This is my first attempt at writing this type of story (really, it is), so when you e-mail me please be gentle. Oh what the heck, you guys have been great so far, so e-mail anything at all (within reason). This story is protected by copyright laws, please do not copy for distribution or post to other sites without the author's permission. This story is completely fictional. If there are any similarities to any persons or events, past or present they are entirely coincidental and now I'm covered. This story may depict sexual situations between young males (we're getting closer). If this type of story offends you please shut off your computer, go outside, and run around your front yard screaming "Ow, you hurt my virgin ears" over and over. After the responses I received after part three I just wanted to say you guys, and gals, are great. This has been way beyond my wildest expectations and I can't think of anything to say except thank you so very much. You have made this more than worth it, I sincerely mean that. Now heeeere's Allen! Allen - by tim Part 4 "Dude!' exclaimed Allen in a muffled voice. "You kissed me, and why can't I move my jaw?" A slightly embarrassed Rusty replied, "You're jaw is broken and the doctor had to wire it shut." Rusty hoped he could get away with that, but no such luck. "Okay," said Allen "but that doesn't explain why you kissed me." After a second or two to think Rusty said, "Where does it say in the staight guy handbook that I can't kiss my friend on the forehead if he needs it? Besides, what's the matter, didn't you like it?" "Sure bud" said Allen. "It was really cool, I just wasn't expecting it." Then Rusty added "Besides, you should have seen the action you were getting while you were out!" then Rusty took a tissue off the bedside table and lightly wiped some of Judith's lipstick off Allen's cheek. Rusty held the tissue out to Allen and said, "See!" Now it was Allen' s turn to blush as he pouted, "You shouldn't do that to a guy in my condition." Then Rusty started laughing hard. After a few seconds Allen couldn't hold back either and started laughing too as best he could with two broken ribs and his jaw wired shut. Rusty noticed that his friend seemed to be in pain and said, "What's the matter bud? Does it hurt bad? Do you want me to get the nurse?" Allen replied, "Yeah. It does hurt a bit." Rusty responded, "Okay, I'll get the nurse. But before I do I wanted to say, for a while I didn't know if I would lose my best friend in the whole world or not. I really don't know what I would have done if I had lost you buddy." To comfort his friend who was now near tears, Allen took Rusty's hand and said, "Don't you worry Russ, I'm not going anywhere. How could I leave someone who cares about me as much as you do?" Rusty leaned down and gently hugged his friend for a few moments, then smiled really big at Allen before going to get the nurse. Meanwhile Emily had caught up with Judith outside the hospital. "Judy," said Emily, "just between us mothers, could you tell me what happened last night? I mean, if my son were in danger I would rip someone apart to protect him." "I would have, if I could have." said Judith. "You really know about as much as I do though. When the attack started I wanted to jump up and stop it, but I was frozen with terror. It felt like I was watching Ben's brother being killed right before my eyes. I mean his brother was kind of like the brother I never had, and right after the funeral and the trail Ben started falling apart. I spent a lot of time just getting him over his loss, then I guess I just threw myself into my work. I don't think I ever took the time to get over it myself. I guess when that boy attacked Allen it was just too much and I collapsed. The next thing I knew I was at my sister's house, sitting at her kitchen table crying. I don't even know how I got there, I guess Ben took me there. My sister did call the hospital to find out about Allen, then when I had cried myself out last night she took me over there. I saw Mike last night and he said you had just left. He also told me the doctors were going to run some more tests on Allen and we probably wouldn't get to see him until today, so he gave me a ride home and told us to meet him here at the hospital." By this time Judith was crying again so Emily gave her a tissue and gave the distressed mother a warm embrace. "I'm sorry Judy," said Emily, "I had no idea how much you were going through. Things will work out fine. That's a promise from one mother to another." Seeing as how she knew Mike was off somewhere talking to Ben, Emily said "Allen's awake now if you would like to go back in and see him again." Then Emily led Judith back into the hospital. On the other side of town, Calvin was still not feeling much better about himself than he was last night. He knew he could not let his father see him like this though because he would know something wasn't right. So Calvin decided to head over to the boxing gym to work out some of his emotions. Once at the gym he went through his warm-up exercises then lifted some weights. After about thirty minutes of weights he decided to work with some of the training equipment. First he worked on some rythm training then went to work on the heavy bag. About thirty minutes into his work-out on the heavy bag his coach came up to him and said "Damn, Calvin! I hope your not planning on trying to find a sparring partner today becuase no one wants to get in the ring with you right now. Not with the way you're trying to annihilate the equipment anyways." Calvin just grunted at the coach and delivered another excrutiating blow to the bag. "Is there something bothering you today Cal?" the coach asked in a fatherly tone. "No!" exclaimed Calvin. "At least not anything I can't handle." "Okay." said the coach. He knew if Calvin didn't feel like talking right now he wasn't going to get him to open up. Calvin was way too much like his father in that way the coach thought to himself. "If you ever need to talk to someone, you know you can talk to me about anything, Okay Cal." said