This is a story of sexual relationships and romantic relationships between consenting teenaged boys. If this offends you or you're not old enough to read this, then leave. Chapter 5 The next morning, I awoke in Josh's arms feeling so warm and content. Josh was rubbing my back gently and then he put his lips to mine. "Good morning lover," he said softly. "Good morning to you too lover," I replied. "Did you sleep okay?" "Yeah I did. Did you?" "Yeah. I slept really good because there was this one guy who held me close to him. He's really cute; he has dark black hair, brown eyes, and smooth silky skin." Josh laughed lightly and kissed me on the lips again. We held each other close to one another and then I could feel Josh's hard cock pressing against mine. "Well, I'll be back in a moment," Josh said. "I have to urinate, then maybe I can interest you in draining me of another type of fluid." "Sounds good to me," I said moving my hand to feel my own hardness. Josh got up and went in to the rest room. He sat down to piss so he wouldn't get it everywhere. After he relieved himself, he went back in to Michael and his room and laid back down beside him. "I think I need to relieve myself now," I said. "Well, you get that done, then when you get back to our bed, I'll make you feel so good." I rolled on top of Josh and kissed him passionately. After the kiss, I got up off of him and went and relieved myself. Once that was complete, I returned to our room. I got on our bed and Josh was instantly on me; his arms moving up under my arms to rest underneath my back. He held me tightly against himself and he started kissing me passionately again. We then started thrusting against each other slowly at first. It was gentle, but I wanted Josh to not hold back any of his passion. I broke our kiss and looked at him. "Josh, I want to feel all of your passion. You don't have to be so gentle." Josh sped up his movements and now I could feel him sweating heavily. I was sweating heavily also and I was getting a bit closer to the edge. "Oh yeah Josh!" I said getting louder. "Harder! Oh yeah harder!" Josh thrust harder and faster and I could tell that he was close. "Oh god Michael!" he said getting louder just like me. "Oh fuck I'm going to come!" I then felt him slam against me and the force that he used sent me over the edge along with him. "Oh god Josh! Come for me lover! Oh fuck I'm soooo close too! Oh, here I go!" I began spurting out stream after stream of thick, hot, creamy cum and Josh was doing the same. We thrust several more times wanting to make sure we got every drop. After we climaxed, Josh rested his full weight against me. "Oh Michael. Oh man, I love having sex with you. That probably sounds very out-right, but that's how I feel. You turn me on so good." "I feel the same way about you too," I replied. We then kissed gently in the after-glow of our lovemaking and I rubbed Josh's back up and down slowly and he seemed to calm down after that. We then got off of each other long enough so that we could clean up. We got a shower and then dressed. "So is your mom up yet?" Josh asked. "I mean, do you hear her moving around at all?" "No, she works on Saturdays." I looked at the clock on my bed-side table and saw that it was 9:45 AM. "She goes in to the hospital to do some work every Saturday around 8:00." "Well, I'm just glad that she is so accepting of us. I just hope my dad is." "I think he will be," I said. "You want to still go home with me today?" "Absolutely," I said happily. "I'll call my mom and see how she feels about that." "Okay. I'll call my dad and remind him. He's usually up by now anyway." After I called my mom and Josh reminded Chad of what was going on, I got some clothes and some deodorant and cologne packed in my over-night bag. After that was done, I saw Josh sitting on the edge of the bed pressing buttons on a device I had never seen before. "What's that babe?" I asked. "This is called a Pac Mate," Josh replied. "It's a PDA for blind and visually impaired individuals. I keep all of my notes, contacts, and appointments on here. I then do a lot of school assignments on here then transfer the file or files over to the laptop for printing. The Pac Mate uses Pocket Microsoft Word along with a few other Pocket PC programs relative to Windows. So the Microsoft Word on my laptop converts the Pocket Word file in to a normal format on the computer so that it can be viewed by people who want to read it." "That's really interesting," I said. "I've never heard of anything like that." "Yeah. I had heard of the Pac Mate from an Adaptive Technology Conference this one place had last year. I then kind of persuaded my dad in to letting me get one. He actually bought it for me. His job tends to pay a lot and he was able to afford it. "So what are you doing on there now?" I asked. "I'm looking for a restaurant that I have the number in here for. I want to buy you breakfast if you don't mind." "Okay, but if we eat out later