Asher's POV
=========================================================================
“So let me get
this straight?” I ask Diamonte, “You thought I was dead
so you just went Lorena Bobbitt on that gown?”
I'd heard
of the Prima Rose. I mean it was hard not to when I was working
here. Everyone had whispers about it. You would think it was what
Jesus would be wearing at the 2nd coming if Jesus was into
fashion. Hell I guess that would mean Jesus had to be into drag too.
Still---the point was the Prima Rose was a big deal and Diamonte
just destroyed it.
“Oh God,” is all Diamonte can say to respond.
Diamonte almost losses his balance but luckily I'm able to catch him in my arms stopping him from fainting. The other B&R employees are gathering around the fabric. There is this sense of complete doom and gloom in the room at that moment. It is fucking ridiculous.
I honestly can't
help but to laugh at that moment.
“Yo this some funny shit,” I admit.
Diamonte hits
me. First it's just a slap on the arm. Then he is boxing me in the
arm. I find myself being backed up. Diamonte is a slim guy and I
like to think of myself as somewhat muscular. I don't expect for his
punches to hurt as much as they do but by the time I'm against the
wall I am literally not sure whether to laugh or scream in pain.
“This shit
isn't funny! This is all your fucking fault,” Diamonte
responds.
“Relax.
C`mon.”
I grab Diamonte and pull him away from the
onlookers. Some of the employees are really looking at Diamonte like
they are ready to start a coo and revolt. They are looking like they
have this glimpse of madness. I am trying not to laugh at how
everyone is reacting to this. By the time we get upstairs though I
can't help but to break out in laugh as we are sitting in his office.
Diamonte is sitting at the desk.
“I destroyed
it. I destroyed the Prima Rose. Neverland quit. I never...EVER had
an assistant quit.”
“Well I kind of quit before
but---”
“Not the time,” he warns me.
His face is dead
serious.
I know to back
down as I nod and stare at the floor, “Not the time.”
“Why
aren't you dead?” he asks me soberly.
“You sound
disappointed,” I respond, “What kind of question is
that?”
Diamonte looks at the ground. He seems to be
going through a lot. I'm amused but also kind of touched that he
reacted like that because he thought I was dead. Diamonte's craft
was what meant the most in the world to him and the fact that he had
destroyed his most valuable work because of me proved something that
I didn't know could be proven.
Diamonte wasn't
some icy cold work horse.
Diamonte had a soul.
“I thought you
died in the car,” he explains, “You were getting head
from that boy.”
I shake my head at that moment, “I'm
sorry about that. I honestly couldn't do it. As soon as you left I
left. Remus decided to be an asshole and take my place. Kind of
feel bad about it. Remus died in that accident. Not me. This is
all kind of cute though...”
I'm smiling. I can't
help it.
I”m
looking over at Diamonte. He is on his chair. He's pouting. I'm
standing over him, leaning against his desk and looking down at him.
I'm measuring those lips of his. I'm staring at his unique jawbone
and the way his lower lips reflects light when he looks sad. He has
sharp eyes that always seem to be focused. He has a handsome
attractive demeanor that was always so cool and collected until
minutes ago. I'd never seen Diamonte lose his cool and honestly that
was amazing.
Diamonte raises an
eyebrow and looks at me, “Cute? Really?”
I shrug
and nod, “Yeah. You care about me. Admit it.”
He
starts making excuses, “I felt guilty and---”
“Admit
it.”
“I've been working really hard on the line
and have just been exchausted to the point of madness--”
I
grab Diamonte, pick him up and pin him up against the wall. I press
my body up against his. I grind my crotch onto his crotch. My eyes
are focused on his. My lips are inches away from him. I breathe
slow up against his neck, letting him feel my warm breath tickle him.
I watch as he squirms underneath me. His entire body is wanting me.
I feel his chest up against my chest. His heart is beating faster
and faster every time I take a breath.
He exhales and I catch it with an open mouth, inhaling his deep breath.
“Admit it,”
I tell him again, “Admit you care.”
Diamonte is so stubborn. He raises an eyebrow. He bites his lower lip and it drives me crazy when I see him slowly sucking on that sexy lower lip of his, getting it nice and wet and releasing it. He looks at me at that moment.
