Date: Mon, 02 Jul 2001 23:06:29 -0400 From: Rich C Subject: Resurrected Love Ok, so here's the legal stuff... If you're under 18 years of age (or 21 in some states), you're not supposed to be here; however if you never pay attention to those rules, grab your popcorn, Sprite (Viagra and Curel/Vaseline for some) and enjoy. I'm just making this up for the hell of it, ok. I'm bored, and I tried writing a story last year, but never got it off the ground. Author's note: Hey, it's my first story, so bear with me with some things as I find my niche here, aiight? Now, I know all of those essays in AP English helped me out, so I have basic grammatical structure and rules that I am aware of; whether or not I follow them is still up in the air. Now, how many chapters are going to be in this thing, I'm not sure. I guess till I run out of a story line/help *hint hint*. So, I guess I'm done rambling for now, on with the show...lights, toner...typing! (Hey, I told you it was my first...so I've got lee-way with bad jokes *hehe*) We follow the first rays of light of the new arising dawn; slipping in through the blinds of a window, over the carpet, and up the sides of a bed. The rays continue until the land on the exposed foot of a person, man or female we cannot tell quite yet. The ray continues up their leg, which is lean and muscular, and up part of the exposed thigh; and the fold in the sheet allows the ray to slip in, and offer anyone who may be present of what lies inside. The figure rolls over, and we see it is a young man. The ray of light travels over his stomach and naked chest, warming his skin during its travels, up to his face. Upon reaching his eyes, the light seems to grow brighter, until... "It's too damn early," a husky morning voice; and with a flick of his wrist, the blinds close tighter, and the room in enveloped in a warm, dull light...he rolls over, and drifts back to sleep. A little while later he slowly stirs, pulling back the sheet and allowing the dull light to envelop his body. Sitting on the edge of the bed, he stretches and stands up, allowing the sheet to slip off the rest of his body, exposing...his under-ware, green boxer-briefs. He slips on a pair of blue pajama pants and grabs a shirt off the bedroom door on his way downstairs to start the day. He glides down the stairs, almost effortlessly, to a door, where he hears a light scratching. Opening the door, he is shocked as a strawberry-blonde chow jumps on him. Landing with a thud, he laughs and rubs the dog's side, "Morning sweetie! Let's go use the bathroom," with that said, the dog runs for the front door, sits and waits patiently. Opening the door, he tells the dog "Don't be too long" and closes it after she runs off into another yard. While pouring myself some coffee, I hear the doorbell ring; so I grab my cup and sip some as I walk over to see who's there this early in the morning (well, it was near 10, but that's still too damn early for me in the summer). I open the door, and see one of my best friends, Jason Windsor, there with an armful of papers, so I grab the pile from him before he tips and falls. Now, Jason is one of the few people that knows for sure that I am bisexual (I try to keep people guessing, it's evil I know, but it's so much fun). Hell, we even used to date, but decided to be friends because it was too weird. I've known him since 5th grade. He's black, and has the most beautiful milk-chocolate skin. Standing at 6'1", and 185 pounds, he catches an admiring eye almost everywhere he goes, and the fact that he has beautiful light brown eyes and a smile that could melt an ice-burg just adds o the already exquisite package. Oh, and yes, he is bisexual. Also, did I mention that he is brillant with numbers and public relations, which is probably why I hired him as my personal assistant; which was a coincidence in itself, but I'll get to that later. "Thanks sweetie! I'd give you a kiss and a hug for the help, but those reporters across the street would love to get the pictures and try for another headliner," he says while laughing and closing the door. "Oh, and I brought you a paper and schematics from the Priority project." "Thanks," I comment while placing the pile of papers on the island in the kitchen. "So, what's on the agenda for today?" I ask while pouring him a cup of coffee. "Um..." he starts looking through his papers, and pulls out a leather agenda, "pick up Nick from the airport at 12:30, take him to lunch and shit, a meeting at 2:30, and you have to call Mrs. Johnson and finalize her account. Oh, and Jack said to call him for something important." "God I still can't believe I slept with him," I grumble as I read the morning paper. "You know, he still calls me trying to get another date with me; but he was such an asshole on our first date!" "He was?" "I thought I told you the story," I cock my head sideways allowing my glasses to slip down my nose a little. "Damn you look cute like that-- but no, you never told me. I always suspected because you talk about him so fondly," he smirked. "Well," I popped my tongue and crossed my legs "Gurl-friend let me TELL you!" We both shared the little inside joke, and I continued. "Well, he took me to TGI Friday's, not too formal, yet not too simplistic, well while we were eating he kept ogling over the guy sitting like 3 booths over, and flirting with the waiter. Granted I do the same, but not when I'm on a date with somebody, you know. Well, he wants to get touchy-feely under the table, so I tell him if he doesn't move his hand, that his steak isn't going to be the only thing cut tonight; needless to say, he moved his hand," I smile. "I never took that threat seriously," Jason smiled. Then again, I wasn't trying to grope you either." "Exactly! Then we went to the movies, what was it...Talented Mr. Ripley I believe, and he stars rubbing my thigh in the movies. Well, I didn't mind too much; that is until he starts to snake his hand in my pants. Well, it felt wonderful, but I was still scared that we'd get caught. So, I kept my composure, and I think it annoyed him some because I wasn't gasping for breath or anything." "You always held your own in public, I must admit." "A trait I'm proud to have. Well, after the movie, he drives me home. We sit in the driveway and talk a little, he's very smooth and confident, which is why I fell for him I guess. So, we start making out, and I slip my hand in his pants. He takes the hint and asks