Starting A New School Part One Changing schools in the middle of your sophomore year in high school can be quite tricky...especially if you're a gay male, although for Robert Carney, this meant a new beginning. At his new school he wouldn't be called "fag" or "queer" or "cock-sucker" like at his old high school. Robert had known he was gay since he started puberty 5 years earlier, and at 16 years old he had never had a real lasting relationship. Every time he dated a girl, he didn't feel right. Robert always felt more attracted to guys. At 5'11", Robert was well-built and had semi-long brown hair that he kept perfectly messy. His body was toned and muscular, but not overly so. He wore his muscle well. He also had a natural tan that most people would be jealous of. Since he didn't care to date girls, he usually told whoever asked him out that he wasn't interested, that is until word got out about him, then he didn't have to worry about girls bothering him. Robert had come out to his best friend Ryan, but Ryan had freaked and told some people at his old school and word quickly spread about him. Robert thought his high school years were ruined until his dad had gotten a new job in a town 40 miles away and they moved shortly after Christmas. There was also another upside to moving. The day of the move, Robert noticed a cute guy about his age jogging up his street. The guy had short light brown hair that complimented his tan, and he was just about the same height as Robert, maybe a few inches shorter. He stopped and asked if he could help with anything and he was soon helping Robert carry boxes to his new room. While they were walking up the stairs Robert started a conversation with the boy. "So, what's your name?" "Rick Holder" he replied boy as he and Robert set the boxes they were carrying in a corner of his empty room. "I live right down the street. And your name?" "Cool. I'm Robert Carney. It's nice to meet you. Thanks for helping me with my stuff." "No problem; anything to help." Rick replied with a smile. "How old are you?" "I'm 16. What about you?" "Oh cool. So am I. Do you have your license yet?" "Ahh no I don't. I haven't had time to get it with the move and all. Do you?" replied Robert. "I sure do. Maybe I can show you around town sometime." Rick said. "Oh that'd be awesome!" answered Robert, maybe just a little bit too enthusiastically, but Rick seemed not to notice. Robert was going to take advantage of every chance he got to spend with this hottie. "Well, I guess I need to be going. I told my mom I wouldn't be gone long. It's nice to meet you. I guess I'll see you at school tomorrow." Rick said as he left the room. "Ok. And thanks again for your help. See you." The next morning Robert woke up around 6 o'clock. He wanted to go back to sleep, but he knew he had to get up and get ready for school. This move was tough on him. He snaked his way through the boxes in his room and walked into his adjoining bathroom. All through his shower he was thinking about Rick and was looking forward to seeing him at school that morning. After he showered and dressed for school, he walked downstairs and found his mother busy putting pots and pans in their appropriate cabinets. "Good morning." she said when she saw Robert come in the kitchen. "Good morning to you too." replied Robert. "Can we leave a little early this morning? I want to get to school early, so I can make a good first impression." "Why of course. What time is it now? 6:45ish??" "That's about right." replied Robert. "Ok. Give me five more minutes and I'll be ready." she said as she pulled the last box of pans toward her. Robert went back to his room and grabbed his backpack and walked to the front door to wait on his mother. Once they were in the car, Robert's mother started talking. "So, who was that nice young man that helped you yesterday? I never got a chance to meet him or even thank him." "His name is Rick Holder. He lives down the street." "He must be very nice. He didn't even know us and he offered to help. How old is he?" she questioned. "He's 16 too. He also has his license and told me that he could show me around town sometime if I liked. I told him ok, but I figured I'd better check with you or dad first." Robert added as an afterthought, hoping to convince his mother to let him go with Rick. "It's ok with me. I would like to meet him first though." she replied as she turned into his school parking lot. His parents had managed to find a house for sale near the school. Robert could actually walk to school, but his mother is too protective of him and she's afraid he'll get hit by a car. "Thanks, Mom." Robert said as he got out of the car. "I'll see you this afternoon." "Ok. Have fun at school." "Yeah, yeah." he said as his mom drove away. Once his mother was out of view, Robert started making his way towards the front door of the