And immediately I can't take it anymore. I started off by seducing him but him biting on his lip has driven my hormones crazy. My dick is immediately hard in my pants and I'm grinding it into Diamonte's lower thigh. Diamonte exhales again. This time my mouth is there to engulf his breath. I press my lips up against his lips. He is resistant so I push my tongue into his mouth until he parts his lips. As soon as I get his lips open we clash.
I lift him up, wrap him around my torso. I walk him to the desk and use my left hand to throw all the papers on his desk on the floor.
“I needed
those!”
“I'll make sure not to nut on them,”
I promise.
I'm kissing his neck at that moment. Each inch lower I get the more Diamonte loosens up. His shirt is the first to come off. I don't know where I toss it. His pants and underwear come off just as easily. He's butt naked in front of me on his desk and I stare at him in all his glory. Diamonte has one of those tight thin bodies. I look at it and I'm immediately turned on.
I find myself
turning him around so that he is on all hands and knees. His ass is
arched up in the perfect position for my tongue. I eat him out
aggressively long stroking him with my tongue. Diamonte clutches so
hard onto the wood on his desks that I hear cracking noises as he
splinters it.
“Jesus.”
He's
gone religious and his puckering asshole is soaking with saliva. I
don't hesitate to drop my jeans to my ankles, climb on the desk with
him and mount him. I push my 10 inch cock into his asshole. In the
position that I am in I am more dipping it into his asshole. I allow
my dick to dwell deep into his walls. He breaths in for a minute.
He's tenses up. I can feel how tense he is against my member. His
asshole is so tight and it just lets me know that not a lot of people
have been in here.
I begin to fuck him slow and steady on the desk. He engages me with pants and winces of pain every once in a while. It turns me on to know that he is struggling to find the balance between pain and pleasure.
Either way I
know from the moment that Diamonte turns around and looks back at me
that I'm in love with him.
“Damn
you're sexy right now,” I let him know.
He is looking
back at me as I dig in him and he's biting his lip desperately
without any words telling me to go harder, deeper and faster.
I start fucking
Diamonte like there is no tomorrow because at that moment I don't
care if there is or not. All I care about is making sure that
Diamonte never will experience dick like this in his world. I want
him to worship my dick. I want him to fall over and praise my dick.
I want my dick to be so sinful for him that he has to give it up for
Lent. I want him to go home for Thanksgiving and when everyone asks
him what he's thankful for he says, “Asher's dick game.”
I bury my dick deep in him. I push my limits struggling to hold back my nut so that I can make sure that Diamonte is sexually fulfilled.
I deep in and
out. I stroke. I wind my dick in him. I claw at his back. I bite
his neck. I squeeze his dick. I make sure he's getting his.
And in the end...when we both have nutted and fallen over one another...there is nothing but smiles.
Diamonte's nut is everywhere...including on some of his paperwork.
“Well...there
goes your promise.”
He's laying there on his desk with me. The man who only cares about work could care less about work right now.
“Hey I
promised that I wouldn't nut on your stuff. I didn't promise that
you wouldn't,” I tell him.
“Fine. It's
just work.”
“Say that again. I think I just heard
something impossible.”
He stares at me, smiles slowly,
leans his head back in satisfaction and lets out a deep sigh, “It's
just work. You just promise me you'll never scare me like that
again.”
I look at Diamonte. I can't help but to get up
at that moment, crawl over him and smile, “Admit that you care
about me.”
Diamonte smiles. It's clear he does but it's
also clear he's playing with me.
“We'll have
enough time to talk about our future once I cancel this show.”
I
raise an eyebrow, “Not that I don't like all this talk about
our future, but why are you canceling your show.”
“Did
you miss me going crazy with a pair of scissors on the Prima Rose?”
Diamonte asks me.
“You designed
the other dresses. You are short one dress. You'll be fine.”
“The
Prima Rose was the star.”
“So just have someone
recreate it.”
“Impossible,” he responds,
“Remus is dead remember.”
“You have a slew
of designers downstairs.”
“None of them can
recreate it,” he tells me, “They just aren't good
enough.”
“Don't cancel the show baby.”
“Baby?”
I
didn't even realize I call him that. It came second nature. A part
of me is proud of myself after I say it. Instead of taking it back I
fix my face in an attempt to look like I meant to say it. I try to
make sure that my confidence comes out.
