piper, Leo, Chris, or Bianca because they didn't need to know. Wyatt had disappeared and I was looking for the demon in the book.

"Maybe it's time we tell Mom and Dad, at least." Melinda said weakly.

"No!" I said, "Chris and Bianca need them."

"Do you see the demon?" Warren asked.

"Not yet," I said, flipping pages, "He's not gone, right? He's just...gone."

Warren stopped pacing and walked over to me, grabbing me by the shoulders, "I'm sure he's gonna be alright." He said, "Don't worry, this kind of stuff happens all the time around here...or it used to."

"Oh yeah, I remember." I frowned, turning back to the book.

"I remember Aunt Piper telling me about this time when they fought the first witch, she was sent to an alternate plane." Prudence said.

"I remember that story." Melinda said, "The apple and Cole."

"Good ole dad." Warren smirked.

"That's him!" I said loudly.

"My dad is the demon?" Warren asked.

"No! Him." I said pointing the entry in the book, "Domicus. Portal manipulation. He's able to open portals to other planes."

"He was trying to send you to another plane?" Prudence asked.

I nodded, "We just need to figure out where he is." I frowned.

"First step to finding him is scrying." Warren said, "You guys think you can mix up a potion?"

"Of course." Prudence smiled, helping Melinda up.

"Are we sure we needed a potion?" Melinda asked as they left the room.

"I should have never gone to see Chris and Bianca. And volunteered." I frowned.

"Why did you?" Warren asked, "That had to be uncomfortable."

"Chris needed his friends to be there. And Bianca..."

"Bianca? I thought you were mad at her." Warren smirked, folding his arms.

I smirked at him, "I was." I said.

"What changed?" Warren asked.

"I know what it's like to lose a baby." I said, looking away from him and at the entry of Domicus.

Warren looked me oddly, "What do you mean?" he asked.

"I had a miscarriage." I frowned.

"Miscarriage?" Warren asked, "When?"

"My first time." I frowned, looking over to Steven, who was staring at us.

Warren looked to be thinking. He was staring at me and waiting for me to continue.

"The guy I lost my virginity to...he left and went to college and we used a condom but it broke." I said quickly, "This was before I knew I could get pregnant. I just thought I was sick from missing him and soon there was this pain and I felt like...It's hard to describe..."

Warren nodded and Steven looked just as shocked.

"I didn't know what it was then and I didn't know until I was pregnant, the second time." I frowned, "I went to Ava after Peyton's appointment. I wanted to know why I had the disease that almost killed me. I wanted to know my chances of having another baby."

"You want another baby?" Warren asked.

"Not right away." I frowned.

"What'd she say?" Warren asked.

"My chances of having another child is slim. Me being a guy makes it slim but the miscarriage messed up some internal things, things I'm not supposed to have in the first place." I explained, "I can't have another kid because I didn't take care of my first child."

"Have you told Wyatt?" Warren asked.

"I haven't told anyone." I frowned, "And neither one of you can tell anyone."

"You should tell Wyatt."

"If I see him again, I will." I frowned.

"Whose baby was it?" Steven asked, "Who'd you lose your virginity to? Weren't you dating Warren before Wyatt?"

"We got the potions." Melinda said as she and Prudence came back in. Henry came in, carrying Peyton.

I smiled as I walked over to them and grabbed Peyton, "She's not crying." I smiled.

"Have you been crying more?" Prue asked.

"We're going to find my idiot of a brother and you too are going to screw and live happily ever after." Melinda smiled.

"I hope you're right." I smiled.

-

"I call upon the Domicus, through this veil of oblivious, come to me, I summon thee, come to me on bended knee." I chanted. I was standing alone in the attic. I told Henry to get Peyton out of the attic. I told everyone to leave too. Especially Steven, I didn't need another innocent person to die. Domicus came to me in a swirl of energy, on bended knee as it were.

"I knew you would summon me." He smirked, standing upright.

"You wanted to send me somewhere." I smiled, "I need you to open that portal and bring my husband back."

"How gay of you." Domicus smiled, "Not that I'm offended...demon, remember..."

"Pissed...remember?" I asked.

"What are you going to do to me? Scratch me?" He smiled.

"Haha, I've got no powers." I smirked, "No active powers anyways."

"Let me guess, you've been training in combat."

"You can tell?" I smirked.

"Not really...haven't lost that baby weight, huh?" He smirked.

"Wow, I know you're a demon but that was so below the belt." I frowned.

Domicus raised his hand and a fire ball appeared in his hand, "Make your first move." He smiled.

I raised my hands, "Hey now, let's unload the gun. I just want my husband." I said.

"It was meant for you, but my friends will be pleased." He smirked.

I chuckled, "They probably won't see you again." I said.

