Subject: Part 2 Josh % Keith

Preamble.

Both my sons completed their apprenticeships and earned there TQ tickets
and so our family life went on, we all had our friends visit however our
house was rather small and then one day at supper Josh said Dad I have a
suggestion to make and it will involve all of us.

What do you guys think about us moving and building our own home with a bit
of acreage. Phew, what brought this about asks Dad, ok look at where we
live now and how the traffic has got very heavy vibrating the house. There
is also the problem of parking, if we had acreage the problem of parking
would be taken care of and we could do with additional space in the house
so that if any of us has friends visiting it would provide an area where
the rest of the family can have there own space.

All I am suggesting we all give this some thought and we discuss this
later.


It was Dad that started this off a few days later as he said, Josh you made
a suggestion about possible moving. I have been giving his a lot of thought
since you brought it up and the more I think about it the more I like the
idea. Keith your thoughts please, I think we should go and look around the
local countryside and see what is out there before we go to any real estate
folk. Dad says that makes sense, as many folk put own sign up. Josh said I
like that idea so lets do it and since the evenings are bright until late.

We dug out a local map to decide where to start our search. Josh was making
notes of anything he saw so they could look at it later, by the end of the
evening they suddenly spotted a place list as estate sale and according to
the information provided on the flyer, located on 5 acres a three-bedroom
rancher with triple garage adjoining the house. There was also additional
secure storage in the form of a barn fully enclosed. We made note of the
phone number for contact.

We also notice there were no lights on; we took a walk around the outside
of the house and other buildings and then returned home.

Once home we all get stripped off and showered, now our shower will take
all three of us with a squeeze. I guess I was first one in and very soon
joined by my sons who at first gave me a rim job and also a blowjob at the
same time.

Once our activities were completed in the shower we adjourned outside to
sit and talk about what we had seen especially the estate sale
property. Keith said where is that phone number please I'm going to
checkout that number on the reverse lookup. Keith comes back and says I
think I know who this is, Dad where does your boss live? Well I think he is
the one dealing with this place, Dad says I'll phone him right now.

The number is dialed and in a few moments the phone is answered, George
Roger speaking sorry to call at this time but our family is looking at
moving and we saw this place on Back Road with a sign Estate sale.

George's first comment was I only put that sign up midday to-day so I
expect you would like to have a look inside the place, yes please – that
is no problem I'll bring the keys with me tomorrow morning and you guys can
have a look around on your own, thanks George see you to-morrow, good
night.

Next day I was lent the keys and asked a few questions about the property
also what sort of price was George looking at? George said I want to clear
this property ASAP it's been hanging around far too long all due to probate
on the will I would like to get around $185,000. I will tell you now the
house needs a fair bit of work doing on it so don't be surprised at the
condition inside. Thanks George for being so open about the property, give
yourselves plenty of time doing your inspection.

Dad (Roger) contacted both Josh & Keith and suggested we all meet out at
this property straight from work and all bring your note pad with you
please. Roger was out there by 4:30 pm to find the other two were already
there. Firstly they did an outside walk around and Josh was checking for
any obvious soft or rotten wood, this inspection included all the
buildings. The siding on the house needs replacement as it is badly split
with many knot holes; the same thing applies to the triple garage.

By now it was starting to get dark so we went to the pub for supper and
then home to get cleaned up. By now we all did each others hair and I said
I could with a really good haircut and clean up, so this lead to al of us
getting done and the one getting the other area cleaned up gave the other a
blow job. We all finished with cum and hair stuck to our bodies good job
will still needed to shower.

Once done we sat around the kitchen table and discussed what we had seen so
far. Josh said we need to take a generator up there with some floodlights
as the crawl space needs close inspection and the same applies to the roof
void.

Josh said I think we need to do that at the weekend so we had better do all
our grocery shopping on Friday evening and get extra stuff for the weekend,
this way we can work through the day without basically stopping. Both Keith
and Roger agreed but said we quit midday Sunday or shortly after and
tabulate everything we have seen plus it will give time to get our gear
laundered ready for next week.

Keith said one thing we have not done is to tour the entire property, now
Tony one of the reservist has two ATV's and I will ask him to come over
with both ATV's then the four of us can tour the entire property. However,
I will ask him to keep everything under wraps.

The tour took place and much to our surprise we found a small pond and
river running though the backend all hidden in the bush. In fact a good 60%
of the property was over grown and my wicked mind thought of bringing the
Army Cadets through here for a paintball day.

Following this tour we invited Tony back to our place for BBQ and some
refreshments. Josh and Roger got the grub going, I dealt with the bar, and
since it had turned rather chilly, I made up some hot rum with brown sugar
dissolved in very hot water and some over-proof added. That went down very
well with everyone. Luckily, it was Saturday and Tony is single so he
stayed overnight and we all shared the bed with our guest making him feel
very comfortable and lot of sexual activities.

By the end of the first week of inspections, we all agreed on making an
offer $150,000. George asked if we needed any of the furniture and said no
thanks.

Well after a period of quietness, George said DEAL and we all shook hands.

