So please email me with comments, criticism flames whatever! (But no more drunken rants, Raddy! ()()>.>) Thank you guys so much! ** -This is a true story. Names and places have been changed. - Chapter 5: True Reflections I manage to pull myself together and I get off the toilet. I wash my face to try to hide the fact that I have been crying. I unlock and open the door, totally surprised when a body, that has obviously been leaning on the door, falls in and crashes to the floor. I gasp in shock, my eyes wide in terror and disbelief as I take a step back. "Tyler?!?!" My world is starting to crumble. I'm looking at him; he's looking at me. I'm desperately wanting out of his situation. If only I could turn back the clock... I try to muster an explanation... "Tyler...I...I..." (it's not working, is it?) I feel the hot tears welling up in my eyes as a sob escapes my throat. I brush by him, running out of the bathroom. He tries to stop me by grabbing my arm, but I shrug it off. Without even getting my stuff, I go down the stairs, quickly going out the front door. As I hit the fresh, cool night air, I start running as the tears fall. I run as fast as I can, and at that moment, I felt it wasn't near as fast enough. I heard Tyler calling my name from all the way down the street, calling for me to come back, but I can't hear him. All I can hear is the sound of my heart trying to beat its way out of my chest. In less than three or 4 minutes, I'm home, dashing by the kitchen. My mom asks me if anything's wrong, and I mumble some lame ass excuse (I can't remember what it was) and head up to my room. I close my door and lean against it, sobbing, and slowly I slide down to the floor, a thousand thoughts going through my head. `How could this happen?! What do I do, I can't face him now!' -gasp- `What if he tells someone?! Please god don't tell anyone...please...' I am slapped back to reality by the ringing of my cordless telephone. I stare at it with dread and uncertainty... I pick it up and look at the caller ID, sighing in relief. It's Rei. Pressing the talk button, "You have a really freaky way of calling right when I need to talk to you." "It's not freaky, just ESP," Rei says, laughing. "Okay, well, this is really important." She sighs, long and heavy. "What happened this time?" "He found out." "Found out what? What are you talking about?" "Think about it, Mizuno!" (The reference `Mizuno' refers to the Sailor Senshi's 2nd member, Ami Mizuno, or Sailormercury. She's the smartest of all the senshi, having an estimated IQ of 300. She's anime's Einstein!) There's a very long silence. "Hello...HELLO!?" I start banging the telephone against my nightstand. "Stupid phone always disconnecting-" "Hey, Hey!! I'm here, I'm here! I was just thinking, DAMN! Don't spaz out!" "()() Oh...hehe... I knew that." "Sure. Okay, this could be a potentially bad situation, but whatever you do, DO NOT PANIC, okay? Homophobic idiots usually tend to smell fear." "Yeah, yeah I know. But what do I do?!" "I don't know. Just relax and avoid this Tyler person at all costs." "Yeah, I would except that he's in ALL OF MY CLASSES!!!!!" "Stop buggin' Max...it'll be cool, just chill out, okay?" "Okay, okay" I take a deep breath "I'm okay...Thanks for the help Rei." "No problem. Laterz." Click. I sat at my computer and logged on to AIM, finding one of my Sailormoon RPG buddies. We had been rp-ing for a good 15-20 minutes and I was about to type a reply when the doorbell rang. `Oh god..' I typed in `brb' to my buddy, stood up, and left my room as my mom called from downstairs. "Max, one of your friends are here!" Sighing loudly I answer, "I got it..." I walk down the steps into the foyer where Tyler was there waiting with a couple of bags. Crossing my arms, "Can I help you?" "You, uh left your stuff... You know if you want to talk--" "I don't think that'll be necessary." "Max, come on. This is a big issue here..." "Oh, I have issues now?!" "No, that's not what I'm saying at all!" "Get out." "What? Max, please, talk to me! I'm your friend!" "No! Get out!" "Okay Max, okay..." He says, walking to the door, but turns back. "But if you ever want to--" "GO!" His expression turns pained as I go back up the stairs into my room slamming the door, and flopping on my bed. A few seconds later downstairs, I hear the door shut and the tears start to fall again. Over the next few weeks, I cut myself off from Tyler. I deliberately came late so I could sit in the back of the class, as far from him as possible. I tore up the notes he put in my locker, deleted his emails, ignored his calls and his numerous instant messages, and blocked him from my Buddy List. I slowly reverted to my original state, before I met him, and yet again, was back in with my friends. Everything was going great, until the week of May 31st. That's when the shit hit the fan. Earlier that week, I was walking home from school when Chris and Adrian, 2 of the asses I kicked way back when, ambushed me. Chris sneered, "Well well well. if it isn't the little faggot." I stopped and glared at them. "You can take that comment and shove it up your ass, that is, if your head isn't taking up too much space!" Adrian speaks up then, "Ooh, the queer's got quite a mouth on him...maybe we should teach him when to shut it!" I dropped my bag and crouched slightly, getting in a fighting stance. "Bring it on." They step forward and about to attack when Tyler shows up out of nowhere and moves to