the coach. "Okay, I'll remember that." said Calvin. "Alright" said the coach. "But before I leave I want to tell you about a kid I used to coach when I was a lot younger. He showed a lot of promise, just like you, except you might be a little bit better than he was. He could have went a long way with his talent. He actually managed to become an alternate for the Olympic boxing team, but he could have made it into the games. Only one thing held him back, he could never control his emotions, especially his anger. Also he would never talk to anyone when something was bothering him, I guess he was too proud to accept any help from anyone. Yep, who knows he might have even been a champion but he ended up wasting his talent. I really don't want to see you grow up to be like that man." With that the coach walked away to let Calvin think. Of course Calvin knew who the coach was talking about, and the part about the coach not wanting to see him grow up to be like that man almost made Calvin chuckle. But Calvin knew the coach was right about one thing. He needed to learn to deal with his problems, although going up to the coach and saying "Guess what coach? I think I might be gay!" was definitely out of the question. So Calvin got cleaned up and left the gym. He needed to walk. That's right, walk and think. Then, on the way home he came up with what he thought was a brilliant idea. All he needed to do was find a boy to have sex with. That way he would realize that he's not really that way, and it would make it a lot easier to deal with what happened with Allen. He knew several boys at school who would always be sneaking looks at him, and he knew one or two who might unwittingly go along with his little scheme. Back at the hospital Judith was finishing her second visit with her son. "Okay honey," said Judith. "the doctor is going to let you out of the hospital tommorrow if everything looks good then. I want you to remember while you're staying with the Coopers you should consider Emily and Mike as your mom and dad. If you don't do what they tell you, I'm only three houses down the street." "Alright mom" replied Allen in his best innocent voice, "I promise I'll be a good boy." Emily pointed at Rusty and added, "And I'll have the mother hen here to help make sure you behave." "I'm not that bad, am I?" whined Rusty. "Dude," said Allen, "you're only the biggest mother hen I've ever seen." Rusty asked, "What's the matter? Don't you like being my little chick?" Without thinking about a response Allen said, "That's quite okay buddy. I like my private parts exactly the way they are now!" With that the entire room burst into laughter, even a now very red-faced Rusty. Once the laughter had died down Judith started to head towards the door. "Mom?" called out Allen. "I hope you and dad get everything sorted out soon. Even though I'll have fun staying at Rusty's, I'm gonna miss you guys." "Don't worry honey" said Judith. "I'll come over often to see you. Bye sweetheart." "Bye mom." responded Allen. Allen was going to miss his parents. He believed his mother's story about the previous night, but he was somewhat bewildered to find out about his uncle Allen. Something about the way his dad acted still didn't seem quite right, but he knew his dad cared about him and eventually his dad would get this sorted out. Emily and Mike also still didn't know quite what to make of the situation after they compared their talks with Judith and Ben. There were some discrepencies in their stories and so far the evidence suggested Judith was being completely honest with them. The next day Emily and Rusty showed up at the hospital to collect the newest addition to their family. Mike would have joined them but the end of football season was fast approaching and Mike didn't want to miss his favorite team, the Dolphins, while they still had a chance at the playoffs. Before leaving the hospital the doctor recommended Allen stay out of school for at least the next week, then he could return the following week if he felt up to it. Rusty also wished he could delay school a little bit becuse he knew he was going to see Calvin at some point tommorrow and he had no idea how that would turn out. Unfortunately though he had to go, as he had been assigned the task of returning Allen's homework from Friday and picking up his homework for the next week. During the ride home both boys rode in the back because there was only room for one in the front. The only noise Emily could hear from the back on the way home was occassional hushed whispers followed by giggling. Once the boys returned home they (mostly meaning Rusty) and Mike (between quarters) were busy moving things around to make room for Allen. It was decided to move the large bed out of Rusty's room and replace it with two twin beds. After turning out the lights and getting in bed Allen said "Rusty, thanks for being my best friend ever." Rusty replied, "No problem Allen. Thanks for still being here to be my best friend ever." Before falling asleep Allen silently and secretly blew his best friend a kiss across the room. Also, before falling asleep Rusty silently and secretly blew his best friend a kiss across the room, then spent the next hour laying awake wondering "What the hell was that?". At the Wilson house Calvin had felt a little better about things the rest of the day Saturday and on through Sunday. He now felt he had a plan that would lay his troubles to rest for now. He went to the gym and had another work-out on Sunday and was even able to find a sparring partner due to his much better mood. Now all he had to do was get through Monday. Wow! That was fun, wasn't it? What is the problem with Ben and Judith? Will staying in the same room for the time being change Rusty and Allen's relationship? What will happen tommorrow at school? Will Calvin ever stand up to his abusive pig of a father? And what in the world makes Calvin think his brilliant plan even stands the slightest chance of working like he thinks it will? Tune in for Part 5 to find the answers to at least one of those questions.