I grab Diamonte,
hold on tight to his ass, “Like I said. Baby. And like I
said...don't cancel the show. I got you.”
“With
what?”
“You trust me?”
He looks at
me, “Asher...”
“You trust me?”
He
sighs for a minute, “Yeah. Yeah I trust you.”
Diamonte's POV
“You've lost your mind. Making your dick model the creative director of your show,” Ja'Kar tells me, “Best friend I would have thought you'd learn by now that these dicks are useless...”
My best friend is sitting next to me. As usual we are shading each other back and forth. I'm front row. With all the stress I've been going through Asher stepped up and told me that he wanted to take it from there. Never in my life had I put my future in the hands of someone else like this before. I'm standing here and right now I'm shocked that I am actually trusting this guy.
Ja'Kar has a point. But I'll never let him know it.
“I'll take my
chances,” I state, “I figured you'd say that anyway. The
rumors must be true. You're changing your name to Ja'karia.”
I
turn to the left after my side remark. I see Ja'Kar struggle to etch
out a smile through his grimace.
“Actually
I'm not becoming a woman. Although I heard your new line appeals to
all sorts of Drag Queens.”
I turn to him. This asshole.
“No. My new
line just appeals to real queens. It's a real portrait of
excellence,” I smile, “You should be familiar with
painting. Rumor has it on a late night your bedsheets are
covered with all shades of brown.”
I smile. He smiles
back.
Ja'Kar nods, “That's
cute Diamonte. I must say I enjoy that we can keep a sense of humor.
I'll have to remember that sense of humor when I see your joke of a
line come down the runway.”
He puts on his darkest
glasses and stares at the runway.
“Oh you can
laugh all you want---just don't gag. Even though I've heard you
power bottoms never have that problem.”
Ja'Kar smiles,
“Asher would know. We share everything---don't we best
friend?”
I roll my eyes. Normally a petty dig like that would get underneath my skin but for the first time I realize ----I trust Asher. There was no way in hell he slept with Ja'Kar. There is nothing that Ja'Kar can say to ruin this moment. He wanted to take digs and be petty. That was fine.
So instead of
continuing to go back and forth with him---for the first time
ever---I just let Ja'Kar win.
“You know
what? You're not my bestfriend. And honestly I'm tired of us faking
like we can't stand each other.”
Ja'Kar puts his hand on
his chest and gasps, “Where is this coming from?”
He acts like he honestly doesn't know where this is coming from. I guess there is no reason for me to continue to be fake right now. For the first time in my life I was actually happy. I was content.
I didn't need
the negativity.
“Enjoy the
show Ja'Kar.”
I get up and go find a seat far away from
him and his negativity. I find a seat next to Allison. After Ox was
arrested I expected her to really hate me but she honestly felt
liberated by him. She welcomes me with open arms when I come and sit
next to her. I see Ja'Kar steaming from across the room. If I knew
just getting up and walking away from him would cause this kind of
reaction I would have done it a long time ago. Ja'Kar is speechless.
He doesn't know what to do.
“I really wish I could have been in your show?” Allison states.
“Asher
didn't contact you?”
“Yeah but he said he had
someone else in mind for the final look,” Allison explains, “He
says with everything that happened with Ox it's probably best that I
don't get put in the final look.
I'm a little confused. Allison was always the face of Bautista and Rose.
“Any news
on Ox?” I ask.
“He's
getting charged with murder along with Sebastian. I think that's
what they deserve,” she explains, “Now all that's left is
for B&R to kill this and come back on top.”
My heart is racing. I feel so distracted.
“Everything
rides on Asher.”
Allison seems hesitant. I don't know
whether it's because Asher didn't give her the final look to wear.
Truth is I hadn't even seen the final look.
“I thought you
would be a little more scared. Especially since he hired Alessa
Bautista to walk the runway with the final look.”
My
mouth drops.
I look over at
Allison, “You fucking with me!”
Allison shakes her
head at that moment, “Naw...I'm not. You didn't know?”
“Not the same Alessa Bautista who I witnessed fall off the treadmill, pop a medicine ball, and drink coke out of a water bottle all in one workout.”
Alessa sighs,
“Exactly. Who know all it took to be a model would be to get
fat, furious and fashionless?”
