He was lying on the shore with his lower half in the shallows and his back on the wet sand , enjoying the cooling sensation as the sun blazed down on him. Further up behind the dune, he could hear Cooper (or Coop to his friends) casually strumming his guitar while there were shouts and yells coming from nearby as Danny was playing a bit of 2-on-2 football with Vic, Don and Clyde. The final member of the group of men that Chris and Danny had befriended was Luke, who was sitting at his side, leaning back on both hands as he cooled off too, staring out to sea. "That was one hell of a sigh," Luke said with a smirk, "Good or bad?" Chris let his head loll to the side to look up at Luke as he thought for a moment. This was only the third time they had spent any time together (fourth if you counted the brief greeting the first day Chris and Danny bumped into them) and Chris had gotten to like all five of them. While he had bonded with Coop over their shared musical interests, Chris had really taken a shine to the other twink of the group who he now stared at contemplatively. "Good, I think!" he eventually answered. "That's okay then. One lot of drama from you two is enough for one holiday!" Luke chuckled. As he saw Chris go to speak, he quickly added, "And no, I'm not getting into that. If Danny wants to tell you more, it's his place to do so!" "Loser!" Chris grunted as he let his head roll back to stare up into the perfect, blue sky. "So Whatcha thinking about then?" Luke asked curiously. "Just thinking how weird it is that this time in two days, I'll be back at school!" Chris said, shaking his head a little. "What!?" Luke exclaimed. "It's still, like, the middle of August!" Chris chuckled as he explained, "We don't always go back so early. We have this thing called the mentor program. When you start year seven, you get a year ten who acts as your mentor for the first few years at the school to make sure you're settled in, give you someone to talk to, help you if you're having any troubles, that sorta thing!" "That's so cool!" Luke said, turning to face Chris, sitting cross-legged. "Hey, watch where you point that thing!" Chris grinned, staring at Luke's cock. "Sorry," he added, not looking even slightly sorry as he got a disapproving look from the twenty-year-old. The previous day, after bumping into them again and spending a large chunk of the day together, Chris and Danny had both tried flirting with various members of the older group, only to be shot down with an exceptionally stern `no' from every one of them, every time. Chris sat up too as he continued, "Cos me and Danny are going into year ten, we're getting new year sevens to mentor, which means we have to be at school when they arrive, and they get there like a week before term starts to let them get settled in!" "Sucks to lose some of your summer break," Luke said sympathetically, "But that sounds cool. I wish they'd had something like that at my school. What was your mentor like? Has he left now?" "No, he'll just be starting his final year," Chris said, then winced slightly as he said, "He's awesome, although... he was actually Danny's boyfriend through all of years eight and nine!" "Oh!" Luke exclaimed. "And he kinda only broke it off with Danny cos he thought Danny was in love with me!" Chris added quietly. "Which he clearly is!" Luke nodded, smiling knowingly. Even from just a couple of days with the two boys the bond was unmissable. "Yeah, and... he doesn't actually know we got together yet!" Chris said, flinching even more overtly. "Wow, you guys really love the drama, don't you!" Luke said, shaking his head. "I don't know what you mean," Chris said with a smirk as he stood up and gestured to indicate he was heading back over the dune. As Luke got up to follow, he added, "I mean... we did get together with a first kiss by the site of our near-death accident the day after the school exploded, but that's not THAT dramatic!" "I... I..." Luke stuttered, in bewilderment, "Oh my god, you're not even joking, are you?" "Nope," Chris replied with a broad grin. "Fuck!" Luke chuckled. "So you're gonna be a mentor. That poor kid!" he said with a wry smile. Chris laughed as he nodded. "I totally don't feel ready, but ugh, the kid I picked, he's just the most adorable kid I've ever..." Chris stopped mid-sentence as he thought about his time with Jake, and how he had helped him and protected him, then grinned and said, "Actually... maybe I AM ready!" ***** "YESSSSS!" Vic cheered as he leaned down, shoved his head between Danny's legs and stood, easily lifting the celebrating teen to sit on his shoulders. "Suck it, losers!" he added, jeering at Don and Clyde. "Gladly!" Clyde said, eyeing Vic up and down. "Behave!" Vic snapped, then glanced up when he heard laughing above him and said to Danny, "And you!" "Hey, you two only won because Danny cheated!" Don said accusingly. "What? How did I cheat?" Danny replied, looking scandalised as he stared down from atop the large man's shoulders. "By not being a forty-year-old man!" Don huffed as he flopped down onto the sand. "Excuse me, I'm forty-four and didn't have a problem!" Vic said defensively, leaning down to place Danny back on the ground. "True, you're a TAD fitter than me," Don puffed. "But don't even pretend that most of your goals weren't scored by the kid!" Clyde added with a teasing smirk. "Hey, the kid has a name!" Danny said, mildly aware of once again sounding like his mother. "Ugh, fine," Clyde said, rolling