DISCLAIMER - This story is purely fictional and does not imply anything about the true sexuality of the celebrities mentioned, and does not imply anything about the private lives of them. The eyes and voice were with him all night long, filling Will's dreams with sensations he had not felt in a long time. His mind was awash with...he couldn't work them out. The only thing that Will knew for sure was that he had never really felt like this before, and certainly never after such a short time of meeting someone, or at least, meeting them in person. Will awoke with no hangover, much to his surprise, and Rupert's bitter envy, since Rupert had been liasing with the toilet for the past 2 hours, and the dissolvable headache stuff. The party had continued to go on after Will's dream had left him at the bar, and so had the barman on Rupert and Will's glasses. They took a taxi from the house back to Will's new London flat, and had pretty much (after finding their own beds) collapsed and fallen into the land of nod. Despite the masses of booze running through his veins, Will still felt he could reason, still could feel and think a bit, and there was only one thing on his mind that was for certain. Will got up and went into the bathroom, once Rupert was finally done in there. He turned on the shower, then turned where he met his reflection in the mirror with a strange feeling of surprise, as though it were some hot guy in a bar. Will never really bragged about himself to anyone, since he was always overcome by a great sense of modesty. Truth is though he had nothing to be modest about, and in this moment of solitude, Will couldn't help but admire himself (just a bit) He had a great body, nice face and an arse to die for. He stepped into the shower and washed away the legacy of the night before. The smoke, the alcohol, the general sweat and odour, emerging refreshed, a clean canvas for the day. He put on a robe and headed for the kitchen, where he found poor Rupert sitting there looking very sorry for himself indeed. "Poor baby" said Will in a tone that simply made Rupert smoulder there in his terrible state. All Rupert could offer back was a slight grunt. He had neither the will or the energy to even try to take on his brother in any kind of war of words at this time in the morning, or at this time when he was feeling so much like a big pile of smelly shit in a t-shirt, with roughed up hair and stubble to match. "What time do you have to go today Rupert?" "Well, my train to Exeter is at about 4 I think...yeah...4." "Oh well, it'll give you some time to recuperate. Listen why don't you stay here, I'm just gonna go out for some air and buy a paper or something while it's still early" "You're a bloody millionaire and you don't even bother to get papers delivered?" Said Rupert "Well, you know, it's just an expression really. I just want to get away from you while you're...well...like this. The shower's over there by the way, I suggest you run to it, fast, before you set off some sort of alarm." "Very funny" replied Rupert. "Just go back to bed Hangover King!" Will left Rupert to himself and stepped out. It was only 7.40, according to his watch. Surely there wouldn't be any hardcore fans out just yet, surely not this early on a Sunday morning. Will walked down the street and took in the air, which he breathed in deeply. He'd never been so happy. His phone was switched on, full signal, waiting for the guy to call, waiting for the joy that he'd found to come right back into his life. Right there and then, the vibration began. His hand shook and the ring-tone started. 'Could this be it?' Thought Will, 'Could this be him' His eyes moved slowly down to the small coloured screen of his phone, everything had passed into slow motion again and his heartbeat echoed in his very soul as he focused in. 'BMG' was the name there. Not him. Not...unknown number. "Shit" He pressed that green button and answered with a pretty ordinary "Hello" "Will hey! Guessin' you know who this is...haha" "Yeah, I guessed, it's a little early isn't it?" "Well, you know Will, we love to keep you on your toes down here at the old record company. If we didn't then you'd be out of work" "Fair point, so, what's this all about?" "Well Will, we've been asked...well, you're being asked if you would like to sing a couple of songs at the Lord of the Rings Post-Premier Party tonight and the Z Club." "How many are we talking?" "Ah, just a rather exclusive club packed with hot A list celebs and the odd guest or two. Nothing too taxing for you Will, ey?" "I suppose not, sure I'll do it, I've got nothing else planned, when is it?" "Not confirmed yet Will mate, we'll get back to you ASAP." "Sure ok, that's fine. See you then" He hung up and put the phone back in his pocket. Oh well, it wasn't him, but it was a job, and nothing too much. Will really did want to take a break from it all for a while. His second album had been finished way ahead of schedule, and his other CDs were selling well, so these odd small gigs were all he really wanted and/or needed at the moment. He wanted some time to himself, some time for personal matters, something which he had to totally abandon when he won pop idol. Will walked to a small park, and sat on a bench. He'd bought a coffee and decided to take in more of that fresh air, even if it was London City air. He drank his coffee and just relaxed. It was a lovely cool morning, not cold, just nice and cool, which helped niggles in his mind fade away. The morning air was the best tonic Will could ever want in his mind. He loved it. It got to 8.10 and Will thought he'd better be heading back home and to Rupert. As he rose from the park bench those good vibrations started again, as did the polyphonic music. It was such a deja-vu for Will, and it all started again like it had done before when his bastard agent had been ringing. He took the phone out of his pocket and once again looked at the screen. "unknown number" it said. Will said nothing, he answered very slowly, and very calmly, trying to contain himself while he was in this public place, even if it was pretty quiet at the moment. "Hello?" Will said "Hey, Will, it's me, remember me from last night? Or from anywhere else?" "You didn't think I'd forget..." He seemed to pause for just a moment "...did you Robbie?" Hope it was worth the wait for this part. Please keep the e-mails coming in I really appreciate all the e-mail I get, if I can get to read it! Lol, lousy screwy e-mail services! Address is up at the top of the story. Cheers XPi