So after all the legal side was completed and the property was in all our
names. During this time, we had been discussing on the best way to tackle
this project. Dad said he was not happy with the electrical wiring and the
whole place should be re-wired.

Josh said I think the best way to ensure the outside is water tight by
stripping all the siding off then sheet the building with SM insulating
board followed by the outside skin using hardy board, at this time we took
the opportunity to replace all the windows. Then strip out all the drywall,
reinsulated and rewire.

All the work also involved doing the same thing with the garage as we are
going to incorporate that into the house.

With regards to the old garage, we carefully removed the three doors and
there motor drives for use in the barn with its conversion to become the
triple garage.

We built a connecting hallway from the old garage to the house, framed in
the old doorways and then re-sided to match the house. The renovations went
well and we finish up with a larger kitchen, three bedrooms, a big den,
large bathroom, playroom with suitable shower adjoining. The far room we
left unfinished for the present but will become an office at a later date.

In the mean time we had several offers for the old house and eventually
sold it for $275.000; this covered the costs of the reno of the new
property. The old furniture we got an auctioneer in to look it over and he
said most of this was should sell. We let him have the lot for the next
estate sale. That to our surprise it brought in another $5000.

Moving day was tomorrow so we used our triple sleeping bag for the last
night we also had our last sex in this place, we all got well and truly
fucked. We showered and went to bed. We all slept well that night only to
be woken up by some trucks pulling up outside. When I looked out it was
Tony with a bunch of the reservists and several army trucks. I woke the
others up and said we have a moving crew waiting to start. It sure didn't
take long for everyone to be moving everything into the waiting trucks.

By 10:00 am everything was loaded and on its way, Dad & Keith went to the
new house and Josh and Tony stayed behind to give the place a good clean up
checking all the cupboards etc for anything left behind. I'll do a final
run through later and bring some steps and check the attic and crawl space.

My cell goes and it's Dad asking how we are making out, I said we were just
about to head your way; don't bother at the moment we are taking all the
crew out for brunch at Ruth's Café we will meet you there. Tony hears what
is said and he then grabs me and says Josh I really could enjoy a good
fucking are you up to it – you horny bugger Tony; I'm always ready to
go.

What was good for one was also good for me, Tony you really are good mate
and thanks for organizing our move. It was not me that did this it was a
joint arrangement of the whole crew; just remember we look after reach
other in many ways. Hey Tony we had better get going and join the others.

It took a couple of weeks to get everything sorted out and finally we had a
party to celebrate the move, we had told everyone to bring there sleeping
bag and a foam pad for sleeping on, it will be a BYB party and we will
supply the hamburger and salad. Dress optional or full camouflage. Please
wear boots, as we do not know how safe it is to go bare foot.

Well this weekend went very well, I think everyone had lots of sex with
there mates I know we all did. So the weekend finished up with the general
feeling everyone would like to do this again.

Tony has been suggesting that perhaps the school's Army Cadets should be
invited as we had suitable space and the ground for something different
from what they were used too.

I said I like the idea but no sex to occur; we should talk to the School
Principle Jim Taylor about both a paintball and a maneuver weekend and get
his opinion.

Dad contacted Jim, invited him to our new location, and advised him to wear
boots, I see shall been enjoying myself I will bring some refreshments for
you all and thanks for the invite. I will see you next weekend, what sort
of time do you suggest? How about 9:30 am – sounds good to me I will see
you then.

The following day Jim phones me and asks if just the two of us could sit
down in private. I said no problem where would you like to meet; Jim's
comment was some sort of neutral ground so what about the pub or our Den
and it is designed for private meeting like you are proposing. Would you
mind if I came to your place that would be great and no problem. Jim I have
a suggestion come over a day early and then you can relax and we can have a
few drinks without any problem – your on Roger thanks; I will see you
once I have showered and got changed into more comfortable clothes.

OK Jim look forward to seeing you.

I told my sons what is going on and asked them to have supper at the pub; I
will do supper for Jim and myself here at home. No problems Dad and we will
keep out of the way.

That evening Jim arrived early and so I offered Jim a suitable cocktail,
while I was getting our meal ready. During supper, Jim said I have several
questions I would like to ask if you do not mind.

Go ahead Jim you will not offend me what every you ask me. Jim said I
believe your wife walked out on you when your sons were young that is
correct says Roger.

How difficult has the been for you, actually easier than I ever
expected. My wife had left a letter and on the first night, I showed both
boys the letter. Much to my surprise, they said we are a family, we have to
make adjustments like Friday evening, and Saturday will be house days. We
have to shop, do laundry and clean the house. Sunday to be family day when
we all do things for enjoyment.

So Jim why do you ask? Well I lost my wife due to sickness and I do not
intend to re-marry however, I do enjoy the companionship of men friends and
would like to have sex with a good friend.

Jim that is quiet normal feeling, so have you such a mate that will oblige
you?

Well I like to think I have someone but have not approach him on the
subject, for me it is a difficult subject to discuss and I thank you for
listening to me Roger no problem Jim.

Now I am going to tell you something you may or not agree with, when my
wife took off and in her letter she complained about the fact my sons went
around the house in the nude and they shared the same bed. When both Keith
& Josh asked if I had any problems, I said no however, the one thing I said
make sure you have a house coat handy to the front door.