his eyes. "Don't even pretend that most of your goals weren't scored by the kid with a name!" "Wow, much better, thanks!" Danny said flatly. "It was a team effort," he added, smiling fondly at Vic. "Thank you, Danny," Vic said, nodding to the boy before giving a smug smile to the other two men. "We just split the duties," Danny went on. "I did the actual football bit and he did the running round and looking hot, bit!" Don and Clyde burst into laughter at the crestfallen look on Vic's face. "Ugh, such betrayal!" Vic complained as they started back towards Chris, Luke and Coop. "And besides, Danny did his fair share of the running round looking hot bit too!" Clyde said with a casual shrug. "He's fourteen!" Don said, disapprovingly. "Nearly fifteen!" Danny chimed in. "Not helping," Clyde smirked. "And besides, I'm just saying he looks good, not sleeping with him. Just saying that when he's eighteen, he's gonna be HOT!" Danny smiled, flattered enough to overlook being spoken about as if he wasn't there. "You ARE aware you're saying these things in front of an ACTUAL police officer, aren't you?" Vic said, only half-joking. "I can think a cake looks tasty without wanting to eat it. Observation does not imply intention!" Clyde said defensively. "Ugh, you just KNOW he's used that line in court, don't you!" Don sniggered. "Wait, who's going to court?" Chris asked, catching the tail end of the conversation as the four of them got closer. "Nobody," Dan said, rolling his eyes. "Just Clyde talking work AGAIN!" he said, accepting a drink as Vic handed them out to the group. "So are you two a couple?" Chris asked bluntly. "I mean... you argue like one!" he added with a grin, getting laughs from most of the group. The five men exchanged thoughtful glances for a moment before Luke shrugged and said, "Actually we're all a couple!" Chris frowned for a moment until he caught on and said, "Oh, like a polyamorous thing!" "Oh my god, how does he even know that word at his age?" Vic sniggered as he sat down in the shade of the large umbrella. "I used to have two boyfriends," Chris said casually. "Of course you did!" Luke said, shaking his head at another revelation. "Lemme guess, one of them died and the other got amnesia in a tragic accident?" he said sarcastically. "No, they're both alive," Chris replied, then thought briefly and added, "But one of them does have a dead identical twin!" Luke just covered his eyes with one hand as he shook his head in disbelief. "But yeah, we have mentors who teach us stuff about, like, sex and relationships and stuff like that. Coolest school ever!" Chris said proudly. "Yeah, he was just telling me they have to go back THIS Friday cos they're becoming mentors themselves," Luke explained. "Oh my god, that's a freaking terrifying thought!" Danny said, shaking his head. His experience with his incoming year seven student had not been quite as... peaceful as Chris' had. "Hold up a sec," Vic said, frowning thoughtfully at the two boys and the details of the mentor program. "What school d'you go to?" he asked curiously. "It's called the Kingswood School for Boys," Danny replied. "In Dorset?" Vic asked, eyes wide. As he got a nod from Danny his jaw dropped as he gasped a little. "Oh my god, I went to Kingswood!" he exclaimed in absolute delight. "No fucking way!" Chris replied, grinning. "Yeah," Vic nodded. "Don't suppose Mr Reeves is still there, is he? He was still around at the last reunion I went to!" "Yeah, he's still there. He's Deputy Head now!" Chris replied excitedly. "And Head of Discipline," Danny added with a scowl. "Jesus, small freakin' world," Vic chuckled. "Wow, no wonder you two are so... educated in this stuff then! And year ten, that's a big year!" "Tell me about it," Danny mumbled to himself. It got brief side-eye from Vic before the conversation moved on, with the others now curious to know more about the school. Chris' cryptic comments to Luke about past events had opened the floodgates, allowing him to spend much of the afternoon recounting the wild and insane tales of their first three years at Kingswood. As most of the group sat paying the animated boy their rapt attention, Danny just sat back enjoying the last afternoon of the holiday. "Certainly sounds like you've had your fair share of misadventures," Vic said with a smirk as he moved to sit beside Danny as the group dispersed at the conclusion of Chris' tales. "Gotta admit, I was already a little impressed with how you handled things with those two guys the other day, but some of the other stuff Chris told us about... you're a tough little fucker, aren't ya!" Chris smiled and shrugged humbly as he said, "Chris does exaggerate a bit!" "Oh I don't doubt it. Remember, I know Kingswood, I definitely picked up a few bits that seemed... embellished," Vic said with a knowing chuckle. "But still, Chris certainly paints a vivid picture of you." As Danny remained silent, nodding and smiling, Vic went on, "So what's the plan? Whadda you wanna be when you grow up?" "Ugh I hate that question so much," Danny grumbled, rolling his eyes. "Why's that?" Vic asked curiously. When Danny didn't answer right away, he took a punt with, "Is it because you don't know the answer?" "It's more that everyone else I know does," Danny pouted. "Chris is probably heading for a life as a musician..." "Or a storyteller. Kid's got a knack for it!" Vic interjected with a thoughtful nod. Danny thought for a moment and nodded his agreement. "Then I've got a friend