today for lunch or dinner, I'm treating you then. It's in return for you treating me last night for dinner. Unless you'll let me buy you breakfast this morning, then you can treat me later today. "Well, I can live with that he said and smiled, then sat his Pac Mate off to the side and came over to me. He wrapped me in a tight and loving hug. We then shared a few kisses then he went back to his Pac Mate to give me the number of the restaurant. I called them to make sure they were opened and they were. After that, we got his things and my things packed and waited in the front room for his dad to arrive. "We should probably call my dad and let him know that we want to go to breakfast," Josh said. "You're right," I responded. "May I call him. I would like to talk to him really quick. He's a nice man." "Thank you for the complement, and yes you can call." "Okay." I picked up my phone and called Chad's home number. It rang a couple of times, then his voice was on the other end of the line. "Hello?" he said. "Hi Chad," I said. "This is Michael. I was wondering if we could make a stop when you came to my house to pick us up." "Okay. Where's that to?" "I want to treat us to breakfast if that's alright with you." "That's fine with me. I'll be there in a few minutes okay?" "Okay." I closed my phone then sat down beside Josh. We shared a gentle kiss and wrapped our arms around each other for a moment. We then moved apart and sat there holding hands. Chad Andrews drove along thinking. Over the past few days as Josh spent time at Michael's house, he could see the love that Josh had for Michael; Josh just didn't know Chad knew. Chad knew that his son loved Michael and the question now was did Michael love him. Chad thought he saw something yesterday when Michael looked at Josh, but he wasn't sure yet. He hoped that if Michael did feel the same way about Josh then there could be something between the two of them. Also what made him suspect even more strongly was the fact that Josh asked him to drive him to the julory store that Thursday to get a golden ring engraved. Chad did it and then he figured that there was really something going on when Josh nervously told him that he was packing his condoms and other personal things. Chad was not going to ask Josh about it mainly because he trusted him enough so that he didn't have to ask him about his every move and he knew that Josh was a really responsible guy who thought about all risks before trying something, and he was a boy to go with his gut feelings mainly the ones that said that something was wrong. So if something was odd or wrong, Josh would have talked to him about it by now. He reached the Williams house and turned off the car. He then got out and shut and locked the car. Going up to the front door, he knocked a few times. I took my hand out of Josh's and went to the door. "Who is it?" I asked loudly. "It's Chad Andrews," Chad replied. I opened the door and then hugged Chad. I then invited him in and I led him in to the living room. He and Josh hugged for a moment then moved apart. "So how are you guys doing this morning?" Chad asked. "We're fine," I said. "I wanted to thank you for deciding to treat us to breakfast," Chad said. "It's no trouble at all," I responded. We got Josh's and my things and took them out to the car. I then went back to lock up the house. After that was done, I went back to where Chad and Josh were standing. We then got in the car with me sitting on Josh's right in the back seat. I was also holding Josh's hand at first unaware, then I felt Josh squeeze my hand gently. When I went to take my hand away thinking that was what he wanted, he gripped my hand a little tighter. We sat like that until we got to the restaurant. The Sunset Café was a small restaurant that had several tables inside and about ten tables on the outside. We went in and ordered our food. I then paid the guy behind the counter. "Someone will be out with your drinks first," the guy who's nametag read John said. "Thank you," I said as I looked at him. He appeared to be checking me out really good, then he started looking at Josh. They weren't looks of lust or anything sinister, but he absolutely liked what he saw. We went outside to sit down at a table nearest the doors. I sat across from Josh and Chad took a seat at the head of the table, if that's what you want to call it seeing as how it was a small table. "I have to say that I'm glad you guys had this idea," Chad said. "I wasn't even sure what I was going to have for breakfast this morning. You guys really do good as a team." I sensed more than heard the emphasis in his remark. I could tell that he was hinting at something. There was a moment that passed, then I took Josh's hand across the table for a moment. I squeezed it gently, then I let go. I felt as though Josh and I were passing to each other an unspoken message. I then started talking. "Chad, I want to tell you something." "What's that?" he asked. "Well, when