And thanks to all of you who emailed me after chapter 27. It's always good to hear from you. *** To the one of you who cares ... besides me ... I changed the size of the J bar A in this chapter. Back in "I'll Suck You" ... when I first introduced the ranch ... I thought 3000 acres sounded like a lot of land. (Okay, so I'm a city boy.) But Steve informed me that 30,000 acres would be considered a medium-sized ranch. So it was easy enough to add another zero in this chapter. Maybe I should have just said there was a typo in "I'll Suck You" lol! Anyway, the ranch is still the same size in my head ... I just learned that an acre isn't as big as I thought it was. *** Chapter Twenty-Eight (Chris continues with the story.) Monday dawned a beautiful day! Well ... I didn't actually see the sunrise ... but when I woke up, bright sunlight was streaming into our bedroom. Tyler still seemed to be sleeping soundly, and I untangled myself from his arms and legs, planted a quick kiss on my lover's forehead and felt sweet relief after making a quick trip into the bathroom. Naked, I stood in front of the window, opening it completely before gazing out over the activity that had already begun on the ranch. A gentle breeze of fresh, cool air puffed against my skin, contrasting with the warmth from the sun. The combined sensations made me shiver, in a good way. All the ranch hands seemed to be assembling in front of the stables, and as I watched them, Roy, the foreman, gestured to the guys as he spoke. He drawled on for a minute or so. I could hear that he was talking, but I couldn't make out any of his words; and after he finished, the guys drifted away in twos and threes. I suppose the day's assignments had just been given. As I continued to stare out over the ranch buildings and nearby fields, I noticed how clear the air was this morning. After yesterday's rain, Mother Nature was starting the week with a clean slate. Tyler's arms dropped over my shoulders, at the same time as he said, "Morning lover!" Surprised, I jumped a little, but then melted back against him. As I took his hands in mine, Tyler rested his chin on my left shoulder. "Mmmmm, Tyler," I replied, lifting my face until I was looking at the ceiling. "I thought you'd sleep for a while, this morning." Tyler tilted his head and began to nuzzle my neck in the way I liked. "I guess I missed you," he laughed, before lowering his voice to just above a whisper. "Just a sec, babe." I smiled to myself, as Tyler rushed into the bathroom; and I followed him to the open door. I knew exactly how he must have been feeling. And by the deep sound of his stream ... which seemed to never end ... his bladder must have really needed relief! "Damn, you look sexy standing there!" I exclaimed, as my cock began to swell and harden. Tyler shook off, and turned around as he flushed the toilet. "I don't know about that," he smiled. "You look like the hot one to me." We hugged in the doorway, for a moment, before walking back over to the window. "It looks like it's gonna be a great day!" Tyler exclaimed, as we embraced again. "Fuck, it's great to be alive!" Both of us were full hard, by the time we headed into the shower. And we spent more time on each other's dicks, than the rest of our bodies combined. While keeping ourselves clean was important to Tyler and me, we definitely had our priorities straight on that August morning! At breakfast, Ryan and Kaiden were nowhere to be seen; and Josh said they'd taken off somewhere with David and Carlos, at first light. It was SO cool that Josh let us explore the ranch and just DO stuff, like boys. Looking back on it, I realized that Mom had over-protected Kaiden and me something fierce, when she was alive. I guess we were cute little kids, and Mom always seemed to be afraid to let us out of her sight. Of course, Kaiden and I were older now, but here on the J bar A, things were different. I had an idea that if we'd been born here, Josh would have taught us about the land as soon as we were old enough to learn; and then he would have let us explore the thirty thousand acres of the ranch, discovering it for ourselves. I think it would have been awesome to spend my childhood here. As we were finishing the meal, Josh spoke up, "Guys, after the ground dries out this afternoon, I need the two of you to ride with Robert and Luke to check the fence." "Sure," Tyler replied. "All four of us together?" "That might be fun for you," Josh chuckled, "but I think you ought to go out in two pairs. I don't want you to be gone all week! Robert and Luke have done this for me before, so they'll know the ropes." "Wow ... so it IS gonna take more than one day?" I asked while putting my dirty bowl and spoon in the dishwasher. "I guess that depends on how many repairs you need to make," Josh answered. "And there may