The lights dim. Music is
playing. The show is starting.
No. No. NO!
I
refuse to allow this to happen.
I refuse to let
Asher completely destroy my fucking show with fat ass Alessa
Bautista.
“Excuse
me.”
Allison smiles, “I'd run if I were you.”
I
get off the stage. The event is packed. There were editors here.
There were critics. There were other designers. Fucking Ja'Kar was
sitting front row. There was no way in hell we could just fuck this
up like this.
I feel like I'm
about to cry when I run back stage.
Luckily I don't
have to go too far to find him.
Asher is holding a microphone. He is in a nice suit...tailor made. I'm actually shocked by this. He isn't bearing half his chest and trying to look overly sexy like usual. He comes out looking smooth and put together. I have to admit looking at him my heart skips a beat.
Asher smiles
when he sees me, “I was wondering how long it was going to take
for you to run back here freaking out.”
“Alessa.
You hired Alessa as a model.”
Asher raises an eyebrow,
“Bae...that was a surprise.”
“She's a
fucking Hippotomus. That's a BIG ass surprise to hide. Literally.
A huge ass. What the fuck am I selling? Maternity gowns?”
“You
trust me.”
“NO!” I respond at that moment,
“I wanted to make art Asher. You knew how important this was
to me.”
Asher grabs my hand. He pulls me in at that
moment, “Trust me. I got the same boy who made your suit to
make this dress. It pulls in some of the elements that you sketched
and adds some unique ones of my own. I mean the boy is great. He's
like 15 but---”
Did he just say he had a 15 year old sew a look for my collection?
“Oh
god.”
“Diamonte...what's wrong.”
“I'm
having a panic attack! Oh god...Oh GOD!”
“Boy
come the fuck over here.”
Asher pulls me close. He
grabs me by the smalls of my back. He aligns his face with me. He
kisses me. First it's hard but soon it softens. Soon he's making
love to me with his mouth. The soft kiss seems to ease the internal
struggle going on in my mind. I breathing starts to regulate. I
start to come down to earth.
“Asher---”
“Listen.
Alessa Bautista is the last Bautista left. The company is called
B&R. I understand she's bigger and sometimes you need to realize
that art comes in all shapes and sizes. Stop letting the fashion
world dictate to you what's beautiful. According to people in the
fashion world you and me shouldn't be together? I should probably
just be some guy you are sleeping with on the side while you are with
some rich guy. Right?”
Asher sounds smart. It kind of
scares me actually. I don't expect him to sound so smart.
“Right,” I state.
“So let go.
Live a little. Live for once. What do you think the meaning of life
is?”
“Is that a trick question?”
“No---just
answer it. What do you think the meaning of life is?”
I
struggle.
“I've always
said that perception is the reason she holds her head up. The Look
is the reason she smiles.”
He nods at that moment,
“There's one thing you're missing from that. Love. Love is
the reason that she keeps breathing. So I took the best parts of you
Diamonte. I took the perception, the look and I took the love. I
rolled them all into one. I'm not trying to downplay and cheapen
your art like Alexander did. Perception is pride. The Look is
happiness. But you can't forget love. You can't...forget
love.”
I'm scared. I'm terrified. All I could see were
the critics blasting B&R and saying my clothing deserved to be in
some discount department store.
“I'm
afraid.”
Just at that moment an event planner walks up.
She looks over at Asher, “We're on in 5.”
“5
minutes?”
“5 seconds,” the event planner
notifies him.
Asher looks over at me. He has his microphone in one hand. He puts his hand on my face. I can feel myself shivering. I can feel the panic attack starting up again.
“You swore up
and down you would upgrade me. Remember that?” he asks and
before I answer he continues, “That's not what a relationship
is. In a relationship we upgrade each other. So let me help you.
Let me upgrade you too Diamonte Rose.”
Just at that
moment Asher offers me his hand.
And I take it.
The lights are hot above my head. I've never been one for the spotlight but Asher confidently walks into it as though he owns it. He stands on the stage and he's holding my hand. If no one knew that we were a couple they definitely knew now. I could see the critics. They are all glaring at me and whispering. The fashion industry in LA was a very small world. They all knew exactly who Asher was and they knew who I was. We weren't the type of guys who should have been together.
