Incomplete Ch. 4 The very moment our lips touched one other, I felt a burning heat ignite inside of me. It was as if my life had renewed itself completely. All my worries slipped away; I was caught in the moment. I felt free and as if there was nothing else in the whole but our two bodies, connected. Everything else didn't matter to me at all, and they faded and disappeared like a dying candle. It felt so surreal and at the same time, so sublime. I was in this ecstacy that I couldn't explain. I never new first kisses felt like this. Moments right after our lips touched, Aaron, most likely in shock, pulled away violently from me, breaking the kiss. He looked at me as if I was some monster who had just tried to eat him alive. His once dazzling blue eyes now exposed fear, confusion, pain, and to me, they turned a sickly hue. He jolted up to his feet, pushed me away and ran frantically. I heard the slam of the front door. I simply sat there in shock, and suddenly, reality hit me- hard. A feeling of fear began growing within me. It started from my stomach and the feeling crept its way to the other parts of my body. What did I just do?! I kept asking myself that. I swallowed hard, and my breathing began to be irregular. My eyes just stared blankly at the door that was in front of me. What did I just do?! This wasn't me. I would never do something like that. My right hand was shaking a little. I just kissed another guy. That's what I did. Finally, it registered. I sat there for however long it was, the last few seconds of what happened played over and over again in my head. Breathing deeply to calm myslef, I slowly got to my feet. My right hand no longer trembled. I managed to pull myself out of my shock and I decided that I needed to lie down. I stared at the ceiling for such a long time that I could've sworn that I burned two tiny holes in it. I hurt another person. I reacted on my feelings and not on rationality. I never did that. I always thought things through. But with this guy, I simply reacted. I just hope Aaron was okay. Then, thoughts of what might happen if Aaron told other people what I did to him arose. The humiliation, the suffering, the regret I would have to face made me feel sick. My mom would be so... disappointed that her son was a... queer. All the words I could think of seemed so harsh to me. This was the worst choice I have ever made. My life just ended with that one act. After a few more hours of thinking such pitiable things, I began to feel sleepy. My eyelids began growing heavy, my vision became blurry, my thoughts became jumbled and lost, until finally sleep took me into her calming hands. I awoke the next day with my little sister sitting on my bed staring at me with a funny look on her face. "Francesca... What're you doing in here?" I mumbled to her, still half asleep. "Kellen?" she called innocently, "Why do you have hair on your weiner?" "What?" I inquired a little more awake now. She pointed down to my crotch. "HOLY! GET OUT OF MY ROOM! NOW! GO FRANCESCA!" I yelled a little bit to loudly. "Ahhhhhh!!!! MOOOMMMMYYY!!! KELLEN HAS HAIR ON HIS WEINER!" the little imp yelled while she ran quickly out of my room to avoid my barrage pillows. "Shut up!!!" I yelled. I slammed the door shut behind the freaking rascal. Honestly. No privacy whatsoever. There was a light knock on the door a few seconds later "Honey. Sorry about your sister. You should closse your door next time if you don't want her in there. Anyway, t's 6:54. Come on out and have some breakfast. Don't forget to br-" "Yes, mom. I'll be right out after I'm done getting ready," I said firmly through the door. I heard footsteps going down the hall. I sighed deeply and got ready for school. And who else would I meet at school but Aaron? I wasn't looking forward to it at all. I went in the restroom, did my thing, and I slipped on a some clothes, not forgetting the underwear of course. After grabbing my school essentials, I hurried out the door to the kitchen for some breakfast. Cereal. My sister was already at her seat playing with some Round-O's. "Hey honey. We need to talk for a minute. There's something I found out in the middle of the night, while I was a t work," my mom said with a hint of seriousity. My heart skipped a beat, and I almost choked on some cereal, causing me to cough madly. "Kellen! Are you alright?! You need to eat slower for goodness' sake! And chew your food more thoroughly before swallowing!" chided my mom while she was slapping my back, which by that way made things worse. "*cough* Yes *cough* mom," I managed to say, "You were *cough* going to tell me something?" My heart was racing, and I was eternally grateful that I had the coughing thing to hide my anxiety. "Okay. Now, don't get freaked out or anything, or I'll get angry." Holy crap, holy crap. "The thought suddenly came to me that since it is your eighteenth birthday next week, I have to give you something big- really big- for being such a good son. just couldn't wait to tell you what it is next week so I decided to tell you what it is now!" my mom said excitedly. I just stared at her like some kid watching television. I was in the recovery phase of the adrenaline rush, and my mind was going 'yay" over and over again. I managed a slight smile just to make her happy. "Well?!? Aren't you gonna ask what it will be?!" my mom asked eagerly. Honestly, she was like my sister... What's really big and is usually given to teens on their eighteenth birthday? Oh my God. "Hmmm... I dunno. Let me try though... It's a used car!" I said enthusiastically. *slap* "What the?!" I asked as I rubbed my left cheek. "Are you crazy?! What kind of mother do you think I am?!" she asked offensively. "I'm sorry... I just thought..." "I'm getting you a NEW car, silly!" my mom said happily. "REALLY?!" I jumped up excitedly. We danced around the kitchen for a few seconds, celebrating the moment. "Can I have a car too?" Francesca asked hopefully. "When you're eighteen honey," my mom replied. "But that's... one, two... 10 more years!!!" Francesca whined. "By then there'll be hovercrafts, and I'll buy you one, promise," mom ensured her. Francesca smiled widely, and I knew she wouldn't forget this promise. "Kellen, this Saturday, we'll go to different dealerships at 10 AM, so no sleeping in." I nodded my agreement and soon, we left and I arrived at the footsteps of the school's entrance. "Here we go..." ****** Okay. I got your emails. And the answer to one of them is 'yes it is'. thanks a lot. next one will be out reeaaal soon... after work. comments/questions?
