I love to get e-mail from people like you, but don't send mail filled with hate and poo. This story's protected by copyright law, so please don't copy it even if you're in awe. Don't post it to other sites if that's what your wishin', unless you have my explicit permission. If there's a similarity with people and incidents, please be assured that it's just a coincidence. This story contains several sex scenes, between a group of horny teens. If this type of story really offends you, I know exactly where you can be sent to. You may wish to consider a book by King. That may just be your sort of thing. Now that's a disclaimer. I guess I wasn't kidding when I said I was getting better at this disclaimer crap, huh? It kind of made my brain hurt though. I wanted to get this part out before Christmas as a present to my readers, and I would like to wish you all Happy Holidays. Allen - by tim Part Ten "Rusty! Allen! Beth!" yelled Emily from downstairs. "Get up and get ready for school!" Allen rolled over and groaned. He still couldn't understand why he had to bother going back to school at this time. After all, they only had one and a half days this week, before starting Christmas vacation. Rusty shook Allen and said "Come on buddy. Let's get going to school. I know you can't enjoy sitting around here all day, watching mom write her great novel." Allen groaned "It beats having the kids at school bug me about why I was out last week." "Just tell 'em what I've been telling 'em for the last week." said Rusty. "Tell 'em that you and Calvin had a misunderstanding over something personal, and you can't discuss it." With that said, Rusty and Allen got ready, had breakfast, hugged Rusty's parents good-bye, and headed out the door for school. The walk to school was pleasant, with both boys talking and joking. Everything seemed to be slowly returning to normal. _______________________________________________________________________ Meanwhile at the county jail, a guard walks into a cell block and yells out "Wilson! Robert! Front and center!" Robert quickly replied "Yes sir. What do you want?" The guard replied "Your bail has been made. Get your stuff together and follow me." While Robert was packing what few belongings he had while locked up, an inmate came up to him and said "Congrats on making bail, somebody out there must like you. I'll see you when you get back here though." Robert turned to the inmate and responded "I have no intentions of coming back here! That no good, son of a bitch, son of mine isn't going to be testifying against his daddy for abusing him. I'll make sure of it." The inmate sadly shook his head, after all, what could he do? He was just an inmate himself. He knew if Robert made it to prison he would pay for being a child abuser, but somehow he felt it wasn't going to make it to that point. Robert met his boss outside the jail and said "Thanks Mack, I owe you a big one." Just make sure you behave yourself and don't wind up back in here." said Mack. "I can't afford to have my best worker locked up." "Don't worry." replied Robert. "I have no intentions of winding up back in here." "Good!" said Mack. "I'll drop you off at your place. Make sure you're back at work bright and early in the morning." Robert was looking forward to getting home. He knew he had to lay low for a while, and his lawyer assured him that his case probably wouldn't come up before April or May. Robert had all the time in the world to take care of this problem once and for all. _______________________________________________________________________ This was one part of Mike's job he really hated. No one ever liked hearing bad news. But he knew Tom needed to be warned as he pulled up in front of the gym. Mike went inside, found the coach, and said "Hi Tom. I'm afraid I have some bad news this morning. Robert Wilson was released on bail this morning." "How in the world did that happen so soon?" asked Tom. "It seems his lawyer convinced the judge that he was unnecessarily tazed by the police after receiving the news about his son." stated Mike. "The asshole lawyer convinced the judge that Robert was upset and distraught by the news, and the cop acted too quickly under the circumstances." "What a crock of shit!" exclaimed Tom. "Is this going to affect my custody of Calvin?" "No, no, no." said Mike to reassure Tom. "My department has collected enough evidence against Robert to make sure Calvin never has to see him again, except in court. I just want you to be on the lookout for anything unusual, and keep an eye out on Calvin. I have the police and DCF investigators keeping tabs on Robert. He isn't going to be able to fart without us knowing about it." "Thanks." said Tom. "I will keep an eye out on Calvin, and thanks for warning me." Both men shook hands, and Mike went on about his business. _______________________________________________________________________ Back at school, things were going pretty smoothly for Allen. Allen, Rusty, and Calvin sat with each other in second period English. At one point Allen raised his hand to be called on to answer a question. Mr. Knudson said "Yes, the ventrilloquist sitting next to Russell, do you have the answer?" Several students began chuckling softly. "Very funny Mr. Nude-head, you know my jaw is broken and wired shut." replied Allen. "Do you also do stand-up