who's set on becoming an architect, one who's literally already working on a business plan for a tech company and one who's already run two successful businesses AT school!" "Yeah, that's a lot to compare to," Vic said with a slow head bob. "Admittedly I do have one who wants to be a dance ninja artist... which isn't even a thing, so not everyone's got it straight yet I suppose!" Danny smirked. "Well it's good to have goals, but... I wouldn't worry if you haven't got it figured out quite yet. I mean, you're a long way from needing to know for sure," Vic reassured the boy. "One of the drawbacks of a place like Kingswood is it does make you feel like you need to grow up REALLY fast, but sometimes you have to remind yourself it's okay to NOT be fully grown up yet!" Danny smirked and said, "Yeah, my friend calls it The Kingswood Effect!" Vic let out a hearty laugh as he nodded and said, "Yeah, that sounds about right." He paused for a moment and glanced Danny up and down as he said, "If you don't mind me offering an opinion... or suggestion I suppose?" "Sure," Danny shrugged. "It sounds like you... like helping people, and I know I'm probably a bit biased in this, but... I could see you doing exceptionally well in the police force!" Vic suggested softly. Danny frowned at the comment, then cocked his head as his expression softened a little, thinking about the idea. "I know... we definitely get a bad rap, especially recently, and honestly... so we should. A lot of people on the force and a lot of local forces are just straight up bad, but, well it's something I've dedicated my life to and I truly believe it can get better, but it can only get better if good people join up and... I think you're good people, Danny!" Vic explained sincerely. "Thanks," Danny replied with a meek smile. "It's... definitely an interesting idea," he said honestly. "And I tell ya what. If it IS something you're interested in, Kingswood is a good place to start. They've got a lot of connections and they can put you in touch with the right people, including me!" Vic suggested, smiling proudly. "Either way it's just an idea. You'll figure out where you fit eventually!" Danny smiled and nodded. He started to lean towards Vic, but stopped and asked shyly, "Can I?" Vic let out a hearty chuckle and threw an arm around Danny, pulling him close as the boy gripped on tightly. "Mmm," Danny moaned happily as his cheek rested against a firm, hairy pectoral. "Are you sure you're not willing to pretend I'm legal?" he asked with a smirk. Vic just tutted and shook his head as he let go, clearly holding back a smirk. "Meh," Danny said with a shrug, "Worth a shot!" "I think I take back what I said before," Vic said, still shaking his head. "I get a feeling you're heading for the other side of the legal system!" "Hey, if it means having you put me in handcuffs, I'm down with it!" Danny said, flashing a toothy grin. It earned another amused but disapproving tut. ***** Chris inhaled deeply then let out a long, slow sigh. He was sitting alongside Danny on the top of a dune having just watched Vic and the others leave. "That was a hell of a sigh," Danny observed, "Good or bad?" Chris shuddered at the slight sense of déjà vu but chuckled as he did it. "Bit of both probably," he said wistfully. "Sad we don't get to see those guys again, but happy we met them in the first place!" Chris explained. "Yeah, I guess," Danny agreed with a gentle bob of his head, "Though we might, well at least Vic. Y'know, through Kingswood stuff!" "Still freaking mental that we bumped into someone who actually went to our school," Chris sniggered. Danny shrugged as he thought for a moment and replied, "I mean... we ARE in an area for naked people, and mostly gay naked people at that... it's actually kinda surprising we haven't seen MORE Kingswood guys here!" Chris laughed as he nodded his agreement, leaning gently against Danny's side. "So whadda you wanna do for the rest of the afternoon? I'm kinda not used to it just being the two of us here!" "Yeah, I know right," Danny agreed. "In fact, the last time it was..." Chris started, trailing off with deliberate intent. Danny's smile quickly dropped. "You said you'd stop asking about that!" he pouted. "I didn't ask anything," Chris said innocently. "You..." Danny went to argue, but realised Chris was right. "Damn you," he grumbled. "Look, I know you sometimes keep stuff from me and you think it's for my own good but... it's a bit...offensive actually," Chris said. It was hard for him to say, that much was obvious from the pained expression, but it had been building for a few days and the mention of Kingswood had just made him realise how much he didn't want to carry that annoyance home with him. "I know you probably wanna protect me and stuff, cos that's just who you are, but..." "Okay," Danny interjected. "Save the speech. I... I agree... I mean... I understand!" "Aww, it was gonna be a good speech," Chris pouted, elbowing Danny playfully to try and keep things light. "I'm sure it was," Danny smirked, but it quickly faded as he thought about what Chris wanted to know. He let out a sigh before he started. "So when we started talking to those two guys the other day, I..." he paused, unsure how best to explain it, "I kinda got this... feeling. I can't explain what it was or why I felt it, but I just felt something was wrong and I knew I had to get us out of there!" Chris reached out to place a hand on Danny's but remained silent. "When we