P.S. If your living in America, a friendly hello and wish you all the best with putting up with me as of July as I've been accepted as an international student to work at Disney World in Florida. Chapter 4: "I'm so sorry" Jacob interrupted me, putting his arms around me. I leaned in against his chest. He smelt nice and his body was warm. I felt safe being there in his arms. Spite everything I just had told him. We stayed like that for ages not speaking, just enjoying being there together. I knew the moment had to end soon. It was getting dark when Jacob finally broke the silence. "Hey, we should get going, we have to get ready for the party." I sighed as he pulled his arms off me. He stood up, looking down at me. I extended my hand to grab his and he pulled me up from off the ground. We started walking back to the car in silence. I wasn't sure on what to say to break the silence, so I decided not to say a thing as I didn't want to spoil the moment. I couldn't believe what just happened this afternoon. I was in disbelief at how nice and kind Jacob was. How he took interest to me, how he opened the door to the car for me, how he helped me off the ground and how that he comforted me through my sadness. He was there for me. He was a gentleman, kind caring and sweet. Not to mention extremely good looking. We reached the car and he opened the door for me. I hoped inside, we were still both silent. Even on the way home, the only noise I could hear was the purr coming from the car engine. Jacob pulled up into my drive way and shut the engine off. He reached to open his door however I quickly grab is arm, stopping him from exiting the car. "It's ok Jacob. I can open the door myself." He said nothing. He just gazed into my eyes. "Thanks for this afternoon." I could feel my eyes swelling up as I can to say the next part. "I'm sorry if I've scared you away." I could feel the tears running down my face. I reached down and took my seat belt off. Something was touching my cheek, wiping away the cold tear running down my cheek. It was Jacob's hand. "You didn't scare me away." he spoke. "I enjoyed spending time with you and getting to know you. I'll see you at the party." I was relieved that I hadn't scared Jacob away. It was nice having someone like him in my life. "Yes, I'll see you there." I replied, stilling looking at his face which seemed to betting closer to mine. Jacob kissed me on the cheek and I blushed. He smiled which made me smile. I hoped out of the care and watched him drive away. I walked inside and laid down on the couch reflecting on what just happened. I was still amazing about Jacob, how he was everything I was looking for in a guy. Polite, friendly, charming, kind, sweet and sitting together at the beach, watching the sun set, it felt like he was romantic even if that want his intentions. I was too lazy to cook a proper meal, I was excited about the party and hanging out with Jacob some more. I went to the pantry and got out a packet of instant noodles. I opened the packet and put them into a container. I boiled the jug and poured the hot water into the container and placed it into the microwave. While they cooked, I walked into my bedroom and pulled out a pair of jeans and a blue checked t-shirt and had a shower. By the time I was dressed, my dinner was cooked and I ate them quickly. I was out the door at nine. I walked down the street to the party as it was only two blocks away. The trip seemed a lot quicker as it was flat road. As I reached the house, I could hear the loud music and cars pulled up everywhere. There were a lot of people at the front of the house. I walked inside to the kitchen to get myself an alcoholic drink. I walked around the house taking small amounts from the cup as I scanned faces, hoping to find Jacob. I reached the lounge room when I noticed his face, I couldn't believe he was here and pashing some other guy on the couch. All the sad and angry feelings I had because of Brendan came flooding back right up to the top. I was in shock, unable to take my eyes off him. The kissing ended and his eyes met mine. He didn't look so happy to see me. His mouth was moving, I could make out what he was saying even though I couldn't hear him over the loud music. He was calling my name. He started getting up, calling my name over and over again. I turned around quickly, I didn't want to deal with him here and I didn't want Jacob to see me with him. I ran upstairs and hid myself in a bedroom. I knew I wasn't alone. I turned around to see some slim guy with short black hair. He handed me a drink. I new I shouldn't have taken a shot off a stranger. "Drink up" he smiled. "It will make all your pains disappear."I took the shot, knowing that I shouldn't have. But at the time it felt good, the words he spoke to me felt like it could take it away. He then handed me two white pills. "To make everything go away." Is all he spoke. I took the pills and swallowed both of them. I knew it was wrong for me to have done that, however I know I wasn't in the right frame to make smart decisions. The room started to blur. I got up and left the room. As I was making my way down the stairs, I could feel the sweat on my fore head. The room started to spin, I stumbled my way out the front door, and I was starting to find it hard to breathe. I started panicking, I tried to search for the one face that would make it better, but everything was a blur, everything was spinning. I could hear my name being called out but I couldn't see who was calling my name. I closed my eyes and I felt myself fading away.