He frowned and sent the fire ball hurling at me! I ducked out of the way quickly and rolled across the floor and back to my feet. He threw another fire ball but I ducked it too. I ran to him and tackled him to the ground. He threw me off and we stood inches apart. I was nervous; I hadn't done this before. I wasn't very good in a fight yet. He swung and I ducked, elbowing him in the nose. I grabbed his arm and twirled him so that he flipped onto his back. He brought his legs around, tripping me. I jumped to my feet and so did he. I twirled around, attempting a backhand but he caught it and wrenched my arm!

"Just bring him back!" I said, in pain.

"Couldn't if I wanted to, I get you there, I don't get you back." He said, wrenching it more.

I nodded and my head fell.

"Pain too much?" He smirked.

I tapped him on the shoulder and punched him to the ground, "I just can't stay awake. You're not very good at this." I said, going back to my body.

Domicus materialized a fire ball, about to throw it when an energy ball shot past me and into him! He burned before bursting into flames.

I looked back to Warren, who stood in the door with Prue, Melinda, and Steven, "Took you long enough." I frowned.

"Had to know if he could do it or not before we just vanquished him." Warren said, walking to me, "Are you okay?"

I massaged my arm, "I was pretty good, no?" I smiled.

"Excellent." Steven smiled, "That was so awesome, right down to the banter."

"How are we supposed to get Wyatt back now?" Prue asked.

"Not sure." Warren said.

Suddenly, there was a rumble and the air ripped open as Wyatt fell through the tear. I rushed to Wyatt, checking him out.

"What in the portaly Hell." Melinda said, shocked.

"Are you okay?" I asked.

"Am I home?" Wyatt asked.

"Yeah, baby, you're home." I smiled, kissing him.

"Did everything just change?" Steven asked, leaning over to Melinda.

"No, that's Wyatt and Drake." She smiled.

-

"Demons?" Leo asked.

"None." I said.

"Are you okay?" Leo asked.

I nodded, "How are they?" I asked.

"They're coping." Leo said, "Thank you for..."

"Don't mention it." I smiled, "I have somewhere I need to be."

"Of course." Leo smiled, "Did you get Anna to sing at the club?"

-

At P3, Anna Nalick stood on stage. Melinda sat at the bar, drinking a mojito. Warren walked up and sat on the stool beside her. He ordered a long island ice tea.

"Who's Anna Nalick?" Warren asked.

"Actually a good singer." Melinda smiled faintly.

"Drinking?" Warren asked.

"Been a long...life." Melinda said, "Love stuff..."

"I know how that feels." Warren smirked, "How about you show me your scars and I'll show you mine."

Melinda smiled, "Deal." She said, sipping her mojito.

(The band begins to play Wreck of the Day)

Anna Nalick: Driving away from the wreck of the day
And the light's always red in the rear-view
Desperately close to a coffin of hope
I'd cheat destiny just to be near you
If this is giving up, then I'm giving up
If this is giving up, then I'm giving up, giving up
On love, On love

I walked over to the door of the living room to see Wyatt sitting on the couch with Peyton, playing. I watched them for a second. This would be all that I could ever give him. I wondered if this was enough.

"Look, it's daddy." Wyatt said, turning her to face me.

I smiled. I thought about lying to him about what Ava told me. I thought back to all the lies I've said and heard lately.

"What's wrong, baby?" Wyatt asked.

I walked to the couch and gave him a weak smile, "There's something I have to tell you." I said slowly. I then started explaining our situation.

Anna Nalick: Driving away from the wreck of the day
And I'm thinking 'bout calling on Jesus
'Cause love doesn't hurt so I know I'm not falling in love
I'm just falling to pieces

Leo and Piper stood at the door to Bianca and Chris' bedroom, watching the kids grieve. Bianca clutched Matthew and Chris clutched her. Piper wanted to walk in and take them in her arms, tell them that they'd be alright. Leo pulled her close.

Anna Nalick: Driving away from the wreck of the day
And it's finally quiet in my head
Driving alone, finally on my way home to the comfort of my bed
And if this is giving up, then I'm giving up
If this is giving up, then I'm giving up, giving up
On love, On love

"Are we sure we should be working with demons?" Moreau asked, clutching the Summers' Book of Shadows.

"To eradicate witches? Of course." Coleman said, loading a gun, "Then after the witches are gone, that truce is over and they'll be gone."

"I've been trying to bust these guys but...it's like someone higher than me doesn't want it." Moreau said, "I don't think we'll have the police as help."

"Doesn't matter, with an army of demons and witch hunters, we won't need police." Coleman said.

"Are we sure this is the right thing?" Moreau asked.

"You've seen the book; Witches are bad. They've killed people, they tried to kill me." Coleman said, "This is man against abominations. We will win."

Moreau nodded to herself, glancing back down at the book.

Anna Nalick: And maybe I'm not up for being a victim of love
When all my resistance will never be distance enough