bumped into the others and I told Don and Clyde about what I felt, you remember they went off with Vic? It was to go look into those other two guys," Danny explained. "What did they find?" Chris asked, eyes wide. Danny sighed again as he said, "Nothing!" He frowned, starting to doubt himself again. "I mean, they did say those guys seemed well dodgy and they pretty much just ran off, but Vic and the others couldn't prove anything and didn't find anything, like... conclusive." Chris' brow furrowed as he thought for a moment and asked, "Wait, so what do you think they were actually doing if they WERE doing something?" Danny shook his head, shrugging for a moment, but as Chris continued to stare silently, he knew he had to voice it. "I kinda think they might have been trying to drug us or something, so they could... I dunno... do stuff to us or... take us somewhere!" he said uncomfortably. "Wow, all they had to do was ask and you'd probably have let `em fuck you," Chris smirked. "Chris!" Danny snapped angrily, "This isn't funny!" "I know!" Chris snapped back, "But you kinda just told me I possibly came close to being drugged and kidnapped. It's kind of a lot to take!" "Sorry," Danny apologised, clasping Chris' hand. "Me too," Chris said softly, nodding as they fell silent for several moments, both staring down at the sea. "Am I just... clueless or something then? I didn't notice anything!" Danny pursed his lips for a moment, then answered, "There might not have been anything to notice. Vic definitely thinks I did the right thing, but I COULD have just been imagining it. I guess... maybe I'm just more... aware of how shitty people can be!" "I dunno, I know some pretty shitty people!" Chris reasoned. He saw Danny immediately shrink inwards a little and looked at him questioningly. When Danny remained silent, he reached out to stroke a finger through his hair and whispered, "Babe?" "You remember... the camping trip I went on?" Danny asked shakily, "The... the main one, when you were black banded?" "Yeah," Chris said, unsure how they had segued into that. "I don't... wanna go into all the details cos... well, I don't like thinking about it, but... I managed to piss off a buncha really nasty guys and if it wasn't for someone dobbing them in to the year thirteens, they were... they were gonna do some pretty horrible stuff to me!" Danny explained. "You never said anything!" Chris said, shaking his head in disbelief. "You had other shit to worry about," Danny replied. "And I guess I was kinda still in shock. It kinda took a while for me to really understand what almost happened... and then this and all the other shitty people I've known like... like... Gregory and... and Josh's brothers. It's just..." He paused, sniffing slightly. "It's a lot, okay!" Chris sighed as he shook his head disapprovingly. "Y'see, this is why you're a feckin' idiot!" he said bluntly. Danny stared at him, unsure whether to be upset or annoyed. "You put so much of yourself into protecting other people, including me, that ya never even take a second to think about protecting yourself!" Chris said as he reached out to put an arm around the other boy. Danny sniffled as he leaned against Chris. "But that's what you've got me for now, more than ever. Protect me all ya like, but I'm just gonna protect ya right back!" Chris whispered. Danny raised a hand to wipe away the slight hint of tears that he had only just managed to hold back as he sat back up and smiled. "Have I told you today how amazing you are?" he asked rhetorically. "No, so feel free," Chris replied happily. ***** "Ugh, oh god, I'm gonna cum!" Danny moaned. "And stop!" Chris instructed, releasing the grip on his own dick. The two teens were lying on the gentle slope at the bottom of a dune, staring up into the clear sky as they both caught their breath. Their afternoon since the others left had mostly been spent playing around together either on the beach or down in the sea and so much touching had inevitably led to arousal. Danny had wanted to just try and discretely masturbate in the sea, but Chris had other ideas and, inevitably, had talked Danny into doing it. They had laid down together, side-by-side, and started masturbating. Chris had wanted to do it in full view of the shoreline where people were more likely to pass, but Danny's fight back against that had been the only part he had won on. Instead, they were hidden away further back on the beach, still at risk of being spotted, but not by the fully-dressed `normals' who walked along the shore. They were not just masturbating though. Chris had turned it into yet another game, though there were no stakes in this one beyond one of them being labelled the winner and one the loser. The game was simple. They would both get to the edge and then the game would begin. First Chris would start stroking and Danny would have to match his pace stroke-for-stroke and continue until Chris chose to stop. Then they would switch and Danny would take charge. The loser was the one who ejaculated first. Having just stopped after Chris' turn, Danny wanted to take a longer break to allow himself to pull back further from the edge, but he knew that all it would do is give Chris the same opportunity, so instead he just tried to push on through as he grabbed his dick and said, "Okay, carry on!" "Dammit, too quick," Chris panted as he copied and resumed wanking. Knowing that they seemed to be fairly evenly matched on the physical side, Danny opted to go for a