Date: Sat, 16 Feb 2002 16:50:04 EST From: DH2@aol.com Subject: The New dad Part 3 The New Dad Part 3 story written by DH2 This story may contain teen/teen or teen/adult male consensual sex if this not something you wish to read than DON'T. IF you are under the legal age of consent, stop reading now. This is for adults only! This is a story fabricated by me and is only a story. Cody, age 13, Paul, 14, Bob, 24 and a surprise. Dad: I watched in a daze, as Paul walked from my bedroom. He had given me the ride of my life leaving nothing untouched. He had sucked me dry. And then after a loving hug, left me for the night. This was one of the rules that the boys and I had agreed upon. We could play together, but school nights we slept alone. He and Cody had lost so much. Now they were giving me all their attention. They both gave me all the love they had. I wonder if the little that I gave them was enough. My love for the boys was endless, but I was still a little hesitant, shy and yes scared of what these two teens wanted from me. I, as their New Father must give then the love and discipline that would be needed to make them into the proud adults that their parents could have been proud of. The boys also had their own ideas of what they wanted in this time of their lives. Our first weekend at the cabin had been an exciting time for all. I think that the boys were a little scared of my reaction to what they had been doing behind their closed door. Both boys had been experimenting on each other. Both boys could suck a cock better than some adults could. They both had placed fingers in their partner bottoms, but no actual anal sex. Both enjoyed a playful spanking. One of the scariest things that I was asked about by the boys was about tying each other up. It seems that the boys liked to tie each other spread eagle on their beds. The problem was the rope burns that they got when they did it. They had found that a pair of socks left on their feet and a pair on their hands took care of the problem. They wanted a better answer to the problem. I loved hearing them talk, and told them that I liked their inventiveness. I also told them that their father had tried bondage in his teens. I told them that we could look into a set of wrist and ankle restraints sometime in the future, eliminating their rope burn problem. Now that Cody and Paul knew that I wasn't upset about their experimenting, the boys asked me to be their new teacher. They wanted to try more things, but wanted to do it safely with my help. I agreed that was a good idea and started laying the groundwork of rules for safe play. Cody at the age of thirteen was to be my biggest challenge. Paul wanted to learn more things, but Cody seemed to be the most persistent for the topic of bondage. He must have asked twenty questions that night about bondage and another ten about sex. He was also the one that had the biggest appetite for physical contact. I answered all the questions that I could and assured him that I would research the rest. I did lay down the law that the web sites for adults only were now to be visited ONLY with my knowledge and consent. Breaking of the rule would lead to NO COMPUTER for a month. Cody: I love being tied up spread eagle on my bed. Paul and I have played that way for a year now. We call it playing hostage. Paul says that I am better at tying knots then him. I think he says that because he is scared that he tying me too tight and will hurt me. I have dreamed of being a slave, tied and spanked. I woke up after one dream with cum filled boxer shorts. My question is, "Why do I like to dream of that?" I just haven't come to an appropriate answer yet. Paul loves to play spank me. I get so excited that he just can't believe it. I have cum in his lap, while he was giving me one of his spankings. Paul must have laughed at me for five minuets that day. He has never let me forget that day, and truthfully, I love to be reminded. I love my brother with all my heart and my new Dad is a close second. I really miss my mother and father a lot, but my new life will be very special, I think. Paul and I must sit down and figure out the rules that we want in our lives. Our new Dad said that we could set up the rules. ALL of us would have to agree to the rules so that we were in complete agreement. The rules must include discipline. Our father had started using a belt on our bare bottoms. Our new Dad said that would still happen, just not as often. Our new Dad said that he believed that we all could form a strong bond. The use of corporal Punishment was only to be a small part of that bond. Now, I hope that we can find that special ground where love and discipline are accepted by us all. Paul: I fell to sleep last night knowing that my new dad loved me. He had already proven that in simple actions. I knew that no matter what the problem he would help me or my brother. If he couldn't do it himself he would find someone like my math tutor to help. I still miss my mother and father. But, I know that they would not be happy if I didn't get on with my life. With that thought I fell to sleep in peace. I awoke the next morning realizing that I no longer