So Roger do they still do the same I said yes and we now have a king sized
bed and all three of us sleep together. Oh, that is interesting, then do
you have sex with your sons, yes, we all get together frequently, however I
have insisted everyone uses a condoms and tested every three months.

Well Jim I think you need a good stiff drink now, as it has not been easy
for you to spill your feelings.

Jim I have been thinking, why don't you invite you're your mate over on a
Saturday evening for supper as I am assuming you can cook because it does
not need to be anything special. If you have a BBQ could be hamburgers or
steak plus either corn or potato and perhaps some simply salad. Jim says
thanks for your suggestion. You know Roger I really like being involved
with the Army Cadets as I have seen a marked improvement is several of the
guys from basic idiots to young men accepting responsibly and it makes me
feel good.

Actually my mate who has helped with the Army Cadets and he is in the army
reservist and is a great asset. Well Jim a member of that crew arranged our
moving of all our furniture, that is interesting, was that Tony. Yes, it
was and he has no commitments with any partner; however, he does enjoy
having sexual action but always uses condoms and plays safe.

Jim says what a small world it is; please do not say anything however; I am
sure glad we talked.

So Jim what about another good drink and you will have the spare room, and
it has an attached bathroom so you can be very private – thanks Roger
you have put my mind at ease.

Jim goes to bed and I take a shower and head for bed to find both sons
already there and watching a porno tape. As soon as I enter they shut off
the TV and ask what was that all about.

Well I'm sure you will find out pretty soon but for the present Jim has
asked me not to say anything. Anyway Jim is staying here in the spare room
because he has had a fair bit to drink to-night and further more he would
have been back here in the morning so this way he has arrived early.

We slept well the following morning we dressed in our camouflage pants
instead of going nude because Jim was staying with us, Keith & Josh got
breakfast going with bacon & eggs toast and lots of tea.

After everything was tidied up everyone got fully dressed ready for trip to
the woods and such like, we took the opportunity to show Jim our new triple
garage and side it could be used for sleeping it has a fully bathroom
complete with a shower. While we doing this Tony showed up with a trailer
with his ATV's then another reservist Jack came with his ATV.  I stayed
behind and our two army reservist had the chance to see the ground under
the guidance of my sons.

I decided to get a large pot of soup going and made sandwiches for when
everyone return. Once everything was done, I made sure I had enough seating
on our verandah and got the table setup.

I decided to sit down, grabbed a beer, and relaxed; however, that did not
last long because I could the guys heading back so I headed back to the
kitchen made sure the soup was nice and hot and moved the electric soup pot
onto the table, brought the sandwich platter out and checked I had enough
plates and dishes. Put a bunch of beer into the ice cooler enough to two
beers each as everyone showed up.

I noticed that Jim and Tony were doing a lot of talking between themselves
everyone had a quick wash in the outside washroom.

As Jim came up for his soup and sandwich he said to me it is a go Roger and
was asked why did it take me so long. I laughed I'm glad for you, you even
look better.

Jim asks that we keep just between all of us here, and won't make anything
public till I retire next year as working in the schools I could get fired
if it was found out – the school authorities are very narrow minded.

I change the subject some what and ask, Jack in your opinion how many of
the army reservist are gay besides our selves. Jack looks at my sons and
then Tony and finally I would suggest a good 50 % are gay. Tony then says
some of you may have wondered Jim and I held back part of the time – I
will tell you all now but for Jim's benefit this information is to stay
with us and not passed on to anyone else.

Roger I thank you for what you did the other day and you finally got Jim's
mind put at ease, Jim and I plan in the future to live together as partners
once he retires.

Everyone got up and congratulated both of them with many hugs.

Time passes on Jim has retired from the school system, at his retirement
party several comment were made at much seemed to be more relaxed these
days and one question was asked of him – do you have a new partner yes I
do with a big grin on his face – the general comment we are very pleased
for you.

Jim's boss Peter Head the school's superintend I have request for you to
consider please and that is would you still run the schools army cadets as
you have done wonders for those kids by straightening them out in more way
than anyone else has achieved in this school system.

Jim sits there quietly and then stands up folks I have an announcement to
make and this may change your opinion at the complimentary comments you
have made regarding the army cadets.

Somewhere in this room is my partner Tony would come and join me please and
before you ask Tony is a member of the army reservist and has helped out
many times when we have taken the cadets out on maneuvers.

He is a strict man and makes sure the cadets do what is expected of
them. Yes these maneuvers the cadets get really dirty and generally wet it
sorts the wheat out from the chaff but in the end they enjoy themselves and
learn from there mistakes.

So Peter you may wish to withdraw that offer you made and I will understand
– thank you everyone. There's lots of hushed talk and Peter Head stands
up and asks Jim to join him. He shakes Jim's hand and says that offer will
not be with drawn when I make an offer I all ready have got all my fact
together.

The world is changing in outlook and we must keep up with the times and as
a word to all present please remember that Ladies and Gentlemen accept the
fact that the students of today are seeing things in a different light.