mental attack instead as he said, "I wonder if anyone's seen us!" "Unnh," Chris grunted at the comment. "Maybe they're even STILL watching us," Danny went on. He felt a slight twitch himself, though he hoped his less overt love of being seen would be enough to hold him back a little compared to Chris. "Maybe there's a whole buncha people just on the other side of those dunes, hiding and sneaking occasional looks at you jerking off!" "Oh god, stop it," Chris panted, keeping his hand moving the same speed as Danny's. He clenched tightly, trying to hold back, his toes curled and his free hand in a tight fist. "Ah yeah, I'm so close!" Danny panted over-exaggeratedly to stir Chris even more. "Oh, think about all those people who are about to see us cum!" he gasped, hoping his gamble was paying off, as he could already feel that stopping was about to become impossible. "Oh god, fuck, Danny!" Chris whimpered as his back arched, his hips bucked and he sprayed a fountain of spunk into the air. "Ha, loser!" Danny gasped a split second before he began to ejaculate too. The two boys turned a little towards each other, both getting the same idea to shower each other with their semen. Within moments, both were giggling hysterically as they finally finished cumming and slumped back down, spent. Danny suddenly felt sand fly across him as Chris' arm swung out. "Ewww," he complained as the sand clung to the gooey remnants of their shared orgasm. "You're a dick!" he groaned and returned the gesture. "Sorry," Chris giggled, clearly not meaning it. They remined in place for a few more moments, catching their breath as they enjoyed the peaceful silence. "Don't suppose you... fancy heading back do you?" Danny asked cautiously. Chris smirked. "Post-nut come down?" he asked as he rolled onto his side to look at Danny. "Mmm-huh, I suddenly feel very... exposed!" Danny said nervously. Chris smirked. He knew his love of being naked wasn't shared in quite the same way by his boyfriend and while he had no issues remaining on the nude beach without any kind of arousal, he understood how Danny could be uncomfortable with it, especially given their earlier conversation. "Let's wash off first!" Chris suggested as he jumped to his feet before helping Danny up too. They headed down towards the sea again, jumping in to clean off the sand-covered semen before playing and splashing their way along the beach back to where they had once again hidden their clothing. Despite Chris' willingness to be seen, they held back until nobody was around before venturing out of the water and up the beach to the hiding spot. "Umm... what... did you..." Danny stuttered as he looked around the spot where their shorts had been concealed. He scowled at Chris and said, "Very funny! Where did you put them?" "Right here!" Chris insisted, digging in the same spot Danny had just been looking. "Exactly the same place as the last two times, I swear!" he added defensively. "Well... keep looking!" Danny insisted, feeling a knot form in his stomach. Chris let out a slight moan. "Luke... DID say something!" he said, wincing a little. As Danny glared at him, he went on, "I was telling him about locking myself out naked and he said it sounded like I had fun and... and when he left, he was grinning and he said something like, `I know you'll definitely have a fun afternoon'. He... must've... oh fuck! That cunt!" "Chris, I swear, if this is you and you're just fucking about..." Danny growled. "I'm not, I promise! On all my family's lives, I promise!" Chris swore. "Fuck," Danny snapped, knowing Chris wouldn't say such a thing unless it was true, which meant their clothing really was gone! "What the hell are we gonna do?" he demanded. "I'm guessing asking strangers for help isn't high on your list of possibilities," Chris said, not trying to be funny, just considering the options. "Not really," Danny scowled. "Maybe we can... like... steal some towels from someone maybe?" he mumbled, trying to reason a way out. "Yeah, I don't fancy getting chased off by some angry gays and then arrested for theft!" Chris replied. "We... we could always... swim along in the sea until we get back to the main bit and try to get like, Beth or your parents' attention to help us. They should still be on the beach, right?" "Nuh-uh!" Danny said, shaking his head emphatically. "NO chance I'm letting them see us like this. Dad's already got one embarrassing story he's holding over me for life. No fucking way am I giving him more ammunition!" "Oh, then I guess we're just walking back to the hotel, naked, getting inside the hotel, naked, and getting up to our room... naked!" Chris said with a smirk. "Let's go!" Danny glared angrily for a moment. "No?" Chris teased. "Then I guess asking the others for help actually IS the best option, so come on before they leave!" "Fuck my life!" Danny groaned as they headed back down to the sea. Conversation between the two boys was basically non-existent as Danny seethed at the situation and Chris did his best not to show how much he was enjoying it. They made their way along past the gay beach and the more populated area came into sight. Although it was late in the afternoon, the beach was still packed. "Can't you just go up and get help and bring a towel down to me or something?" Danny pleaded. "I could," Chris nodded, "But I won't! We're in this together, which means we get embarrassed together! Besides, us naked in front of a WHOLE beach full of people... you'll be knocking