school. Half-way there, he heard someone calling his name, and turning around, he saw Rick hurrying toward him from the parking lot. "There you are." Rick said when he caught up to Robert. "I'm glad you got here early. I usually get here late, but I figured I'd be early today." he added as he led Robert over to a bench outside the building. "You up for riding around town today after school?" "Well, I mentioned it to my mom and she said it'd be ok with her, but that she would like to meet you first." Robert answered. "Ok. Sounds cool. I'll swing by your house after school." Robert and Rick spent the next thirty minutes talking about their families and other things. Robert found out that Rick has a little brother that is about to be 13 in a few weeks, and that his dad works at the same place Robert's dad works. "What class do you have first?" Rick asked as he and Robert prepared to go inside. "Umm..." Robert started as he consulted his schedule. "I have Chemistry first, then history." "Awesome. Those are my first two classes too." Rick replied with a smile. Every time Rick smiled, Robert's stomach did flips. As it turned out those first two classes were the only two that Robert and Rick had together. Robert was disappointed, but he managed to make it through the rest of the day without making any enemies. In fact, some girls had even come on to him, but he didn't care, his thoughts were on Rick and what he was doing. Although he tried to pay attention in class, he could tell already that most of his teachers were going to be boring. After class, Robert met Rick outside and told him that he would see him in a few minutes. As Rick walked to his car, Robert saw his mom pull into the parking lot, and once she stopped he got in. "Rick is going to come over this afternoon and meet you and dad." Robert said once he buckled his seat belt. "That's nice. I do want to meet him." his mom said as she pulled out onto the main highway, and started her way back to their house. "Did he say what time?" "He's coming by right after school. Like right now. He's probably already there because he left before we did." "Ok. I'll hurry then." she said. Five short minutes later, they pulled into their driveway, and Robert was right, Rick was sitting in his car next to the curb in front of their house. Robert got out of the car as Rick walked up the driveway. They greeted each other and Robert introduced Rick to his mother. "Mom, this is Rick Holder, and Rick this is my mom." "It's nice to meet you, ma'am." Rick said as he extended his hand. "And it's very nice to meet you too, Rick. But you can call me Sue." replied Robert's mother as she shook his hand. "I want to thank you for your help yesterday and also apologize for not introducing myself sooner." "It's quite all right." Rick said "I'm just glad I could help." he added as he glanced at Robert. "Why don't I show you inside and you can get a snack or something." Sue said as she unlocked the front door and led Rick to the kitchen with Robert following behind Rick. "It's very kind of you but I'm actually not hungry right now." Rick said politely as he took a seat that Robert offered him at the kitchen table which Sue had managed to set up and decorate with a vase of flowers while Robert was at school. "Robert told me that you said you would show him around town." Sue said as she took a seat across from Rick. "The idea sounds quite fun to me." "Thanks, Mom." Robert said happily. He was glad he would get some time alone with Rick. "You're welcome. Just make sure you're home by dinner. In fact, you're welcome to stay for dinner, Rick." "Oh thank you very much. I'll just have to call my mom and tell her. Well, Robert are you ready to go?" "I sure am." Robert said as he stood up and walked to the front door. "We'll be back in a little while." he told his mom as Rick joined him at the front door. "You two be careful and have fun." she said as Robert opened the front door and walked to Rick's car. "We will." Rick said. "Let me call my mom and tell her that I'm going to stay here, then we'll go." he said as they got in his car. "Ok." After Rick called his mom and she said it was ok for him to stay for dinner, he and Robert were off to town. "Thanks for showing me around." Robert said about thirty minutes later as they passed by the local café which appeared to be a hangout for teens. "Sure, no problem. It's my pleasure." Rick said as he looked over at Robert and smiled. After Rick showed Robert around the rest of the town and told him which some of the better restaurants were, they grew bored, and just drove around for a while until it was time to head back to Robert's house. On the way back, Rick started another conversation. "Do you want to come over to my house tomorrow? Since it's a Friday and all, you can spend the night. I'm sure my mom wouldn't mind." "Sure. That sounds