My Million Dollar Lust
(Part 2... The viewing)

......Saturday came fast. And that was good. I was so horned up most of the
week at the thought of this guy I was gonna see. This supposed jerk real
estate agent that my own realtor warned me about. I didn't care. I had
desire in my mind. I knew I would probably never get the house. All I
wanted now was the realtor Josh.

I showed up almost an hour before my appointment. But when I arrived there
was a car there already. It was a fancy looking thing. Fours doors, and
sleek. I pulles up and walked up to the house. I rang the bell and waited d
for someone to show. Then he opened the door

"Can I help you" he said

It was Josh. He was gorgeous in person. That big Roman looking nose
pronounced and there in his sexy face that on this occasion was unshaven.
He wore a suit the fit nicely on his body. It was buttoned up so I could
not see his crotch. But I new from the legs that the slacks were probably
snug. As I have seen in almost every image of the guy. I swallowed hard as
I gazed at him.

"Josh" I asked as if I didn't know who he was

"Yes. That's me" he replied

He looked at me iddly for a moment. Then it's like a light went off in his
head.

"Your the guy that the other realtor called on" he asked

"Yup " I replied

"I know I am early."

"But I was in the neighborhood"

"Umm checking out other houses"

He looked at me and cocked an eyebrow at me.  Then he smiled and extended
his hand. I shook it. Feeling as my palms were almost sweating from the
anticipation of meeting this hunk.

"That's OK" he said answering my initial statement

"I prefer the competition not be here"

"That way I can steel the client"

"Come on in"

I followed him as he walked in front of me. I could almost see his butt as
we walked up a few steps from the entry into the main great room. Needless
to say, the house was gorgeous. Open and light filled with all the windows.
He started to talk about it. Boasting about the views, which were
spectacular, and then himself and how great he was.

"He is an ass" I said to myself

But then when we walked into the kitchen, Josh pulled off his jacket. He
laid it over a stool in the breakfast bar. Then I did see his ass.  My cock
wanted to bust through my pants. Those snug pants. Those oh so lucky pants
hugged at his hot beefy ass. I felt my dick throb. I wanted to fall to my

"So you like" he said as he waved his hand

I looked as he turned. My eyes first gazed at his sexy unshaven face. The

pressed to the material. The tie he wore keeping me from seeing any more of

"Fuck me" I mouth quietly as I stared at it

Josh looked at me as my eyes were glued to him.

"Well. You like.?" He said louder

"Huh. Umm what" I fumbled out

"The kitchen" he came back

"You like this kitchen, don't you"

I then looked up. Peeling my eyes from his body.I looked around the
room. It was a gorgeous kitchen. And it had a view to the back and
pool. And beyond that the hills and ocen in the distance.

"Wow. Yeah. Big" was all I could get out

"Nice and big"

I pondered whether I said that for the kitchen or no.

"Let me show you that view man" he then said

"It's spectacular for this price"

 He walked to the huge floor to ceiling doors that lead out to the
back. There was a covered area just beyond the sitting room we passed to
get to the doors. Then the pool area.  It wwasn't big, but when you have
this view, who cares. As we stepped out to the warmth of the sun outside, I
saw as Josh pulled at his tie.  Undoing the top near his neck.  Then just
pulling it off completely. Then he undid his sleeves buttons and rolled
them up. Showing his forearms. The light traces of hair in them and the
string shape continued to stir my loins. Then he turned towards me again.
That's when he undid several buttons on his shirt. Now exposing the top of
his chest. I caught a few hairs keeping out uo there.

"Grab him and toss himin the pool" npmy head shouted

"Rip his clothes off and dance on his hips"

I was actually considering it he was just so freaking hot standing there.

"Forgot it was gonna be hot today" he then said

Josh looked over at me and smiled for a second. Then he turned to me and
again raised up his arms. Acknowledging the area, the pool, the view. Yes
it was a grand view indeed.  But not the one he was trying to show. But the
one I had before me.

"This should be yours my friend" he stated

"Yes. He should be yours" my head decreed

"This hot realtor should be yours"

I started to gpfeel a bit light headed. I don't know itpf it was the heat
that the stud was mentioning. Or maybe it was that all the blood was
rushing from my head to my crotch.  I could feel my dick pressing at my
pants now. Threatening to bust through them. He looked at me and then
regarded my wgoosy state. He came over to me as I swayed there.  I felt his
hand on my arm

"You okay man" he asked

"Yeah. Umm yeah" I said back

"Just a little light headed is all"

He lead me back inside. He was so close i could smell his rich cologne. I
looked at the nape of his neck. I wanted to bury my face in it and chew on
it. He lead me back to the living room and to one of the chairs in it. I
sat down. Then he went to the kitchen. I looked over at his fucking
gorgeous ass again. I had to reached down and groped myself. To adjust my
hard on I had. Then he came back into the living room with a bottled water

"Here man" he said sounding almost concerned

"I know. The house is overwhelming, right?" He said joking

 He then sat down across from me. As he bent down to sit, his hand pulled
at his own crotch. Then as he sat down, I could look there between his
legs. There it was the nice crotch bulge I had seen in pictures. I wanted
to just crawl across the door and dove between his legs.

"Better?" He then asked

"Yeah. Thanks man" I said

"You are right. Warm today"

"Yeah. I caught that" he then said back

Then Josh leaned back in his chair and looked over at me.  His hands
splayed over the back of it. Then his legs spread more to show that crotch
even better. I felt my head would bust.

"So you like so far man?" He asked again

"I would show you the bedroom"

"But the heat might make you explode."

I pondered his meaning as I sat there.  Then he reached down and adjusted
himself . his hand covering his hot bulge. I was going to say something
when my realtor walked in through the door....................