had to dread going to school. My fear of failing math was gone with the knowledge that I had my tutor to keep my grade up. My feeling of being a failure was almost gone. I was sure that I would succeed in passing that math class along with my grade. I could hear my new Dad in the shower. I walked to my brother's room and woke him with a gentle poke in the ribs. He groaned, but was getting up from the bed as I walked to the kitchen. I started coffee brewing and got out, orange juice milk and the assorted cold cereal that was to be our breakfast. The coffee was brewed when Dad and Cody walked into the kitchen. Dad gave me a hug and a kiss with a "good morning" and a big smile. I guess that coffee made me a few extra points with my new dad. I just hope that Moms lesson was remembered. The test was yet come, if he drank it, I passed, if he didn't I guess I'd need a refresher course on coffee 101. His smile never left his face after that first sip. Yes, I did it right, I passed, Thanks Mom. Dad: I stood in the shower that second weekday morning of the boys living in my home. I was totally confused. I started with thoughts of Cody, and then in the middle of that thought of Paul. I never completed one thought before another was started. I need my morning coffee, should have started it before I showered. I must get on with planning of a number of things. I must contact the insurance company and the attorney about the boy's parents estate, the boy's inheritance. I must talk to the boys about a summer vacation. We could go hiking and camping if they really want to. I love to hike and they seemed to enjoy it last weekend. My thoughts were again interrupted when Cody knocked and asked to if he could come in and use the toilet. He really needed to pee. I told him to come ahead, just don't flush for I didn't want to get scalded. I finished my shower and got out to dry, as Cody finished his morning pee. We talked of school, his report on slavery that he was working on, and things that we needed to get accomplished when we got home tonight. Cody and I walked to the kitchen together. I couldn't believe it; the smell of coffee was in the air. I was real happy and wearing a big smile when we entered the kitchen. Paul had done some magic; I poured coffee in a cup. I hugged Paul and gave him a kiss and smile. You would have thought I gave him a million dollars. He watched me take the first sip of coffee with a nervous smile and then his face lit up as I continued to finish the whole cup. He made better coffee then I do. Breakfast was a quiet event. We all had our own thoughts as we finished the cereal and juice or coffee for me. I planned some of the things for my day. With your own business, it never works out exactly the way you plan TOO many unknown things for the equation. The time was quarter past seven; little did I know that at that moment, my day and all our lives had just been changed without our knowledge. I dropped the boys off at school, having confirmed our plan for Paul to ride the bus to Mr. Johnson's for more math help, and Cody would take the bus to the Store and ride home with me. We would pick Paul up from his lesson on the way home. My dashboard clock read half past eight when I arrived at the store. The police car parked in my parking lot was highly unusual, but I thought, perhaps he was an early customer. At the tender age of nine years old, Ryan knew what child abuse was. In a fit of temper, last night, his father used a belt on his young bare bottom until it was bleeding. Ryan had thought of running away from home, but could think of no where to run. His bottom hurt so much that he wasn't sure he could have run or if he could get out of the house. After he had finished with using the belt on Ryan, his father had locked Ryan in his room. The man then started beating on his wife. Ryan's mother was too small to do much accept take the beating. It was seven o'clock the next morning that Ryan's mother made the decision to call the police. She couldn't let Ryan get another beating, it was sure to kill him. She thought that her husband was still asleep, but he wasn't. She made the call, the police were coming, but it was to be her last thing that she did on this green earth for her young son. When she put the phone down, and looked up, there was her husband stood. The pistol never wavered. He shot his wife in the head as the Police car stopped in the driveway. Police Officer Tom Brown I heard a shot and a moment later a second shot. I called for back-up and checked through a window. I knew that there were only three occupants in the house. I could see a woman on the floor and a man beside her. The gun lay beside the fallen man. I called for an ambulance and opened the front door as more officers converged on the address. We check the house carefully. I found Ryan, hiding in the closet, crying and scared to death. For Ryan the abuse was over, but he was now an orphan. I found Ryan at ten minutes past seven this fateful day. The ambulance took over and took him for treatment at the hospital at quarter past seven. The official letter was found at half past seven. That letter was to trigger a series of