fun." Robert said. He really liked Rick although he had known him for only a day, and he hoped that their budding friendship could grow into something more. As Rick drove, he wondered what Robert was thinking. He's all he had been able to think about all day and he was glad that Robert was willing to come over to his house. Rick wasn't sure if Robert was gay or not, but he had suspicions that he might be. On the way back to Robert's house, Rick saw a couple of girls walking down the sidewalk. They were very pretty, and he wanted to see what Robert's reaction would be. "Hey, Robert, did you see those hot girls we just passed?" he asked as he looked at Robert. Robert's heart sunk, but he replied, "Oh, no I didn't see them. I must have been looking the other way." Rick was happy that Robert looked sad as he said that but he still couldn't be sure if he was gay. Finding that out would have to wait until tomorrow when he could get Robert in his room and they could have some real time alone. That evening's dinner went over well. Rick met Robert's dad and they all enjoyed the delicious meal that Sue made. After the meal was finished, Rick had to go home, and Robert stayed in the kitchen and helped his mother clean up. After finishing the dishes, Robert went up to his room and went to sleep. The next morning Robert's mom woke him up at 7 o'clock. Robert took a hurried shower and brushed his teeth and headed downstairs for a bite to eat before he headed off to school. School couldn't have gone by any slower for Robert that day. He was looking forward to going to Rick's that night, but time seemed to be standing still. Finally the bell rang signaling the end of the day, and Robert hurried out to the parking lot to meet Rick. Since he was going to Rick's house, Robert had told his mom that he'd just catch a ride with Rick. "Hey" Robert said when he walked up to Rick. "Hi. You ready to go?" Rick asked as he opened his door. "You bet." Robert said as he walked around the car to the passenger side. "Do you mind stopping by my house? I need to get my clothes." he added as he buckled his seatbelt. "Sure." Rick answered, thinking to himself that there really wasn't a need for him to get clothes. He was hoping Robert wouldn't be wearing any. After Robert got his clothes, he and Rick went down the street to Rick's house and they went up to Rick's room. Rick had a queen-sized bed, and Robert hoped they'd be sharing. On one side of the room was a desk that had a laptop and some other things stacked on it. Rick also had a wide-screened TV on the wall that faced the bed. "Cool room." Robert commented once he put his bag down and took a seat on the end of Rick's bed. "Thanks." Rick replied. "Well, what do you want to do? Mom and Dad won't be home for a while and Kevin is at his friend's house." "I don't know. What do you want to do?" Robert asked as Rick walked over and sat down next to him. "Well, I can think of a few things we can do." Rick said as he put his hand on Robert's thigh. Robert didn't freak out at the contact, so Rick moved his hand farther up Robert's leg and closer to his crotch, but Robert stopped him. "Don't." Robert said as he grabbed Rick's hand. "The door isn't closed." he added as he smiled at Rick and got up and closed the door. "Now," Robert started as he sat back down. "What were we going to do?" he asked as he gave Rick a sly grin. "I think it involved you, me, and this bed." Rick answered as he moved in and unbuckled Robert's belt, but once again Robert stopped him before he could reach his intended destination. Robert pulled Rick into him and kissed him lightly on the lips. "Let's go slow." he said after he broke the kiss. "Ok." Rick answered. Rick slid off the foot of the bed and started taking off Robert's shoes and socks. Once he had those off, he got on his knees between Robert's legs and unbuttoned Robert's pants. Rick pulled them down, and he could tell that Robert was hard. Once he had gotten Robert's legs free, Rick stood up and pulled Robert's shirt off. As he did so, he admired Robert's well-sculpted muscles and smooth skin. He leaned down and kissed Robert on the neck, as he slid his hands into the waistband of Robert's boxers, but Robert stopped him. Robert stood up and pushed Rick down onto the bed and started undressing him. Once he had Rick down to his boxers, he leaned in and kissed him on the cheek. "Let's get in a more comfortable position." he whispered in Rick's ear as he took Rick by the hand and led him to the side of the bed where he laid down and stretched out. Rick moved on top of Rick and they kissed softly while rubbing each other's bodies up and down. Rick could tell already they was going to have a good rest of the day and night. to be continued...(maybe) Tell me what you think about my story. Should I continue it? I'm open for any new ideas. *gaystoryboy@yahoo.com*