I met your son, I was instantly attracted to him physically, then as I got more chances to talk with him and more time to spend with him, I knew that I was falling in love with him. What I'm saying is that we are boyfriends." "I see," Chad said smiling. "When did this happen?" "We began last night," I said. "Did you notice what was on my finger?" He shook his head so I got the ring out of my pocket and showed it to him. I wanted to tell him about Josh and I before advertising it to him. "It's beautiful," Chad said admiring it. I handed it to him and he read the inscription on the underside of it. "So that juler did really good." "So you knew how Josh felt?" I asked smiling. "I did. I just didn't want to say anything until you guys decided what you would do about any feelings that you might have Michael. Now I know how things are turning out." "Well, I do want to be honest with you," I said. "We did get really serious last night, and we did it not with protection." "How serious?" he asked. "No, don't answer that. The only thing I want to know is if you guys have, well, gone all the way yet." "No," I said. "We're going to wait for a long time to do that." "Also," Josh said. "I'm not even sure I'm in to the whole anal thing yet anyway." "Well, you'll know when the time is right," Chad said. "So do you have any problems with Josh and I being boyfriends?" I asked. "I'm really happy for you guys, but I want you guys to know that there are rules to a relationship. Things like knowing what you both feel comfortable with in bed, how fast or slow you want to take your sexual play, and also the fact that when no is said, then what ever is going on stops. Am I making sense at all?" "Yes," Josh and I said together. "Well, I was hoping that you guys would find each other in the meaning of lovers. You guys look so good together." "Thank you dad," Josh said as he got up to hug his dad. "Thank you," I said then hugged him as well. "You're very welcome," Chad said. Breakfast was really good that morning. We sat there eating, then we saw someone walking to the curb leading up to the doors of the restaurant. It was Patrick Fouler. Patrick Fouler began to open the doors of the restaurant when he heard someone calling his name. "Patrick," I called out. I saw him turn around and walk towards me. "Hi Michael," he said. "How are you this morning?" "I'm fine," I said. "Would you like to join us for breakfast?" "I'll call Adam and Kelley and see if it's alright." He got out a cell phone which looked new and pressed in a number. He waited for a moment, then a couple of minutes went by while he talked. He then closed the phone then smiled at me. "They said it'd be fine if I had breakfast with you guys. I was actually going to bring some things back to the house for them and I to eat, but I'll bring it back for them w'''w'''when'''." I put a hand on his shoulder to try to calm him. He talked in a quick nervous way like he was trying to get everything out in one breath. "Patrick," I said patiently. "Just breath." "Huh?" he said. "You're talking as though you need to just get everything out. Just relax. You'll be alright." "Okay." He moved up to me and hugged me. We then broke up our hug and I brought Patrick back to our table. I then introduced him to Chad and he said high to Josh. Patrick began eating and as I studied his features, I knew that lots of girls as well as guys would be checking him out for a long time. He had dark-brown hair, sea-green eyes and he wasn't over-weight, but just a little chubby. I then wondered if he had an interest in anyone. While we were eating, I had an idea for the three sitting at the table with me. "Josh," I began. "I had an idea." "What's that?" he asked. "Well, if everyone's alright with it, I was hoping you'd like to hang out with us for a while after we finish eating. What do you think about that Patrick?" "I'd like that. I'll call Adam and Kelley again." He got up from the table and went towards the dumpster around the corner of the restaurant. He was gone for a couple of minutes and while he was, I could see that Chad had a questioning look on his face. "Is he the one that Josh told me about?" Chad asked. "Yeah," I replied. "You don't mind if he comes back to the house with us do you?" Josh asked his father. "Not at all. I'd love to have him with us for the day." Patrick returned to our table and he told us that he was allowed to stay with us for the day. We finished up eating then the four of us went back to Josh's house. Bengy lay on the table being moved out of the MRI Machine. He had been put through a battery of tests; some were to check his psychological state, and others were to check his physical state. Everything was normal, but the unanimous conclusion was that Bengy would never regain the use of his legs. As he thought about this fact while he lay on the table, he missed his friends more than anything. He hadn't had a chance to call them yet and he wondered when he could. Just