one out over this for years!" Danny scowled at the comment, mostly because he knew it was true as he mumbled, "I hate myself sometimes!" They continued on, swimming and walking along with the water chest-deep until they finally spotted Danny's parents, lying on sun loungers as Beth and Karolyn stood talking to them. "Well... call them or something then," Chris suggested as he floated around in anticipation. "No, we gotta wait for them to notice us," Danny insisted. "I start shouting and the whole fuckin' beach is gonna be staring at us!" "Yeah, that'd be awful!" Chris smirked. It earned a furious glare from Danny. For a few minutes they bobbed around, with the others oblivious to their presence. A couple of times Beth or Karolyn would look round and, despite Danny's waving, didn't notice him. A few more minutes passed and finally, as Beth looked round, she spotted the two boys trying to get her attention, though she just smiled and waved back at them. "Oh my god, she is SO annoying!" Danny complained. "I know. She should totally be able to know that we're stuck naked in here cos some guys we barely know took the clothes we hid to spend the day on a nude beach and now we need her help. I mean... how could she not?!" Chris replied sarcastically. "I swear I will dump you!" Danny snapped, then pouted slightly as he mumbled, "You know I'd never dump you, right?" "I do," Chris giggled. "Hey, look!" he said as Beth finally looked their way again. He immediately gestured at her to approach. They saw Beth excuse herself and started down the beach towards them. She reached the edge of the water and stopped as she called out, "Hey guys!" "Beth!" Danny growled urgently. He swam forward just a little, being careful not to let his nudity become visible to the many people nearby in the sea and up on the beach. He gestured for her to come closer. "Yeah, I'm not falling for that," Beth said, shaking her head. "I come any closer and you're pulling me in!" "No, I swear!" Danny said, panicking a little. He looked round, careful of revealing too much to the other people. "We... need your help!" he hissed urgently. "Yeah, the help you need is professional!" Beth joked. Danny scowled as Chris sniggered behind him. "Look, we just... could you... maybe go grab us a couple of towels or something," he said quietly. "I'm not your freaking servant!" Beth scoffed, "Get `em yourself!" "That's the problem," Danny said through gritted teeth, "We can't!" "Why not?" Beth asked curiously. Seeing Danny blushing as he remained silent, Chris sighed and said, "Cos we're kinda naked here!" "You are not!" Beth said, smirking in disbelief. Chris decided to prove the point in a way he knew would piss Danny off but couldn't resist. He grabbed Danny and before he knew what was happening, span him round and lifted him slightly so the top of his butt crack showed above the water. "CHRIS!" Danny snapped as he struggled to get free. He punched him on the arm before turning back to look at his sister, blushing profusely. "Please Beth!" he pleaded. "Fine," Beth huffed. "I'll help!" "Thank you," Danny sighed, visibly relieved. "Wait here," Beth said, smirking as she got an annoyed glare back. Chris and Danny watched as she walked up the beach to where the others were sitting and picked up a couple of towels. As she turned back, she stopped. "What's she doing?" Danny asked nervously. "HEY, CHRIS, DANNY!" Beth yelled out, suddenly drawing a lot of attention as people looked round to see who was shouting and who she was shouting at. "No!" Danny gasped, "She wouldn't!" "I KNOW YOU'RE STUCK IN THERE NAKED, BUT DON'T WORRY, THERE'S TOWELS RIGHT HERE FOR YOU!" Beth yelled out. Danny, who was already pink, turned bright red as his parents, Karolyn and half the beach looked his way. Chris, who was much harder to embarrass, actually blushed as well. Just being naked was one thing, but having it be such a spectacle... it pushed even his limits. "COME ON FELLAS, DON'T BE SHY!" Beth called out to the two teens, then looked round at the other people on the beach and called out, "GIVE THEM SOME ENCOURAGEMENT!" People started calling out, some cheering, some applauding as everyone waited for the two humiliated boys to move. "Come on," Chris said, shoving Danny's back gently, "You know we're not getting out of this now!" "I'm going to kill her. Like... literal, actual murder!" Danny growled as he clasped both hands over his crotch and started walking forward. The cheers and laughter intensified as the boys got into shallower water as the beach sloped upwards. Their stomachs were exposed and a moment later, their hand-covered crotches before the rest of them came into view. Every step felt torturous. It took them closer to Phil, Fiona, Beth and Karolyn, as well as all the other people pointing, laughing and joking, but it also gradually increased the number of people who could see their bare butts as they made their walk of shame up the beach. "Lose something, boys?" Fiona asked with a smirk as Phil and Beth were in absolute hysterics. Even Karolyn, who was always kind and compassionate was visibly holding back a smirk at the two nude teens. "Gimme that!" Danny snapped as he reached out with one hand to snatch one of the towels Beth was holding. "Here," Beth said between laughs, offering the other one to Chris. "Yeah, okay, show's over!" Danny snapped angrily at the people around them still throwing taunts and comments. Glaring at Beth he said furiously, "I'm never talking to you