I was about to spin quickly and tell the person to leave me alone. I was turning around ready to say `leave me the freak alone' when the blonde mop of hair that was tapping me caught my eye. His hazel green eyes beamed into mine, and for the first time in my life I think I was rendered speechless. "Hi, um...I'm Colin," The medium sized boy said in a soft voice. His Italian tan colored skin reminded me of orange sorbet. That blonde mop had immediately become a lengthy blonde cut and his hazel green eyes had captured my heart. "Hey...I'm Jack." I said, thinking of my appearance. My cold blue eyes and my brown curly hair and my skin that was a very odd pale seemed completely normal. I ran my fingers through my curly hair, trying to give off my best impression. I fixed my blue LaCoste polo and said again, "Hey." As amazingly cute the guy was he seemed to be down to earth as I began to talk to him. "I just moved from Washington, North Carolina to Clinton, Virginia. We just got here a couple days ago, I happened to see you today standing there and I decided to introduce myself. I live across that street. I have, like no friends here and so far it seems boring, there's no life here. I think I'm gonna let my mother send me back to Washington, all of my good friends are there." He adjusted his Hurley skater-boy shirt that was totally unappealing to me. It didn't look like he was my type, but damn he was cute as hell. "So that's nice. Great thing that it is summer time...you wanna hang out today? I have nothing better to do!" I said to him kindly. It was like a retarded seduction. I would love to hang out with him, with his visibly lean, toned body. I didn't want to let this guy slip through my hands. "Yeah, sure, what is there to do around here? Is there like an arcade around here or something?" He asked with like a little giggle and swinging his long straight hair to the other side of his head. "Nah. We don't have one, readily available," I kidded, "I have one in my room. I got it last year for my birthday. Playstation 2, X-box, Gamecube... You name it...I've even got Atari!" "That's cool...sure, I love to," He said to me smiling. I felt butterflies as our eyes connected. I walked up to my house, Colin trailing behind me like a stray puppy, a damn cute one too! When I got to the house, I dug in my pocket for the key. As I turned the doorknob, I heard Colin gasp. The walls of my house were a pale blue and the furniture was all white leather, my mother was a great interior decorator. I walked across the honey colored wood- floor to the stairwell that led up to my room. Colin followed me and when I got to my room and opened the door I heard another gasp. My 72'' plasma screen television lined the wall directly opposite of Colin and me. "So what grade are you going into this year," Colin asked me. "Um. I'm going in to the eleventh and you?" I said and asked back. "Yeah, I'm going into the eleventh too. And, god man, your room is completely awesome, I've never seen anything like it. You've got like everything I could want." I said in awe, swishing his long hair to the side once again. God, I loved it. I adjusted my shirt once again and then plopped on my bed. "Whoa, this is soooo cool," Colin oozed, "You have like a computer in your room, and a stereo, like the biggest one in the world." He opened the double doors that led to my closet. "Hey!" I exclaimed. I don't know why, but it seemed he was like a skater boy and I didn't want to seem all preppy to him. I wanted to appeal to him. But, he peered inside anyway. "Cool, look at all of this stuff," Colin beamed, as he fingered through the Abercrombie tees and Ezra Fitch pants, he looked through my American Eagle polo's and LaCoste and Aeropostale and Le Tigre one's as well. He looked down to see my sneakers, from Vans to Pumas to American Eagle to Nike. "You've got everything, I wish I had this stuff. My mother buys me Hurley, Circa, Element, Volcom and Fox, but it's not what I want. I wish I had this stuff." Surprised I said, "Well you could borrow some things if you want to!" "That's cool...thanks." We sat down and began to play games and listen to music, not only did he look hot, but his music choice was too. He loved Linkin Park as did I. Hours passed by and we spend the rest of the time, on the computer playing games and introducing him to people on my AIM buddy list. The sky began to darken and he said goodbye. He swished his hair to the side, as he said it and then he left adjusting his Hurley shirt again. How hot?