routines at the comedy club dowtown?" With that, the entire classroom erupted in laughter. Mr. Knudson looked shocked, but then realized he had been out of line with Allen. The teacher apologized to Allen both during, and after class. After that the rest of the day went fairly well. The boys, including Ricky, all joined each other for lunch. Without thinking, Ricky asked "Did you bring anything good for lunch Allen?" Allen held up a can of Ensure and a bottle of Pedialyte, and said "Looks delicious doesn't it? If you want to try my diet, I'm sure that can be arranged." Rusty was the first one to notice that Allen was making a joke, and began laughing. Soon all the boys were laughing, and Ricky was apologizing to Allen for being so insensitive. During fifth period Algebra Allen joined Calvin and Ricky in their corner. Allen felt Calvin was just trying to make a new friend in Ricky, and that Chris was just trying to stir up trouble where none exsisted. Allen was kind of starting to like Ricky, until after school. When the final period was over Allen went to find Calvin to talk to him for a minute, before he walked home with Rusty. When he spotted Calvin and Ricky though, he froze in shock. Calvin and Ricky, thinking no one else was around, was locked in an embrace with their tongues deeply in each others mouths. Allen didn't know what to think, so he turned around quietly and then ran for the front of the school. The walk home was filled entirely by Rusty talking, as Allen couldn't seem to form any words at the moment. The only thing he thought over and over was, "How could they be kissing like that?" When the boys arrived home, Allen ran straight upstairs. At dinner time Allen failed to come downstairs after being called to several times, and Rusty began to worry. Rusty made his way upstairs and opened the door, only to find Allen sitting on his bed and staring blankly at the wall. "Hey buddy," said Rusty. "Come on downstairs and eat. After that, mom's going to take us to the mall to do some last minute Christmas shopping. I still have to pick something up for you." Allen turned to Rusty and his eyes began to tear up as he said, "Do you know what you can get me? Take me back to the day I told Calvin that I loved him, so I can take it back!" Allen began crying heavily, so Rusty went to him and put his arms around his crying friend. "What's wrong my brother?" asked Rusty. "Did Calvin do or say something to you?" "Yes!" sobbed Allen. "He ripped my heart out and stomped all over it! Please Russ, please make it stop hurting." Allen continued crying into his friend's shoulder. "I'll do anything I can for you Allen." pledged Rusty. "Please tell me what happened." Allen cried for a few more moments, while holding onto his best friend for dear life. Then he croaked out "How come when I told Calvin I loved him he nearly killed me, but when Ricky told him the same thing they nearly climbed down each others throat's kissing? What's even worse is Ricky spent the night at his house Friday, and they probably spent the whole night fucking like rabbits." Allen began crying heavily again and asked "What's wrong with me? Am I that repulsive?" He then broke down again into Rusty's shoulder. Rusty stroked his friend's back gently, and said "Please Allen, don't ever say that about yourself. It's Calvin who doesn't know what he's missing. If you were repulsive at all, do you think I would do this?" Rusty pulled Allen's face up to his and placed his lips on Allen's. The kiss the two boys shared was not a kiss of lust or sex. It was a kiss of need and caring. It was a kiss from one friend to another to help ease his hurt and pain, and to give him the strength to believe in himself again. It was a very special and sensual kiss. When the kiss was over Allen looked deeply into Rusty's eyes and begged, "Why do you, of all people, have to be straight?" Rusty smiled warmly at Allen as he said "I'm sorry brother, I just can't be something I'm not. I promise you one thing though, Allen. I may be straight but that doesn't mean I can't give my best friend a hug or a kiss if he needs it. You're not only my best friend Allen, you're also a part of me that I could never do without." Both boys hugged a warm, tight hug again and smiled at each other face to face. Then Allen cleaned up his face, and the boys went down to dinner before Mike and Emily gave up on them. After dinner Rusty's family and Allen piled into the car and went to the mall for some last minute Christmas shopping. At the mall Rusty had his parents keep Allen busy, while he slipped off to the jewelry store to get Allen his present. It may have been expensive, but Rusty could afford it. He was very good at saving his generous allowance. As a matter of fact when Rusty told his parents of his planned present, Mike jokingly said he might have to cut Rusty's allowance if he was able to save up that much. Allen also was finally in the mood to do some Christmas shopping himself as he bought presents for the small group of important people in his life. The rest of the week leading up to Christmas went fairly uneventfully. The next day at school Allen and Rusty didn't say much to Calvin and Ricky. Rusty was hopeful that this would blow over, but he knew it would take time. Then the day before Christmas Eve, a very important event happened. Emily