Part 18

Suddenly everyone started having sex, much to the delight of us gnomes. Mike was having wild monkey-sex with Tom. Calvin was having wild monkey-sex with Ricky. Dr Milner was having wild monkey-sex with Ben. Emily was having lesbian sex with Judith. Even Beth was having sex with her friend Johnny. Hi everyone, I'm back. Please disregard anything Baldisore has written. Those damn gnomes went and signed me up on CompuServe! I didn't realize they could be that dangerous. Now I have to figure out what to do with the twelve horny little gnomes I have tied up in my living room.

Part 18

That night and the following day Rusty and Allen spent their time hugging, caressing, kissing and making love. They also did manage to get in some laughing, running, swimming, and playing. The next day however started off very tensely. Something was bothering Allen very much.

Rusty noticed this and asked, "What's wrong Allen? You look like someone pissed in your Wheaties today."

"Nothing." responded Allen. "It's just that today would be my birthday back in the real world."

"Oh shit!" exclaimed Rusty. "I almost forgot all about that. If you don't feel up to taking care of business there today, I wouldn't blame you at all."

"No, we can't do that." said Allen. "Our bodies have to be taken care of today. It's just not going to be a whole lot of fun."

"If it makes you feel any better, I was going to throw you a hell of a party for your sixteenth." said Rusty. "It would have made my party look like the waiting room at a funeral parlor. I can still do something very special for you though."

Allen raised an eyebrow and asked, "What's that dude?"

Rusty replied, "I'm not going to tell you right now, it would ruin the surprise. I think you'll like it though."

"God! You're such a tease!" smirked Allen, as a smile began to creep back onto his face. The boys spent the next few moments laughing and hugging.

"Are you ready to get this over with?" asked Rusty.

Allen replied, "As ready as I'm going to be. We might as well go to my room first, and get this taken care of."

Rusty and Allen held hands as they thought of Allen, then immediately they were in Allen's room. Judith, Ricky, and Calvin were there but there was something different today. The bed next to Allen looked like it had been made ready for a new occupant, but the entire room had been decorated for Allen's birthday.

Allen looked at Rusty with a puzzled look on his face and said, "What do you think is going on dude?"

"I don't know," said Rusty, "but I'm interested in finding out."

Judith was quietly talking into Allen's ear, while Calvin and Ricky were standing on the other side of the bed and holding Allen's hand. Suddenly Mike and Emily walked into the room, and Emily nodded to Judith.

Judith said, "Allen honey, I hope you can hear me somehow because we have a special surprise for you today. We have a new roommate for you."

With that, Mike opened the door and an orderly wheeled a gurney into the room carrying Rusty. Rusty's condition had now improved to the point where most of the wires and tubes had been removed, and he was no longer on life support. Mike and the orderly gently transferred Rusty to his new bed. Calvin and Ricky immediately rushed to one side of Rusty's bed. They had not been allowed into the ICU because they were not immediate family members, so they hadn't seen Rusty since before the accident. Both boys took turns kissing Rusty's hand and wishing for him to wake up.

Allen and Rusty were moved beyond words. They gave each other a hug with tearful grins on both of their faces. Then they made their way to their bedsides and Allen gave Rusty a nod. Allen and Rusty made the energy transfer at the same time, then they placed their hands on both sides of their faces. Allen and Rusty pulled up on the cheeks of their faces and gave their unconscious bodies a nice, gentle smile. Emily and Judith both saw the smiles appear on the boys faces.

Emily said, "I know you boys are together wherever you are, and you can hear us. You may not be ready to come back to us just yet, but we love our baby boys very much and we'll be right here and waiting when you do come back." Emily and Judith were both stroking their boy's hair.

There was now so much love in the room that Allen and Rusty did not want to leave. They were now longing for the time when they could come back. Both boys were near tears, but they were tears of happiness. Happiness for the love that everyone in the room felt for them, and happiness at the thought of the day when they would return.

Rusty turned to Allen and asked, "Are you okay my love? How are you feeling?"

"I'm ...I'm okay." said Allen. "This has been the best birthday gift I could get right now, except for yours of course." Allen paused for a moment, then continued. "Don't take this the wrong way Rusty, but could you give me your present when we wake up?"

"I think you might have the wrong idea Allen." said Rusty. "I don't want to put myself inside you. Well, I do, but that's not what my present is. I want you inside of me. I mean, I really want to do this but I'm scared. I'm afraid that it will hurt, but if we do it now it may not hurt as much."

Allen replied, "I've done a lot of reading about anal sex on Nifty, and I think I know how we can do it without it hurting much at all. I just want the first time either of us show our love to the other in that way to be special. I want us to be able to feel every bit of our love for each other. The only way we can do that is to wait until we are back in our real bodies."

"Okay dude." said Rusty. "I understand how you feel now, and I can wait until then." Rusty then got a mischievous smile on his face and added, "But you better be easy on me babe, it took me a while to build up the nerve to want to do this."

Allen replied, "I'll treat you as gently as the prince that you are." Both boys laughed at Allen's response.

Rusty and Allen watched the party as it got started. It made Allen feel good that everyone would remember his birthday, even though he wasn't there to enjoy it himself. He made a note to himself that he was going to have to find some way to show everyone his appreciation for what they have done today.

Judith was the first to step up to Allen's bed and announce her present. "Allen honey," she said, "I've talked to your father, and he is starting to do much better now. We've discussed your relationship with Rusty and we want you to know that we are going to support you two one hundred percent. Mike will tell you about the rest of our present."