unusual events. The letter requested the immediate notification of Attorney at Law, James Button, in case of the death of both parents. The Department of Child Welfare was notified of Ryan's health and the murder, suicide of his parents. The department was also given the letter of requested notification. James Button was notified of the death of the parents and Ryan's abuse at five after eight that morning. He informed the Social Services that he had legal Court documents that would place Ryan in a secure and loving home. I was then asked to go to a computer store and find the owner, Bob Smith. I was to explain the details of what had happened that morning and then have him contact Mr. Button. I watched as Bob Smith entered the store parking lot. He had a large smile on his face as I approached him. I watched as his smile disappeared. I explained what had happened and watched the face for reaction. The face showed shock, as tears started, in the eyes, then a look of disbelief and finally of total disgust. I knew then that this man could give Ryan the love that he would need. I was in complete amazement of the events that morning. The red tape and bureaucracy had been dissolved. The normal course of action would have taken days to get this far. This had all happened in one and one half-hours. Miracles shall never cease to amaze me. Bob: I greeted Officer Brown that morning, thinking that he was just an early customer. I then listened as he explained his official reason for his presence. I have never been a good poker player. Everyone knows that I wear my true emotions on my face. I started with total shock at the waste of two lives by murder and then the cowardly suicide. I then felt the total contempt for a father that would beat a nine-year-old son with a belt. The spanking was Abuse, pure and simple. Discipline was one thing, Abuse was another. Using a belt as the officer described it was totally uncalled for. Then, Officer Brown really got my attention. He informed me that I needed to call an attorney name James Button. The officer had been told that I had been named as Ryan's guardian. How could that be possible? I called the attorney, and he asked that I come to his office immediately. I asked for details, but he said "Not on the phone". He also made it very clear that this must be taken care of this morning. I made the arrangements with my store manager to be gone for the day. She could call me on my cell phone if necessary. I had only Officer Brown's words to go on. I had no real idea why this was so important. I walked into Mr. Button's office and listened as the man spoke. I couldn't believe my ears; this had to be a dream or nightmare. Ryan: The officer that found me picked me up from the closet and carried me to an ambulance outside our home. I heard people talking, but paid no attention. I remember being laid on my side as someone check me over in the ambulance. The next thing was we were moving down the street. I was asked a lot of questions. I answered all that I could. The next minute we were at the hospital and a doctor was asking me what had happened to me. I told him the truth, not caring what was going to happen to Dad. The doctor gave me a shot and that was the last thing that I remembered, until I awoke to see a stranger sitting next to my hospital bed. Cody: I heard the whispers as I walked down the hall at school. Two people were dead and a boy in the hospital. It was in my second class of the day that our teacher informed us that the story was about my good friend, Ryan. Ryan's father had abused him and killed his mother, before killing himself. I have known Ryan since the day he was born. Four years younger than me, and still one of my best friends. We have done a lot of things together, including camping in our back yards. His father was always a little too rough on Ryan. My own father had threatened to turn him into the police if he didn't stop the abuse. As I sat there in class, I started to cry for my best friend. When my teacher asked about my tears, I explained for the whole class. I found that my true friends supported me that day, only the fools thought of me as a baby. At the end of class, moving down the hall I saw my brother Paul. Paul and I talked about Ryan, and wondered how badly he had been hurt. We hoped that someone would take good care of our friend, for he would need a lot of love. Someone to give him a chance at a better life. Bob: Why had this mother picked me to be guardian of her child? I had never really known her. The letter that Mr. Button gave to me from Ryan's mother stated that she had made her decision based on some simple facts and hoped that I would understand. The first thing was that Ryan was a very good friend of my new son Cody. Ryan knew and got along with my second son, Paul. The second reason was my interaction with my two new sons. She had seen my loving and caring for the boys the day of my brothers funeral. Ryan's mother contacted Mr. Button the day after the funeral and set the wheels in motion. She had court documents signed by a judge, giving me permanent custody of Ryan. Ryan's father had signed the document as well. The death