be more than normal this time. We weren't able to ride the fence last spring, so it's overdue to be checked. You guys ought to plan to spend a night out on the range." "Cool," Tyler smiled. "We've got all that gear from our backpacking trip." "Or maybe we could sleep out, under the stars, like we did that night with Cole," I suggested. "That's up to you guys," Dad advised, pausing for a moment. "But it was fun with Cole up in the mountains; wasn't it?" "It sure was!" I exclaimed. That whole trip was the most fun I'd ever had, but the day with Cole had been extra special. "But don't Luke and Robert have football practice?" I wondered aloud. Dad laughed. "Yes, today, Wednesday and Friday ... but they're supposed to be home by noon today and their next practice is on late Wednesday afternoon. You guys had better be back well before then!" I put the cereal boxes away, while Tyler took care of the milk and sugar. "Do you boys have work boots?" Josh asked ... and we shook our heads no. "Then you'll need to go into the ranch supply store this morning, and pick up a pair for each of you. Don't get the stiff kind that needs to be broken-in, unless you want blisters on your feet by the time you get back." He grimaced like that might have happened to him, somewhere in the distant past. "Those 501s and shirts you bought the other week ought to work, unless you want to keep them for good." We finished cleaning up the breakfast mess, and Josh turned on the dishwasher. "Luke and Robert should know where to locate all the tools and supplies you'll need to take," Josh said. "But if you can't find something, just ask Roy about it." He thought for a second. "In fact, why don't you see Roy and ask if he needs anything from the supply store. You could pick it up, while you're in town." Robert, Luke, Tyler and I decided that sleeping under the stars would be fun. And we grabbed saddlebags from the barn, before gathering up everything we'd need to take with us from one of the supply sheds. "Can you guys load everything into the saddlebags?" Luke asked, as we hurried around. "We're gonna be late for football practice." "I think we should be able to handle that," Tyler smirked. "You two have fun this morning." "See you at lunch," Robert advised, before Luke and he rushed to his Camry. Moments later, they tore out; and after Tyler and I packed small coils of barbed wire, some large staples, wire cutters, a couple of small crowbars and assorted tools into the worn, leather bags, we searched out Roy, to see if he needed us to pick up anything in town. He was in front of the stables, standing next to a horse trailer and shiny, black, four-wheel drive pickup that must have just pulled up. It wasn't there a few minutes ago, and I'd never seen it on the ranch, before. "I'll see if I can find the sleeping bags," Tyler stated, heading towards the house. A burly man, who looked to be in his forties, climbed down out of the truck and began to talk to Roy. "Hey!" I called out, approaching them confidently. "G'morning, Chris," Roy answered. His weathered, leathery face broke out in a smile, as new wrinkles appeared in a familiar pattern. Roy introduced me to the newcomer, Bill, and told me that Bill had a stallion in the trailer. They planned to breed a mare this morning, and in fact, Bill would be making several trips to the J bar A over the next couple of months. "You wanna take a look at him?" Roy asked. I nodded yes, and Bill backed the massive steed out of the horse trailer. Was he ever tall and muscular! The testosterone seemed to ooze from every pore of his glossy body; and I guess it should ... the sack between his hind legs was twice the size of my two fists combined! The horse was high strung, but Bill knew how to control him, as he led the beast to one of the empty stalls in the barn, for the time being. "Wow, that's SOME horse!" I exclaimed, shaking my head in admiration. "Yep, there aren't many like Midnight, in these parts," Roy agreed. "He won Grand Champion Stallion at several horse shows. You should see the pictures of his colts on the web site." Roy shook his head in admiration. "We've got a young filly in heat, right now, and in eleven months we're gonna have some new horseflesh on the J bar A!" "Well, I bet Midnight can take care of her!" I laughed. "Yeah," Roy answered, grinning again. "If you boys are gonna be around this morning you might want to take a gander. It's an eye full." "Damn, Roy, I wish we could," I replied. "But Tyler and I have to go into town right away and pick up some supplies." "That's right; Josh is having you two ride fence with Luke and Robert today, isn't he?" Roy asked with a twinkle in his eye. Laughing again, I said, "Yeah ... and I almost forgot why I walked over here ... do you need us to pick up anything for you at Ranchers Supply?" "Prob'ly