me if he can come up...well, you know. We left a trail of clothes as we headed up stairs. I won't get into the details, but let me say this: he has a mouth like a Hoover." Jason spit out his coffee and laughed. "So, did you pitch or catch?" "Both," I blushed and he screamed, literally. "WHAT!? Ok, you HAVE to tell me now," he said while grabbing my arm and scooting closer." "Is he any good?" "Well...Yes! Ohh, I still tingle thinking about him. He was good, no better. Put it like this, my toes curled and I squeezed." The look on Jason's face was priceless. "You only did that once with us, so DAMN." "Well, then I pitched...ohhh, it was nice. He REALLY knew how to work it, " I chuckled ad Jason gave me a high 5. "Then he left, saying that he had to get up early next morning for practice and school and what-not. So he left." "He doesn't seem so bad to me." "I haven't finished yet. Well, he didn't have practice or school the next day. He made arrangements to pick up the waiter from Friday's later that night when he got off, and they fucked. THEN he met the other guy he was ogling over and fucked him too." "Oh, now I see, well good riddens, no?" "Yea. Damn, I'm going to hop in the shower and get ready so we can jet. Can you do me a favor, let Tiffany in and iron that shirt in the dryer for me, please?" I asked while batting my eyelashes. Laughing he replied "Yea, sure. I wanna see my favorite bitch!" I headed upstairs and commenced my daily bathroom ritual ...shower, washing my hair, shaving, and brushing my teeth. (Hell, Mom paid a fortune for my braces, and I'm taking great care of my teeth now that I have them off. Hell, I'm showing off this expensive-ass smile.) After brushing my teeth, I looked in the mirror at myself. That's right, you don't know what I look like. Well, I'm a light-skinned black guy. Hell, some people think I'm white at times, so I have to clarify it for them. I have medium-brown hair that falls into my eyes because I've been keeping it longer; and hazel eyes (which I love, and many WISH they could imitate with contacts). I'm about 6'2" and weigh 190 pounds. I've been working out more, so my muscles are more defined, which is fine with me. I do not have a six-pack, but my stomach is flat-which is all I was going for. I looked in the closet for some under-ware, "Why the hell they decide to build closets in the bathroom I'll never understand," I grumble as I can't find any. I walk through the French doors into my bedroom and stop dead in my tracks as I see Jason, and suddenly realize that I'm not wearing anything besides deodorant. "Please don't scare me like that," I say while grabbing my chest. "Um, sorry. I'll just, um-I'll just go," he stammers while starting to walk out. "Jason wait," I grab his arm and turn him around. While looking into his eyes I get lost, and only come back to reality as I feel a slight breeze between my legs and realize that I'm sill naked. I slip on a pair of green boxer briefs, and turn my attention back to Jason. "Hey, J? What's the matter?" I ask while trying to look into his eyes. 'Something's not right here.' "Do you, well-um, " he sighed and continued "Hell, I'll just be totally honest here. Seeing you there reminded me of what we had when we were dating, and I've been thinking that maybe it was a mistake..." he paused and looked into my eyes on the verge of tears. "What was a mistake, us dating?" I said with a hint of pain in my voice. "No! I meant if it was a mistake for us to have broken up. You know, that was the happiest time in my life. You were so loving and caring, I just loved being with you." "Damn J, why didn't you tell me before? I'm sitting here beating myself up wondering what's wrong with you, and it's this! Look J," I used my finger to turn his head towards me and spoke in a calm tone, "we need to talk. However, we're running late. So, you check on the dog's food, and I'll get dressed, and we can take the log way to the airport. Is that ok with you?" He answered with a half-hearted smile "Ok, now get your sexy ass dressed because I'm about ready to jump you right now." I was glad to see him joking around again. As I was dressing, I thought "Well dear, it looks as if you got that wish of yours. Now, let's not screw this one up. Take it slow.' As I was walking down the back stairs, I heard a whistle and a cat-call. Can you blame him though? I opted for a 3-piece navy-blue suit, solid white shirt, and a red and blue tie; also, simple black slip-ons. (I know how to dress to impress clients -- and others). I stood in the mirror on the back of the door that led to the garage to make sure my tie was straightened and fix my vest, and Jason came up behind and finished the job for me. He let his hand fall to my waist, and I turned around slowly, meeting his deep eyes "Damn why do I keep getting lost in them?' I noticed him leaning in closer, as if to kiss me. Reluctantly, I placed a hand on his chest, feeling the warmth between us. Slowly I said "Jason, as much as I'd like to do this, we can't. We have to discuss things first, and finish this shit for today. However, what are you doing for dinner?" He sighed, then smiled and replied "Nothing, why?" "What do you say we finish things today, then have a nice quiet dinner, where we can talk about things - namely us." "Deal." We smiled at each other, and that's when I noticed how nice he looked. He was wearing a black suit, light blue shirt and dark blue tie. We both grabbed our briefcases, I snatched m phone off the charger, grabbed my jacket and noticed that Jason was standing there waiting patiently for me. "I'm coming, I'm coming," I smirked. It's hard to believe that at the tender young age of 18 we were already successful businessmen. "Which car?" "Um...definitely the BMW!" He grinned. "Maybe one day you'll be able to drive it J, maybe today. We'll just have to see." I grabbed the keys off the key-rack, put the alarm on, and bid Tiffany a good day. We tossed our things in the backseat, and hopped into my midnight blue 2000 BMW M5 (Hey, I have expensive tastes in cars), pulled out of the garage, and headed towards the airport. I watched the garage closing in my side-view mirror, and turned up the radio to catch the last of "Lady Marmalade" on the radio. Two lovers... black. Friends for a long time. Developed relationship a few years back, getting back together. Develop past; tell more about me. Something with this Nick guy/ bumps in next chapter or two.