of herself and her husband would leave Ryan without a guardian. She had purposely made certain that would never happen. The only thing that she gambled on was my acceptance of her son. She had told Mr. Button that she was positive that I could and would accept the challenge of raising her son. As I finished the letter, Mr. Button handed me a manila folder. I opened the folder to find the court papers, all signed. Mr. Button told me that Social Services could still investigate, but it was unlikely that they could break the documents, since it was the parent's last request. The judge had signed those papers over a month ago. I never thought that children were to be a part of my life. I love all boys with a passion, but being gay, I never thought this could happen. I wonder what my sons, Cody and Paul will think of this development in their lives. We haven't had time to settle in to our new lives together and now we add another. It was time to see what my new boy looked like and how long he was to be in the hospital. Rules of emergency medicine are made to protect the patient. But, one of those rules allows for the treatment of a minor child without an adult signature, if the adult isn't available. The police and social service made it very plain that this was one of those cases and the doctor had acted accordingly. The emergency room doctor that morning asked Ryan only the absolutely necessary questions. He could see that Ryan was in a lot of pain. X- rays were taken and then after checking the boy over carefully, a single shot was given. A shot that put the boy to sleep. I arrived an hour after that shot. I informed the doctor that I was now Ryan's guardian. He informed me after looking at my court papers, that Ryan was going to be a very sore boy. Ryan had bruising to his ribs and stomach area, but his bottom was the worst. The belt had left lacerations, but the bruising had turned his bottom into a black mass. He had cleaned Ryan's bottom up completely and covered it with an anti-biotic cream to fight infection. After, Ryan woke up he would stay on minor pain medication until he was released from the hospital. That release could be tomorrow, if his condition allowed, but there would be no school for at least one week. I walked into the Ryan's room stunned by what I had heard. Lying in the bed was a boy lover's dream. Blond hair cut short in the style most boys were wearing. Ryan couldn't have weighed sixty pounds. His eyes were closed, but the doctor told me to beware. This boy had the most intense blue eyes that he had ever seen in the world. It was to be three hours before Ryan would wake up and see me sitting next to him. I asked about a cup of coffee and was given directions to a small coffee shop. I told the nurse that I would be right back. I called the store and talked to my store manager and found out that everything was quiet. She was having no problems and would call if something came up that needed my attention. I bought a large coffee and a donut and went back to see if my newest son was awake yet. I wanted to be there for him when he woke up. The doctor said that no one had told the boy that both his parents were gone. The doctor had assumed that Ryan had known. Officer Brown hadn't told him. I decided that I must be sure that Ryan understood that they were gone and that he knew that he didn't have to worry about a home. Paul: Cody and a bunch of our friends settled at a lunch table. We had heard that our friend Ryan was in the hospital and that his father had killed Ryan's mother and himself that morning. After, a lot of heated discussion, a teacher asked us to tone it down a little. The one thing that we all agreed on was that we hope that our friend was going to be all right. A lot of Ryan's friends thought that he might be better off now than he had been. I do know that Ryan had always been scared of his father and that this wasn't the first time he had been beaten. I could only hope that Ryan got to be with a loving and caring family, just like me. Bob: As I sat by Ryan's bed watching him sleep; I made plans for him a room to sleep in at home. I would need to recruit the boys to help clean my storage room out. It would give me a reason to throw out a bunch of junk. I thought again of my two sons, I would need to do some thinking, before they left school today. Should, I get them both from school or let them do what we had planned? I looked up at Ryan to see two very intense blue eyes looking at me. Ryan wore that look of a very frightened and confused little boy. One thing I noticed in those eyes, he was ready to fight. "Hi, Ryan. My Name is Bob Smith. I am Cody and Paul's new Dad." I saw the look of relief come to his face. But he was still very alert and ready. "Ryan, I won't lie to you about anything. I expect the same from you. I know that my boys are good friends with you. I need you to trust me and listen to what I need to tell you." I saw a slight frown at my choice of words. I moved my hand out so that I could lightly hold on to Ryan's hand. "Ryan, I have some very bad news for you. Ryan, this morning your mother called the police to tell them about your being abused. She