again!" He started stomping off towards the hotel, with an embarrassed but amused Chris right behind him, laughs still rippling across the beach. "Aww, that was fun!" Chris giggled as they hurried along. "You're a freak!" Danny snapped moodily. "Yeah, but I'm YOUR freak!" Chris replied, happily looping his arm through Danny's. ***** Thursday 25 August 2022 Chris inhaled deeply then let out a long, slow sigh. "I know, right," Danny agreed with the silent as they stood out on their balcony, casually leaning on the railing. "D'you reckon if we just ran away and hid on the beach, they'd leave us behind?" Chris asked with a smirk. "Worryingly, yes!" Danny said with a smirk. He moved behind his boyfriend, wrapped his arms around him and gently kissed his neck. Chris let out a more content sigh as he let his head loll forwards, giving Danny a larger area to nibble at. "I'm gonna miss having a room to ourselves," he said dreamily as he enjoyed the feeling of lips against his nape. "Really? I thought you'd like having a potential audience," Danny replied, then scowled a little as he accidentally reminded himself of the previous day. "And more fuck buddies!" he added with a giggle. "You... make a very good point," Chris nodded before turning within Danny's arms to face him, "But I'll definitely miss the peace and quiet!" "The peace and quiet won't miss you!" a disembodied voice called back from the next balcony. "Yeah, we might actually get a day without you two going at it every ten minutes!" another joined in from the other side. "Oh my god," Danny muttered, shaking his head at the realisation they had been overheard... a lot! "Well I hope you enjoyed the show!" Chris replied jovially, "Enjoy the rest of your holiday!" "Have a safe journey!" the first voice called back. "Thank you, mysterious pervert!" Chris called back, giggling as he dragged Danny inside to grab their bags and head out of the room. ***** "I can't believe you're STILL sulking," Beth sniggered as she took a seat on the coach across the aisle from Chris and Danny. Danny scowled at his sister, then looked to Chris and growled, "Tell BETHANY to bog off!" "Hey, hellspawn, Danny says he forgives you!" Chris said with a grin. "I DIDN'T SAY THAT!" Danny snapped angrily. "Hey, indoor voice," Phil said, popping up to look back at the loud teens. "She started it," Danny pouted. Phil sighed and shook his head as he said, "Well, looks like someone's still a bit... testy!" As Karolyn, Beth and Chris sniggered, Phil smiled at Danny and said, "Just to clear, I meant testy like testes... you know, testicles!" "Oh my god, shut up!" Danny grumbled, hearing sniggers from others around them at his embarrassment. "Phil, behave!" Fiona said as she looked back to join in the conversation. "Sorry Danny," she said, smiling sweetly at her son, "Your dad's just... talking bollocks!" "MUM!" Danny exclaimed in shock at both the language and the obvious teasing as the others started laughing. "I hate you all!" Danny pouted, folding his arms moodily as he turned to face out the window. "Aww, you're all so mean," Chris said sympathetically, forcing an arm around Danny's shoulders. "Look," he said firmly, addressing the others. "Danny and I may have had a slight issue and had to walk stark freaking naked up a beach in front of like a gajillion people, and yes, it was embarrassing and humiliating and absolutely mortifying! And yes, you may be intending to mock Danny for it for the rest of his life!" He stopped and silence lingered for a few moments. "Is there a point you're trying to make?" Danny asked frustratedly as he blushed more. "Ya know, you'd think there would be, but there really isn't!" Chris said, prompting more laughter from everyone else. "When can we go back to taking the piss out of Chris for being surprised not every family owns a private jet?" Danny asked hopefully. "Oh, we'll get there," Phil said with a smile. "Eventually!" He grinned as Danny scowled again then added, "For now... you stay the BUTT of the joke!" "It's funny cos we saw his butt," Beth added teasingly. Danny returned to pouting angrily as he prepared himself for a long and annoying day. ***** It had been a long and annoying day... Actually, as far as a day involving a coach ride, lots of waiting around, a four-and-a-half-hour flight, more waiting around and a two-and-a-half-hour drive went, it hadn't actually been that bad. They had stopped off on the drive back to Norwich to drop Karolyn off then made a final stop to get food shortly before reaching home. Teasing Danny had continued throughout the day, but had eased off a little as his annoyance started turning from playful to genuine. By the time they were back in England, even he had conceded that what had happened to himself and Chris had been amusing and started poking fun at himself too. After a little squabbling between Phil and Fiona about unloading the car (with Fiona insisting it could wait as Phil's food was getting cold and Phil insisting he just wanted to get it done), they settled down for the final `family dinner' of the summer. Despite the obvious tiredness from the long day of travel, and the usual penchant for teasing, provoking, mocking and arguing, it remained a quiet but friendly meal. As soon as they were done, Danny was tasked by his mother with unpacking his holiday stuff and immediately packing for his journey back to school the following day. Danny's arguments of, "I can do it in the morning!" were met with icy cold stares