so," Roy drawled. "Come 'round to my desk in five or ten minutes. I'll write up a list for you." Roy and I parted ways, and after saying something to Bill, he headed towards his tiny office while I walked to the back door of the house to look for Tyler. Just inside the kitchen, I met Tyler with his arms filled with four sleeping bags from our backpacking trip. He'd found them in a closet downstairs, and asked me to bring up the self-inflating pads for us to use on the ground beneath them. Roy's office was little more than a cluttered, metal desk, a chair on wheels and an old four-drawer filing cabinet, located in a niche just inside the door to one of the outbuildings. An old space heater was unplugged near the desk, where he sat scribbling on a sheet of paper. "That should take care of it," Roy advised, looking up before handing the long list to Tyler. "Wow, that's quite a bit," Tyler stated, pouring over it. "Yep ... we go through a lot out here. You'll probably want to take the pickup we keep parked behind that barn, over there," he said, gesturing with his left hand, while retrieving a set of keys from the desk with his right. Then he chuckled, "I mean, the studio." Tyler nodded that we understood. "Do we need a credit card, or something?" Tyler asked, glancing at the list again. "No, we've got an account there," Roy stated. "Just tell 'em you're from the J bar A." We found the truck, parked behind the studio. It was the same full-sized pickup that Josh had used yesterday afternoon to drive Devon and Jared home; and as Tyler got behind the wheel, and I slid into the passenger seat, I couldn't help thinking how great Tyler looked behind the wheel. "Fuck, WE need something like this!" Tyler exclaimed with a big smile on his angular face, as he settled in behind the steering wheel, gripping it with both hands. I nodded my head. Since I'd known him, Tyler had talked about wanting a car, lots of times. But he'd always said that HE wanted it. It really made me feel good to hear him say that WE needed it now! Slipping the key into the ignition, he added, "Maybe not quite this big, but I like it!" "When are we gonna start looking, anyway?" I asked, agreeing with my brother and lover. Tyler smiled over at me. He must have noticed that I used we, too. "Well, I've gotta talk to Dad about it, when we get back," Tyler commented, shifting the transmission into 'Drive'. "I've got an idea what I'd like ... a Toyota Tacoma ... one of those with an extended cab." Tyler laughed, shaking his head. "Do you like them, Chris?" "You bet I do!" I exclaimed. "Last year, a senior at my high school drove one. It was one fuckin' hot truck!" Then reality seemed to settle in. "How much does a Tacoma cost, anyway?" I asked, pausing for a moment. "I bet they're expensive!" Tyler shrugged, "I don't know. I probably won't be able to afford one by myself, but it'd be nice, if I could. Whatever we get, though, we need it before school starts; and that's only two weeks away." Tyler and I would sure look good together in a pickup. And I'd be driving in less than a year, too. Maybe Dad would let me use some of my savings to help buy it. Of course, the money we'd earn fixing the fence line would help out, too. "And hey ... if we got a four-wheeler, I bet we could use it to pitch-in around the ranch and the studio," I suggested, as we drove along the ranch road. "Or maybe run errands, like this," Tyler added. "I bet they could always use an extra pickup ..." That sounded logical to me! Tyler laughed as we turned onto the highway. My lover was a hot guy any time, but especially when he laughed, and my cock began to swell as I watched him. I was having a hard time adjusting my package, and Tyler glanced away from the road, towards my crotch, with a knowing smile. This was the second time we'd been to the ranching supply store. The first was when Ryan and Kaiden came with us, to buy 501s and cowboy shirts ... the ones we wore for that slideshow we gave Tyler's folks. I guess you might call it a variety store. One that carried tons of supplies to be used around ranches or farms, as well as work clothing, shoes and boots. And since the store was on the outskirts of Boulder, it catered to city dwellers as well. It had lots of odds and ends that any homeowner might find useful. It took us quite a while, but finally we located everything on the list, and ordered a half dozen spools of barbed wire, for delivery later. I guess we'd have more fence to ride, the next time Josh asked us! Both Tyler and I tried on work boots, finding pairs that fit well and looked okay. And while they probably had plenty of work gloves on the ranch, we bought a couple pairs of them, as well. We had over six hundred dollars worth in the shopping carts, not including the barbed wire; and I was surprised when the