also told them that your father had beaten her last night. She asked that they come and arrest him. Just as Officer Brown got to your house there were gun shots. "Ryan, Your father killed your mom and then killed himself." I thought that Ryan was going to break my hand he gripped it so tight. He broke down and cried as I held on to his hand and he held onto my mine. I got up slowly from my chair and hugged him to me. When he had settled down I continued talking to him. "Ryan, I am very sorry about what happened to your parents." Ryan, your mother was a very smart lady. "Your mom made arrangements for you to have a place to stay. A place where she felt that you could grow and be loved." I knew that look on Ryan's face, the look of confusion and mild hope that something good might happen, even with all the pain. Cody still gets that look when he remembers something about his parents. "Ryan, you will be living with Cody, Paul and I at our house. I hope that we can become a family together." The look on his face changed, he wanted my offer so badly he could taste it. Ryan: I was on an emotional roller coaster. I was afraid of this stranger, until he said he was Cody's new Dad. Then I remembered where I had seen him before. I felt a little safer knowing he who he was. Cody had told me that he was great. Then he told me about Mom and Dad. I couldn't believe that my father was so selfish. He had ruined my life one last time this morning. He just couldn't leave Mom alone, with me. He always said that I would die without my mother to protect me. Mom had died protecting me, for that I will always be grateful. I hope that father rots in hell. I was crying so hard, they could hear me across town probably. Then, this man was holding me. My father had rarely hugged me. I really felt better when he said that I would live with him, Cody and Paul. I hoped he was right when he said that we would be a family. "Sir, I would like it a lot, if you would let me live with you and the boys. I promise to be good and I won't be a problem. You won't even know that I am there." The look on Mr. Smith face was one of amazement. I wasn't sure what I had said to cause that. Bob: "Ryan, you will be living with us. You will have a room of your own to sleep in and keep clean. You will have some chores to do, just like the other boys do. I expect that you will behave. If you don't behave you will be punished. I also expect that you to act like any other nine-year-old boy would growing up." I sat and talked to Ryan till he had fallen back to sleep. I looked at my watch and realized that Cody would be out of school soon. I quietly left the room and explained to the nurse that I had to go to my store and get my son. I also had to make the arrangements for the next week at the store. I would need to stay home with Ryan since he would not be allowed to go back to school. I told the nurse to tell Ryan if he woke up that I would be back, but not to speak of my sons. I wanted Ryan to be surprised when Cody and Paul walked in. I got to the store and looked over some papers that my manager had laid on my desk. I called my manager over and we discussed my being gone for the next ten days. We decide between us that she would call me each night to update me on the events of the day. She would call me during the day only if she a major problem that she couldn't handle. I know for a fact that she didn't need me very often, she was the best in three counties. I call Frank Johnson and made arrangements with him to explain to Paul about Ryan. Frank would bring Paul to me at the hospital after the math tutoring session was over. I told Frank about Ryan being my newest family member, but told him not to tell Paul. I wanted to do that myself. Frank said that he would help in any way that I needed. I thanked him and was just putting the phone down when I saw Cody come into the store with a very determined look on his young teen face. Cody: I left school and got onto the School bus that would take me to Dad's store. I thought about Ryan during the ride and was determined that I would get Dad to find out about his injuries and take me to see my friend if possible. I was ready and determined to fight for the answers. When I saw my new dad setting at his desk a quiet calm came over me. I was still determined, but realized that Dad would do everything possible without me yelling. I gave Dad a hug and then started my request. "Dad, My best friend Ryan is in the hospital. Could you please call and find out how badly that he is hurt. I have been worried all day." I watched as Dad shook his head. What was going on here? I was ready to start the next phase of my assault, but Dad grabbed me and hugged me. Dad: I couldn't believe my ears. The news of Ryan's hospitalization had reached the school. I shook my head in amazement for a minute. I looked at Cody and saw the storm clouds forming and knew that I had better defuse it in a hurry. I pulled Cody into a hug as I looked into the eyes of an upset teenager. "Cody just sit still, and listen for a couple of minutes. Cody, I don't need to call the hospital. Ryan is a very sore boy, from where his father gave him