that soon shut down his resistance to the chore. With Danny reluctantly making a pile of laundry for his mother on one side of the room, while gathering together the things he needed for school on the other, Chris sat on the bed fiddling with his phone and providing Danny with updates on their friends. "Josh's black eye got better," Chris reported before he giggled and continued, "But then he went and cocked up a backflip off a bench and now he's got another massive bruise!" "Fuckin' idiot," Danny sniggered. "He says Rob's being SUPER annoying cos he keeps going on about missing Jazz and Luke," Chris went on. "Aww," Danny said sympathetically, "He probably doesn't get it. He's never actually dated!" "I thought him and Alex had a thing back in year seven!" Chris frowned. "No," Danny said, shaking his head. "That was..." he frowned, trying to think the best way to explain it, realised he couldn't and just said, "That wasn't really a thing. They never REALLY dated!" "Well, there's always Mr Rudd!" Chris said with a wry grin. "Ugh, he's so hot!" Danny groaned. "Eww," Chris said, shaking his head as he really didn't share his boyfriend's taste in older men. "D'you really think him and Josh do stuff?" he asked curiously. Danny thought for a moment but held back what he knew, figuring it was best not shared. He opted to feign ignorance instead. "Fuckin' lucky Josh if he does," he smirked, "But no. I dunno, if you ever see them together. They're totally into each other, but... not in a sex kinda way!" "Weird," Chris shrugged. "But whatever. They seem happy!" "How's everything with Mikey and Nicky?" Danny asked as he tried to decide between two hoodies he wanted to take to school before ultimately choosing both. "Not a fecking clue," Chris said, shaking his head as he opened up his last message from Nicky. "I thought you spoke every day!" Danny frowned. "We do, but that doesn't mean I know what the feck's going on in their heads," Chris huffed. "Mikey's been nice, which is weird but I don't wanna call him on it cos Mikey being freakishly nice is way better than him being pissed off and scary. And Nicky's just..." Chris paused and sighed softly. "Actually, he's a lot like you. He keeps a lot to himself when he thinks it's stuff that might upset people!" Danny pouted a little and said, "Sorry, I really will try to be better with that!" Chris grinned and said, "Wasn't pickin' on you. Was just comparing. We're good!" Danny beamed happily for a moment before returning to his packing. "I tell ya what, I can't WAIT to see David and James again," Chris said as he continued scrolling through his chats. "I know right. Can't believe they FINALLY got together," Danny said, shaking his head casually. "Like... come on, we ALL knew it was coming!" "Yeah, I'd be careful throwing stones in that particular glass house!" Chris said, eyebrows raised. "Huh?" Danny grunted, slightly confused by the phrase. "It's just a saying... people in glass houses... never mind. I just mean... we can hardly talk on that one!" Chris said wryly. "Ha, fair," Danny agreed. "So... umm... how's Mark?" he asked curiously. Chris just averted his gaze, trying (and failing) to look nonchalant. "Oh my god, have you STILL not talked to him?" Danny admonished. "Have you talked to Brian?" Chris asked back in return. "That's different!" Danny scowled. "Not really," Chris said with a dismissive shrug. Danny rolled his eyes and said, "Ugh fine!" He looked at the two pairs of trainers he was holding, frowned and threw them both on the pile to be packed, despite the fact it was now twice the size of the case it needed to go in, then flopped down onto the bed beside Chris. "I don't wanna talk to Brian... or anyone... or deal with any of that shit," he complained, his voice muffled by the pillow his face was buried in. Chris stared at the back of Danny's head for a few moments and took a deep breath. "Y'know... if... if you've changed your mind and you still wanna be with him, it's not too late to..." "No!" Danny said, suddenly jumping up, shaking his head emphatically. "Look, I know I told you I still have feelings for Brian, and I do, but... Chris... I..." He stopped, shaking his head for a few moments as he frowned thoughtfully. "This!" he said, gesturing back and forth between himself and Chris, then stated, "I try to explain how I feel about you and I don't even have the words for it!" "Okay, well... just checking," Chris said, trying to laugh it off but looking undeniably relieved. "Look," Danny said as he sat facing Chris. He took his hand and gave a sweet smile. "Going back is gonna be... tough, cos a lot HAS changed and a lot is GOING to change, but one thing that HAS never, and WILL never change is... you and me!" "Really?" Chris replied, smiling ecstatically. "Yeah, I've said it before and I'll say it again. Me and you... we're forever!" Danny said sincerely. They stared into each other's eyes for a moment, basking in the beautiful closeness of the moment before slowly leaning in towards each other. "I DON'T HEAR PACKING GOING ON IN THERE!" Fiona shouted from her room next door. Danny scowled as Chris smirked, then shouted angrily back at his mother, "WE WERE HAVING A MOMENT!" "WELL HAVE A MOMENT AFTER YOU'VE PACKED!" Fiona shouted back. As Chris rolled on the bed snorting with laughter, Danny climbed off the bed and grumbled, "I take it back. I can't fucking wait to get back to Kingswood!" ***** THE END --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed.