stand in front of me, and I get angry at this. "Hey, I don't need your help!" "Come on, you don't really think you can take these guys by yourself do you?" "I kicked ass when it was 5 to 1, so I think 2 to 1 won't be very tough, now leave me alone!" I move to get in front of him to get the fight on, but he stops me in my tracks by grabbing me by the wrist. (Déjà vu) "Iie! Max!" I shot back. "Tien na! Anata sa mou yameru si ma!" I whip my head back as I hear Adrian and Chris laughing. "Are you gonna let your boyfriend tell you what to do, pansy?" I am getting really pissed off at these people... "He is not my boyfriend!" `Oh but how I wish he was!' I leap at them, but I'm held back; Tyler has his arms around my waist. "Let me go!" Ignoring me, "If you jerks mess with this kid again, I swear you'll regret it." Moreover, he drags me away from the fight. I try to struggle free but I'm locked in his strong arms. (And I liked every second of it, although I was resisting btw) Once we had reached a safe distance, mainly inside the woods, he lets me go. Then I start to storm off, but he has grabbed me by the wrist, again. "Wait a minute! You aren't even going to say `thank you'?" "For WHAT?! Embarrassing me in front them?!" "I was just trying to help!" "Noted. Can I go now?" "No, we need to talk." "We have nothing to discuss." "I think we do. That night at my house." "I don't want to talk about that." "But we need to." "Fine. I'm gay. Happy? Now you can go around and tell the whole fucking school that I'm a queer! I'm sure that'll make your day!" I jerk from his grasp. "I'm going home." "Max, I'm not like that!" "Oh yeah, how can I be so sure?! Everybody in this town are two-faced back stabbers!" "I'm not, you can trust me! I'm okay with it." "Really...?" I looked up at him "Yeah, my best friend back where I used to live was gay, I'm used to it." "Okay." I turned to leave. "Hey wait! There's this Asian band playing out in Edenville Saturday night. You wanna go?" "You had me hooked after the word `Asian'." I said, laughing. "Cool," he says. "You want to spend the night at m house today?" "Can't," I said smirking, pulling my famous innocent boy routine. "It's a school night. Gotta blaze!" And with that, I headed out into the woods towards my house. We were friends again. Saturday night, the big party. `Clear Blue Destiny' was playing as the band. Around seven, Chris showed up in his navy blue X-Terra suv, honking at my house. Wearing my best rock out threads, my `Give me a dollar and I'll leave you alone.' shirt and hole filled black jeans and blue hiking boots, I hopped in. We started the long drive to Edenville and debated about anime the WHOLE way. About nine, we reached the concert, gave the person our ticket and went in, and the place was packed! Laser lights flaring everywhere, People moshing, Asian girls pole dancing on the stage, it was great! We danced for a good 2 hours or so, totally in tune with the music. We sang along perfectly, (although we couldn't do it in that `Alvin and the Chipmunks on crack' pitch voice like the band) until Tyler spots some of his friends. We go over to say hi and talk for a lil bit, until they leave. I suggest to him that we go back on the dance floor, but he shakes his head. "Nah, my ears are starting to hurt, wanna go outside for a bit, get some fresh air?" This was weird... "Um, okay..." We went out and left the concert, going off to the side of the area, until we had gone a good ways away from the building, and we sat on the grass. It was quiet out here because there was no one outside but us, I noted. He started, "I have a secret I've been keeping from you..." My ears perk up, "Okay, where's the hidden camera?" "What? No, no, it's nothing like that..." "Then what is it, then?" "Max...I'm...I'm gay, too." This made me burst into a fit of laughter. "What?! Max, what's so funny?" I held my side I was laughing so hard. "Oh come on, Tyler! A secret is like, `I have one nut' or something, `I'm gay' really isn't much of a secr--!" My eyes go wide as I'm stopped mid-sentence by the feeling of Tyler's soft lips on mine. Then, as quickly as it started, it ended. I look up at him. "Do you...?" "Since last year when we first met, albeit the odd way that we did." "Yeah." He leaned down and kissed me again, putting his hand to the side of my face. This time, however, the shock was gone and I kissed him back, putting my arms around his neck. He gently leaned down, lowering me slowly to the ground, and I wasn't resisting. I parted his lips with my tongue and gently started to suck on his. My back was completely on the ground, and I felt his hand rub the inside of my thigh, going upwards until he reached my crotch and started stroking me through my jeans. I gasped and he broke the kiss. "Did I do something wrong?" I shook my head. "Nothing, it's just nobody has ever touched me like that before..." He nods and resumes the kiss, going back to rubbing my crotch. The feeling of his sensational touch was driving me crazy. I broke the kiss this time and before he had time to say anything, I got up to his ear and moaned softly, "Suck me, please..." He reached down, undid my jeans, and pulled them down with my boxers, revealing my cock. (Now you guys were probably waiting for; me going into extravagant detail about a sexual encounter in this part. Well, unlike other authors, I don't go into much into sexual detail, I myself, find it quite needless; after all I'm writing