No matter what kind of situation it was, she could always a couple profanities in her sentence. "Leaving me, on our grade 12 year, is just a horrible doing. You're going to hell for this, you know!" I laughed as she said this; she could make me feel better about anything with her attitude. That's how we connected, we both kind of had attitude, her, more so than I did, haha. I pulled away from her, and told her I had to leave. She teared up, as I gave her a final hug, and turned toward to airport gate, towards my new life, I'm about to start. Before I go into that story, let me tell you a little about my. My name's Brian Kleighton. I'm 17 years old, and I just finished grade 11. I used to live in Waterloo, which is a city about an hour away from Toronto, in Ontario, Canada. Yeah I know, it wasn't my choice either, but anyway. My parents are moving my brother, Ashton, and me to Orange County, in California. They decided to expand their accounting firm into the states, for prosperity. In Canada it does pretty well. My parents land brother left a week before me, because I wanted to spend time with my friends before we moved. I had a lot to say to many people, especially all the ones I hadn't told I'm gay to. Yeah, I'm gay, LET'S SHOUT IT TO THE WORLD! Haha. My parents know I'm gay, and their cool with it, so it makes it better. This leads us up to the present, with me getting on my plane, to my newfound home. I got off the plane after the 5-hour ride, and landed in the LAX. I got out, collected my bag, and walked toward the entrance, when my cell phone rang. I picked it up, hearing "Brian, where are you? We've been waiting outside of the airport for half an hour! To be prompt is to be successful!" and a hang up. Yeah, that was my mom, always using her business analogies to relay to my life. That was her worst habit. I got outside to feel the hot Californian sun beating down on me, and hearing my parents car honking. I located the silver Land Rover, threw my bags in the back, and got in. My parents welcomed me and asked how my last week was. I told them how depressing it had been having to say goodbye, and they understood. We pulled out from the parking lot and made our way to my new place. We drove up the coast to the small town of Newport Beach. I looked around, noticing the sprawling houses and thought to myself, how my parents could afford to live here. We drove down, finally turning onto Sunsetmeadow Crecent. We drove down to the end of the court where a large, white stone house appeared before me. We drove through the gates and up to the house, the whole way up, my mouth was gawking in awe. As I got out of the car, I stretched, and told my parents I'd be back in a second. I walked down the driveway, and pulled out my pack of cigarettes, I lit one up, as a guy walked out of his house, 2 doors down. I looked him up and down, and felt the need to drool. He was about 6', had blonde hair, and I couldn't tell the color of his eyes. He had an Abercrombie and Fitch T-shirt on, with blue and white board shorts; he looked my way, and smiled. I managed a smile back, and inhaled on my cigarette as he walked over. I started to fidget, as I usually do when I get nervous. "Hey, you must be new, right?" He spoke gently, and beautifully. "Um yeah, my parent's moved here, before I did, like a week ago, cuz I stayed behind to say goodbye to my friends-" I stopped midsentance "Sorry, I'm rambling" I said as I blushed. He laughed" Well at least you know when you need to stop," he said as he flashed his set of perfect white teeth. His smile made me want to just jump on top of him. "I'm Aiden by the way," he added with a grin. "Brian's my name, you can call me whatever you want though, I've heard it all!" I replied. He looked me up and down, and with a wink said "I'm sure you have! Well I'm off tonight, say, what are you doing?" Startled, I replied "Nothing, nothing at all!" "Well good, because you're coming to a party with me" He said with a devilish grin.