Mike stepped forward and said, "We are going to fix up both of our houses to accommodate you and Rusty as a couple. Your home will only take some minor renovations. We will be adding another room to our house for you two, and turning Rusty's old room into a room for the twins when they are born. That way you guys can be together and split your time between your two homes."

With that announcement Rusty and Allen wrapped their arms around each other, and engaged themselves in a passionate kiss.

When they broke the kiss Rusty exclaimed, "Wow! I can't believe they're doing something like this for us dude!"

Allen replied, "I didn't doubt them for a minute. Now I know how much they love us."

Calvin and Ricky stepped up to the bed next. "Ricky and me both worked on our present to you." said Calvin. "Actually it's for both of you guys. We want you and Rusty to be as happy together as we are."

Ricky gave Calvin a kiss and handed him a bag. Calvin pulled out two cherry picture frames with gold trim. Inside the frames was a portrait of Allen and Rusty that had been imposed together to make it appear as though they had taken the picture together. The work that was done on the picture was flawless. Calvin placed one picture on each of the boy's nightstands.

"We want you two to be together forever, just like Ricky and me." said Calvin.

Rusty and Allen were both touched by Calvin's wish. They decided it was time to return to the beach, while they still had the strength to do so. Immediately after they held hands and began thinking, they were standing in front of their castle.

After that day it began getting easier for Rusty and Allen to go back and take care of their business. Every time they visited the other world, someone would be at the boys bedside. They would leave, feeling more and more joy at the love they felt from their friends and families. Finally it got to the point that when they would visit themselves, more and more bandages and casts would be removed from their unconscious bodies.

Time had a very different meaning at the beach than it did in the real world. Although Rusty and Allen were aware of the fact that time was passing, they didn't know how mush time was passing. At this point about two months had passed. Calvin had dedicated his performance at his tournament to Rusty and Allen. With Ricky and Tom in his corner, he defeated all of his competition. He left his trophy in the hospital room with Rusty and Allen because he felt his friends had helped him more that they would ever know. The night following the tournament Calvin and Ricky shared their bodies with each other more intimately than they ever had before. Looking on unseen was Robert, who couldn't have been happier.

Work on the Martin and Cooper homes was almost completed. Ben was now back at home and doing much better. He began spending his days at the hospital visiting Allen and Rusty and thinking of returning to his law practice. He hoped that the boys would return home soon.

Things were also going well for Teddy Bear and his roommate. It had looked as though because of grades, his roommate would have to stay on for the summer session. If that happened Ted had resigned himself to stay on with his roommate. Due to some miraculous intervention though, the roommate began having a great semester and it looked as though his grades would be okay. This pleased Ted very much, as he wanted to spend the summer in Orlando to catch up with his younger brother.

Then early one day, as Rusty and Allen were walking along the beach with their arms locked together, nuzzling and kissing each other, they noticed a man approaching them.

"Oh my god!" exclaimed Rusty. "It's Robert! Let's get the fuck out of here! We can hide in our castle."

"Calm down babe," said Allen, "Robert won't hurt us anymore, remember?"

"Oh yeah!" said Rusty. "I'm going to have a hard time remembering that after everything he did to us."

Allen replied, "Yeah, but he also made this place for us so we could be together. I really believe he's trying to make amends to everyone now."

The boys stood apart as Robert approached them. Then Robert killed them both as he laughed maniacally. Just kidding folks!

"Well," said Robert as he placed an arm around each boy's shoulder, "I see you boys are getting along very well together now. I want to tell you two that I really appreciate the help you've been with Calvin and Ricky. At this point they will be spending the rest of their lives together. But now you two are going to be released from the hospital after the next sunrise. You may return to your bodies any time now."

Rusty and Allen looked at each other with shocked expressions, almost ready to cry tears of joy. Rusty asked, "Do you really mean it? We can go back right now if we want to?"

"Yes." answered Robert. "Everything is ready for you to go back as soon as you want to. I also wanted to say how sorry I am for everything that I have put you beautiful boys through, and that goes for my sons and Ricky as well. I will be paying for my mistakes all the way through my next life, but I have brought that onto myself. I just hope someday that everyone can forgive my stupidity. I asked for everything I got in my past life."

"I have one favor to ask." said Allen. "Can we be allowed to remember our time here on the beach together?"

"Normally, it's not done that way." explained Robert. "There have been very occasional exceptions to that rule though. Of course you can't be allowed to remember our talk about past or future lives, but I'll see what I can do about the rest of it. Maybe I can arrange something for you boys."

"That would be so cool!" exclaimed Rusty. "Thanks for what you did for us here Robert, and I'll try as hard as I can to forgive you."

"That goes for me too." said Allen. "You do seem to be a much different man than you were before."

"Thank you boys," said Robert, "that means a great deal to me. I'm afraid my time here is just about over, and you two have some waking up to do. I'll always regret that I didn't treat all you boys better, and that now my time with you has been so short. Please give Calvin and Ricky my message, okay?"

"Okay." answered both boys at once.

With that, Robert walked over the top of the dune and disappeared from sight.

Rusty choked back his emotions and asked, "Are you ready to do this babe?"

Allen tearfully responded, "I've been ready for this for so long that it hurts. I can't wait to get back and be together." Allen paused for a moment and said, "Rusty, I love you more than I love my life itself. My life would mean nothing right now if I didn't have you."

Rusty began crying softly and replied, "Allen, I never knew what real love was until I came here to be with you. You're a part of me now, and I never want to be without that part of me again. We'll always be fine as long as we have each other."

Rusty and Allen hugged each other tightly for a very long moment. Then hand in hand, they walked over the top of the dune and disappeared from the beach forever.