a story about the people, not the penises attached to the people.) Believe me, I'm well endowed. He bent down and immediately gave me the first (and by far best) blowjob I had ever had. After a few minutes of his hot mouth around my member, I shot my whole load in his mouth. I moaned loud right there, and thank God, nobody was close to us, otherwise we would've been caught. After he had finished, I moved down on him and offered to do the same, but he shook his head. He realized that by now, the concert was over, and people have started to drift out. I put my pants back on, reminding him that I'll get him back later. "Max, I hate to break up the moment, but I gotta pee really bad." "Okay, go ahead, I'll wait." "K. I'll be right back." He gives me a quick kiss and then dissapears into the trees. -Changing p.o.v. To Tyler- I break off from Max and head into the woods. `Man, this is unbelievable!' I spot Adrian and Chris leaning against a tree nearby so I head over to them. "What are you guys doing here?" I stand a foot or two away from them. Chris answers. "Just checking up on you." Then, Adrian. "So how's it going?" "You were right, he spilled his guts to me." "And the tape?" "Got it." I tap the tape recorder through the pocket of my jacket. "How far did you have to go?" "I had to suck him off, unfortunately." "Ugh, sorry to hear that." Chris throws him a mini bottle of mouthwash. "You definitely need it, but don't worry, it'll be worth it." I take a big swig of the mouthwash, then spit. "Yeah, yeah, you've been saying that for months. Where's my money?" "You'll get it soon, chill." "I damn well better. Catch you guys later." I turn and leave the two to themselves as I exit the woods towards Max, putting a fake smile on my face. `Easy money,' I thought to myself. -Changing p.o.v. To Max- I see my man coming through the brush, grinning from ear to ear as he comes up to me, kissing me briefly. "Ready to go, Max?" "You bet." He takes my hand and holds it until we get to the car, and once we're in, he holds my hand all the way back to my house. I kiss him fervently before getting out of the car. "I'll see you later?" "Try and stop me." Tyler says, smiling. He drives off as I say goodbye to him, then I unlock the front door and go into the house, shutting and locking the door behind me. I head up the stairs to my room and after closing the door, I pick up the phone and dial Rei's line, knowing she would be up at this late hour. "I don't have anything to worry about, I've taken care of it." Then I hang up the telephone. I plop on my bed and fall asleep, dreaming about Tyler. Monday morning, 11:15 am. It's lunchtime, and I promised to meet him outside at 11:30. I was running early so I decided to stop by my locker to change out my books. As I close my locker door, I hear laughter way down at the other end of the hall. I turn and look; it's Adrian, Chris, and Tyler talking! They think they're the only ones in the hall, since the building has been emptied for lunch, so they're talking quite loudly. "I can't believe you did it!" said Adrian. "Yeah, me either!" exclaimed Chris. He handed Tyler what appeared to be $200, I can't be sure, and Tyler handed him a tape "I told you I can do any bet! It wasn't easy, though! What I really can't believe is that he's actually in love with me!" "Haha, yeah. Whatever, you can just dump the pansy! Have fun with your money!" With that, Adrian and Chris leave through the back doors. I drop my bag on the floor in disbelief. So many emotions went through me in that one moment. First was shock. "He...he..." But I quickly shrugged that emotion off as anger came roaring in. I storm down the hallway toward Tyler. I'm about 3 feet away when he hears my footsteps and turns. "Max, hey! I'm so glad to see y--" I cut him off, grabbing him by the shirt with both hands, lifting him up slightly, slamming him against a row of lockers and holding him there. "Max, what's wrong with you?!" "Am I just a bet you you?! Am I a bet?! AM I A FUCKING BET?!" Tears are welling up in my eyes as Tyler shifts his gaze down and answers quietly. "...yes." Next, I felt heartbreak. My world fell apart around me. I had really thought that Tyler loved me, wanted me. I gave myself to him, I told him who I was... I had shared so many things with him, and for all I know now, it all meant jack shit to him. For a very long moment I was speechless, I did not know what to say. I knew then and there in that one moment I knew my life would never be the same again. When I was finally able to talk, my voice has shaking badly, although I tried to control it, I was sobbing softly at this point. "I hope...that...was all worth it, Tyler...I really do." I let him go and walked down back the way I had come, and it was the longest walk of my life, because the last emotion I felt was shame. I felt so dirty then; I had let my defenses down for him, and he shot me straight in the heart. I thought I was giving myself to someone special, and instead, it's going to be put in the cheap thrill section. The tears were rolling down my face now, and the sobbing was very audible. I picked up my bag and left the building, and kept on walking, past the gym, past the student parking lot, past the baseball field, and into the woods. I collapsed on the ground once I had fully made my way in, and sat there, hugging my knees to my chest and crying my eyes out. My life was over. Pretty pretty please with cherries on top?