Asher opens up his
mouth, “Welcome everyone. I wanted to take the moment to
welcome you to the Bautista & Rose Spring line. I just wanted to
let you all know I'm here completely as a spokesperson. This is
Diamonte's line and this is Diamonte's dream. For some reason this
man decided to share his dream with me and there's something about
this dream that I took to heart. When I heard Diamonte's dream I
realized that I'd been sleeping all my life and Diamonte is the boy
who woke me up.”
Asher turns to me.
The lights have switched overhead to a warm golden hue. He leans over at me. Glitter is sparkling down from the stage. At that moment I almost forget that anyone else in the room. A magic takes over and it's almost clear that Asher planned all of this.
Hell I think he
planned on me running back stage with him. He planned on me coming
out here with him.
Asher continues,
this time looking at me instead of the crowd, “There are some
people who work all the time. They get up. They work. They get off
work and they think about work. There are some people who just don't
take the time to enjoy life. This line is for you people. This line
is for all of the people who need that moment to let go of their
responsibilities. This line is for all of those people---like
Diamonte---who dream so much that they never wake up to enjoy the
world around them. It's ok to dream. Dreaming is important. It's
ok to work towards a perception. It's ok to struggle to obtain a
look. But don't forget love. In Honor of that idea...this line is
called 'Forgotten Love'. I hope you all enjoy this production and
find the love that you've forgotten. I know I have---”
At
that moment Asher leans over and he kisses me on stage. I think
people clap. I don't even know. Everyone seems to disappear but
Asher. I'm engulfed in a glow of golden glitter. It reflects and
falls all over my skin.
And as Asher and
I kiss on the stage I realize we aren't alone on the stage. The
models have begun to walk. They are walking past us around us as
Asher and I are kissing.
And for that
moment I am not stressing over every hem that needs fixing. I'm not
struggling with how the fabric choices look in the stage lights. At
that moment I'm engulfed by warm kisses and a passion that blows my
mind.
From the middle of
the runway Asher stops kissing me. He holds my hand and he points.
“Look,” he whispers.
I stare to see what
Asher is pointing at. As the models walk the glitter claps at their
heels. Small fans kick the glitter up causing a magical effect of
movement. A dress that I designed walks down the runway. It flows
elegantly in the glitter. It's almost as though the girl wearing it
is surrounded in a golden field.
I watch the collars suits walk down the runway after. My eyes are glued onto them. I'm enjoying it all. I'm so happy that I forget I'm still on stage and throw my hands around Asher. I hug him. I embrace him.
It was
beautiful. All my work was here. All my long hours and hard work was
paying off and for the first time ever in my life I
felt---accomplished.
The final look was walking the runway now.
The music switched.
Dramatic dark music. The lights go completely dark in the
studio. I can hear gasps from the crowd wondering if this was
intentional or not.
“Come on...”
Asher states, “She'll need room. She's a big girl.”
He
helps me off the stage.
I watch for a moment
as we stand off to the side of the stage. Asher is still holding my
hand. The lights click back on. They click back off. On and off.
There are flashes of light like some sort of disco club as this
figure appears at the back of the runway.
Finally the lights
turn on and immediately cheers break out from the crowd.
Alessa Bautista is
at the back of the runway and this fat ass bitch looks absolutely
fucking flawless!
“You're joking,” I say looking
at Asher.
My mouth drops
open as she stomps down the runway. I'd never really seen Alessa in
makeup. It's fucking beautiful. The girl looks BEAT. It's not just
that either. The gown has the same choker that ties it in with the
other gowns. It is a haute couture gown. It is a dynamic black and
red silk print that is used to an amazing almost masterpiece like
quality. It has a slim ruched boned bodice meeting a full skirt and
swathed in sculpted draping. Fine perfectly placed horsehair
crinoline peak out from underneath the dress giving an almost angelic
quality to the whole look.
For the first time in my life I realize the fat bitch that I looked over millions of times looked dropped dead gorgeous. Who knew the one Bautista that I hated would end up being the one Bautista that would be STORMING the runway in the most beautiful gown in B&R history.
Alessa stands at the end of the runway posing as the photographers go into a frenzy. She poses like some badass Viking bitch and her mere size seems to demand a presence unlike Allison could have done in the Prima Rose.