then, Bengy's thoughts were being interrupted by a man standing beside him clearing his throat. "Bengy?" the man said. "Huh?" Bengy said startled. "Sorry I scared you," the man said. "I'm Detective Howard Lewis. You may not remember me, but I was the one who talked to you last night." "I remember it just a little," Bengy said. "Well, while we were checking your clothes for blood, we looked through your pockets and found a cell phone. Is it yours? It's blue and it has a picture of you and a girl and another guy that comes up on the screen when it's turned on." "Yeah, it's mine. That was a picture that my friend Ashley's mother took of the three of us with her camera phone. She then sent the picture to my phone." "So the girl in the picture is Ashley?" "Yeah, and the other guy is my friend named Michael." Bengy then started crying for the first time that day. "I miss him so much. Would I be able to call him?" "I'll have to check with the doctors. I'll be back in a moment." "Okay." The detective went out of the room, then returned a few minutes later. "You can call them," Lewis said. "We just have to get you out of this room. You don't know what this MRI's magnet would do to the phone." A couple seconds after Lewis said this, the doctor over-seeing Bengy's care came in and helped Bengy off the MRI table. He then helped him in to his wheelchair. They went back to Bengy's room and Detective Lewis gave Bengy his phone. Bengy then turned it on and waited for a moment. He then pressed in Michael's number. I sat on Josh's bed with Josh sitting on my right and Patrick on my left. Patrick had insisted that Josh and I sit beside each other and not have him in the middle. He said that boyfriends were meant to sit together. We had been talking and having a good time, then I heard my phone ring. I got it out and "flipped it opened. Hello?" I said. "M'''M'''Michael," I heard a voice say. "Bengy," I said. "Is that you? Where are you?" Bengy told Michael everything about what had happened and all of the stuff of what his life was really like. He then told him about losing the use of his legs and the events leading up to his being taken to the hospital. "We'll be there in a few minutes," I said. I then closed my phone and got up. I then went in to the rest room and started crying hard. I then felt arms wrap around me from behind. "Baby what is it?" Josh asked holding me against his body. I told him everything about what happened with Bengy. He kissed the back of my neck and just let me get the crying out of my system. "That would explain why Bengy had been so distant towards us the past few days," I said. "Yeah," Josh said. Patrick stood outside the door listening and he then started crying. He knew now that he was in love with Bengy and he couldn't handle the thought of losing him. I heard crying coming from the door. I moved out of Josh's arms and went towards the door. Patrick was standing there sobbing uncontrollably. I held him close and Josh put his arms around both of us. We stood like that for a little while, then we separated. "When I met Bengy this past Monday afternoon," Patrick began. "I knew that he was the one for me. I knew that he wasn't straight. I don't know how I knew, but I did. I didn't say anything to Ashley though, because it wasn't my place to say anything." "Everything's going to be alright Patrick Josh said. I put my arms around Patrick and kissed his cheek. Josh did the same and we then went to Chad and talked to him about what was going on. He then called my mom and explained the situation to her. Jennifer called the Social Services Department to inquire about getting emergency custody of Bengy Martin. A social worker came to Jennifer's office and talked to her. After hearing all of the details of what Bengy had been through, the social worker got the emergency custody taken care of. The social worker then went to Bengy at the hospital and told him about the emergency custody arrangement. He agreed to come and stay with Jennifer Williams. He felt even better about everything seeing as how Michael and Josh would be around. When Michael, Josh, and Patrick arrived at the hospital, Chad went to the front desk and told them what was going on. He talked to Detective Lewis when he was brought out and Lewis then understood who the boys were, although he didn't know the boy with the shaggy brown hair. He also didn't see Ashley in the group either. He then gave them permission to go in to Bengy's room. When we went in to Bengy's hospital room, I saw him laying in a hospital bed. His golden-blond hair wasn't brushed, and his blue eyes were red. I went over to him and took him in my arms. He was crying and I kissed the top of his head. "It's alright now," I said. "Your parents will never hurt you again." "I didn't tell Ashley that I'm gay yet," he said. "I just suddenly realized that I was yesterday. I suspected that I might be gay a few days ago, but like I said, it just hit me yesterday." "Well, she'll