a beating. Ryan has some sore ribs and his stomach is a little tender. But it is his bottom that is the worst. He won't be able to go back to school for the next ten days. Ryan's father killed his wife and himself this morning." As I spoke the expression on Cody's face softened. "Cody, I will always help you boys in any way possible, as long as it is legal to do so. Cody, I wasn't shaking my head, NO, earlier I was amazed that you knew about Ryan from school. Now, do your homework and we will go see Ryan at the hospital." Cody jumped up from my lap only to grab me in a hug and say thank you as he started his homework at my conference table. He worked for about thirty minutes and then asked me to look it over. It was well done and correct. I watched as he threw all his books back into his backpack. We then left the store hand in hand to see Ryan. Paul: I got off the bus at Mr. Johnson's house and walked up the driveway. Frank was waiting with the front door open. I was thinking of Ryan and it must have shown, because Frank asked what was on my mind. The smile on Frank's face as I told him about Ryan, was a little strange. It was almost as if he knew what was going to be said before I said it. When I finally stopped talking, Frank told me about Ryan and the hospital. He also informed me that we were to meet Dad and Cody at the hospital later. He would take me there after we had completed my math. I jumped up and gave him a hug and thanked him. We worked on my math for the half-hour that Frank had decided on and then we left for the hospital. Ryan: When I awoke from my nap, my new guardian was gone. The nurse explained that he had to leave for a few minutes, but he had left me a message that he would be back. I know that he owns the computer store and that he is probably there. He would need to take care of business and not me all the time. The nurse helped me out of my bed and watched as I walked down the hall half way and back to my bed. The doctor wanted me to walk a little to keep my muscles from cramping. I was sweating so badly that it was running off me. I have never felt so weak in my life. The nurse helped me change into a clean dry gown. When she reopened the door, I was surprised to see Cody standing there with a great big grin on his face. Bob came in and sat down in the chair and listened to Cody and I talk. Cody talked about the happenings at school today and how everyone wanted to know about my condition. Cody and I must have talked almost an hour and then Paul walked in with another gentleman that I had never met before. I was introduced to Frank Johnson and it was explained that he tutored Paul in math. Frank had to get back home. Paul looked at me and smiled as he gave his Dad a hug. I watched them carefully, wishing that I were the one getting the hug. Bob: I watched and listened to Cody talk to one of his best friends. Ryan did a lot of listening, answering questions. He asked a few questions and things were going well. Ryan had said nothing about my being his guardian. Frank walked in with Paul and I introduce him to Ryan. I explained who he was and why Paul was with him. After Frank had left to go home the fun started. Paul gave me a hug. I could read the look on Ryan's face. He wanted that hug himself, he needed to know that the boys were behind his coming to live with us. I whispered to Paul, that he should carefully give his new brother a hug. I thought that Ryan really needed it. Paul gave me a look of amazement and his eyes just sparkled. I gave him a little push towards Ryan, as I reached out and pulled Cody to me. I looked Cody in the eyes and whispered in his ear that Ryan needed a hug from his new brother. I thought that I was going to need the doctor with the squeal of delight that came from that boy. I watched as Cody hugged Ryan. Then when all three were looking at me, I explained the history of my day and what I expected in the near future. Paul: I almost missed those whispered words. Give your new brother a hug? I turned around and gave Ryan a hug and then it hit me. The penny finally dropped, I knew then what he had meant. Cody squealed and I knew that Dad had told him. Ryan would come to live with us and be my little brother. "Welcome, to our family little brother." Cody: I watched as Paul was pushed toward Ryan. He had a weird look in his eye, as if something hadn't quite registered. Dad pulled me into his lap and whispered. I know everyone heard my squeal of joy. Hope that I didn't hurt Dad too much. As I turned to give my hug to my new brother, the look in Paul's face showed that he had the same conclusion. Ryan: It seemed to happen in slow motion. Paul hugged Bob and then was given a push toward me. Paul had just given me a hug when Cody squealed. Before the hug was complete, I heard the words that made my day complete. "Welcome, to our family little brother." Cody hugged me and I could see the tears of joy in his eyes. This was to be the start of a long recovery and a new life for me. I would now have a New Dad and brothers. Your comments are welcome at DH2@AOL.com Special Thanks to all that have e-mail me. I found a wide range of ages enjoying this story.