had taken some tests at the doctor's office to find out why she had been feeling a little off lately. When she came home from getting the results, she called the entire family into the living room and said, "As you all know, I just came back from getting my test results from the doctor. It seems as though I have a serious condition." Emily paused for a few seconds to make everyone's heart race, then continued. "It seems as though I have contracted what is called pregnancy!" Mike immediately jumped up and hugged and kissed his wife in front of the whole family. Rusty yelled out "Okay dad, that'll be enough of that. It's stuff like that that led to mom getting pregnant." Then everyone laughed, and all the kids shouted out "Yeah mom!" and "Way to go, you guys!". The rest of the time before Christmas was filled with good cheer, happiness, and talk of a new baby. It seemed everyone but Beth was deep down wishing for a baby boy. Naturally Rusty wanted a baby brother he could hang out with and watch grow up, and Beth wanted a baby sister to play with. On Christmas morning Judith and Ben showed up so both families could celebrate Christmas together, but not before Beth woke up and immediately began trying to wake up everyone within a five mile radius. Judith and Ben just didn't feel like celebrating by themselves. Allen was impressed by how much better his mom was starting to look, but noticed that his dad was looking a little worn down. Allen went to his dad and said, "I hope you know you will always be my dad, and I will always love you no matter what." Ben cried as he hugged his son and replied, "I know that my son, and I promise I will try to deserve your love again." The holiday was a joyful celebration for both families, beginning with the opening of presents. Beth naturally volunteered to go first, so Allen went and picked up his gift to Beth and presented it to her. Beth squealed with delight when she opened up her package and found a PC make-over program featuring her favorite doll figure. The way the tradition worked was Allen was to recieve a gift next because he presented Beth her gift. Rusty immediately jumped up and picked up his gift to Allen. For some reason Allen was very nervous as he fumbled with the wrapping. Allen knew Rusty and knew it could either be a gag gift, which would give everyone else a good laugh, or something so special that it would leave him speechless. Of course it was the latter. Allen held the gold chain in front of him, with the pendant of two hands grasping the other's forearm, dangling in front of his face. Allen was so moved that a single tear trickled down his right cheek. Rusty explained, "I wanted to get you something that symbolized our friendship. I don't ever want you to feel that there's no one who cares about you." "It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen." replied Allen. "I will never take it off." With that Allen fastened the chain around his neck so everyone could admire it. The rest of the gift sharing went very well, although no moment came close to Rusty's gift to Allen. Mike's first gift to Emily did come in a close second though. Mike had rushed out at the last minute and bought Emily a dress that was ten sizes too big for her. As he handed it to Emily he said, "I thought you may need this in a few months." At that, the whole room roared with laughter. When all the presents had been opened, and the living room floor was knee deep in gift wrap, everyone except Emily and Judith cleaned up the mess and sang Christmas songs until dinner was ready. When Judith and Emily finished preparing dinner, they called everyone to the dining room. The rest of the day was a very merry Christmas at the Cooper house. _______________________________________________________________________ At the DeBarry house, it was also a great Christmas. Tom finally had someone to share the holidays with, and Calvin had a loving home and a true love in his life. After Ricky spent time at his home, he came over to see Calvin. They exchanged gifts and kisses in Tom's presence, then Tom suggested they go to Calvin's room and exchange "special" gifts. _______________________________________________________________________ It was a very strange Christmas at the Wilson house. Robert had bought ornaments and glued Calvin's picture to them before hanging them on the tree. Now he sat across the room from the tree, dressed in a t-shirt and boxer shorts. He was drinking heavily and shooting ornaments off the tree with a pellet gun. _______________________________________________________________________ Well everyone, that's part ten. I don't think Robert's elevator is servicing the top floor anymore. Sorry if things are looking ominous, I just ask that you please trust me, I have a plan here. From here on the timeline should start moving a little quicker, but I promise you I'm not trying to rush the story. I will cover the important events. See you in part 11 and once again Happy Holidays. Tim P.S. I would also like to announce that I will be starting a new story soon in the adult/youth section. I was going to wait until "Allen" had progressed a little further but I feel now is the time. The new story will be titled "Training Day". Please do not worry, "Allen" is still my main story and my first love, and I will not let the new story affect it.