cashier didn't ask any questions, but just let us charge all of it to the ranch. Tyler and I had been gone to town for quite a while, and it was almost noon when we got back to the ranch. The black pickup and horse trailer were nowhere to be seen. Damn ... I'd never seen any animals breeding; it might have been fun to get a look at Midnight penetrating a mare. In the locker room back in Missouri, I'd had a couple guys say I was horse-hung. They'd said it respectfully, and I knew it meant I had a long dick. But I'd like to see firsthand where that term REALLY came from. Judging by the size of his balls, Midnight ought to have an awesome cock between his legs. And maybe I'd get to see it the next time! Roy wasn't around ... or at least I didn't know where to look for him ... so we left the supplies in the pickup bed, for the time being. Maria and the staff were setting up the lunch buffet on the back patio, and Josh was on his computer, in the office. He seemed to be in a great mood. "Chris, I just got through talking to your Dad," Josh informed us, with a big smile on his face. "Cool!" I replied, as Tyler and I sunk into a couple of office chairs. "I wish I'd been here to talk to him." "I wish you'd have been here too; but I told him that all four of you boys were doing fine," Josh stated, typing something on his keyboard, before looking away from the monitor. "The guy who's buying the studio is signing the loan papers one week from today, and your dad will sign over the deed to him then. By the middle of next week, Tim ought to be sitting here with us!" "Awesome!" Tyler exclaimed as we exchanged high-fives. Just then, the dinner bell clanged. "It sure is, Tyler," Josh agreed, standing to his feet. We talked for a few moments longer, before heading out back, where a few people were filling their plates and more ranch workers were getting in line or heading in that direction. As the three of us took our place in line, I noted that Robert and Luke weren't back, yet. But before we'd finished eating, they joined Tyler and me at the table. "How was practice this morning?" Tyler asked, as Luke and Robert began to wolf down their food. "Pretty good," Luke grinned, but Robert scowled. "I got sacked four times ... IN FUCKIN' PRACTICE!" Robert complained, shaking his head. "We're gonna have to get a lot better, or it'll be a damn long season." He looked across the table at Tyler and me. "We could still use you guys," Robert added, before emptying his glass of iced tea. Luke nodded his agreement, before correcting Robert's earlier statement. "The OFFENSE needs to get better. I think we're doing fine on defense!" Luke played outside linebacker, and he had one of the sacks on Robert. And even though it had only been practice, Luke seemed to have fun talking about it. Robert took the ribbing, good-naturedly, and when we'd finished eating, we saddled our horses, loading the saddlebags and gear onto their backs. Both Tyler and I had already told Robert, Luke AND Jared that we weren't going out for the football team this fall, but apparently, Robert wasn't satisfied. "Are you guys SURE you don't wanna change your mind about playing football this season?" he asked with a pleading smile. Tyler glanced at me, before answering for both of us. "Maybe next year, Robert." Robert probably wasn't happy with our answer, but he dropped the subject, as we filled several canteens with cold water from the spigot. Maria had packed food for us to take with us; and after mounting our horses, Tyler and Luke rode off along the fence to the South, while Robert and I went North. We planned to meet up sometime tomorrow along the western fence line. The J bar A had a split rail fence along the ranch road from the highway and around the building complex, but the rest of the perimeter was mainly barbed wire strung on wooden posts. And we hadn't gone very far, when I slipped out of my heavy, Chambray work shirt. "It is awful hot out here," Robert laughed, following my lead. "I think I'm gonna work on my tan, too!" We rode slowly, getting down often to replace staples that had pulled out of fence posts, allowing the wires to sag. Every once in a while, Robert said that just replacing staples wouldn't take care of the problem, and we had to re-stretch the wire. He was a good teacher. I learned how to drive a staple into the wooden posts with one or two blows, and how to handle the barbed wire without getting cut. And most of the time the fence did look a lot better after we'd finished with it. But we saw several posts that had rotted away at the base. Robert took readings on a GPS he had with him, made notes of the locations, and said we'd need to come back later in an ATV with some steel posts and a post driver to replace them. It was a beautiful day, and I was still in awe at the beauty of