know when the time is right." "You mean like right now you fucking faggots!" I heard a voice yell from the door. I released Bengy and spun around. Ashley was standing there in the door and she looked mad as hell. "Ashley," I began. "This for one, is not the time or the place, and for two, you don't even know the whole story." "Yes I do," she said. "I figured it out the day before yesterday. Bengy's parents figured it out a few weeks ago. They called me yesterday morning and told me to meet them at their house at 8:00 PM. We were going to teach Bengy a lesson, but you had to go and fuck everything up didn't you!" "Shut up!" I heard someone yell to the top of their lungs. It was Patrick. He was coming towards her and I stepped beside him and I got a look in his eyes. His eyes held a look of nothing but pure rage. "You maybe a woman, but that's not going to stop me should I have to shut your mouth for you." "Oh, you're such a melodramatic queer," Ashley said. He lunged for her and I grabbed him holding him back. He was sweating hard now and his face was dark-red with rage. "You had better thank God tonight that Michael's here, because were he not here, you'd be going not to jail for attempted murder; you'd be going downstairs to the fucking morgue!" "Patrick," I said in a soft voice. "you have to calm down. I know exactly how angry you are right now, but you have to calm down." "Alright fine. Just let go of me." "Okay," I said and let him go. He went over to Bengy's bed and sat beside him. "I want to talk to you outside for a moment," I said to Ashley. "Fine," she said. "All this time I thought you accepted people for who they were," I said once we were out in the hall. "You never were mad at me when I told you that I was gay." "At first I wasn't, but a few months ago, I started going to that church across the street from my house. My parents got in to it first and took me along one day. It all made sense to me. Homosexuality is a sickness. Michael, come on, you have to think about it. They say that if one of the parents rejects the child early in life, they will attach to people of the same sex to feel like they belong. Think about it. Your father rejected you when you were young. You're just very very sick. Just let me call my parents and they can send you somewhere. The people at this place are very nice; they can help you. They ca'''." "Shut up!" I screamed as I backed away yanking my hand out of hers. "Get the fuck away from me now! "Now Mikey Mikey," she said in a soothing voice. "He's right," I heard a woman's voice say from behind her. "Now get the fuck away from him now." It was my mom's voice. Ashley ran away from where we were standing and I ran towards my mom. She took me in her arms and I started crying hard. I felt hurt, betrayed, and also scared by what Ashley had said. I cried a little more, then my tears slowed then disappeared. My mom and I separated and I thanked her. "I was just on my way back to the office when I heard arguing. I looked to see what was going on when I saw you and Ashley," my mom explained to me. "She's obviously lost her mind," I said. "I had to physically restrain Patrick when she first confronted us in Bengy's hospital room. I don't like to see women get physically assaulted by men, but I know that if it were Josh laying there and me hearing a woman saying things about him, I'd probably have to be held back as well." "Well, everything's going to be alright now." Once we were back in Bengy's room, a woman came in to the room. She introduced herself as Heather North, a social worker from Children Services. She explained to us that she got it arranged for Bengy to stay at my mom's house until they decided what exactly to do with him. Bengy then signed a few papers that made things official then Mrs. North left. My mom then shut the door and looked at me. "I just wanted to talk to you for a moment Michael. I'll be back to work after that." "Okay," I said. "This concerns you too Patrick," she said looking over at Patrick. He turned around to face her. "What would you think about coming to live with us just like Bengy? I mean, how far are you in getting a more permanent place of residency?" "I'm not very far at all. The social worker acts like he's not a bit interested in helping me." "Lets change that," my mom said. Patrick agreed and we called Mrs. North. We then got Adam and Kelley Johnson over and filled them in on what was going on. They agreed that what we were doing was a good thing. Mrs. North came back and more papers were signed. She then took them to the court so that they could be reviewed. Once North called back and said that everything was a go, we went over to Bengy and Patrick, we hugged both of them. Mrs. North called back one more time and told us that the judge decided that it would be best if my mom got permanent custody of Bengy as well. She came back and some forms were signed. I felt happy that things were official now. End of Chapter 5