Alessa winks at me and turns.
She then offers me
her hand and pulls me up on the stage with her with the strength of a
fucking rhinoceros. Together we stand there.
Bautista and
Rose as the media goes fucking crazy.
People keep coming up to me after the show. I'm searching like crazy for Asher. He helped pull this out for me but he was letting me take all the credit. Cameras still are still taking a ton of pictures of Alessa after the runway show in her gorgeous gown.
“I better
be getting my job back after this,” Alessa states.
“You
sure you want it? You Bautistas have a way of dying in this
company.”
I wonder if it's too soon especially after
since we just attended the funeral of Remus not too long ago. Alessa
doesn't seem to be concerned. Not even the mention of the death of
her brothers seem to take the smile off her face.
Alessa grunts,
“Listen. Fashion kills. It's worth the risk.”
I
snicker a little bit watching Alessa turn around towards the camera
and walk off to pose in her dress. I can only laugh realizing just
how sad and shallow the fashion world was. Alessa had all these
principals before. You couldn't tell her we weren't supposed to move
into the “Affordable Clothing” space. Now here she was
rocking a couture gown with the biggest sense of B&R pride ever.
You can't really tell her anything right now. The woman went from
looking like Rosie O' Donnell to looking like Beyonce. She was
getting her life right now and the people were loving every single
moment of it.
Ja'Kar walks up to
me at that moment, “Well...”
“Listen. I
don't need your shit right now,” I tell Ja'Kar, “I'm
looking for someone...”
Ja'Kar sighs, “He's
waiting for you outside in a broke down buick. I'd be careful in
that thing. I'm sure your new broke boyfriend doesn't have car
insurance. Didn't your last boyfriend's car blow up or
something.”
I roll my eyes, “Have a good night
Ja'Kar.”
“Wait.”
I turn, “What
now?”
Ja'Kar smiles, “You did a good job Diamonte.
No shade. No funny business. You did a good job.”
He
leans over and hugs me.
“Thanks...friend,” I tell him.
And for the first time in my life I think that time I actually mean it.
“Ew. Ok
enough of the sentimental bullshit. I'd rather be hugging that fine
man of yours---naked,” Ja'Kar tells me, “You better go
find him before I do.”
I roll my eyes. Some things don't change.
I start walking
away making sure before I leave I strike back, “I'm not worried
about you finding him before I do, old man. You don't have your
reading glasses on.”
Ja'Kar starts throwing shade back but I don't have any time. I'm halfway down the hallway and make my way outside of the venue. Some reporters are calling out to me to ask me questions and congratulate me on the line but I don't have time for that.
I have someone I'm looking for.
“I thought you
would have been in there for a least a couple more hours,”
Asher tells me, “Especially since you're getting critical
acclaim.”
Asher does have an old broken down buick. I
laugh when I see him standing up against his car. He has unbuttoned
half of his shirt already and is showing his chest. I knew it was
only a matter of time before Asher had to come back and sex things up
again. I'm not really surprised when he does.
I lean up against the car and look over at him.
“Yeah.
Lights. Cameras. Attention. I got the perception. I got the look.
I got all that,” I smile, “But goddam it---I guess I
need to hire a new assistant because I'm getting kind of forgetful.
I forgot one thing.”
I lean over Asher and press my body
up against his. He holds me.
“Oh yeah? What's
that?”
I shrug, “I forgot love.”
Asher grabs me by my
hand and pulls me in close, “Well here I am.”
He
kisses me. Our wet tongues collide against one another. Our bodies
merge. It seems like we are kissing forever. I can feel him getting
excited. His hard dick is growing between us pressing against his
slacks and stabbing me in my lower abdomen.
Asher looks at
me with these longing eyes.
I know what he's
thinking but he doesn't want to offend me. By now though I know
Asher isn't ONLY about sex.
“Ok. Ok.
We can finally go have sex.”
“Thank god. I
thought you'd never suggest it. I was starting to get blue balls,”
Asher states grabbing onto my ass and pulling me in the car.
I feel his excitement as I hop in this car with no care in the world. I'm not thinking about work. I'm not thinking about being this hard ass person anymore. Right now I gave all that up.
At that moment I realize I found love.
And most importantly I found myself.
The End