the surroundings. But Robert commented several times that riding fence was one of the most boring jobs he'd done on the ranch. And by the time we stopped for supper, by a little creek in the shadows of the Front Range, I had to agree. I could think of lots more exciting things to do! We unsaddled our horses and led them to the stream for a long drink of water, before tying them to a small tree with lots of grass surrounding it. "How far do you think we went today?" I asked, moments later, rubbing my sore ass while pulling out the food we'd brought. "Over halfway ... I think, seven or eight miles," Robert answered, before grinning. "Saddle sore?" "Yeah, I guess," I replied with a pained look on my face. "But it's not too bad." "I'm glad to hear that!" Robert advised, laughing. "'Cause it'll be harder work tomorrow ... in these hills and trees." As we'd ridden and worked together all day, we talked about lots of stuff. Robert had lusted after Amy, one of the football cheerleaders, for quite a while. And now that he was going to be the starting quarterback, she was finally starting to show some interest in him. I'll be the first to admit that I don't understand girls all that well ... and why some of them seem to be more concerned with what a guy does rather than who he is. Robert was a cool dude. He seemed to be really smart, and I knew he had a fun personality. From the thick, wavy, collar-length, dark brown hair on his head, the deep brown skin on his good-looking Hispanic face, to his tanned, athletic body, Robert was one hunk of hot teen flesh. And ANY girl ought to consider herself lucky to have a guy like him; but Robert still hadn't been able to score with her! And if a girl finally DID come around, sometimes they became SO possessive ... Even though Tyler and I were lovers in every sense of the word, we'd both decided a while back that we weren't going to be possessive of each other. I guess we both knew there was something extra-special between us. If Tyler wanted to have fun with someone else, I wasn't going to stand in his way, because I knew how much he loved me. And by the same token, Tyler knew I felt the same way about him. Reluctantly, I hoisted my aching body, standing to my feet while trying to adjust my hard-on. "Well, Robert, I guess we'd better open up those mats, before it gets dark," I suggested, "and let them inflate." "Like your cock?" Robert asked with a big grin. "Shit, Chris ... that's some SERIOUS wood you're packin'!" My 501s were skin-tight, so it was pretty obvious. "Yeah ... like you're not," I shot back, while rubbing my hand over the head of my dick a couple of times. I moaned because it felt SO good. "It looks like you've got a regular LOG tearing at the seams of your jeans." Robert laughed, agreeing with me. We unrolled our mats, opening the valves, and pulled the sleeping bags out of their stuff sacks, tossing them on top of the mats. "Mine smells like cum," Robert observed, taking a deep whiff and wrinkling his nose. "That must be one of the bags Ryan used," I laughed. "He came for the first time in his sleeping bag. Last month, he probably shot a gallon up in the mountains. I'll trade with you, if you want." "No, I think it's pretty cool," Robert said, laughing as well. "The twins don't usually talk to me about sexy stuff, but they told me about Friday night. I know both Ryan and Kaiden taught them a lot during that sleepover." He paused for a moment. "This is real hard for me to say, Chris ... and I'll deny it, if you ever tell anybody ... but after last weekend, both David and Carlos are more experienced than me. I mean about sex." I looked at Robert for a moment. "Hey ... we can take care of that tonight. If you wanna, that is." "You mean it?" Robert asked, wide-eyed. "What would Tyler say, if he found out?" "Well, we don't keep any secrets from each other," I replied, honestly. "He'd probably be happy for both of us. And I KNOW he'll want to hear all the details." Then I chuckled, "I'd be surprised if two horny guys, like Tyler and Luke, just crawl into their sleeping bags tonight and go to sleep, either!" "Prob'ly not," Robert grinned. "Hey ... I've been the boring teacher, all day, Chris ... now I wanna learn some FUN stuff from you!" *** Well, I'm going to end Chapter 28 right here. I hope all of you had as much fun reading it as I enjoyed writing it! Chapter 27 wasn't one of my favorites, but I already like this one. And it may end up being one of my all-time favorites, if things work out like I'm thinking they might. I guess time will tell. It sounds like the boys might have an interesting night in front of them. And I bet Tyler and Luke aren't letting any grass grow under their feet, either. Why don't you send me an email and let me know what you think? fotogme11@yahoo.com Have a great week, guys! Greg
